Abstract
本发明涉及防尘机柜技术领域,具体的说是一种防尘网络机柜,包括机柜主体、门板、侧板组件和背板组件,机柜主体的两端固定安装有侧板组件,机柜主体前后两个端面分别安装有门板和背板组件,本发明设置的进气组件中h形板与u形板倒扣,两端通过端板焊接为一个s形进气通道,空气由s形进气通道的入口进入穿过防尘网与毛刷接触穿过毛刷至机柜内部,在此过程中,利用毛刷的刷毛阻挡和吸附空气中含有的灰尘颗粒,积累的灰尘颗粒落在在u形板的底部,在毛刷转动的过程中被毛刷从除灰槽处扫出至机柜外,如此一来,穿过防尘网的灰尘颗粒被阻挡吸附难以进入网络机柜中,从而避免因进入网络机柜中的悬浮灰尘沉积而造成的电子元件短路或损坏。
