Abstract

一种车辆控制方法,包括:车辆中的电子设备(400)可以先获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和车辆控制策略对应的触发条件(S101);在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断第一事件是否满足触发条件(S102);若第一事件满足触发条件,根据满足的触发条件对应的车辆控制策略,控制车辆中的目标设备(20)动作(S103)。还公开了一种车辆控制装置、电子设备(400)、车辆(700)、存储介质和计算机程序产品。相较于现有技术中用户不能设置车辆的控制策略,此方法中车辆预留用户设置车辆控制策略的窗口,以供用户设置车辆控制策略,并在用户使用车辆过程中,按照用户设置的车辆控制策略控制车辆中的设备进行动作,提高了车辆的智能化水平。

本申请要求于2021年12月3日在中国专利局提交的、申请号为202111474441.1、发明名称为“一种车辆控制方法及车辆”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种车辆控制方法和装置、电子设备、车辆、存储介质、计算机程序产品。
背景技术
车辆是每个家庭或个人不可缺少的物品。随着人工智能的不断发展,人们对车辆的需求也不仅仅停留在行驶上,人们对车辆的智能化要求越来越高。
随着车辆智能化发展,许多用户会使用车辆为家人或朋友制造惊喜以提高生活的仪式感,例如,在家人生日时,利用音箱设备播放生日歌,使车内氛围更浪漫。但是,目前车辆智能化程度有限,不能满足用户的需求。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的之一在于:提供一种车辆控制方法和装置、电子设备、车辆、存储介质、计算机程序产品,可以解决目前车辆智能化程度低,不能满足用户的需求的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种车辆控制方法,包括:
获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、所述第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和所述车辆控制策略对应的触发条件;
在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件;
若所述第一事件满足所述触发条件,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,其中,所述目标设备为所述车辆控制策略中包括的设备。
第二方面,提供一种车辆控制装置,包括:
用户设置模块,用于获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、所述第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和所述车辆控制策略对应的触发条件;
事件检测模块,用于在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件;
控制模块,用于若所述第一事件满足所述触发条件,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,其中,所述目标设备为所述车辆控制策略中包括的设备。第三方面,提供一种电子设备,包括:存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现上述第一方面中任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
第四方面,提供了一种车辆,所述车辆包括上述电子设备。
第五方面,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述第一方面中任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
第六方面,提供了一种计算机程序产品,当计算机程序产品在终端设备上运行时,使得终端设备执行上述第一方面中任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
有益效果
本申请实施例提供的车辆控制方法的有益效果在于:本申请中车辆中的电子设备可以先获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和车辆控制策略对应的触发条件;在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断第一事件是否满足第一预设时间对应的触发条件;若第一事件满足第一预设时间对应的触发条件,根据满足的触发条件对应的车辆控制策略,控制车辆中的目标设备进行动作。
对于现有技术中用户不能设置车辆的控制策略,导致控制策略不能满足用户需求的问题,本申请的车辆可以获取用户设置的车辆控制策略和设置的车辆控制策略的触发条件;在后续使用车辆过程中,若检测到满足车辆控制策略的触发条件的事件后,按照用户设置的车辆控制策略控制车辆中的设备进行动作,提高了车辆的智能化水平,满足了用户的需求。
可以理解的是,上述第二方面至第六方面的有益效果可以参见上述车辆控制方法中的相关描述,在此不再赘述。

术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
图1为本申请实施例提供的车辆控制方法的应用场景示意图,上述车辆控制方法可以用于对车辆中的设备进行控制。其中,车辆中的中控设备10用于获取用户设置的信息,用户设置的信息包括用户设置的第一预设时间、第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和车辆控制策略对应的触发条件。中控设备10还可以检测当前事件。中控设备10在确定当前时间为第一预设时间、且当前事件满足触发条件时,中控设备10根据车辆控制策略,控制车辆中的目标设备20按照车辆控制策略动作。
图2示出了本申请提供的车辆控制方法的示意性流程图,参照图2,对该方法的详述如下:
S101,获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和所述车辆控制策略对应的触发条件。
在本实施例中,触发条件包括接收到指令信息和/或检测到车辆内存在第二用户。
在本实施例中,指令信息可以包括用户发出的语音指令。指令信息还可以包括用户作用在车辆上设备、按键或控件上生成的指令等。例如,语音指令可以根据需要进行设置。例如,语音指令可以为祝女儿生日快乐、开启魔法时刻等。用户作用在车辆的设备上生成的指令可以包括用户打开车门后生成指令。
在本实施例中,指令信息还可以是在识别到预设人脸图像后生成的指令,预设人脸图像可以为第一用户设置的图像。
在本实施例中,指令信息还可以是在识别到预设指纹后生成的指令,预设指纹可以是第一用户设置的指纹。
具体的,车内是否存在第二用户可以通过车内的图像信息或音频信息确定。
在本实施例中,第一预设时间可以根据需要进行设置。第一预设时间可以为一段时间区间、一个日期或一个时间点等。例如,第二用户生日当天、第一用户的结婚纪念日等。
在本实施例中,电子设备可以获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间。电子设备可以是车辆中的中控设备。
具体的,第一用户可以通过各种可以设置第一预设时间的终端设置第一预设时间。例如,第一用户可以通过移动终端设置第一预设时间,并将移动终端中设置的第一预设时间发送至电子设备。移动终端可以包括手机、平板电脑等。移动终端可以通过云端将第一预设时间传至电子设备。第一用户还可以通过车辆上的中控设备设置第一预设时间。中控设备为用户预留设置第一预设时间的接口。具体的,用户设置第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和车辆控制策略对应的触发条件的方法如上述设置第一预设时间的方法相同,在此不再赘述。
S102,在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件。
在本实施例中,第一事件可以包括车门打开、音视频设备打开、车内存在用户等。
具体的,电子设备在检测到第一事件后,判断第一事件是否为触发车辆控制策略的事件。
S103,若第一事件满足触发条件,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作。
在本实施例中。目标设备为车辆控制策略中包括的设备。
作为举例,若触发条件包括接收到语音指令,且语音指令为“祝女儿生日快乐”。电子设备在检测到语音信息后,判断语音信息的内容是否与“祝女儿生日快乐”相匹配,若语音信息的内容与“祝女儿生日快乐”相匹配,电子设备根据车辆控制策略控制车辆中的目标设备动作。
本申请实施例中,车辆中的电子设备可以先获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和车辆控制策略对应的触发条件,在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断第一事件是否满足所述触发条件;若第一事件满足触发条件,根据车辆控制策略,控制车辆中的目标设备按照车辆控制策略动作。相较于现有技术中用户不能设备车辆的控制策略,本申请车辆可以获取用户设置的车辆控制策略,并在用户设置的时间、且满足车辆控制策略的触发条件时,按照用户设置的车辆控制策略控制车辆中的设备进行动作,提高了车辆的智能化水平。
在一种可能的实现方式中,车辆控制策略包括第一控制方式和第二控制方式,第一控制方式包括车辆上的音视频设备展示预设的第一小程序,第二控制方式包括音视频设备展示运行结果信息,第一控制方式的优先级高于第二控制方式的优先级。
如图3所示,具体的,步骤S103具体可以包括:
S1031,查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式。
在本实施例中,每个控制方式对应一个优先级,控制方式的优先级可以包括第一级、第二级、第三级等,第一级的高于第二级,第二级的高于第三级。
在本实施例中,电子设备在确定第一事件满足触发条件后,可以先确定车辆控制策略中包括几个控制方式,若车辆控制策略中包括一个控制方式,电子设备按照该控制方式控制目标设备动作。若车辆控制策略中包括至少两个控制方式,电子设备需要将控制方式进行排序,并按照优先级从高到低的顺序开始执行控制方式。
S1032,若所述第一控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式,根据所述第一控制方式,控制所述音视频设备展示并运行第一小程序。
在本实施例中,第一小程序用于提示礼物的位置信息。
在本实施例中,音视频设备可以为显示屏、仪表显示装置、抬头显示装置(Head Up Display,HUD)、副驾屏或投影装置等。
在本实施例中,电子设备还可以获取第一用户设置的与第一预设时间对应的第一小程序。第一小程序可以包括游戏程序和抽奖程序等。第一小程序的个数可以是一个或多个。用户在点击第一小程序后,或者点击第一小程序对应的进入按键后可以启动该小程序。对应的,电子设备在检测到用户作用在第一小程序上的指令或作用在第一小程序对应的按键上的指令后开始运行第一小程序。具体的,第一小程序的设置过程与第一预设时间的设置过程相同。另外,车辆上的中控设备可以为用户预留小程序的设置接口,中控设备通过音视频设备显示小程序的设置页面。用户可以通过小程序的设置页面设置车辆控制策略中的第一小程序。
在本实施例中,小程序可以以动画、文字或图片的形式展示在音视频设备上。
S1033,查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式。
在本实施例中,电子设备在运行完第一控制方式后,确定第二级的控制方式。
S1034,若所述第二控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式,在确定所述第一小程序运行结束后,基于所述第二控制方式,控制所述音视频设备播放运行结果信息。
在本实施例中,运行结果信息为所述第一用户设置的信息,运行结果信息包括礼物在所述车辆上的位置信息。
具体的,在车辆控制策略中可以设置第二控制方式的运行条件,本申请中第二控制方式的运行条件包括第一小程序运行结束。
在本实施例中,电子设备可以监测第一小程序是否运行完毕。
在本实施例中,电子设备还可以在接收到结束语音后,确定第一小程序运行结束。
在本实施例中,运行结果信息可以以文字显示、动画显示或语音播报的形式进行播放。
本申请实施例中,车辆控制策略可以包括为用户展示第一小程序,通过第一小程序增加人车的交互,增加趣味性,另外,在第一小程序运行结束后可以向用户展示奖品的位置,使增加车辆与用户的黏性,为用户提供更多的服务。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在步骤S1034之后,上述方法还可以包括:
若所述位置信息为所述车辆的后备箱,控制所述后备箱开启。
控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放预设音频;和/或
控制所述音视频设备播放预设视频;和/或
控制所述车辆上的车灯开启;和/或
控制所述车辆上的香氛设备开启。
在本实施例中,在控制后备箱、车灯开启之前,还可以先获取车辆中车速检测设备采集的车辆的车速,若车速为0,则控制后备箱和/或车灯开启。若车速不为0,则不可以控制后备箱和/或车灯开启。
在一种可能的实现方式中,步骤S103具体可以包括:
控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放预设音频;和/或
控制所述音视频设备播放预设视频;和/或
控制所述车辆上的车灯开启;和/或
控制所述车辆上的香氛设备开启。
在本实施例中,预设音频可以包括一首歌曲、一段语音等。预设音频可以为第一用户设置的音频。
在本实施例中,预设视频可以包括动画、相册等。
在本实施例中,控制车辆上的车灯开启可以包括开启预设个数的车灯,开启不同位置的车灯,例如,前车灯、车内灯等。控制车辆上的车灯开启还可以包括控制车辆上的车灯进行闪烁、发出对应颜色的灯光等,可以根据需要进行设置。
在本实施例中,电子设备还可以控制车辆中的车窗、座椅、空调、天窗等动作。
在本实施例中,若同时控制车辆上的车灯开启和控制音视频设备播放预设音频,电子设备还可以控制车灯随预设音频或游戏音效的节奏进行闪烁。
在本实施例中,还可以根据语音指令控制后备箱打开或控制音视频设备播放语音信息或视频信息。具体的,获取语音指令,根据语音指令播放对应的语音信息或视频信息。例如,若接收到的语音指令为播放生日歌,则控制音视频设备播放生日歌曲。具体的语音指令的内容可以根据需要进行设置。
本申请实施例中,电子设备通过控制车辆上的不同设备进行联动,不仅提高了车辆的智能化,还为用户带来了更好的体验氛围。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的图像数据。
在本实施例中,电子设备可以根据第二用户的图像数据确定第二用户是否在车辆上。具体的,第一用户设置第二用户的图像数据的过程与第一预设时间的设置过程相同,在此不再赘述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,触发条件包括检测到所述车辆内存在第二用户,第一事件包括车辆中的摄像设备拍摄当前车内视频。
如图4所示,步骤S102的实现过程可以包括:
S1021,基于第二用户的图像数据和所述当前车内视频,确定当前时刻车辆上的用户中是否包括第二用户。
在本实施例中,在获取到当前车内视频后,可以对当前车内视频进行分析,确定当前车内视频中是否存在与第二用户的图像数据匹配的图像。若当前车内视频中存在与第二用户的图像数据匹配的图像,则确定第二用户在车辆上。若当前车内视频中部存在与第二用户的图像数据匹配的图像,则确定第二用户不在车辆上。
具体的,可以将当前车内视频中的图像和第二用户的图像数据输入第一神经网络模型中,得到图像的匹配度,若匹配度大于预设值,则确定第二用户在车辆上。若匹配度小于或等于预设值,则确定第二用户不在车辆上。第一神经网络模型可以是预先训练好的神经网络模型。
S1022,若当前时刻所述车辆上的用户中包括第二用户,则确定所述第一事件满足所述触发条件。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的音频数据。
在本实施例中,电子设备可以根据第二用户的音频数据确定第二用户是否在车辆上。具体的,第一用户设置第二用户的音频数据的过程与第一预设时间的设置过程相同,在此不再赘述。
在一种可能的实现方式中,触发条件包括检测到所述车辆内存在第二用户,第一事件包括所述车辆上的音频采集设备检测到所述车辆上存在用户。
步骤S102的实现过程可以包括:
S1023,基于所述第二用户的音频数据和所述音频采集设备当前时间采集的音频信息,确定当前时间所述车辆上的用户中是否包括所述第二用户。
S1024,若当前时间所述车辆上的用户中包括所述第二用户,则确定所述第一事件满足所述触发条件。
在本实施例中,在获取到音频信息后,可以对音频信息进行分析,确定音频信息与音频数据是否匹配,若音频信息与音频数据匹配,则确定第二用户在车辆上。若音频信息与音频数据不匹配,则确定第二用户不在车辆上。
具体的,可以将音频信息和音频数据输入第二神经网络模型中,检测音频信息和音频数据的相似度,若相似度大于预设阈值,则确定第二用户在车辆上;若相似度小于或等于预设阈值,则确定第二用户不在车辆上。第二神经网络模型可以是预先训练好的模型。
如图5所示,在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:
S201,获取第一用户设置的对话信息和所述对话信息对应的预设场景信息,所述对话信息包括第一信息和用于回答所述第一信息的第二信息。
在本实施例中,预设场景信息可以根据需要进行设置。例如,第二预设场景信息可以包括第二用户在车上、香氛设备开启、车内灯光开启等。
在本实施例中,对话信息可以是文字信息或语音信息等。
在本实施例中,在对话信息中还可以设置人物昵称,并在对话时播放或显示人物昵称。
作为举例,第一信息为“谁最帅”,第二信息可以设置为“某某最帅”。
S202,在接收到第三用户的语音信息后,判断当前车内场景是否与预设场景信息相匹配。
在本实施例中,第三用户可以是第一用户或第二用户。第三用户还可以是除第一用户和第二用户之外的用户。
作为举例,若预设场景信息为香氛设备开启,电子设备可以检测香氛设备的状态,若香氛设备的状态为开启状态,则确定当前车内场景与预设场景信息相匹配。
S203,若当前车内场景与所述预设场景信息相匹配,检测第三用户的语音信息是否与第一信息相匹配。
在本实施例中,电子设备在获取到语音信息后,可以提取语音信息中的关键字,用语音信息的关键字与第一信息进行匹配,确定语音信息的关键字中与第一信息中相同字的个数。若相同字的个数大于预设个数,则确定语音信息与第一信息相匹配。若相同字的个数小于或等于预设个数,则确定语音信息与第一信息不相匹配。

在本实施例中,第二信息可以以语音的形式播放,还可以以文字的形式进行播放。
本申请实施例中,用户可以设置对话信息,在用户说出第一信息后,车辆可以输出对应的第二信息,不仅提高了车辆的智能化水平,还增加了人机互动的趣味性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:
在确定当前时间为第二预设时间、且所述车辆上存在所述第一用户的情况下,控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放提醒信息,所述第二预设时间为在所述第一预设时间之前的时间,提醒信息用于提示在所述第一预设时间的节日类型。
在本实施例中,第一预设时间与第二预设时间的差值可以根据需要进行设置,例如,第一预设时间与第二预设时间的差值可以为1天、2天或3天等。
在本实施例中,提醒信息用于提醒第一用户别忘记第一预设时间的日子。节日类型可以为第一用户在设置第一预设时间时设置的。节日类型可以为生日、结婚纪念日等。提醒信息可以以文字或视频的形式进行显示,提醒信息可以包括第一预设时间和节日类型。
作为举例,若第一预设时间为女儿的生日,第一预设时间为5月3日,则在第二预设时间5月1日、且第一用户在车上时,控制音视频设备播放提醒信息,提醒信息的内容可以为:5月3日是女的生日。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:
在确定当前时间为第二预设时间时,控制车辆中的信息发送模块向第一用户的移动终端发送提醒信息。移动终端可以包括手机或平板电脑等。
如图6所示,在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:
S301,获取所述第一用户设置的第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式和第四用户的语音数据,所述第四用户的语音数据与所述第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式相关联。
在本实施例中,第四用户的语音数据与所述第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式相关联,也就是在第一预设时间、且第四用户说话时才可以根据语音交互模式确定第四用户的应答信息。
在本实施例中,语音交互模式包括亲子模式、情侣模式、朋友模式和默认模式中的一种。不同的语音交互模式中存储的内容可以不同,例如,不同的语音交互模式下存储的歌曲类型可以不同,对话内容可以不同。例如,亲子模式中存储的对话内容可以更童趣,亲友模式存储的对话内容可以更正式等。亲子模式中存储的歌曲可以为儿歌,情侣模式下存储的歌曲为情歌。
在本实施例中,语音交互模式和第四用户的语音数据的设置过程与第一预设时间的设备过程相同,请参照上述第一预设时间的设置过程,在此不再赘述。
S302,在确定当前时间为所述第一预设时间的情况下,若接收到第一语音信息,根据所述第四用户的语音信息,确定所述第一语音信息是否与所述第四用户的语音数据相匹配。
S303,若所述第一语音信息与所述第四用户的语音数据相匹配,获取所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式。

在本实施例中,第三信息可以包括对话信息、歌曲、绕口令等。
在本实施例中,还可以获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式的停止时间,在确定当前时间为停止时间,则退出第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式,进入默认模式。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述方法还可以包括:
若确定当前时间为第三预设时间,则控制音视频设备播放与第三预设时间对应的信息。第三预设时间对应的信息可以根据第三预设时间的类型确定。
在本实施例中,第三预设时间的类型可以包括节日、车主的生日、车主的结婚纪念日、买车纪念日、保养日期等。不同的类型可以对应不同的播放信息。例如,生日可以播放生日歌等。第三预设时间和第三预设时间对应的信息可以是用户设置的,还可以是运营商推送的。例如,生日和结婚纪念日可以是用户设置的。节日、买车纪念日和保养日期可以是运营商推送的。与第三预设时间对应的信息可以包括视屏、音频、电子相册、文字信息、优惠券等。
具体的,在车辆启动后,若确定当前时间为第三预设时间,控制音视频设备播放与第三预设时间对应的信息。

查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式;
若所述第一控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式,根据所述第一控制方式,控制所述音视频设备展示并运行第一小程序;
查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式;
若所述第二控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式,所述第一小程序运行结束后,基于所述第二控制方式,控制所述音视频设备播放运行结果信息,其中,所述运行结果信息为所述第一用户设置的信息,所述运行结果信息包括礼物在所述车辆上的位置信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,控制模块430具体可以用于:
若所述位置信息为所述车辆的后备箱,控制所述后备箱开启。

控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放预设音频;和/或

控制所述车辆上的车灯开启;和/或
控制所述车辆上的香氛设备开启。

图像获取模块,用于获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的图像数据;

基于所述第二用户的图像数据和所述当前车内视频,确定当前时刻所述车辆上的用户中是否包括所述第二用户;
若当前时刻所述车辆上的用户中包括所述第二用户,则确定所述第一事件满足所述触发条件。

音频获取模块,用于获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的音频数据;

基于所述第二用户的音频数据和所述音频采集设备当前时间采集的音频信息,确定当前时间所述车辆上的用户中是否包括所述第二用户;

对话信息获取模块,用于获取第一用户设置的对话信息和所述对话信息对应的预设场景信息,所述对话信息包括第一信息和用于回答所述第一信息的第二信息;
场景判断模块,用于在接收到第三用户的语音信息后,判断当前车内场景是否与所述预设场景信息相匹配;
语音判断模块,用于若所述当前车内场景与所述预设场景信息相匹配,检测所述第三用户的语音信息是否与所述第一信息相匹配;
对话输出模块,用于若所述第三用户的语音信息与所述第一信息匹配,则控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放所述第二信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述电子设备400还可以包括:
提醒输出模块,用于在确定当前时间为第二预设时间、且所述车辆上存在所述第一用户的情况下,控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放提醒信息,所述第二预设时间为在所述第一预设时间之前的时间,所述提醒信息用于提示在所述第一预设时间的节日类型。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述电子设备400还可以包括:

模式更改模块,用于若当前语音交互模式不是所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式,则将当前语音交互模式切换至所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式;
应答信息输出模块,用于基于所述第一语音信息,控制所述车辆中的音视频设备输出第三信息,其中,所述第三信息为在当前语音交互模式下所述第一语音信息对应的应答信息。
需要说明的是,上述装置/单元之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容,由于与本申请方法实施例基于同一构思,其具体功能及带来的技术效果,具体可参见方法实施例部分,此处不再赘述。

本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,参见图8,该电子设备700可以包括:至少一个处理器710、存储器720以及存储在所述存储器720中并可在所述至少一个处理器710上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器710执行所述计算机程序时实现上述任意各个方法实施例中的步骤,例如图2所示实施例中的步骤S101至步骤S103。或者,处理器710执行所述计算机程序时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图7所示模块410至模块430的功能。
示例性的,计算机程序可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在存储器720中,并由处理器710执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序段,该程序段用于描述计算机程序在电子设备700中的执行过程。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图8仅仅是电子设备的示例,并不构成对电子设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
处理器710可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
存储器720可以是电子设备的内部存储单元,也可以是电子设备的外部存储设备,例如插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。所述存储器720用于存储所述计算机程序以及电子设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器720还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
总线可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,本申请附图中的总线并不限定仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
本申请实施例提供的车辆控制方法可以应用于计算机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等终端设备上,本申请实施例对终端设备的具体类型不作任何限制。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述或记载的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种车辆控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、所述第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和所述车辆控制策略对应的触发条件;
    在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件;
    若所述第一事件满足所述触发条件,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,其中,所述目标设备为所述车辆控制策略中包括的设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述车辆控制策略包括第一控制方式和第二控制方式,所述第一控制方式包括所述车辆上的音视频设备展示预设的第一小程序,所述第二控制方式包括所述音视频设备展示运行结果信息;
    所述根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,包括:
    查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式;
    若所述第一控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级最高的控制方式,根据所述第一控制方式,控制所述音视频设备展示并运行所述第一小程序;
    查找所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式;
    若所述第二控制方式为所述车辆控制策略中优先级低于所述第一控制方式的控制方式,所述第一小程序运行结束后,基于所述第二控制方式,控制所述音视频设备播放所述运行结果信息,其中,所述运行结果信息为所述第一用户设置的信息,所述运行结果信息包括礼物在所述车辆上的位置信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,在所述控制所述音视频设备播放所述运行结果信息之后,包括:
    若所述位置信息为所述车辆的后备箱,控制所述后备箱开启。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制所述后备箱开启,包括:
    获取所述车辆的车速;
    若所述车辆的车速为0,则控制所述后备箱开启。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,包括:
    控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放预设音频;和/或
    控制所述音视频设备播放预设视频;和/或
    控制所述车辆上的车灯开启;和/或
    控制所述车辆上的香氛设备开启。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的图像数据;所述触发条件包括检测到所述车辆内存在第二用户,所述第一事件包括所述车辆中的摄像设备拍摄当前车内视频;
    所述判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件,包括:
    基于所述第二用户的图像数据和所述当前车内视频,确定当前时刻所述车辆上的用户中是否包括所述第二用户;
    若当前时刻所述车辆上的用户中包括所述第二用户,则确定所述第一事件满足所述触发条件。
  7. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一用户设置的所述第二用户的音频数据;
    若所述触发条件包括检测到所述车辆内存在第二用户,所述第一事件包括所述车辆上的音频采集设备检测到所述车辆上存在用户;
    所述判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件,包括:
    基于所述第二用户的音频数据和所述音频采集设备当前时间采集的音频信息,确定当前时间所述车辆上的用户中是否包括所述第二用户;
    若当前时间所述车辆上的用户中包括所述第二用户,则确定所述第一事件满足所述触发条件。
  8. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取第一用户设置的对话信息和所述对话信息对应的预设场景信息,所述对话信息包括第一信息和用于回答所述第一信息的第二信息;
    在接收到第三用户的语音信息后,判断当前车内场景是否与所述预设场景信息相匹配;
    若所述当前车内场景与所述预设场景信息相匹配,检测所述第三用户的语音信息是否与所述第一信息相匹配;
    若所述第三用户的语音信息与所述第一信息匹配,则控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放所述第二信息。
  9. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在确定当前时间为第二预设时间、且所述车辆上存在所述第一用户的情况下,控制所述车辆中的音视频设备播放提醒信息,所述第二预设时间为在所述第一预设时间之前的时间,所述提醒信息用于提示在所述第一预设时间的节日类型。
  10. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的车辆控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第一用户设置的所述第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式和所述第四用户的语音数据,所述语音交互模式包括亲子模式、情侣模式、朋友模式和默认模式中的一种,所述第四用户的语音数据与所述第一预设时间对应的语音交互模式相关联;
    在确定当前时间为所述第一预设时间的情况下,若接收到第一语音信息,确定所述第一语音信息是否与所述第四用户的语音数据相匹配;
    若所述第一语音信息与所述第四用户的语音数据相匹配,获取所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式;
    若当前语音交互模式不是所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式,则将当前语音交互模式切换至所述第四用户对应的语音交互模式;
    基于所述第一语音信息,控制所述车辆中的音视频设备输出第三信息,其中,所述第三信息为在当前语音交互模式下所述第一语音信息对应的应答信息。
  11. 一种车辆控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设置模块,用于获取第一用户设置的第一预设时间、所述第一预设时间对应的车辆控制策略和所述车辆控制策略对应的触发条件;
    事件检测模块,用于在当前时间为第一预设时间时,若检测到第一事件,判断所述第一事件是否满足所述触发条件;
    控制模块,用于若所述第一事件满足所述触发条件,根据所述车辆控制策略,控制所述车辆中的目标设备按照所述车辆控制策略动作,其中,所述目标设备为所述车辆控制策略中包括的设备。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至10任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括如权利要求12所述的电子设备。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至10任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当计算机程序产品在终端设备上运行时,使得终端设备执行如权利要求1至10任一项所述的车辆控制方法。
