目前在进行纸浆模塑烘干时,需要把纸浆模塑摆放在放置架上,放置架置入烘干箱内,通过烘干箱内的热空气流动来对纸浆模塑进行烘干,但是在实际使用中,烘干箱的空气流通速度受到较大的限制,热空气一旦流速过快,会导致摆放在放置架上的纸浆模塑进行位移,因此需要严格限制热空气的流入,这样导致烘干箱内热空气流通不足,影响纸浆模塑的烘干效率。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种纸浆模塑烘干装置,通过对热空气的出口方向进行限制,使其在流出时可以对纸浆模塑进行竖直吹动,这样可以使 其固定在放置架上,避免热空气流速过快而导致的位移。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种纸浆模塑烘干装置,包括烘干箱、置入烘干箱内的放置组件和风机,所述风机的进风口通过第一输送管连接烘干箱,所述第一输送管内设置有空气干燥机构,所述烘干箱的内部设置有分流盒,所述风机的出风口通过第二输送管连接所述分流盒,所述第二输送管内设置有空气加热机构,所述分流盒上沿其长度方向设置有第一导管,所述第一导管上沿其长度方向设置有若干个第二导管,所述第二导管上设置有热风口。
优选的,所述放置组件包括有放置板,所述放置板之间通过支杆相连接,其中一个所述放置板下端设置有万向轮。
优选的,所述放置板的数量与所述第一导管的数量向对应,所述第二导管朝向放置板的所在位置延伸。
优选的,所述热风口沿着所述第二导管的长度方向进行排列,所述热风口的开口方向均向下设置。
优选的,所述空气干燥机构包括有设置在第一输送管内的安装管道,所述安装管道的内部设置有干燥块,所述干燥块的内部开设有通风孔。
优选的,所述空气加热机构包括有设置在第二输送管上的隔热套,所述隔热套的内部设置有电热丝。

请参阅图1,空气加热机构包括有设置在第二输送管13上的隔热套14,隔热套14的内部设置有电热丝15,电热丝15工作时,电流通过电热合金丝,电热合金丝就会发热,将电能转换为热能,隔热套14均有绝缘作用,保证电热合金丝工作时的电流不会使用者造成安全隐患,
