Abstract

The invention relates to a device for dispensing a product at the base of hair shafts and/or on the scalp of a user, comprising a base comprising a product reservoir provided with a filler cap, and an electric pump that sucks the product into the reservoir and pushes it into a flexible pipe (809). The device also comprises a housing (800) connected to the flexible pipe, the geometry of said housing being configured to fit in the palm of the user's hand and comprising a row of assemblies (810) having a convex distal surface (805) for contact with the user's head, these assemblies each comprising a tooth (803), at least one nozzle and at least one applicator. The convex distal surfaces of the assemblies are all tangential to a flat curve (818), the radius of curvature of which is equal to a radius of curvature of the user's skull (820). The housing also comprises a control button (808) for operating the pump.

PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION DEVICE AT THE BASE OF THE CAPILLARY STEMS

AND/OR ON THE SCALP

Technical field of the invention

The present invention relates to a device for dispensing product at the base of hair shafts and/or on the scalp. It applies to the field of hairdressing, in particular for hair coloring, as well as to the field of dermatology, in particular for the treatment of the scalp.

State of the art

In the field of hairdressing as well as in that of dermatology, it is common practice to prepare a product in a container and then to apply it manually to the base of the hair shafts, on the roots of the hair or on the scalp. .

The manual application is generally carried out by a classic method consisting in using a comb to separate the hair then applying the product with a brush, these gestures are then repeated on the whole of the hair, or at least on the whole of the hair. an area to be treated.

For each product, there are generally instructions for use to follow for optimal rendering and safe use. These instructions can be, for example, a pause time, a uniform and homogeneous application, or an application targeted only on regrowth avoiding application on lengths of hair.

In the field of coloring, failure to comply with the instructions can lead to an aesthetic degradation of the hair, on the one hand, by damaging the hair which undergoes repeated coloring. On the other hand, the result of the coloring may not be of good quality, because a demarcation may appear between the color of the newly colored regrowth, whose final shade will be lighter, and the color of the lengths already colored, whose the shade will be darker if these lengths are covered with several successive colorings.

In the field of dermatology, non-compliance with application instructions can, on the one hand, reduce the effectiveness of a medical treatment, if for example the product does not reach an area of the scalp to be treated, and on the other hand, lead to medical complications, caused for example by too long a break time for the product.

The classic method of manually applying product to the base of the hair shafts and/or the scalp is time-consuming and requires good dexterity, this method makes it difficult to strictly follow the instructions for use both for hairdressing products and for dermatological products. For hairdressing professionals, the manual application of a coloring product to all of the roots of hair mobilizes a person for at least fifteen minutes and has little added value.

For individuals carrying out this same operation at home, it is common to obtain a product in the store and then apply it to all or part of the length of the hair, because it is difficult to stick to the roots alone. .

None of these solutions of the prior art makes it possible to precisely and quickly distribute a product directly to the root of the hair and/or to the scalp.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks.

To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a product dispensing device at the base of hair shafts and/or on the scalp of a predetermined user, which comprises:

- a base comprising a product tank fitted with a filler cap, and an electric pump sucking the product into the tank and pushing it into a flexible pipe, and

- a housing connected to the flexible hose, housing whose geometry is configured to fit in the palm of a user's hand and comprising a row of assemblies having a convex distal surface of contact with the user's head, these assemblies each comprising a tooth, at least one nozzle and at least one applicator, this tooth being configured to separate hair up to their roots, each nozzle being configured to distribute the product on the roots of the hair separated by the tooth and/ or on the scalp between the hair separated by the tooth, and each applicator being configured to spread, on the roots and/or the scalp, the product dispensed by at least one nozzle, the convex distal surfaces of the assemblies all being tangent to a plane curve, the radius of curvature of which is equal to a radius of curvature of the user's skull, this casing further comprising a button for controlling the operation of the pump.

Thanks to these provisions, the user only has to grasp the case in the palm of one of his hands, position it at the edge of the face and the hairstyle and then move the case to rest on his scalp. , while operating the pump with the button on the housing. During this displacement of the casing, the dispensing assemblies slide over the scalp while following its curvature, both in the direction of sliding and in its orthogonal direction. The product is thus distributed and evenly distributed on the base of the hair and/or on the scalp. Each tooth/nozzle/applicator assembly accelerates and facilitates the distribution of product to the hair root and/or scalp, because a single movement continuous operation of a tooth/nozzle/applicator assembly makes it possible at the same time to separate and treat a complete furrow of hair.

In embodiments, at least one assembly has a section perpendicular to the radius of curvature whose width, measured in the plane of the plane curve, is, at least in part, decreasing according to the distance between this section and the curve plane, this decrease creating a free housing for the hair separated by the tooth.

This lateral narrowing of the assemblies between the surface of the housing and the contact surface allows the hair, separated tangentially to the surface of the scalp by the tooth, to be separated from the scalp between two assemblies and not compressed. This housing between two assemblies prevents the hair from remaining in contact with the scalp, so that only the root of the hair is in contact with the dispensed product.

In embodiments, this radius of curvature is between seven centimeters and eleven centimeters. These radii of curvature correspond to the majority of adult skulls.

In embodiments, at least one distributor takes the form of a curved spatula.

In embodiments, the device comprises a second row of assemblies offset with respect to the preceding row in such a way that the teeth of a second row are positioned between two teeth of the preceding row in the direction perpendicular to the plane curve to which the contact surfaces of the assemblies of the first row are tangent. Thus, the hair separation is done in two stages and the hair roots can be in contact with the product in a more localized and finer way.

In embodiments, the spacing, between two successive assemblies whose contact surfaces are tangent to the same plane curve, is between half and three half of the width of the contact surface measured in the plane of the curve. plane. These ratios ensure a good distribution of the product on the hair roots.

In embodiments, the manual box has a maximum dimension, in the plane perpendicular to the radius of curvature, which is less than twelve centimeters.

In embodiments, the pump is a peristaltic pump. Such a pump ensures a pressure adapted to liquid, semi-liquid or pasty products.

In some embodiments, the reservoir is configured to accommodate a cartridge comprising the product to be dispensed, this cartridge comprising a shutter, the base comprising a means for opening this shutter.

For example, it is a ball valve whose ball is moved by the opening means so that the product is pumped into this cartridge. In some embodiments, the base includes a magnetic housing retaining means. Thus, the box can easily be stored on a base and retained there.

In embodiments, at least one tooth incorporates at least one nozzle.

Thanks to these provisions, the precision of the distribution of the product is improved, because the nozzle is located closest to the place where the hair is separated by the tooth.

In embodiments, in at least one assembly, at least one nozzle comprises at least one lateral opening for dispensing the product mainly on the roots of the locks of hair separated by the tooth.

Thanks to these provisions, the side openings of this nozzle make it possible to distribute the product more precisely on the roots of the hair. These arrangements are particularly advantageous in the context of coloring the roots of the hair.

In embodiments, at least one applicator includes a brush.

Thanks to these arrangements, the distribution of product is homogenized and uniformed on the roots of the hair and/or the scalp. Indeed, the flexible applicator benefits from the qualities of the brush to distribute a liquid or viscous material forming the product.

In embodiments, at least one reservoir comprises a first storage chamber for a first substance, a second storage chamber for a second substance and an intermediate chamber connected to the first chamber and to the second chamber, for mixing the first substance and the second substance forming the hair and/or scalp product, at least one nozzle being connected to the intermediate chamber.

It should be noted that several groups each comprising a first chamber, a second chamber and an intermediate chamber can be provided, in particular to allow the distribution of different colors on the top of the skull and on the sides of the user's skull.

In embodiments, the base includes a system for pressurizing at least one reservoir.

In embodiments, the housing is part of a headband, each assembly being disposed on an internal portion of the headband.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a hairdressing helmet in mechanical connection with the headband, the helmet being configured to prevent product from flowing onto the forehead, the ears and/or the neck of the user, the mechanical connection allowing free rotation of the headband relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.

Thanks to these provisions, the headband makes it possible to adapt to different shapes of skulls. In addition, the user can, with a single gesture, by moving the headband from the forehead to the neck, diffuse the product to the root of the hair and/or to the scalp. Moreover, the presence of a plurality of assemblies on the headband makes it possible to accelerate the distribution of the product by parallelizing the treatment.

According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to a hairdressing helmet in mechanical connection with the headband described above. The helmet is configured to prevent product from dripping onto the user's forehead, ears and/or neck. In addition, the mechanical connection allows free rotation of the headband relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.

Thanks to these provisions, the helmet makes it possible to avoid the flow of product outside the hair of the user. In addition, the mechanical connection between the helmet and the headband simplifies the movement of the headband for the distribution of the product from the forehead to the neck of the user.

Description of embodiments

This description is given on a non-limiting basis, each characteristic of an embodiment being able to be combined with any other characteristic of any other embodiment in an advantageous manner.

Note that the figures are not to scale.

Throughout the description, the base of a hair shaft is called the "root", in the context of the present disclosure we are particularly interested in a visible portion of the hair shaft of the order of one centimeter measured from the leather. hairy.

A "tooth" is an element configured to separate the hair at the root. Such a tooth is, for example, similar to a comb tooth, a synthetic claw, or any other hooked and/or pointed element. A tooth according to the invention is, at its end, of a finesse chosen to interfere between the hair without injuring the scalp, and of sufficient robustness to withstand the mechanical forces necessary for the separation of the hair.

A "nozzle" is a conduit for distributing a liquid or viscous product to the roots of the hair and/or the scalp.

The term “flexible applicator” refers to an element configured to spread a liquid or viscous product by applying a slight frictional force on the roots of the hair and/or on the scalp thanks to its flexibility. A flexible applicator is, for example, a coloring brush or a silicone spatula.

The term "interior" of the tank means a zone of the support configured to store a liquid or viscous substance.

Figure 1 shows a device 100 for dispensing a product suitable for treating the roots of the hair and/or the scalp 101 of a user.

For reasons of legibility of the figures, the hair is not represented. However, in the context of this description, the scalp 101 obviously carries hair.

The product to be dispensed is suitable for hairdressing, it may for example be a chemical composition used for all types of coloring (permanent or semi-permanent or tone-on-tone or vegetable coloring) of the hair. Alternatively, the product is a dermatological product indicated in the treatment of dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, eczema or hair loss.

The dispensing device 100 comprises a support 102 which forms a support frame for an assembly comprising a tooth 103 associated with a nozzle 104 and a flexible applicator 106.

It is described below that it is possible for a support to take the form of a headband (in relation to Figures 4 and 5) or alternatively a tip for a dispenser bottle (in relation to Figure 6 ). However, the shape of the support is not limited to these two examples.

The assembly 110 of the tooth 103, the nozzle 104 and the flexible applicator 106 is mechanically integral with the support 102.

The operation of the distribution device 100 is as follows: a user manually moves the support 102 in the direction causing the tooth 103 then the applicator 106 to pass successively opposite each hair (as indicated by the arrow in FIG. 1), and to maintain contact, or proximity, between the assembly 110 and the area of the scalp 101 to be treated.

Tooth 103 separates hair at its root like a comb tooth. Once the hair has been separated by tooth 103, nozzle 104 applies the product to the roots of the hair that has just been separated and/or to the scalp freed by the separation of the hair. Then, the flexible applicator 106 spreads the product dispensed by the nozzle 104 on the roots and/or the scalp.

In this first embodiment, the support 102 comprises a reservoir 107 of the product used. The reservoir 107 comprises at least one product storage chamber and a product distribution network as far as each nozzle 104. The distribution network comprises, for example, one or more perforations through the support 102 between each nozzle 104 and a chamber of the tank 107. Each nozzle 104 is connected to the tank 107 via the distribution network. Each nozzle 104 forms a duct comprising at least one opening 115 for dispensing the product. It should be noted that several reservoirs may be provided, in particular to allow the distribution of different colors on the top of the skull and on the sides of the user's skull.

In practice, the duct of each nozzle 104 has, for example, a volume of less than 0.01 milliliter in order to avoid the formation of clumps of product in the hair and to standardize the distribution of the product.

The arrangement of the opening 115 on the nozzle 104 determines whether the product is delivered primarily to the roots, to the scalp, or to both the roots and the scalp.

In one embodiment, particularly advantageous for the dermatological treatment of the scalp, a nozzle 104 is configured to dispense the product mainly on the scalp. To this end, at least one opening of the nozzle 104 is located so as to face the scalp.

According to a variant, particularly advantageous for the coloring of the roots, the nozzle 104 is configured to distribute the product mainly on the roots. To this end, at least one nozzle 104 comprises at least one side opening 115 connected to the reservoir 107. In the first embodiment, the nozzle 104 comprises two side openings 115. A “side opening” is understood to mean an opening which is configured so as not to directly face the scalp. These side openings 115 make it possible to dispense the product on the side portions of the nozzle 104 in direct contact with the roots of the hair. In embodiments (not shown) at least one nozzle has a side opening and a distal opening.

In the first embodiment, the support 102 comprises a system 108 for pressurizing the tank 107 to facilitate the circulation of the product from the tank 107 to each nozzle 104. The pressurizing system 108 is for example a piston , a gas cartridge, an electric pumping system or a manual pumping system. The pressurizing system 108 may further comprise a manual control element 109 placed on the support 102 to allow a user to control the speed of dispensing the product. The manual control element 109 is for example a monostable button, a two-position switch or the movable tip of a piston pressing the product into the reservoir 107.

2 shows a device 200 similar to device 100, with the difference that tooth 103, spacer 104, and nozzle 104 are replaced by a tooth 203 directly incorporating a nozzle 204. In this second embodiment, the tooth 203 performs both the function of separating the hair and the function of distributing the product, which makes it possible to distribute the product as close as possible to the parting of the hair.

Advantageously, the nozzle 204 comprises at least one opening 215 through the tooth 203, opening 215 located on the downstream side of the tooth 203, in the direction (represented by the arrow in FIG. 2) in which the assembly 210 advances relative to the scalp.

Figure 3 shows a device 300 similar to the device 100 previously described in relation to Figure 1, with the difference that the support 102 and the reservoir 107 are replaced by a support 302 comprising a reservoir formed of a first chamber 317, a second chamber 327 and an intermediate chamber 337.

In addition, the support 302 comprises a pressurizing system 308 suitable for pressurizing the first chamber 317 and the second chamber 327, as well as a control element 309.

The intermediate chamber 337 connects the first chamber 317 and the second chamber 327. The intermediate chamber can, for example, take the form of a channel. Moreover, at at least one nozzle 104 is connected to the reservoir by the intermediate chamber 337. The first chamber 317 stores a first substance and the second chamber 327 stores a second substance advantageously different from the first substance. Intermediate chamber 337 effects the mixing of the first substance and the second substance into a hair and/or scalp product.

Figure 4 illustrates a support 402 in the form of a headband 402. The support 402 comprises a plurality of assemblies 410. The headband 402 is advantageously flexible in order to adapt to the shape of the skull of each user. The plurality of assemblies 410 of the headband 402 can comprise assemblies 110, 210 and/or 310. The plurality of assemblies 410 is, for example, arranged on the headband 402 in the manner of a toothed head. The plurality of assemblies 410 then makes it possible to parallelize the treatment of the base of the hair shafts and/or of the scalp. The plurality of assemblies 410 is, for example, fed by a reservoir (not shown) elongated in the arcuate shape of the headband 402. The headband 402 can advantageously comprise a system for pressurizing the product in the reservoir, to distribute the product to all the nozzles.

In some embodiments, the reservoir of the headband 402 comprises at least one first chamber, at least one second chamber, and at least one intermediate chamber as described in relation to Figure 3.

In some embodiments, the headband 402 is formed of at least two detachable casings 411, 412. The two casings 411, 412 are for example snapped or held attached by a clamping system. When the casings 411, 412 are detached, the tank is opened so that all the chambers of the tank are accessible to allow a user to clean them. Conversely, when housings 411, 412 are attached, each headband reservoir is sealed and device 400 can be used to dispense product.

In some embodiments, the headband reservoir 402 is supplied with product by a refill cartridge 401 . The cartridge 401 is adaptable to the headband 402, for example by snap-fastening. The cartridge 401 can, for example, contain the product as well as pressurized gas to distribute the product from the reservoir to the nozzles.

Figure 5 illustrates a device 500 comprising a helmet 501 comprising an ergonomic hoop adapted to be installed resting on the skull of a user. The helmet 501 is in mechanical connection 502 with the headband 402 previously described in relation to Figure 4. The mechanical connection 502 provides an axis of rotation of the headband 402 relative to the helmet 501, axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user. The mechanical connection 502 can also allow translations between the helmet 501 and the headband 402 in order to adapt the movement of the headband 402 as close as possible to the user's skull. The helmet 501 advantageously includes a flexible collar (not shown) which stops product flows on the user's forehead, ears and neck. This collar is, for example, made of silicone.

Figure 6 illustrates a device 600 comprising a metering bottle 613 on which is mounted a tip 61 1 supporting at least one tooth/nozzle/applicator assembly 610. In particular, the tip 611 is mounted on an applicator channel 612 and of the metering bottle 613. The tip 61 1 is, for example, screwed or simply stuck at the end of the applicator channel 612.

As can be understood from reading the preceding description, the device according to the invention allows a user to treat hair roots from the forehead to the neck in a single gesture. This device brings together the tools necessary for manual application and considerably reduces the effort of professionals and individuals alike.

Figure 7 shows an assembly 710 comprising a tooth 703, a nozzle 704 and an applicator 706.

In FIG. 8, an assembly 810 of a box 800 described with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10 is observed. This assembly 810 comprises, projecting from a body 807 of the box, a tooth 803, at least one nozzle 804 (a single nozzle in Figures 8 to 10) and at least one applicator 806 (a single applicator in Figures 8 to 10). Tooth 803 is configured to separate hair down to its roots. Each nozzle 804 is configured to distribute the product on the roots of the hair separated by the tooth 803 and/or on the scalp between the hair separated by the tooth 803. Each applicator 806 is configured to spread, on the roots and/or the scalp, the product dispensed by at least one nozzle 804.

FIG. 9 represents the face of the box 800 which is, during use, resting on the scalp 820 of the user. FIG. 10 represents the upstream face of the box 800, that is to say the one which enters the hair first during the dispensing movement. As can be seen in FIGS. 9 and 10, the box 800 comprises seven identical assemblies 810 to 816 forming a row of assemblies on the box body 807. These assemblies 810 to 816 are regularly spaced in this row and each have a convex distal surface 805 (at the top in FIG. 8 and on the left in FIG. 10) for contact with the head 820 of the user. The convex distal surfaces 805 of the assemblies 810 are all tangent to a plane curve 818 whose radius of curvature R is equal to a radius of curvature of the skull 820 of the user.

The device also comprises a base (not shown) comprising a reservoir of the product provided with a filler cap, and an electric pump sucking the product into the reservoir and pushing it into a flexible pipe 809 connected to the box 800. This box 800 includes a button 808 for controlling the operation of the pump. The pump is preferably a peristaltic pump, which provides constant pressure and flow for liquid, semi-liquid or pasty products.

The product dispensing device at the base of hair shafts and/or on the scalp is configured for a predetermined user, for example a user having the average curvature of a part of the adult population or of a part of the population teenager. The person skilled in the art implementing the invention knows, in fact, from published anatomical studies, that the curvatures, in a frontal plane, of the skulls of adult and adolescent users are relatively uniform. This radius of curvature is between eight and ten centimeters. A single 800 box can therefore be adapted to the majority of users. However, to cover a larger part of the population, several housings may have stepped radii of curvature, preferably between seven centimeters and eleven centimeters.

The 800 case has a geometry configured to fit in the palm of that user's hand. Again, the person skilled in the art will know from published anatomical studies which geometry is most suitable for adult and adolescent hands. For example, the body 807 of the box 800 has a maximum dimension, in the plane perpendicular to the radius of curvature, that is to say in the plane of FIG. 9, which is less than twelve centimeters. The 807 body features similar ergonomics to computer mice, similarly suited to fit in the palm of the hand.

For the implementation of the invention, the user grasps the box 800 in the palm of one of his hands, positions it at the edge of his face and his hairstyle then moves the box 800 in support on his leather scalp 820, while actuating the pump with the button 808 of the housing 800. During this displacement of the housing 800, the dispensing assemblies 810 slide on the scalp 820 while following its curvature 818, both in the direction of sliding ( represented by the arrow in FIG. 9) than in its orthogonal direction visible in FIG. 10. The product is thus distributed and distributed uniformly on the base of the hair and/or on the scalp 820 of the user. Each 810 assembly provides faster and easier delivery of product to the hairline and/or scalp, as one continuous movement of a tooth/nozzle/applicator assembly simultaneously separates and treats a full hairline. In general, three passages on the scalp of the user are sufficient to treat all the roots (at least the roots which can be visible) of the user: a central passage following a sagittal plane, from the center of the forehead of the user to the middle of his neck and a passage on each side of the skull passing above the ears. As illustrated in FIG. 10, preferably, at least one assembly 810 has a section perpendicular to the radius of curvature, a section whose width, measured in the plane of the plane curve, is, at least in part, decreasing as a function of the distance between this section and the plane curve. This decrease creates a free housing 819 for the hair separated by the tooth 803. This lateral narrowing of the assemblies 810 between the surface of the body 807 of the housing 800 and the contact surface 805 of the assemblies 810 allows the hair, separated tangentially to the surface of the scalp by the tooth 803, is moved away from the scalp between two assemblies and not compressed on the scalp 820. This housing 819 between two assemblies prevents the hair from remaining in contact with the scalp, in such a way that only the root of the hair is in contact with the product dispensed by the 800 box.

In figures 8 to 10, a splitter takes the form of a curved spatula. In other embodiments (not shown), the distributor takes the form of a brush.

In embodiments (not shown), the device comprises a second row of assemblies 810. This second row would be found, in FIG. 9, behind the row shown. This second row would, in Figure 10, be offset from the row shown in such a way that the teeth of the second row are positioned between two teeth of the previous row in the direction perpendicular to the plane curve at which the contact surfaces of the joins of the first row are tangent. Thus, the hair separation is done in two stages and the hair roots can be in contact with the product in a more localized and finer way.

As shown in Figures 9 and 10, preferably, the spacing between two successive assemblies 810 whose contact surfaces are tangent to the same plane curve, is between half and three half of the width of the measured contact surface 805 in the plane of the plane curve. These ratios ensure a good distribution of the product on the hair roots.

In embodiments (not shown), the reservoir is configured to accommodate a cartridge comprising the product to be dispensed, this cartridge comprising a shutter, the base comprising a means for opening this shutter.

For example, it is a ball valve whose ball is moved by the opening means so that the product is pumped into this cartridge.

In embodiments (not shown), the base includes a magnetic housing retaining means. Thus, the box can easily be stored on a base and retained there.

As in other embodiments described with reference to Figures 1 to 7, in embodiments (not shown), in at least one assembly 810, at least a nozzle has at least one side opening for dispensing the product mainly on the roots of the locks of hair separated by the tooth.

The features described with reference to Figures 1 to 7, for example the reservoir chambers, apply to the embodiment illustrated in Figures 8 to 10. In embodiments (not shown), the housing 800 is part of a headband, each assembly being arranged on an internal portion of the headband.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a hairdressing helmet in mechanical connection with the headband. The helmet is then configured to prevent the flow of product onto the user's forehead, ears and/or neck. The mechanical connection between the helmet and the case leaves the headband free to rotate relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.

Claims

1 . Device for dispensing product at the base of hair shafts and/or on the scalp of a predetermined user, characterized in that it comprises:

- a base comprising a product tank fitted with a filler cap, and an electric pump sucking the product into the tank and pushing it into a flexible pipe (809), and

- a box (800) connected to the flexible pipe, box whose geometry is configured to fit in the palm of the user's hand and comprising a row of assemblies (810) having a distal surface (805) convex in contact with the user's head, these assemblies each comprising a tooth (803), at least one nozzle (804) and at least one applicator (806), this tooth being configured to separate hair down to its roots, each nozzle being configured to distribute the product on the roots of the hair separated by the tooth and/or on the scalp between the hair separated by the tooth, and each applicator being configured to spread, on the roots and/or the scalp, the product dispensed by at least one nozzle, the distal convex surfaces of the assemblies all being tangent to a flat curve (818) whose radius of curvature is equal to a radius of curvature of the skull (820) of the user, this housing comprising, in addition, a control button (808) for the operation of the pump.

Device according to claim 1, wherein at least one assembly (810) has a section perpendicular to the radius of curvature whose width, measured in the plane of the plane curve, is, at least in part, decreasing according to the distance between this section and the plane curve, this decrease creating a free housing for the hair separated by the tooth.

3. Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein this radius of curvature is between seven centimeters and eleven centimeters.

4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein at least one distributor takes the form of a curved spatula.

5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises a second row of assemblies offset with respect to the previous row in such a way that the teeth of a second row are positioned between two teeth of the previous row in the direction perpendicular to the plane curve to which the contact surfaces of the assemblies of the first row are tangent.

6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the spacing between two successive assemblies whose contact surfaces are tangent to the same plane curve, is between half and three half of the width of the surface of contact measured in the plane of the plane curve.

7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the manual housing has a maximum dimension, in the plane perpendicular to the radius of curvature, which is less than twelve centimeters.

8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the pump is a peristaltic pump.

9. Device according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the reservoir is configured to accommodate a cartridge comprising the product to be dispensed, this cartridge comprising a shutter, the base comprising a means for opening this shutter.

10. Device according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the base comprises a magnetic retaining means of the housing.

1 1. Device (200) according to one of claims 1 to 10, wherein at least one tooth (203) incorporates at least one nozzle (204).

12. Device (100) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein, in at least one assembly (1 10), at least one nozzle (104) has at least one side opening (1 15) for dispensing the product mainly on the roots of the tooth-parted hair strands (103).

Device (300) according to one of claims 1 to 12, wherein at least one reservoir comprises a first chamber (317) for storing a first substance, a second chamber (327) for storing a second substance and an intermediate chamber (337) connected to the first chamber and to the second chamber, for mixing the first substance and the second substance forming the hair and/or scalp product, at least one nozzle (104) being connected to the intermediate chamber.

14. Device (100, 200, 300) according to one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the base (302) comprises a system (308) for pressurizing at least one reservoir (317, 327, 337) .

15. Device (400) according to one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the housing is part of a headband, each assembly (410) being disposed on an internal portion of the headband.

16. Device (500) according to claim 15, which further comprises a hairdressing helmet (501) in mechanical connection (502) with the headband, the helmet being configured to prevent product flows onto the forehead, the ears and/or the neck of the user, the mechanical connection allowing free rotation of the headband relative to the helmet around an axis substantially parallel to an axis passing through the temples of the user.
