Description
本发明涉及数据安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种业务恢复优先级评估方法及设备、存储介质和产品。
灾难恢复是指自然或人为灾害后,重新启用信息系统的数据、硬件及软体设备,恢复正常商业运作的过程。如何针对灾害制定灾难恢策略一直是业内研究热点。
现有方法通过财务影响评估值和非财务影响评估值,分析出业务中断的损失影响,根据业务可容忍的最大中断时间和最大数据丢失时间分析得出业务恢复时间目标(Recovery Time Object,RTO)和恢复数据点目标(Recovery Point Object,RPO),进而确定业务系统的灾难恢复优先级别,以便制定灾难恢复策略。
然而,由于现有方法在制定灾难恢复策略时仅考虑了RTO和RPO两个指标,并没有考虑时延、带宽、抖动、丢包等的影响,从而导致灾难资源的分配不合理以及灾备策略的客观性很低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种业务恢复优先级评估方法及设备、存储介质和产品,用以解决现有技术中仅基于RTO和RPO两个指标制定灾难恢复策略所导致的灾难资源的分配不合理和灾备策略的客观性很低的缺陷,实现通过制定更加全面客观的灾难恢复优先级的方式保证合理分配灾备资源的目的。

传统业务恢复优先级评估方法通过财务影响评估值和非财务影响评估值,分析出业务中断的损失影响,根据业务的可容忍最大中断时间和最大数据丢失时间分析得出业务恢复时间目标(RTO)和恢复数据点目标(RPO),进而确定业务系统的灾难恢复优先级别,以便制定如表1所示的灾难恢复策略。但是在业务恢复优先级的制定过程中现有技术没有考虑业务的服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)和业务的体验质量(Quality of Experience,QoE)的影响,例如时延、带宽、抖动、丢包率等,从而影响灾备资源的分配和灾备策略的制定,最终导致恢复之后 的业务不能满足基本的QoS、QoE要求。

基于上述问题,本发明通过引入业务恢复QoS目标、业务恢复QoE目标,并与RTO、RPO等目标相结合,制定更加全面客观的灾难恢复优先级,保证合理分配灾备资源和制定灾备策略,最大限度保证业务恢复后的QoS、QoE。
因此,本发明提供了一种业务恢复优先级评估方法,该种业务恢复优先级评估方法的执行主体可以是业务恢复优先级评估装置,业务恢复优先级评估装置可以通过软件、硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现成为终端设备的部分或者全部。可选的,终端设备可以为个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、便携式设备、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑和便携式可穿戴设备等其它电子设备,例如平板电脑、手机等等。本发明对终端设备的具体形式不作限定。
需要说明的是,下述方法实施例的执行主体可以是上述终端设备的部分或者全部。下述方法实施例以执行主体为终端设备为例进行说明。
参照图1,为本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,该业务恢复优先级评估方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S110、分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值。
具体的,终端设备针对待恢复的目标业务,可以先评估目标业务中断后随时间推移对目标业务造成的损失影响,然后再进一步基于该损失影响,分别确定目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值。
需要说明的是,在确定目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值时,除了考虑目标业务终端后随着时间推移所造成的损失影响,还考虑了目标业务的时延、带宽、 抖动、丢包率和图像质量评分,从而所确定的可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值的可靠性和准确性更高。
步骤S120、根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
具体的,当终端设备获取到目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值时,可以进一步结合RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定目标业务的目标恢复优先级,以此避免现有方法中仅基于RTO和RPO两个指标制定灾难恢复策略所导致的灾难资源的分配不合理和灾备策略的客观性很低的缺陷,从而便于制定出更加全面客观的灾难恢复策略。
本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,首先分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;然后根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。也即,本发明通过引入业务恢复QoS目标和业务恢复QoE目标,且将业务恢复QoS目标和业务恢复QoE目标与RTO目标、RPO目标相结合的方式,实现制定灾难恢复优先级的目的,以此保证合理分配灾备资源且制定更加客观全面的灾备策略,也能最大限度保证业务恢复后的服务质量和体验质量。

具体的,根据目标业务的业务类型不同,可以预先设置RTO评估值的RTO优先级权重、RPO评估值的RPO优先级权重、可容忍最低QoS评估值的QoS优先级权重及可容忍最低QoE评估值的QoE优先级权重。比如,当目标业务为交易类业务时,可以设置RTO评估值和RPO评估值分别所占权重较高,也即RTO优先级权重和RPO优先级权重相较于QoS优先级权重和QoE优先级权重的数值均较大;当目标业务为视频类业务时,可以设置可容忍最低QoS评 估值和可容忍最低QoE评估值各自所占比重较大,也即当目标业务为视频类业务时,QoS优先级权重和QoE优先级权重相较于RTO优先级权重和RPO优先级权重的数值均较大。然后再进一步基于RTO评估值及其RTO优先级权重、RPO评估值及其RPO优先级权重、可容忍最低QoS评估值及其QoS优先级权重、可容忍最低QoE评估值及其QoE优先级权重,确定目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,通过目标业务的RTO评估值及其RTO优先级权重、RPO评估值及其RPO优先级权重、可容忍最低QoS评估值及其QoS优先级权重、可容忍最低QoE评估值及其QoE优先级权重实现确定目标业务的目标恢复优先级的目的,有效提高了目标恢复优先级的可靠性和准确性。

本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,先计算目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分、后确定与目标业务恢复优先级评分对应的目标恢复优先级,以此使得所确定的目标恢复优先级更加全面和客观,从而确保制定更加合理的分配灾备资源和制定灾备策略。

首先确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值;然后基于所述损失评估值,获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值。

具体的,考虑到各个指标评估值的客观性,可以先确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,也即终端设备可以先获取从各业务部门收集来的业务活动信息,然后从财务损失影响评估和非财务损失影响评估两个维度,确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失等级,比如可以采用主观评测方法,从包括运营时间、用户规模、业务营收和经济利润等的财务损失影响评估维度,财务以及包括企业名誉、行业监管、业务经营资质、法律/诉讼风险、客户满意度、社会稳定等的非财务损失影响评估维度进行目标业务的损失等级分析,且财务损失影响评估和非财务损失影响等级主要分为6级,其过程包括:
财务损失影响:假设目标业务中断30分钟、1小时、4小时、8小时和1天,评估目标业务在发生中断后的各个时间段的财务损失情况,包括运营时间、用户规模、业务营收、经营利润等 方面的定性和定量损失。
非财务损失影响:假设目标业务中断30分钟、1小时、4小时、8小时和1天,评估目标业务在发生中断后的各个时间段的非财务损失情况,包括对企业声誉的影响,是否满足银监部门的要求,对业务经营资质的影响,法律/诉讼风险,对客户满意度的影响,造成客户流失,对投资者信心的影响,以及对国家安全、社会稳定造成的影响等方面的定性和定量损失。
然后获取业务部门针对6级财务损失影响和非财务损失影响进行主观评估的主观评估结果,再基于主观评估结果将影响等级转化为业务损失影响评分,包括:不可接受:5分,非常严重:4分,严重:3分,一般:2分,轻微:1分,无影响:0分;然后包括然后再基于损失等级确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值。
进一步的,基于目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值以及现有的灾备资源建设情况,确定目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值;根据目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,确定目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值。
本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,先确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值、再基于损失评估值获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值,以此实现确定业务恢复RTO目标、业务恢复RPO目标、业务恢复QoS目标及业务恢复QoE目标的客观性和合理性,以此为最大限度保证业务恢复的体验质量和服务质量提供有力依据。

具体的,从目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值的不同维度,可以确定每个指标对应的可容忍范围,再根据不同的可容忍范围对应确定每个指标的评估值,其具体过程包括:结合目标 业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,确定目标业务的业务可容忍中断时间范围,再根据如表3所示的预设的损失评估值与RTO之间的对应关系,可以进一步确定与业务可容忍中断时间范围对应的的RTO评估值。比如,结合目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值确定目标业务的可容忍最大中断程度为“严重”,而在中断发生2小时后,目标业务的损失等级为“严重”,则目标业务的RTO评估值为两小时。

结合目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,确定目标业务的业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围,再根据如表4所示的预设的损失评估值与RPO之间的对应关系,可以进一步确定与业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围对应的RPO评估值。比如,目标业务的可容忍最大中断程度为“严重”,而在数据丢失30分钟后,目标业务的损失等级为“严重”,则目标业务的RPO估计值为30分钟。

结合目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,确定目标业务的可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率和可容忍带宽范围,再根据如表5所示的预设的损失评估值与QoS之间的对应关系,可以进一步确定与目标业务的可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率和可容忍带宽范围均对应的 可容忍最低QoS评估值。比如,目标业务的可容忍最大中断程度为“严重”,而在时延>5ms、带宽<1000M、丢包率>5%时,目标业务的损失等级为“严重”,则目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值为时延<=5ms、带宽>1000M、丢包率<=5%。

结合目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值,确定目标业务的可容忍业务质量评分范围,再根据如表6所示的损失评估值与QoE之间的对应关系,可以进一步确定与可容忍业务质量评分范围对应的可容忍最低QoE评估值。比如,目标业务的可容忍最大中断程度为“严重”,而在可容忍的图像质量评分(Mean Opinion Score,MOS,)<4时,目标业务的损失等级为“严重”,则目标业务的可容忍最低QoE评估值为4。

需要说明的是,本发明中基于目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值确定目标业务的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围的具体过程,可以是根据实际情况线下或者线上人为确定,此处不作具体限定。
此外,也可以不确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值、而是直接获取目标业务的目标业务的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围,同样的,直接获取目标业务的目标业务的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大 丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围的具体过程也可以根据实际情况线下或者线上人为确定,此处也不作具体限定。
本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,首先获取与确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值分别对应的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围,确定目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值,以此提高RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值的精确性和可靠性,从而为后续确定更加全面、更加客观的业务恢复优先级奠定基础。
下面对本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估系统进行描述,下文描述的业务恢复优先级评估系统与上文描述的业务恢复优先级评估方法可相互对应参照。
图2示例了一种业务恢复优先级评估系统,如图2所示,该业务恢复优先级评估系统200,包括:业务影响分析单元业务影响分析单元210、业务恢复时间目标(RTO)评估单元220、业务恢复数据点目标(RPO)评估单元230、业务恢复QoS目标评估单元240、业务恢复QoE目标评估单元250和业务恢复优先级评估单元260,业务影响分析单元业务影响分析单元210,用于确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值;业务恢复时间目标(RTO)评估单元220,用于获取目标业务的RTO评估值;业务恢复数据点目标(RPO)评估单元230,用于获取目标业务的RPO评估值;业务恢复QoS目标评估单元240,用于获取目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值;业务恢复QoE目标评估单元250,用于获取目标业务的可容忍最低QoE评估值;业务恢复优先级评估单元260,用于根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。下面对本发明提供的业务恢复优先级评估装置进行描述,下文描述的业务恢复优先级评估装置与上文描述的业务恢复优先级评估方法可相互对应参照。
图3示例了一种业务恢复优先级评估装置,如图3所示,该业务恢复优先级评估装置300,包括:获取模块310,用于分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;确定模块320,用于根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
可选的,确定模块320,具体可以用于分别确定所述RTO评估值的RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值的RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值的QoS优先级权重及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值的QoE优先级权重;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
可选的,确定模块320,具体还可以用于根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,计算所述目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分;基于预设的业务恢复优先级评分与业务恢复优先级之间的对应关系,确定所述目标业务恢复优先级评分对应的目标恢复优先级。
可选的,确定模块320,具体还可以用于采用公式
确定所述目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分;其中,SP表示所述目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分,RTO表示所述目标业务的RTO评估值,α表示所述RTO评估值的RTO优先级权重,RPO表示所述目标业务的RPO评估值,β表示所述RPO评估值的RPO优先级权重,QoS表示所述目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值,
表示所述可容忍最低QoS评估值的QoS优先级权重,QoE表示所述目标业务的可容忍最低QoE评估值,δ表示所述可容忍最低QoE评估值的QoE优先级权重。
可选的,确定模块320,具体还可以用于确定目标业务针对中断事件的损失评估值;
可选的,获取模块310,具体可以用于基于所述损失评估值,获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值。
可选的,获取模块310,具体还可以用于获取与所述损失评估值分别对应的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围。
可选的,确定模块320,具体还可以用于基于所述业务可容忍中断时间范围,确定所述目标业务的RTO评估值;基于所述业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围,确定所述目标业务的RPO评估值;基于所述可容忍最大时延、所述可容忍最大丢包率和所述可容忍带宽范围,确定所述目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值;基于所述可容忍业务质量评分范围,确定所述目标业务的 可容忍最低QoE评估值。
图4示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图4所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)410、通信接口(Communications Interface)420、存储器(memory)430和通信总线440,其中,处理器410,通信接口420,存储器430通过通信总线440完成相互间的通信。处理器410可以调用存储器430中的逻辑指令,以执行业务恢复优先级评估方法,该方法包括:分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
此外,上述的存储器430中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,计算机程序可存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法所提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,该方法包括:分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
又一方面,本发明还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各方法提供的业务恢复优先级评估方法,该方法包括:分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种业务恢复优先级评估方法,其特征在于,包括:分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务恢复优先级评估方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级,包括:分别确定所述RTO评估值的RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值的RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值的QoS优先级权重及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值的QoE优先级权重;根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
- 根据权利要求2所述的业务恢复优先级评估方法,其特征在于,根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级,包括:根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,计算所述目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分;基于预设的业务恢复优先级评分与业务恢复优先级之间的对应关系,确定所述目标业务恢复优先级评分对应的目标恢复优先级。
- 根据权利要求3所述的业务恢复优先级评估方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述RTO评估值、所述RTO优先级权重、所述RPO评估值、所述RPO优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值、所述QoS优先级权重、所述可容忍最低QoE评估值及所述QoE优先级权重,计算所 述目标业务的目标业务恢复优先级评分,包括:

- 根据权利要求5所述的业务恢复优先级评估方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述损失评估值,获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值,包括:获取与所述损失评估值分别对应的业务可容忍中断时间范围、业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围、可容忍最大时延、可容忍最大丢包率、可容忍带宽范围及可容忍业务质量评分范围;基于所述业务可容忍中断时间范围,确定所述目标业务的RTO评估值;基于所述业务可容忍数据丢失时间范围,确定所述目标业务的RPO评估值;基于所述可容忍最大时延、所述可容忍最大丢包率和所述可容忍带宽范围,确定所述目标业务的可容忍最低QoS评估值;基于所述可容忍业务质量评分范围,确定所述目标业务的可容忍最低QoE评估值。
- 一种业务恢复优先级评估装置,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,用于分别获取目标业务的RTO评估值、RPO评估值、可容忍最低QoS评估值及可容忍最低QoE评估值;确定模块,用于根据所述RTO评估值、所述RPO评估值、所述可容忍最低QoS评估值 及所述可容忍最低QoE评估值,确定所述目标业务的目标恢复优先级。
- 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述业务恢复优先级评估方法的步骤。
- 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述业务恢复优先级评估方法的步骤。
