Abstract

本发明提供一种检测核黄素在角膜中渗透深度的方法,包括获取RGB彩色的眼刨面图像并转换到CIEL*a*b*彩色空间,且提取CIEL*a*b*彩色空间中亮度分量L*,进一步进行二值化及Blob形状分析,得到去除非角膜区域后的图像;基于去除非角膜区域后的图像及亮度分量L*图像,提取所有角膜前后表面边界点并进行曲线拟合,得到角膜前后表面曲线;将角膜前后表面曲线与CIEL*a*b*彩色空间进行图像融合,得到仅包含角膜区域的CIEL*a*b*彩色图像;在仅包含角膜区域的CIEL*a*b*彩色图像中,确定出核黄素渗透区域并分割出核黄素渗透点,且对所有核黄素渗透点进行曲线拟合及去除噪点,得到核黄素渗透深度及角膜前后表面曲线。实施本发明,能定量检测核黄素在角膜中的渗透深度,且直观准确。
