Abstract

一种反应杯传送装置,包括抽屉(309)、反应杯架(301)、抓手(302)、反应杯座(303)、活动杯架(307)、抓手移动单元和反应杯导轨(308),一个或多个反应杯架(301)设置于抽屉(309)内,反应杯架(301)上方设有抓手(302),抓手(302)通过抓手支架(310)与抓手移动单元连接,反应杯座(303)通过活动杯架(307)与反应杯导轨(308)连接。采用反应杯传送装置,能避免人工在反应杯堆中反复抓取,能一目了然反应杯架(301)内的反应杯剩余数量,可及时补充。

Description

一种反应杯传送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送装置,尤其涉及一种反应杯传送装置。
背景技术
本装置是配套与全自动定量测试系统,通过独特的进样单元实现了多种样本类型的识别以及样本可能需要的前处理,同时通过加样单元和耗材单元,完成样本的添加以及整个干式荧光反应的过程,最终完成检测。它实现了POCT的自动化、信息化、集成化、个性化和模块化的快速检测,多种样本类型可直接上机进行检测,满足医院信息化的发展要求和临床急诊的多用途需求和质量保证。
传统反应杯都是人工抓取,重复性劳动使人工疲劳度大涨,且空置的反应杯在待使用过程中也无法规范的堆置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种反应杯传送装置。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种反应杯传送装置,包括抽屉、反应杯架、抓手、活动杯架、抓手移动单元和反应杯导轨,其中一个和/或多个反应杯架设置于抽屉内,反应杯架内矩阵式摆放着反应杯,反应杯架上方设有移动抓手,移动抓手通过抓手支架移动,抓手支架与抓手移动单元连接,反应杯座通过活动杯架与反应杯导轨连接。
进一步,抓手移动单元包括X向电机、Z向电机和Y向电机,X向电机和Y向电机设置在活动支架上,通过传动轮和皮带与抓手支架连接,抓手支架上还设有Z向电机,Z向电机通过传动轮和皮带与抓手连接。
进一步,反应杯导轨与活动杯架活动连接,活动杯架上设有反应杯座,反应杯座设有 复位弹,复位弹簧连接与活动杯架和反应杯座之间。
进一步,抓手设有电磁阀和抓钳,通过电磁阀控制抓钳的开合。
进一步,反应杯导轨设置在导轨支架上,导轨支架上活动连接有双针支架,导轨支架上设有导轨电机,导轨电机通过传动轮和皮带控制活动杯架活动,导轨支架和双针支架之间设有双针支架电机,双针支架电机通过传动轮和皮带控制试剂针支架左右平移。
进一步,双针支架上设有试剂针、废液针和双针电机,试剂针连接有试剂针泵,废液针连接有废液针泵,双针电机通过传动轮和皮带控制试剂针和废液针上下移动。
采用本发明的技术方案,本发明有益效果为:避免人工反复在反应杯堆中反复抓取,能一目了然归置于反应杯架内的反应杯剩余数量,可及时补充。避免重复性劳动使人工疲劳度大涨,且空置的反应杯在待使用过程中也无法规范的堆置。

参照图1、图2,一种反应杯传送装置,在抽屉309内矩阵排列有四个反应杯架301,反应杯架301内放置有多个反应杯,反应杯架301上方设有抓手302,抓手302通过抓手支架310与抓手移动单元相连,抓手单元中的X向电机305和Y向电机设置在活动支架311上,通过传动轮和皮带控制抓手支架310“X”、“Y”方向移动,抓手支架310上还设有Z向电机,Z向电机通过传动轮和皮带控制抓手302“Z”向移动,通过“X”,“Z”和“Y”向的活动轨迹,可使抓手的移动范围覆盖所有反应杯架301。
在抽屉309一侧设有反应杯导轨308,反应杯导轨308上设有活动杯架307,通过导轨电机505可将活动杯架307传送至双针支架508附近,双针支架508通过双针支架电机504平移至活动杯架307上方,通过双针电机503将试剂针501探入活动杯架307上的反应杯内,通过试剂泵506添加试剂,同理通过双针支架电机504和双针电机使废液针502探入反应杯内,通过废液泵抽取废液;活动杯架307上设有反应杯座303,反应杯座303与活动杯架307之间设有弹簧304,当废液针502抽取完废液后,通过双针电机503进一步向下移动,使废液针502对反应杯向下施压,弹簧304产生拉伸让反应杯座303形变,使得置于其上的反应杯跌落,当废液针502上升时,压力消失时,反应杯座303自行复位。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,包括抽屉、反应杯架、抓手、反应杯座、活动杯架、抓手移动单元和反应杯导轨,所述一个和/或多个反应杯架设置于抽屉内,所述反应杯架上方设有所述抓手,所述抓手通过抓手支架与抓手移动单元连接,所述反应杯座通过活动杯架与反应杯导轨连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,所述抓手移动单元包括X向电机、Z向电机和Y向电机,所述X向电机和Y向电机设置在活动支架上,通过传动轮和皮带与抓手支架连接,所述抓手支架上还设有Z向电机,所述Z向电机通过传动轮和皮带与抓手连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,所述反应杯导轨与活动杯架活动相连,所述活动杯架上设有反应杯座,所述反应杯座设有复位弹簧。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,所述抓手设有电磁阀和抓钳。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,所述反应杯导轨设置在导轨支架上,所述导轨支架上活动连接有双针支架。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种反应杯传送装置,其特征在于,所述双针支架上设有试剂针和废液针。
