Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture alguale dans un photobioréacteur, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) mise à disposition d'un photobioréacteur comportant à sa surface une couche adsorbée d'un polymère P constitué d'un copolymère d'au moins un monomère M choisi parmi le (méth)acrylate d'alkyle, le (méth)acrylate d'aryloxyalkyle, le (méth)acrylamide d'alkyle ou le (méth)acrylamide d'aryle; et d'au moins un monomère zwitterionique choisi parmi les monomères zwitterioniques à insaturation éthylénique, et b) mise en culture des algues dans un milieu surnageant au-dessus de la surface du photobioréacteur. L'invention concerne également un photobioréacteur pour la culture algale comportant à sa surface une couche adsorbée du polymère P; et un procédé de fabrication d'un photobioréacteur, comportant à sa surface une couche adsorbée d'un polymère P tel que défini dans les revendications précédentes, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : mise à disposition d'un photobioréacteur; et application à la surface du photobioréacteur d'une solution S du polymère P dans un solvant L.
