传动杆21的表面设置有外螺纹,筋板31上设置有与传动杆21上的外螺纹相互配合的内螺纹,当传动杆21受到来自驱动件1的作用力时,传动杆21上的外螺纹与筋板31上的内螺纹相互配合,带动设有筋板31的电机壳3上下移动。
传动机构2还包括主动轮22、从动轮23和调档盖24,主动轮22上设有中 空的第一凸台221,调档盖24具有第二凸台241,主动轮22装配在调档盖24上,调档盖24的第二凸台241进入主动轮22上的第一凸台221,从动轮23与主动轮22啮合,从动轮23与传动杆21的上端相连,当主动轮22受到外力作用转动时,会带动从动轮23一起转动,同时从动轮23与传动杆21的上端相连,所以进一步传动杆21也会进行转动,需要指出的是,从动轮23可以焊接在传动杆21的上端,从动轮23和传动杆21也可以一体成型。
驱动件1包括底座盖11和旋钮12,底座盖11上设有通孔111,旋钮12设置在通孔111中。
第一凸台221的外侧设有卡接块2211,第一凸台221进入底座盖11上的通孔111,并通过卡接块2211与旋钮12卡接,在转动旋钮12的时候,与旋钮12卡接的第一凸台221会发生转动,同时因为第一凸台221设置在主动轮22,所以主动轮22也会一起发生转动。
孔套32套设在导柱42上并可沿导柱42的长轴移动,当转动旋钮12的同时,与旋钮12卡接的卡接块2211带动主动轮22转动,同时,与主动轮22啮合的从动轮23一起转动,从动轮23的转动会带动传动杆21一起转动,此时传动杆21上的外螺纹与筋板31上的内螺纹相互配合转动,带动电机壳3向上运动,进一步设置在电机壳3并套设在导柱42上的孔套32会沿导柱42的长轴移动。
导柱42的数量和孔套32的数量均为两个,筋板31位于两个孔套32之间,两个导柱42与两个孔套32一一对应设置,当转动旋钮12的同时,与旋钮12卡接的卡接块2211带动主动轮22转动,同时,与主动轮22啮合的从动轮23一起转动,从动轮23的转动会带动传动杆21一起转动,此时传动杆21上的外螺纹与筋板31上的内螺纹相互配合转动,带动电机壳3向上运动,在向上运动过程中,电机壳3会发生偏移,此时设置在筋板31两侧的孔套32会平衡掉作用力,通过在导柱42上沿长轴移动,保证电机左右平衡,避免卡死。
容纳腔41的内壁与电机壳3外壁之间的距离不小于传动杆21的直径,当转动旋钮12的同时,与旋钮12卡接的卡接块2211带动主动轮22转动,同时,与主动轮22啮合的从动轮23一起转动,从动轮23的转动会带动传动杆21一 起转动,所以设置在容纳腔41的内壁与电机壳3外壁之间的传动杆21的直径需不大于容纳腔41的内壁与电机壳3外壁之间的的距离。
容纳腔41与筋板31相对一侧的内壁为光滑曲面,并且与传动杆21之间存在间隙,或者,在另一种优选的方案中,容纳腔41与筋板31相对一侧的内壁设置有与传动杆21上的外螺纹相互配合的内螺纹。
底座盖11装配在底座4上,并通过螺钉固定。
本发明提供的一种调节组件,底座4具有容纳腔41和导柱42,导柱42设置在容纳腔41内;电机壳3上设有筋板31和孔套32,孔套32位于筋板31的旁侧,电机壳3容置于容纳腔41内,并且,孔套32与所述导柱42滑动配合;从而减少零部件数量,具有装配简单,操作便捷的优势,同时保证电机左右平衡,避免卡死。
本发明还提供一种割草机的切割装置,该割草机的切割装置除了包括以上提供的调节组件,还包括刀盘6和电机5。电机5安装在电机壳3内,电机5的输出轴51与刀盘6连接。
本发明最后还提供一种割草机,该割草机包括以上提供的割草机的切割装置。通过调节组件可以调整电机壳体相对于底座的高度,在电机壳体内安装电机并且电机连接刀盘的情况下,通过控制驱动件可以使刀盘向上或者向下移动,从而调整刀盘相对于地面的高度,以适应不同的除草环境。
调节组件的具体工作过程包括:
转动旋钮12的同时,与旋钮12卡接的卡接块2211带动主动轮22转动,同时,与主动轮22啮合的从动轮23一起转动,从动轮23的转动会带动传动杆21一起转动,此时传动杆21上的外螺纹与筋板31上的内螺纹相互配合转动,带动电机壳3向上运动,电机壳3内的电机5也一起向上运动,电机5上的输出轴51上升,带动刀盘6调高,最终实现割草机的刀盘6调高。
反向转动旋钮12的同时,与旋钮12卡接的卡接块2211带动主动轮22反向转动,同时,与主动轮22啮合的从动轮23一起反向转动,从动轮23的反向转动会带动传动杆21一起反向转动,此时传动杆21上的外螺纹与筋板31上的内螺纹相互配合反向转动,带动电机壳3向下运动,电机壳3内的电机5也一 起向下运动,电机5上的输出轴51下降,带动刀盘6调低,最终实现割草机的刀盘6调低。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种调节组件,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括驱动件、传动机构、电机壳和底座:
    所述底座具有容纳腔和导柱,所述导柱设置在所述容纳腔内;所述电机壳上设有筋板和孔套,所述孔套位于所述筋板的旁侧,所述电机壳容置于所述容纳腔内,并且,所述孔套与所述导柱滑动配合;所述传动机构包括传动杆,所述传动杆上端与所述驱动件配合,所述传动杆的下端与所述电机壳的筋板配合;所述传动杆能够在所述驱动件的驱动作用下,带动所述电机壳相对于所述底座上下移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述传动杆的表面设置有外螺纹,所述筋板上设置有与所述传动杆上的外螺纹相互配合的内螺纹。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括主动轮、从动轮和调档盖,所述主动轮上设有中空的第一凸台,所述调档盖具有第二凸台,所述主动轮装配在所述调档盖上,所述调档盖的第二凸台进入所述主动轮上的第一凸台,所述从动轮与所述主动轮啮合,所述从动轮与所述传动杆的上端相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括底座盖和旋钮,所述底座盖上设有通孔,所述旋钮设置在通孔中;
    所述第一凸台的外侧设有卡接块,所述第一凸台进入所述底座盖上的通孔,并通过所述卡接块与所述旋钮卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述孔套套设在所述导柱上并可沿所述导柱的长轴移动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述导柱的数量和所述孔套的数量均为两个,所述筋板位于两个所述孔套之间,两个所述导柱与两个所述孔套一一对应设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述容纳腔的内壁与所述电机壳外壁之间的距离不小于所述传动杆的直径;
    所述容纳腔与所述筋板相对一侧的内壁为光滑曲面,并且与所述传动杆之间存在间隙,或者,所述容纳腔与所述筋板相对一侧的内壁设置有与所述传动 杆上的外螺纹相互配合的内螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的调节组件,其特征在于,所述底座盖装配在所述底座上,并通过螺钉固定。
  9. 一种割草机的切割装置,其特征在于,所述割草机的切割装置包括刀盘、电机和权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的调节组件,所述电机安装在所述电机壳内,所述电机的输出轴与所述刀盘连接。
  10. 一种割草机,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的割草机的切割装置。
