发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,通过外鞋与不同功能的内鞋组合可组成对应的不同功能的鞋,如凉鞋、休闲鞋、运动鞋(包含不同季节的鞋及童鞋)。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,包括外鞋、内鞋、第一鞋带;所述外鞋的表面开设有若干个第一固定孔,内鞋的表面设置有对应第一固定孔的第一扣管,且第一扣管开设有贯穿自身的第一管孔;其中所述内鞋设置在外鞋内,且第一扣管从第一固定孔穿出并延伸至外鞋表面,所述第一鞋带依次穿过第一扣管的第一管孔使得内鞋与外鞋固定。
进一步,所述外鞋的表面还开设有若干个第一透气孔,且该第一透气孔还覆盖有一防尘网。

内鞋2置于外鞋1内,内鞋2上的管扣穿过对应的第一固定孔11,第 一鞋带3穿过所有第一扣管21孔后,绑紧第一鞋带3后就是一双整鞋。通过外鞋1与不同功能的内鞋2组合可组成对应的不同功能的鞋,如凉鞋、休闲鞋、运动鞋(包含不同季节的鞋及童鞋)。例如:可搭配通风通透气的内鞋2成夏天的凉鞋,搭配保暖内鞋2成为冬天的暖鞋,并可根据内鞋2不同的颜色款式搭配成为不同款型的鞋;更可在鞋脏后快捷跟换洁净的内鞋2而不影响正常出行,拆卸后的内鞋2在清洗和晾晒方便也十分便捷(可机洗);也可在不同场景(温度差异)搭配不同内鞋2(具有较强的便捷性和通用性)。使用时,不同款型外鞋1、内鞋2、第一鞋带3组合在一起,组成具有特定功能的鞋,需要时,将第一鞋带3解开一拉,就可实现内鞋2的拆卸与更换。
外鞋1、内鞋2、第一鞋带3可便捷的快速组合、拆卸和更换,根据需要选择不同的内外鞋1组合成不同类型的鞋;通过内外鞋1的拆卸、更换,在便携性上有巨大的优势,即穿着者可以在穿着一双此多功能鞋的情况下,附带便于携带储藏的内鞋2,在弄脏鞋子或低温等情况下更换对应的内鞋2。拆卸后的内外鞋1清洗晾晒方便,可使本鞋相对于现在市场上的鞋在洁净及保护足部健康上具有巨大优势;本鞋的生产制造工序较为简单,相对于现存鞋子的生产制造少了大量制造工序,进而减少了大量劳动力、原材料和能源,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,在节能环保上有巨大优势。
故本申请可以通过外鞋1、与通风透气的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为凉鞋。通过外鞋1、与保暖型内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为低温条件下的保暖鞋。通过休闲型外鞋1、与不同功能的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为不同季节穿着的休闲鞋。通过运动型外鞋1、与不同功能的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为不同季节穿着的运动鞋。通过儿童型外鞋1、与不同功能的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为不同季节穿着的儿童鞋。通过特殊外鞋1、与特殊的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为具有特殊功能的特种鞋。如防火鞋、特种作业鞋等。
进一步,所述外鞋1的表面还开设有若干个第一透气孔12,所述内鞋 2的表面设置有第二透气孔22,其中第一透气孔12与第二透气孔22对齐。故将外鞋1表面设置有第一透气孔12,所述内鞋2表面设置有第二透气孔22;故通风透气的外鞋1、与通风透气的内鞋2、第一鞋带3可组合为凉鞋,而且为了避免外部灰尘以及垃圾进入外鞋1内,故在该第一透气孔12还覆盖有一防尘网121。
进一步,该第一透气孔12分布在外鞋1鞋头以及两侧的位置。为了进一步增加其透气性,故第一透气孔12设置有若干个,其中设置在外鞋1鞋头以及外鞋1两侧的位置。
进一步,所述外鞋1为防水材质构成,其中该防水材质为橡胶或塑料。因本鞋特殊的材质与结构,整鞋可不借助工具快捷的将其拆解成三个独立的部分,即外鞋1,内鞋2、第一鞋带3;外鞋1材质以橡胶、塑料等斥水材料,简单擦拭就能清洁。7.本发明的外鞋1主要采用橡胶、塑料为主材,可通过注塑工艺或3D打印等方式一次成型,生产工序较为简洁,主要工序为五步:1、外鞋1材料的配料。2、外鞋1的注塑成型。3、内鞋2的第一扣管21贴合。4、整鞋组装定型。5、包装。相较于传统的休闲鞋和运动鞋的工序(30道左右)少了四分之三以上。
进一步,内鞋2为纺织物制备而成,且所述第一扣管21设置在内鞋2对应用户脚腕以及跟腱的位置,且所述第一扣管21为“Ю”结构,其中第一扣管21包括底座211、连接座212、具有弹性的连接软管213,其中底座211连接在内鞋2表面,且底座211通过连接座212与连接软管213连接。内鞋2一般为纺织物为主,较柔软,可按照普通衣物方式快捷手洗或机洗。内鞋2可通过纺织半成品加第一扣管21贴合或缝合成型,所述连接软管213的外径大于第一固定孔11的宽度。同时由于在本申请中,连接软管213的外径大于第一固定孔11的宽度,当具有弹性的且可形变的连接软管213压缩然后穿过第一固定孔11,连接软管213复原原来的尺寸,故不容易从第一固定孔11掉落,同时通过第一鞋带3穿过连接软管213内部的第一管孔,实现外鞋1与内鞋2的组装。
请参考图5-6,进一步,还包括外鞋舌4、第二鞋带5,该外鞋舌4一端的表面设置有第二扣管41,该第二扣管41开设有贯穿自身的第二管孔;所述外鞋1的表面设置有一缺口13,该缺口13的边缘处设置有第二固定孔131以及若干第一鞋带孔132,其中外鞋舌4的第二扣管41扣接在第二固定孔131内,且第二鞋带5穿过第二扣管41的第二管孔以及第一鞋带孔132使得外鞋舌4与外鞋1配装。在本具体实施例中,用户可以根据自己的喜好选择不同颜色或不同造型的外鞋舌4与外鞋1搭配,更加时尚灵活搭配。
以上实施方式仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明的权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
- 一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:包括外鞋、内鞋、第一鞋带;所述外鞋的表面开设有若干个第一固定孔,内鞋的表面设置有对应第一固定孔的第一扣管,且第一扣管开设有贯穿自身的第一管孔;其中所述内鞋设置在外鞋内,且第一扣管从第一固定孔穿出并延伸至外鞋表面,所述第一鞋带依次穿过第一扣管的第一管孔使得内鞋与外鞋固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:所述外鞋的表面还开设有若干个第一透气孔,且该第一透气孔还覆盖有一防尘网。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:所述内鞋的表面设置有第二透气孔,其中第一透气孔与第二透气孔对齐。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:该第一透气孔分布在外鞋鞋头以及两侧的位置。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:所述外鞋为防水材质构成,其中该防水材质为橡胶或塑料。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:所述连接软管的外径大于第一固定孔的宽度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种通过内外鞋自由组合的多功能鞋,其特征在于:还包括外鞋舌、第二鞋带,该外鞋舌一端的表面设置有第二扣管,该第二扣管开设有贯穿自身的第二管孔;所述外鞋的表面设置有一缺口,该缺口的边缘处设置有第二固定孔以及若干第一鞋带孔,其中外鞋舌的第二扣管扣接在第二固定孔内,且第二鞋带穿过第二扣管的第二管孔以及第一鞋带孔使得外鞋舌与外鞋配装。
