Abstract
一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构,包括筒体(21),筒体(21)内设有注射推杆(20),筒体(21)远离注射推杆(20)的另一端设有药管(29),筒体(21)远离注射推杆(20)的另一端设有固定环(23),固定环(23)内安装有中心座(32),中心座(32)上设有转动盘(25)与卡簧(33),转动盘(25)与牵动绳(34)一端连接,牵动绳(34)另一端固定于中心座(32)上,固定环(23)下端设有多根等高柱(30),固定环(23)内还设有垂直观察窗。该无针注射器克服了常规无针注射器不能垂直注射的制约,最大程度的保障了注射过程中的治疗效果,同时消除了被注射者对注射过程的恐惧,减小了疼痛,实现了在治疗康复过程中的舒适性,达到了医务人员及患者对良好的治疗效果和对美好愿望的追求。
Description
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构。
无针注射器应用行业除了在基础医学、临床医学、法医学、检验医学、预防医学、保健医学、康复医学等领域的广泛应用,还要求对医务工作者及患者的操作性更加便捷,实用性更加高效,舒适性更加优越,无针注射技术的研究对促进医疗工程领域自主创新,技术进步和行业发展具有重大意义,其重要性不仅在于它的经济效益或经济作用,更在于它的社会效益。
常规的无针注射器机构,包括设置于无针注射器筒体内的注射推杆,注射推杆头部为塑料硅胶,与注射推杆固定连接,无针注射筒体与固定环连接,作用是与无针注射筒体连接的同时,使其与药管固定在一起,注射推杆头部的塑料硅胶与药管过盈配合,通过剂量观察窗口识别选取需要注射的剂量,在压力作用下使注射推杆头部的塑料硅胶对药管施加压力,将药物注输送完成注射过程。
常规的无针注射器机构,由于其原理是通过压力使得注射推杆头部的塑料硅胶将药物输送出药管的喷嘴,从而完成注射过程,在注射过程中为无针注射,当注射药管接触人体时,无法控制其注射角度,从而影响了注射药物进入皮下组织的药物剂量,影响了治疗效果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构,包括筒体,所述筒体内设有注射推杆,所述筒体远离所述注射推杆的另一端设有药管,所述筒体远离所述注射推杆的另一端设有固定环,所述固定环内安装有中心座,所述中心座上设有转动盘与卡簧,所述转动盘与牵动绳一端连接,所述牵动绳另一端固定于所述中心座上,所述固定环下端设有多根等高柱,所述固定环内还设有垂直观察窗。
优选的,所述注射推杆靠近所述药管的一端设有塑料硅胶。
优选的,所述筒体上设有观察窗。
优选的,所述转动盘与所述卡簧通过中心销固定设置于所述中心座上。
优选的,所述牵动绳一端通过牵动绳固定销固定与所述转动盘上。
优选的,所述牵动绳另一端绕过所述转动盘的卡槽,通过所述转动盘固定销固定于所述中心座上。
优选的,所述垂直观察窗中设有透明观察板。
优选的,所述固定环下端对称设有至少三根所述等高柱,且三根所述等高柱通过卡槽固定于所述固定环内,三根所述等高柱均套装有弹簧。
本发明所提供的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,克服了常规无针注射器不能垂直注射的制约,最大程度的保障了注射过程中的治疗效果,同时消除了被注射者对注射过程的恐惧,减小了疼痛,实现了在治疗康复过程中的舒适性,达到了医务人员及患者对良好的治疗效果和对美好愿望的追求。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1-2所示,一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构,包括筒体21,筒体21内设有注射推杆20,筒体21远离注射推杆20的另一端设有药管29,筒体21远离注射推杆20的另一端设有固定环23,固定环23内安装有中心座32,中心座32上设有转动盘25与卡簧33,转动盘25与牵动绳34一端连接,牵动绳34另一端固定于中心座32上,固定环23下端设有多根等高柱30,固定环23内还设有垂直观察窗。
优选的,注射推杆20靠近药管29的一端设有塑料硅胶28。
优选的,筒体21上设有观察窗22。
优选的,转动盘25与卡簧33通过中心销35固定设置于中心座32上。
优选的,牵动绳34一端通过牵动绳固定销26固定与转动盘25上。
优选的,牵动绳34另一端绕过转动盘25的卡槽,通过转动盘固定销27固定于中心座32上。
优选的,垂直观察窗中设有透明观察板24。
优选的,固定环23下端对称设有至少三根等高柱30,且三根等高柱30通过卡槽固定于固定环23内,三根等高柱30均套装有弹簧31。
首先旋转无针注射器筒体,通过注射剂量观察口识别,设置好需要注射的药物剂量,由于弹簧的作用力,等高柱和固定环处于伸张状态,当等高柱底部接触注射部位时,由于弹簧对三条等高柱施加压力,当弹簧继续进行压缩,等高柱向上运动逐渐凸出中心座对牵动绳施加作用力,由于牵动绳一端有转动盘固定销固定于中心座上,另一端有牵动绳固定销固定于转动盘上,中心销将转动盘和卡簧固定于中心座上,此时整条牵动绳处于中心座的卡槽中,当等高柱继续向上运动,对牵动绳施加作用力,牵引绳通过对固定于牵动绳固定销的一端施加拉力,转动盘则以中心销为轴心逆时针运动,随着弹簧不断压缩,等高柱不断向上运动,直到三条等高柱同时到达限位高度时停止运动,同时牵动绳停止对转动盘施加拉力,转动盘停止运动,此时设置于固定环上的透明观察板显示转动盘为绿色时即为垂直状态状态,然后对注射推杆施加压力,无针注射器筒体完成整个注射过程,将药物从药管的喷嘴注入皮下组织。

- 一种无针注射器的垂直注射机构,包括筒体(21),其特征在于:所述筒体(21)内设有注射推杆(20),所述筒体(21)远离所述注射推杆(20)的另一端设有药管(29),所述筒体(21)远离所述注射推杆(20)的另一端设有固定环(23),所述固定环(23)内安装有中心座(32),所述中心座(32)上设有转动盘(25)与卡簧(33),所述转动盘(25)与牵动绳(34)一端连接,所述牵动绳(34)另一端固定于所述中心座(32)上,所述固定环(23)下端设有多根等高柱(30),所述固定环(23)内还设有垂直观察窗。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述注射推杆(20)靠近所述药管(29)的一端设有塑料硅胶(28)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述筒体(21)上设有观察窗(22)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述转动盘(25)与所述卡簧(33)通过中心销(35)固定设置于所述中心座(32)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述牵动绳(34)一端通过牵动绳固定销(26)固定与所述转动盘(25)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述牵动绳(34)另一端绕过所述转动盘(25)的卡槽,通过所述转动盘固定销(27)固定于所述中心座(32)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述垂直观察窗中设有透明观察板(24)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无针注射器的垂直注射机构,其特征在于:所述固定环(23)下端对称设有至少三根所述等高柱(30),且三根所述等高柱(30)通过卡槽固定于所述固定环(23)内,三根所述等高柱(30)均套装有弹簧(31)。
