Description

一种百合自动振动给料机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种百合加工装置,特别涉及一种百合自动振动给料机,属于施肥技术领域。
背景技术
百合,学名(Lilium brownii var.viridulum Baker)又名强蜀、番韭、山丹、倒仙、重迈、中庭、摩罗、重箱、中逢花、百合蒜、大师傅蒜、蒜脑薯、夜合花等,是百合科百合属(学名:Lilium)多年生草本球根植物,原产于中国,主要分布在亚洲东部、欧洲、北美洲等北半球温带地区,全球已发现有至少120个品种,其中55种产于中国。近年更有不少经过人工杂交而产生的新品种,如亚洲百合、香水百合、火百合等。鳞茎含丰富淀粉,可食,亦作药用。
百合的独特营养成分主要是生物碱,止咳效果明显,还可以增加肺脏内血液的灌流量,改善肺部功能,它也有一定的镇静作用。中医将百合入药,用于治疗慢性支气管炎、肺气肿和久咳等症。
市场上百合根据大小需要分成不同的等级,因此亟需提供一种百合自动振动给料机对干百合进行自动分级。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种百合自动振动给料机。
本发明提供一种百合自动振动给料机,包括分级箱、用于分级箱内的百合振动分级的振动机构以及设置在所述分级箱内将所述分级箱间隔成多个分级腔的分级板;
所述分级箱的侧壁对称设置有多个分级板的安装槽,所述分级板插入所述安装槽内;
所述分级板上均布设置有多个分级孔,相邻所述分级板的分级孔直径依次减少;
所述分级箱的底部设置有底板,所述底板上设置有出料口以及出料门;
所述底板上设置有导向凸起;
所述分级箱的一端与所述机架铰接设置,另一端与所述振动机构连接;
所述底板向下倾斜设置;所述分级箱与所述机架铰接的一端的高度可调节设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述分级箱可根据插入的分级板的数量分成对应的分级腔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述导向凸起的一端与所述分级板的分级孔适配。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述振动机构包括设置在所述分级箱两侧的机架、设置在所述机架上的振动架、设置在所述振动架上的振动电机以及设置在所述机架上与所述振动架连接的缓冲弹簧。

2.本发明一种百合自动振动给料机,通过设置在分级箱底部的导向凸起,用于振动分级时百合的导向,提高分级效率。

本发明提供一种百合自动振动给料机,包括分级箱1、用于分级箱1内的百合振动分级的振动机构2以及设置在所述分级箱1内将所述分级箱1间隔成多个分级腔3的分级板4;所述分级箱1的侧壁对称设置有多个分级板4的安装槽11,所述分级板4插入所述安装槽11内;分级腔3按照需要分隔成多个分级腔3,百合干置于分级箱1一端的分级腔3内,通过所述振动机构2振动分级,所 述分级板4上均布设置有多个分级孔,相邻所述分级板4的分级孔直径依次减少;百合干通过分级板4进行分级。所述分级箱1的底部设置有底板5,所述底板5上设置有出料口以及出料门51;所述底板5上设置有导向凸起6,在本实施例中,所述导向凸起6包括设置在所述底板5上的沿曲线设置的多个凸起;所述分级箱1的一端与所述机架21铰接设置,另一端与所述振动机构2连接;所述底板5向下倾斜设置;所述分级箱1与所述机架21铰接的一端的高度可调节设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述分级箱1可根据插入的分级板4的数量分成对应的分级腔3,实用性强。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述导向凸起6的一端与所述分级板4的分级孔适配,振动分级时,百合干的导向效果更佳。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述振动机构2包括设置在所述分级箱1两侧的机架21、设置在所述机架21上的振动架22、设置在所述振动架22上的振动电机23以及设置在所述机架21上与所述振动架22连接的缓冲弹簧24。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述机架21上设置有多个不同高度的安装孔,所述安装孔用于所述分级箱1与所述机架21铰接的一端的高度调节。

    所述分级板上均布设置有多个分级孔,相邻所述分级板的分级孔直径依次减少;
    所述分级箱的底部设置有底板,所述底板上设置有出料口以及出料门;
    所述底板上设置有导向凸起;
    所述分级箱的一端与所述机架铰接设置,另一端与所述振动机构连接;
    所述底板向下倾斜设置;所述分级箱与所述机架铰接的一端的高度可调节设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种百合自动振动给料机,其特征在于:所述分级箱可根据插入的分级板的数量分成对应的分级腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种百合自动振动给料机,其特征在于:所述导向凸起的一端与所述分级板的分级孔适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种百合自动振动给料机,其特征在于:所述振动机构包括设置在所述分级箱两侧的机架、设置在所述机架上的振动架、设置在所述振动架上的振动电机以及设置在所述机架上与所述振动架连接的缓冲弹簧。
