显示组件及冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示组件及冰箱。
背景技术
目前冰箱常用的显示方式一般是将所有的触摸及显示内容设计在一个显示面板上,存在外观单一的问题。对于带有越来越多功能的冰箱,简单的图标排列堆叠已经无法满足用户的体验需求。现在还有的冰箱的显示面板是通过将多个不同的部件组装来实现显示内容的差异化。但这种通过装配组合方式实现不同功能的分区显示增加了产品的复杂性,进而产生质量隐患,还存在装配松动、容易开胶等问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种可以给用户更直观的视觉及触觉体验的显示组件。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要减少显示面板的组装部件。
特别地,本发明提供了一种显示组件,包括:
显示面板,用于显示内容;其中
显示面板上分区形成多个显示区域,且
至少两个显示区域具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度。
可选地,显示面板配置成:相邻的两个显示区域显示不同的功能内容,并具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度。

可选地,显示组件还包括:
固定支架,设置于显示面板的后方;和
触摸膜,夹设于固定支架和显示面板之间。
可选地,显示面板具有均匀的壁厚,通过前后凹凸变化来实现不同的显示区域的表面厚度的不同;
固定支架具有与显示面板相同的前后凹凸变化。
可选地,触摸膜的数量为多个,且与多个显示区域一一对应。
可选地,显示面板在其上下部分别向后延伸形成有第一卡勾;
固定支架上对应第一卡勾的位置处开设有卡口,且固定支架的后侧面在卡口处形成有卡接凸起,第一卡勾穿过卡口与卡接凸起相固定。
可选地,显示组件还包括:电路板,设置于固定支架的后方;其中
固定支架的上下端分别向后延伸形成有第二卡勾,电路板夹设于上下端的第二卡勾之间;和/或内;
显示面板上还向后延伸形成有多个固定柱,固定支架上对应固定柱的位置处形成有缺口,电路板上对应固定柱的位置处形成有固定孔,利用固定件穿设固定孔、缺口和固定柱实现电路板和显示面板的固定。
可选地,显示组件还包括:后盖,配置成与显示面板卡合固定,并与显示面板共同限定出容纳触摸膜、固定支架、和电路板的空间。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,具有前述的显示组件。
本发明的显示组件及冰箱通过将显示面板设置成分区形成多个显示区域,且至少两个显示区域具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度,使得该显示组件具有分区、多色且分层的外观效果,外观档次提升,可以给用户提供更直观的视觉及触觉体验。
进一步地,本发明的显示组件的显示面板采用膜内注塑工艺一体成型,使得采用单一零部件即可实现多部件装配组合的外观效果,减少组装部件,提升产品精细化水平。

本发明实施例还提供一种冰箱100,具有前述的显示组件200。显示组件200通常设置于冰箱100的门体上。本发明实施例的冰箱100为包含制冷系统的储物装置,一般性地包括箱体、门体和压缩制冷系统。箱体由外壳、内胆和位于外壳和内胆之间的隔热层等构成。箱体的内胆内限定有至少一个储物间室。储物间室通常为多个,如冷藏间室、冷冻间室、变温间室等等。具体的储物间室的数量和功能可以根据预先的需求进行配置。冷藏间室的保藏温度可为2~9℃,或者可为4~7℃;冷冻间室的保藏温度可为-22~-14℃,或者可为-20~-16℃。冷冻间室可设置于冷藏间室的下方,变温间室可设置于冷冻间室和冷藏间室之间。变温间室的保藏温度可根据需求进行调整,以储存合适的食物,或者作为保鲜储藏室。如图1所示,在上部的冷藏间室的前侧设置有枢转式门体101,在冷藏间室的下方设置有抽拉式储物装置102和抽拉式储物装置103,显示组件200设置于枢转式门体101上。

在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200中,显示面板201采用膜内注塑工艺一体成型。通过将显示面板201采用膜内注塑工艺一体成型,使得采用单一零部件即可实现多部件装配组合的外观效果,减少组装部件,提升产品精细化水平。
本发明实施例的显示组件200还包括:固定支架202和触摸膜203。固定支架202设置于显示面板201的后方。触摸膜203夹设于固定支架202和显示面板201之间。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200中,显示面板201具有均匀的壁厚,通过前后凹凸变化来实现不同的显示区域211的表面厚度的不同;固定支架202具有与显示面板201相同的前后凹凸变化。如图4所示,显示面板201具有均匀的前后壁厚,相邻的显示区域211的向前凸出的程度不同,使得相邻的显示区域211具有不同的表面厚度。通过将显示面板201设置成具有均匀的壁厚,而仅通过前后凹凸变化来实现不同的显示区域211的表面厚度的不同,同时固定支架202的不同区域的凹凸变化与显示面板201相匹配,使得可以在保证部件简化的同时保证触摸灵敏度。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200中,触摸膜203的数量为多个,且与多个显示区域211一一对应。通过将触摸膜203设置成与多个显示区域211一一对应,使得每片触摸膜203均能与其相应的显示区域211及固定支架202的相应区域紧密地贴合,进一步保证触摸灵敏度。如图2、图5和图7所示,显示面板201具有四个显示区域211,对应地,固定支架202有四个设置触摸膜203的区域,触摸膜203有四片。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200中,显示面板201在其上下部分别向后延伸形成有第一卡勾212;固定支架202上对应第一卡勾212的位置处开设有卡口221,且固定支架202的后侧面在卡口221处形成有卡接凸起222,第一卡勾212穿过卡口221与卡接凸起222相固定。通过将第一卡勾212穿过卡口221与卡接凸起222相固定能保证显示面板201和固定支架202的稳固固定,且容易组装。如图5、图6和图8所示,显示面板201在其上部和下部分别形成有两个第一卡勾212,固定支架202上对应开设有四个卡口221,在每个卡口221处形成有卡接凸起222,其中位于上部的第一卡勾212的钩部向下弯曲,位于下部的第一卡勾212的钩部向上弯曲,位于上部的卡口221处的卡接凸起222形成于卡口221的下方,位于下部的卡口221处的卡接凸起222形成于卡口221的上方。此外,显示面板201上还向后延伸形成有多个定位柱213;固定支架202上对应定位柱213的位置处开设有定位孔223,定位柱213插设于定位孔223内。如图5和图6所示,显示面板201的中部向后延伸形成有两个定位柱213,固定支架202上对应开设有两个定位孔223。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200还包括:电路板204,设置于固定支架202的后方。固定支架202的上下端分别向后延伸形成有第二卡勾224,电路板204夹设于上下端的第二卡勾224之间。显示面板201上还向后延伸形成有多个固定柱214,固定支架202上对应固定柱214的位置处形成有缺口225,电路板204上对应固定柱214的位置处形成有固定孔241,利用固定件穿设固定孔241、缺口225和固定柱214实现电路板204和显示面板201的固定。通过将电路板204夹设于上下端的第二卡勾224内,且利用固定件(图中未示出)穿设固定孔241、缺口225和固定柱214来将电路板204和显示面板201的固定,可以保证电路板204在显示组件200内的稳固安装。如图5、图6和图8所示,固定支架202的上下端分别向后延伸形成有两个第二卡勾224,其中位于上部的第二卡勾224的钩部向下弯曲,位于下部的第二卡勾224的钩部向上弯曲,从而使得电路板204夹设于上下端的第二卡勾224之间;显示面板201在其上部和下部还分别向后延伸形成有两个固定柱214,对应地,固定支架202在其上下端分别形成有缺口225,电路板204上形成有四个固定孔241。
在一些实施例中,本发明实施例的显示组件200还包括:后盖205,配 置成与显示面板201卡合固定,并与显示面板201共同限定出容纳触摸膜203、固定支架202、和电路板204的空间。如图6和图8所示,显示面板201的一周形成有多个卡环215,后盖205的一周对应多个卡环215形成有多个凸起251,通过将凸起251配合在对应位置的卡环215内实现后盖205和显示面板201的固定。
如图8所示,显示面板201在位于中间的显示区域211的下方还形成有用于安装人感装置206的安装槽。通过在显示组件200内设置人感装置206,可以用于感应人体的靠近,从而可以基于人体的靠近信号来控制显示组件200,例如亮灭、显示内容等。
本发明实施例的显示组件200及冰箱100通过将显示面板201设置成分区形成多个显示区域211,且至少两个显示区域211具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度,使得该显示组件200具有分区、多色且分层的外观效果,外观档次提升,可以给用户提供更直观的视觉及触觉体验。
进一步地,本发明实施例的显示组件200的显示面板201采用膜内注塑工艺一体成型,使得采用单一零部件即可实现多部件装配组合的外观效果,减少组装部件,提升产品精细化水平。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示组件,包括:
    显示面板,用于显示内容;其中
    所述显示面板上分区形成多个显示区域,且
    至少两个所述显示区域具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示组件,其中,
    所述显示面板配置成:相邻的两个所述显示区域显示不同的功能内容,并具有不同的颜色和不同的表面厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示组件,其中,
    所述显示面板采用膜内注塑工艺一体成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的显示组件,还包括:
    固定支架,设置于所述显示面板的后方;和
    触摸膜,夹设于所述固定支架和所述显示面板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示组件,其中,
    所述显示面板具有均匀的壁厚,通过前后凹凸变化来实现不同的所述显示区域的表面厚度的不同;
    所述固定支架具有与所述显示面板相同的前后凹凸变化。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显示组件,其中,
    所述触摸膜的数量为多个,且与所述多个显示区域一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的显示组件,其中,
    所述显示面板在其上下部分别向后延伸形成有第一卡勾;
    所述固定支架上对应所述第一卡勾的位置处开设有卡口,且所述固定支架的后侧面在所述卡口处形成有卡接凸起,所述第一卡勾穿过所述卡口与所述卡接凸起相固定。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的显示组件,还包括:
    电路板,设置于所述固定支架的后方;其中
    所述固定支架的上下端分别向后延伸形成有第二卡勾,所述电路板夹设于上下端的所述第二卡勾之间;和/或
    所述显示面板上还向后延伸形成有多个固定柱,所述固定支架上对应所述固定柱的位置处形成有缺口,所述电路板上对应所述固定柱的位置处形成有固定孔,利用固定件穿设所述固定孔、所述缺口和所述固定柱实现所述电路板和所述显示面板的固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示组件,还包括:
    后盖,配置成与所述显示面板卡合固定,并与所述显示面板共同限定出容纳所述触摸膜、所述固定支架、和所述电路板的空间。
  10. 一种冰箱,具有根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示组件。
