(1)通过多级双向减震式气体介质消声装置有效降低了脚部碰撞产生的振动和噪声,避免了健身运动期间打扰家人和邻居,并且可以有效防止脚部的冲击力太大造成脚部损伤。
(2)利用呈圆盘状的变形座,提高了一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置的变形程度,可以吸收脚部运动带来的更大冲击力,而且变形座的向四周进行弯曲变形,防止了冲击力长时间集中在某一点上,使某一点长时间变形造成变形座的损坏,提高了装置的使用寿命和可靠性。
(3)利用二氧化碳替代常规的空气作为传声介质,降低声波的传播速度,起到降噪消声的效果,并且少量二氧化碳对人体无副作用,不会影响居家环境。
(4)自驱动式腿脚按摩装置可以在没有任何传统驱动单元的情况下,仅靠人脚部的轻轻踩踏,实现对腿部和脚部的自动按摩,不仅节约了家庭用电,而且极大提高了设备的稳定性。
(5)本发明不仅具有锻炼下肢力量的功能,而且利用简单的传动机构,实现了锻炼上肢力量的效果,极大节约了家庭空间,提高了居家健身的健身质量。
(6)利用气囊夹紧腿部,不仅可以起到按摩的作用,还可以起到固定的作用,防止人们随意乱动造成腿部肌肉拉伤。
(7)利用热胀冷缩原理,使按摩凸点接触到人的脚底后受热膨胀,膨胀所带来的扩张力起到挤压按摩的作用,提高了按摩力度和按摩效果,并且避免了使用过多的驱动单元和传感器,降低了成本。
(8)下肢锻炼强度可随着人体腿部的伸直程度而逐渐变化,可以有效防止一开始锻炼强度过大造成身体意外损伤。

如图1、图2、图10和图11所示,缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件4包括支撑架401、支撑板402、横板403、传动组件一404、传动组件二405、拉环406、牵引绳410、曲臂411和滑轮二412,支撑架401的底部与支撑座313固定连接,支撑板402设于支撑架401上,曲臂411设于支撑柱312上,横板403的一端与支撑板402连接,横板403的另一端与曲臂411连接,传动组件一404和传动组件二405设于横板403上,滑轮二412设于曲臂411的底部,牵引绳410套装在传动组件一404、传动组件二405和滑轮二412上,拉环406设于传动组件一404的下方,牵引绳410的一端与拉环406连接,牵引绳410的另一端与滑动座308连接,传动组件一404包括挂臂407、吊板408和滑轮一409,挂臂407设于横板403上,吊板408垂直设于挂臂407的底壁上,滑轮一409转动连接设于吊板408上,传动组件一404和传动组件二405的功能特性一致。
为了提高变形座105的降噪和变形缓冲能力,优选地,变形座105为阻尼功能复合材料。
为了便于二氧化碳气体室113保持密闭并且使隔板115具有一定的弹性缓冲能力,优选地,隔板115为橡胶材料。
为了使防护板303既能保证防护效果又具有一定的调节范围,优选地,防护板303为碳纤维复合材料。
为了使人们在健身后脚底可以得到充分按摩,优选地,按摩凸点215为高分子形状记忆材料。
具体使用时,用户首先将臀部置于坐垫302上,背部紧贴靠背301,面向减震消声箱103,当需要锻炼下肢力量时,用户将双腿弯曲抬起,将脚底放置于减震消声箱103的外壳上,背部发力,使背部牢牢贴紧在靠背301上,双手握紧把手305,防止臀部脱离坐垫302,双腿伸直并发力,带动滑动座308沿着导轨309和滑轨310向身体后方移动,滑动座308向后移动的同时会使滑轨310上的承压弹簧311压缩,承压弹簧311压缩产生的力可增加负重载荷, 逐渐提高锻炼强度,防止锻炼强度一开始过大造成身体意外损伤,当腿部伸直至极限时,慢慢弯曲腿部,使滑动座308下滑至初始位置,如此重复此步骤可起到锻炼下肢力量的作用,同时用户也可以选择单腿弯曲支撑或双腿循环交换弯曲支撑,同样可以起到锻炼下肢力量的作用,并且使锻炼强度大大提高,当用户的脚部挤压减震消声箱103时,脚部带来的冲击力首先经过缓冲柱104和变形座105,缓冲柱104内的液压缸110和压缩活塞108收缩,可以起到减震缓冲的效果,变形座105受到冲击力时,首先可以产生垂直于减震消声箱103顶部壳体226的弯曲变形,缓冲垂直于减震消声箱103的冲击力,同时变形座105又可以产生侧向的弯曲变形,缓冲平行于减震消声箱103顶部壳体226的冲击力,实现了双向缓冲减震,同时一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置101内的二氧化碳气体还可以起到初步消声降噪的作用,当冲击力继续传递时,二级减震消声装置102内的橡胶弹簧二114可以产生弹性变形,再次对冲击力进行缓冲,二氧化碳气体室113内的二氧化碳再次对噪音进行处理,起到二次消声降噪的效果,消声板一106和消声板二116同样可以起到一定的消声作用,当用户需要锻炼上肢力量时,同样双腿弯曲将脚放置在减震消声箱103上,此时双手向上抬起,双手握紧拉环406,背部发力紧贴靠背301,双手向下缓慢拉拽,拉环406受力下降,在传动组件一404、传动组件二405和滑轮二412的配合下,牵引绳410带动滑动座308缓慢向人体后方移动,此时双腿轻轻发力并慢慢伸直,使身体可以随着滑动座308一同向后运动,当拉环406下降至极限位置后,手臂力度缓慢降低,并慢慢向上抬起,双腿缓慢弯曲,使滑动座308移动至初始位置,如此重复此步骤可起到锻炼上肢力量的作用,同时还可以锻炼人体上肢和下肢的协调力,极大提高了锻炼效果,当用户锻炼后需要按摩腿部时,将手放置在壳体226上,推动壳体226,壳体226带动滚轮223在轨道222内滚动,可将自驱动式腿脚按摩装置2移动至坐垫302侧下方,然后用户将腿放入自驱动式腿脚按摩装置2内,脚底与按摩踏板214接触并轻轻踩踏,使按摩踏板214在底板225上前后往复转动,按摩踏板214转动的同时带动滚珠216转动,滚珠216带动连杆一217上下运动,连杆一217带动连杆二219转动,连杆二219带动弯杆220转动,弯杆220带动主动轮205转动,主动轮205在皮带207的配合下带动从动轮206转动,从动轮206带动按摩辊208转动对腿部进行按摩,同时气泵213通过充气管212和连通管211向气囊210内进行循环充气和抽气,气囊210反复充气膨胀可对腿部进行按摩和固定,同时脚底接触到按摩踏板214上的按摩凸点215后,按摩凸点215受热膨胀可提高对脚底的按摩力度,按摩后将腿脚从自驱动式腿脚按摩装置2内抽出即可,以上便是本发明整体的工作流程,下次使用时重复此步骤即可。

  1. 一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:包括多级双向减震式气体介质消声装置(1)、自驱动式腿脚按摩装置(2)、背撑曲腿式下肢拉伸组件(3)和缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件(4),所述缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件(4)设于背撑曲腿式下肢拉伸组件(3)上,所述多级双向减震式气体介质消声装置(1)设于缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件(4)上,所述自驱动式腿脚按摩装置(2)设于背撑曲腿式下肢拉伸组件(3)的下方,所述多级双向减震式气体介质消声装置(1)包括一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置(101)、二级减震消声装置(102)和减震消声箱(103),所述减震消声箱(103)设于缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件(4)上,所述一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置(101)和二级减震消声装置(102)设于减震消声箱(103)内,所述一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置(101)设于二级减震消声装置(102)的上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:所述一级弯曲变形式减震缓冲装置(101)包括缓冲柱(104)、变形座(105)、消声板一(106)和橡胶弹簧一(112),所述消声板一(106)设于减震消声箱(103)内,所述缓冲柱(104)和变形座(105)等间隔分布设于消声板一(106)上,所述变形座(105)的顶部与减震消声箱(103)的顶部内壁固定连接,所述变形座(105)的底部弯曲处与消声板一(106)滑动连接,所述橡胶弹簧一(112)设于变形座(105)的下方,所述橡胶弹簧一(112)的一端与变形座(105)的顶部底壁连接,所述橡胶弹簧一(112)的另一端与消声板一(106)连接,所述缓冲柱(104)包括承压柱(107)、压缩活塞(108)、承压腔(109)、液压缸(110)和复位弹簧(111),所述承压腔(109)设于消声板一(106)上,所述压缩活塞(108)设于承压腔(109)内,所述承压柱(107)穿过承压腔(109),所述承压柱(107)的一端与减震消声箱(103)的顶部内壁连接,所述承压柱 (107)的另一端与压缩活塞(108)连接,所述液压缸(110)固定连接设于压缩活塞(108)的下方,所述复位弹簧(111)设于液压缸(110)和压缩活塞(108)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:所述二级减震消声装置(102)包括二氧化碳气体室(113)、橡胶弹簧二(114)、隔板(115)和消声板二(116),所述隔板(115)等间隔交叉分布设于消声板二(116)上,所述隔板(115)的顶部与消声板一(106)固定连接,所述隔板(115)的底部与消声板二(116)固定连接,所述橡胶弹簧二(114)等间隔分布设于二氧化碳气体室(113)内,所述橡胶弹簧二(114)的顶部与消声板一(106)固定连接,所述橡胶弹簧二(114)的底部与消声板二(116)固定连接,所述消声板二(116)设于缓进拉拽式上肢拉伸组件(4)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:所述自驱动式腿脚按摩装置(2)包括前部自驱式按摩装置(201)、侧部充气式弹性按摩装置(202)、自驱式脚底按摩装置(203)、支撑移动组件(204)和壳体(226),所述壳体(226)设于支撑移动组件(204)上,所述前部自驱式按摩装置(201)、侧部充气式弹性按摩装置(202)和自驱式脚底按摩装置(203)设于内壳体(226),所述侧部充气式弹性按摩装置(202)设于前部自驱式按摩装置(201)的一侧,所述自驱式脚底按摩装置(203)设于前部自驱式按摩装置(201)的下方,所述前部自驱式按摩装置(201)包括主动轮(205)、从动轮(206)、皮带(207)、按摩辊(208)和辊轴(209),所述皮带(207)套装在主动轮(205)和从动轮(206)上,所述辊轴(209)的两端转动连接设于壳体(226)的内壁上,所述辊轴(209)穿过按摩辊(208),所述按摩辊(208)固定连接设于辊轴(209)上,所述从动轮(206)固定连接设于辊轴(209)上, 所述主动轮(205)设于自驱式脚底按摩装置(203)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:所述侧部充气式弹性按摩装置(202)包括气囊(210)、连通管(211)、充气管(212)和气泵(213),所述气泵(213)设于支撑移动组件(204)上,所述气囊(210)等间隔分布设于壳体(226)的内壁上,所述充气管(212)的一端与气泵(213)连接,所述充气管(212)的另一端与气囊(210)连接,所述连通管(211)设于下上相邻的两个气囊(210)之间,所述自驱式脚底按摩装置(203)包括按摩踏板(214)、按摩凸点(215)、滚珠(216)、连杆一(217)、固定环(218)、连杆二(219)、弯杆(220)和支撑杆(221),所述按摩踏板(214)转动连接设于支撑移动组件(204)上,所述按摩凸点(215)设于按摩踏板(214)上,所述滚珠(216)套嵌设于按摩踏板(214)上,所述滚珠(216)可自由转动,所述连杆一(217)的一端与滚珠(216)固定连接,所述连杆一(217)的另一端与固定环(218)固定连接,所述连杆二(219)从固定环(218)的中间空腔内穿过,所述连杆二(219)和固定环(218)之间保持转动连接,所述弯杆(220)固定连接设于连杆二(219)上,所述弯杆(220)的一端从支撑杆(221)的顶端穿过,所述弯杆(220)的一端与主动轮(205)保持固定连接,所述弯杆(220)可绕着支撑杆(221)转动,所述支撑杆(221)设于支撑移动组件(204)上,所述支撑移动组件(204)包括轨道(222)、滚轮(223)、滑动块(224)和底板(225),所述底板(225)设于滑动块(224)上,所述滚轮(223)转动连接设于滑动块(224)的侧壁上,所述滚轮(223)设于轨道(222)的凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种背撑曲腿式多功能居家健身运动设备,其特征在于:所述背撑曲腿式下肢拉伸组件(3)包括靠背(301)、坐垫(302)、防护板(303)、底座(304)、把手(305)、基座(306)、安装板(307)、滑动座(308)、 导轨(309)、滑轨(310)、承压弹簧(311)、支撑柱(312)、支撑座(313)和滑动套筒(314),所述基座(306)设于支撑座(313)上,所述安装板(307)设于基座(306)上,所述支撑柱(312)设于支撑座(313)的一端,所述导轨(309)和滑轨(310)的一端与安装板(307)连接,所述导轨(309)和滑轨(310)的另一端与连接支撑柱(312),所述导轨(309)和滑轨(310)平行布置,所述滑动套筒(314)穿过滑动座(308),所述导轨(309)和滑轨(310)穿过滑动套筒(314)的中间空腔,所述承压弹簧(311)的一端与滑轨(310)穿过的滑动套筒(314)连接,所述承压弹簧(311)的另一端与支撑柱(312)顶部连接,所述底座(304)设于滑动座(308)上,所述坐垫(302)设于底座(304)上,所述靠背(301)设于滑动座(308)上,所述靠背(301)垂直于坐垫(302)设置,所述防护板(303)垂直设于坐垫(302)的一端,所述把手(305)设于底座(304)上,所述把手(305)的角度可调节。
