본 발명은 보조바지가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 특히 등산이나 낚시, 골프 등과 같은 야외활동이나, 농사일, 건설현장 종사자에 방한, 방풍, 방수 등의 기능을 할 수 있고 일반 바지를 입은 상태에서 덧바지나 일반바지 안에 쉽게 입을 수 있고 휴대가 간편하며 방석이나 가방 등과 같은 다용도로도 활용할 수 있으며 한편, 필요에 따라 하의의 하단부에 선택적으로 보조하의를 연결 구성하여 착용할 수 있는 기술이다.
요즈음 등산이나 낚시, 골프, 사냥, 스키, 야외 사이클링 등과 같은 야외활동을 하는 사람들이 많아 농사일이나 건설현장 종사가 등과 같이 겨울철 야외 작업을 하는 사람들에게 아웃도어용 의류에 대한 판매가 늘어나고 있다. 아웃도어용 의류는 야외활동시 착용감이 좋고 가벼우면서도 방풍, 방한, 방수 등의 기능을 갖춘 기능성 원단소재가 주로 사용되고 있다.
겨울철에 바람이나 추위가 있는 지역에서는 덧옷을 입게 되는데 덧옷의 대부분 신체 상의 쪽에 방풍, 방한 등의 기능이 있는 자켓류이다.
그러므로 신체 하부를 바람이나 추위로부터 견디기 위해 미리 내복을 입거나 바지를 덧입을 필요성이 느끼는데, 사전에 내복을 미리 입게 되면 운동을 조금하면 열이 나고 실내와 같이 춥지 않은 상태에 있거나 하게 되면 온몸이 답답하고 갑갑해서 견디기가 힘들다. 또 추위가 있는 환경에서는 미리 준비해둔 내복을 입을려면 그 준비한 내복을 가방 등에서 꺼내서 일반 바지를 벗고 신발도 벗은 다음에야 내복을 입으며 다시 일반바지를 입고 신발도 신어야하므로 여간 번거로운 일이 아닐 수 없다.

골프의 경우 겨울철 새벽에 골프 라운딩하러 나갈 때에는 아주 추운 시점이라 내복(하의)을 입고 티업할 경우가 많은데 한 두홀 지나고 오전 10~11시경 즈음이 되면 주위온도가 상당히 올라가서 내의를 벗고 운동을 했으면 하는 마음이 간절한데 내복하의를 벗으려 해도 라운딩 중의 짬을 낼 시간이 허락되지 않을 뿐더러 플레이를 함께 하는 여러 사람과 캐디(일반적으로 여성이 많음)가 있고 또 골프장 특성상 시야가 확트인 공간이 대부분이기에 일반바지를 벗고 내복을 벗은 다음 일반바지를 다시 입는다는 것이 사실상 불가능하다.

상기한 기술은 덧바지가 가방으로 사용 및 다양하게 변형하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 중심적으로 기재하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 덧바지 본체부는 7부바지, 8부바지, 반바지 중 어느 하나로 특정된 상태로 사용이 가능함에 따라, 여름철에 갑작스럽게 추워지거나, 겨울철에 갑작스럽게 더워지는 등, 갑작스런 날씨변화와 환경에 쉽게 대응하지 못하는 문제점을 갖고 있고, 하나의 디자인으로만 형성됨에 따라 젊은 사람들이 자신의 개성에 맞게 다양한 디자인을 연출하지 못하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출해낸 것으로, 등산이나 낚시, 골프 등과 같은 야외 활동시 방한이나 방풍, 방수 등과 같은 기능을 할 수 있으며 일반 바지를 입은 상태에서도 쉽게 입고 벗을 수 있음으로 일반바지를 벗고 내의를 입고 벗을 특별한 공간이나 장소를 찾을 필요도 없음은 물론이고, 휴대가 간편하고 휴대방석이나 휴대가방과 같은 주요 기능도 할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 하의 단독으로 착용할 수 있도록 함과 아울러, 상기 하의를 7부, 8부로 특정되지 않고, 반바지를 기본으로 하되, 하부에 선택적으로 보조하의를 연결 구성함으로써, 반바지, 7부, 8부바지로 변형이 가능토록 하여 갑작스럽게 급변하는 날씨 및 자신의 현재상황에 맞춰 변형이 가능하여 발생하는 상황에 즉각적으로 대응토록 할 수 있는 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의를 제공함에 주안점을 두고 그 기술적 과제로 창안한 것이다.
이에 본 발명은, 바지 옆솔기(outseam)(6)에 해당되는 덧바지본체부의 허리바깥부터 밑단바깥까지를 개방 형성하고 탈부착가능한 결착부재(20)를 옆솔기 개방 가장자리를 따라 고정 형성하고, 덧바지본체부의 둔부(12) 내면이나 하복부(14) 내면중 적어도 하나에 내부 포켓부(10)가 형성되게 구성하여서, 덧바지 미착용시에 내부 포켓부(10) 속을 뒤집어꺼냄에 따라 덧바지가 포개져 넣어진 휴대방석이나 휴대가방으로 변환되어 사용가능한 아웃도어용 하의에 있어서, 상기 하의 하단부(5) 각각의 외측 둘레에는 전체 또는 부분적으로 제1연결부(7)가 구성되고, 상측 둘레에 상기 제1연결부(7)에 선택적으로 체결되는 체결부(31)가 구성되는 보조하의(30)가 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의에 의하면, 일반 바지를 입은 상태에서도 덧바지를 쉽고 편리하게 입고 벗을 수 있음은 물론이고 사용자가 덧바지를 미착용할 경우 그 휴대가 간편하고 휴대방석이나 휴대가방의 용도로서 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 등산이나 낚시, 골프 등과 아울러 농사일이나 건설현장종사자와 같은 야외 활동시 방한이나 방풍, 방수하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 기본적으로 하의가 반바지로 구성되되, 하의 하단부 선택적으로 보조하의를 하나 이상 연결 구성할 수 있도록 함에 따라 7부바지, 8부바지, 긴바지 등 다양하게 그 길이를 조절할 수 있어, 상황에 맞춰서 변형이 가능함은 물론, 보조하의의 색상 및 모양 등이 달리 형성되어 다양한 디자인을 연출할 수 있으며 본인이 디자이너가 됨으로써 개성과 상황에 맞춰 다양성이 부여되는 유용한 발명이다.

본 발명은 특히 등산이나 낚시, 골프 등과 농사일이나, 건설현장 종사자와 같은 야외활동시에 방한, 방풍, 방수 등의 기능을 할 수 있고 일반 바지를 입은 상태에서 덧바지로서 쉽게 입을 수도 있고 벗을 수도 있으며 휴대가 간편하며 방석이나 가방 등과 같은 다용도로도 활용한 한편, 필요에 따라 하의의 하단부에 선택적으로 보조하의를 연결 구성하여 착용할 수 있는 기술이다.
이하, 첨부되는 도면과 관련하여 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 바람직한 구성 및 작용에 대하여 도 1 내지 도 9를 참고로 하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
이하 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명에서는 일반 바지를 입은 상태에서도 하의(2)를 쉽고 편리하게 입고 벗을 수 있도록 바지 옆솔기(outseam)(6)에 해당되는 덧바지본체부의 허리바깥부터 밑단바깥까지를 개방 형성하고, 탈부착가능한 결착부재(20)를 상기 옆솔기(6)의 개방 가장자리를 따라 고정 형성한다.
상기의 결착부재(20)는 일명 찍찍이라고 칭해지는 벨크로테이프가 바람직하며, 지퍼나 후크나 스냅단추나 그 외기타 균등물로도 형성할 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
본 발명의 하의(2)를 사용자가 입고 활동시 원하지 않은 결착 해제가 되지 않도록 하기 위해서, 도 1에서와 같이 바지본체부의 허리벨트측 위치에 연장 결착밴드(22)를 연장 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 아웃도어용 하의(2)는 홑겹으로 형성할 수도 있으며, 보온성 향상을 위해서 외피와 내피로 된 복겹형태로도 제작이 가능한 것이다.
본 발명의 아웃도어용 하의(2)를 전개한 상태는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 대체적으로 옆으로 긴 직사각형 형태가 된다.
도 4와 같이 전개된 하의(2)를 샅부분이나 안솔기 부분부터 지지하고서 옆솔기(6)의 결착부재(20)를 이용해서 부착을 하게 되면 사용자는 내복의 경우 일반바지와 신발을 벗지 않고도 하의(2)를 일반바지 위에 바로 입고 벗을 수 있다.
본 발명의 아웃도어용 하의(2)는 바지부 앞판(4a)과 바지부 뒷판(4b)으로 구성하되, 바지부 앞판(4a) 및 바지부 뒷판(4b)의 안솔기(8)가 재봉되어 일체 형성되고 옆솔기(6)는 재봉이 되지 않아서 자유단이 되는 덧바지 본체부가 마련된다.
더욱 바람직하게는 바지부 앞판(4a)과 바지부 뒷판(4b)이 샅부분에서 만나는 부위에 도 4에서와 같이 타원형태의 샅조각부(18)를 별도 사용하여 재봉형성하게 되면 착용자가 앉았다 일어설 때에 엉덩이 골 사이에 바지둔부 일부가 끼는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또 바지부 뒷판(4b)의 둔부(12)를 형성시에 한개 내지 세개 정도의 둔부조각부를 사용하여 가로배열한 후 재봉하면 상하 재봉선(16)들이 형성되는 바, 하의(2)를 입은 사용자가 쪼그려 앉아 있을 때와 같이 둔부에 팽팽한 압력이 가해져도 상하 재봉선(16)에 의해서 튼튼히 견딜 수 있는 구조가 된다.
본 발명의 아웃도어용 하의(2)를 덧바지 본체부를 구성함에 있어 7부바지, 8부바지나 반바지로 형성하는 것이 바람직한데, 이는 하의(2)의 바지부리가 땅에 끌리거나 신발에 닿지 않도록 하여서 땅이나 신발의 물기 등이 덧바지 부리에 스며들지 못하도록 하기 위함이다.
더욱 중요하게도 본 발명에서는 덧바지본체부의 둔부(12) 내면이나 하복부(14) 내면중 적어도 하나에 포켓조각원단을 재봉하여서 거의 둔부 크기에 버금가는 대형의 내부 포켓부(10)가 형성되게 구성한다. 본 발명의 도면들에서는 내부 포켓부(10)가 덧바지 본체부의 둔부(12)에 형성된 일예를 도시하고 있다.
덧바지 본체부의 둔부(12) 내면이나 하복부(14) 내면중의 하나 또는 양측 모두에 내부 포켓부(10)가 형성되면, 사용자가 하의(2)를 입을 경우에는 보이지 않게 숨으면서도 원단 한겹이 더 보강되므로 방풍이나 방한에 좀 더 도움이 된다. 그리고 사용자는 내부 포켓부(10)에 소지품을 필요에 따라 넣어 보관하는 용도로 활용할 수도 있다.
그리고 본 발명에서 내부 포켓부(10)를 방수원단포로 형성하는 것이 바람직한데, 그렇게 형성하면 사용자가 물기나 냉기가 다소 있는 바닥에 앉아도 수분이 엉덩이로 스며드는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 도 6 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 하의(20)의 하단부(5) 각각의 외측 둘레에는 전체 또는 부분적으로 제1연결부(7)가 구성되고, 상측 둘레에 상기 제1연결부(7)에 선택적으로 체결되는 체결부(31)가 구성되는 보조하의(30)가 구성된다.
이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 하의(20)의 하단부(5)에 선택적으로 보조하의(30)를 탈, 부착할 수 있도록 구성된다. 상기 탈, 부착 방식의 경우 벨크로 방식으로써, 사용자들이 필요에 따라서 보조하의(30)를 부착 구성시킬 수가 있다.
또한, 상기 제1연결부(7)와 체결부(31)는 전체적으로 벨크로로 탈, 부착되는 것을 도시하고 표현하였지만, 상기 제1연결부(7)와 체결부(31)는 커텐셋트의 구조와 같이 걸림되는 구조로 구성할 수가 있고, 단추구조, 지퍼구조 등 다양한 구조로 구현할 수가 있다.
또한, 상기 커텐셋트 구조일 경우, 제1연결부(7)가 하의(20)의 하단부(5)에 고정된 형태로 구성되거나, 별도의 안내레일을 구성하고 각각의 안내레일에 제1연결부(7)를 구성하고, 보조하의(30)의 체결부(31)를 제1연결부(7)에 연결할 시, 최종적으로 연결된 보조하의(30)는 레일 상에서 착용자의 움직임에 따라 이동할 수 있게 되어, 한 방향에서도 보조하의(30)의 외측 문양 또는 그림 등이 보여질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 보조하의(30)의 하부에는 하나 이상 다수의 제2연결부(33)가 구성되어, 다수의 보조하의(30)를 구성할 시, 상기 체결부(31)가 제2연결부(33)에 선택적으로 체결하도록 구성된다.
이러한 다수의 보조하의(30)의 구조는, 상기 하의(20)의 하부에 하나 이상의 보조하의(30)를 부착 구성시킴으로써, 사용자들이 선택적으로 반바지, 7부바지, 8부바지, 긴바지 등으로 구현하여 착용할 수가 있다.
예를 들면, 여름철 등과 같은 무더운 날씨일 경우, 상기 보조하의(30)를 구성하지 않고, 착용할 수가 있으며, 모기가 많이 있는 밤에는 다수의 보조하의(30)를 연결 구성하여서 긴바지로 구성하여 착용할 수가 있다.
상기 보조하의(30)가 다수개로 구성될 시, 서로 다른 색상, 서로 다른 문양, 서로 다른 길이 중 어느 하나로 구성될 수가 있다. 예를 들면, 3개의 보조하의(30)를 구성할 시, 첫 번째 보조하의(30)는 파란색, 두 번째 보조하의는 붉은색, 세 번쨰 보조하의는 노란색으로 구성하여 각각 연결 구성할 수가 있고, 첫 번째 보조하의(30)에는 다수의 물방울 무늬, 두 번째 보조하의(30)에는 태극기문양, 세 번째 보조하의(30)에는 동물그림 등 다양한 문양 및 이미지를 서로 달리 구성하여 착용할 수가 있다.
이러한 보조하의(30)의 다양한 색상 및 문양으로 구현할 수가 있어, 착용자의 개성이 맞춰서 얼마든지 쉽게 변경할 수가 있어, 사용상의 편리성과 다양성을 부여할 수가 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 하의(2) 또는 보조하의(30)의 내, 외측에 발광이 가능한 LED(마이크로LED)와 상기 LED(마이크로LED)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부 및 배터리를 연결 구성하여, 상기 LED(마이크로LED)에서 선택적으로 발광이 가능하도록 구성할 수도 있다.
이때, 상기 LED(마이크로LED)의 경우 본 발명의 출원하여 등록받은 기술로, 등록번호 10-2124173호의 구성요소를 그대로 적용하여 구성할 수도 있다.
이러한 경우, 하의(2) 또는 보조하의(30)에 구성된 LED(마이크로LED)를 통해 필요에 따라 사용자가 소지하는 스마트폰을 통해 자유롭게 발광과 색상 또는 무늬 변화를 가능하게 할 수가 있다.
상기 10-2124173호의 구성요소는 공지기술임에 따라 별도의 상세한 설명한 생략하기로 한다.
다시 말해, 본 발명은 보조하의(30)를 구성함으로써, 다양한 무늬, 디자인 등을 표현할 수가 있음과 아울러, 상기 LED(마이크로LED)의 구성을 통해, 무늬, 디자인과 더불어 발광까지 가능하여 착용에 있어 다양성을 부여할 수가 있다.
또한 본 발명의 하의는 대체적으로 반바지를 기본으로 하여 설명하고 도시하였지만, 필요에 따라 본 발명의 특정인 보조하의를 구성함에 있어, 치마의 하부로 상기 보조하의를 연결 구성할 수도 있다.
즉, 최초 메인이 되는 하의가 반바지가 아닌, 여성들이 주로 입는 치마를 기본으로 하고, 그 치마의 끝단에 상기 보조하의를 선택적으로 연결 구성할 수가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 바지 옆솔기(outseam)(6)에 해당되는 덧바지본체부의 허리바깥부터 밑단바깥까지를 개방 형성하고 탈부착가능한 결착부재(20)를 옆솔기 개방 가장자리를 따라 고정 형성되는 하의에 있어서,
    하의 하단부(5) 각각의 외측 둘레에는 전체 또는 부분적으로 제1연결부(7)가 구성되고,
    상측 둘레에 상기 제1연결부(7)에 선택적으로 체결되는 체결부(31)가 구성되는 보조하의(30)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의.
  2. 바지 옆솔기(outseam)(6)에 해당되는 덧바지본체부의 허리바깥부터 밑단바깥까지를 개방 형성하고 탈부착가능한 결착부재(20)를 옆솔기 개방 가장자리를 따라 고정 형성하고, 덧바지본체부의 둔부(12) 내면이나 하복부(14) 내면중 적어도 하나에 내부 포켓부(10)가 형성되게 구성하여서, 덧바지 미착용시에 내부 포켓부(10) 속을 뒤집어꺼냄에 따라 덧바지가 포개져 넣어진 휴대방석이나 휴대가방으로 변환되어 사용가능한 아웃도어용 하의에 있어서,
    하의 하단부(5) 각각의 외측 둘레에는 전체 또는 부분적으로 제1연결부(7)가 구성되고,
    상측 둘레에 상기 제1연결부(7)에 선택적으로 체결되는 체결부(31)가 구성되는 보조하의(30)가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 보조하의(30)의 하부에는 하나 이상 다수의 제2연결부(33)가 구성되어, 다수의 보조하의(30)를 구성할 시, 상기 체결부(31)가 제2연결부(33)에 선택적으로 체결하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 보조하의(30)가 다수개로 구성될 시,
    서로 다른 색상, 서로 다른 문양, 서로 다른 길이 중 어느 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조하의가 선택적으로 구성되는 하의.
