Abstract

Système de traitement d'échantillons de diagnostic moléculaire, comprenant une cartouche et un premier module de fonctionnement, le premier module de fonctionnement pouvant actionner un corps de vanne principal d'une vanne principale de transfert de liquide de la cartouche pour permettre au corps de vanne principal d'être respectivement en communication avec plusieurs seconds compartiments de la cartouche ; et le premier module de fonctionnement comprend en outre un premier dispositif de levage et un mécanisme de perçage monté sur une extrémité d'entraînement du premier dispositif de levage. Le premier dispositif de levage peut déplacer le mécanisme de perçage vers la cartouche, et le mécanisme de perçage peut percer les films d'étanchéité sur les multiples seconds compartiments, ce qui évite d'affecter l'écoulement régulier d'un réactif en raison de la diminution de la pression au-dessus du réactif lors de l'extraction du réactif dans les seconds compartiments, afin d'extraire le réactif en douceur.
