其中,在本申请的另一些实施例中,所述枕面100和所述支撑层300之间还可以是一体成型。需要说明的是,所述枕面100和所述支撑层300之间可以是同一侧相互固定连接。所述枕面100和所述支撑层300之间还可以是任意相邻的两侧或任意三个侧面相互固定连接,一体成型,通过连接件400将枕面100的边缘和支撑层300的边缘之间的开口部位进行密封,并将枕芯200包裹在枕面100和支撑层300之间,从而形成枕头本体1。枕面100和支撑层300之间的连接关系可根据实际情况具体限定。
如图1、图3和图5所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了避免用户在睡眠过程中,软垫片500从容纳槽120中掉出,所述容纳槽120为两组,两组所述容纳槽120相间隔设置,且两组所述容纳槽120的槽口相对设置,用于将软垫片500的一端安装在一个容纳槽120内,同时将软垫片500的另一端安装在另一个容纳槽120内,并通过两个容纳槽120与软垫片500形成限位,从而提高软垫片500在容纳槽120内的稳定性。
具体的,所述容纳槽120位于所述枕面100宽度方向上,从而便于安装与拆卸软垫片500。
另外,在本申请的另一些实施例中,为了避免用户在睡眠过程中,容纳槽120内的软垫片500从容纳槽120中掉出,所述容纳槽120还可以为一组。
具体的,所述容纳槽120的开口方向与两个所述凸起部110平行的方向相同,容纳槽120位于两个所述凸起部110之间,且所述容纳槽120的深度与所述凸起部110的长度相等,并使得软垫片500放置在容纳槽120内时,容纳槽120内的软垫片500与凸起部110的长度相等,从而提高用户睡眠的舒适度。同时,为了避免软垫片500从容纳槽120内掉出,在所述容纳槽120的边缘安装有连接部件。其中,连接部件可以是魔术贴、子母扣或拉链中的任意一种,可根据实际情况具体设定。在本申请的一些实施例中,为了避免连接部件影响头部的舒适度,将连接部件设置为魔术贴,用于通过魔术贴将容纳槽120的边缘密封,从而提高软垫片500在容纳槽120内的稳定性,以提高用户的睡眠质量。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了提高用户在睡眠过程中的舒适度,在所述枕芯200内设有第一垫层210,在所述第一垫层210上设有柔性电路板220,同时在所述 柔性电路板220上设有音乐播放组件230和供电模块,且所述音乐播放组件230电连接于所述柔性电路板220,用于通过柔性电路板220控制音乐播放组件230播放音乐,所述柔性电路板220电连接于所述供电模块,用于通过供电模块对柔性电路板220和音乐播放组件230进行供电。
需要说明的是,所述音乐播放组件230可以是MP3播放器、WMA播放器等。并将音乐播放组件230与移动终端或遥控器通过信号连接,使得用户可通过移动终端或遥控器对音乐播放组件230进行控制,并通过音乐播放组件230播放音乐。
需要说明的是,所述柔性电路板220(Flexible Printed Circuit简称FPC)是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板。具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄、弯折性好的特点。
为了提高枕芯200的柔软度,在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一垫层210的为硅胶层。其中,硅胶的化学性质稳定,不燃烧,具有很强的吸附能力,对人的皮肤能产生干燥作用,同时具有良好的绝缘性能。
如图3和图4所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,所述音乐播放组件230包括控制模块233、蓝牙接收模块231和发声模块232,所述蓝牙接收模块231和所述发声模块232分别电连接于所述控制模块233,由蓝牙接收模块231接收信号,并将该信号发送至控制模块233,通过控制模块233控制发声模块232发声。需要注意的是,控制模块233对发声模块232的控制原理为现有技术。
其中,所述蓝牙接收模块231能够与移动终端连接,并通过移动终端控制音乐播放组件230播放音乐。
具体的,通过蓝牙接收模块231获取由移动终端发出的控制信号,并将该控制信号发送至控制模块233,由控制模块233接收该控制信号,并控制发声模块232发出声音。其中,在本申请的一些实施例中,所述发声模块232为喇叭。
另外,所述音乐播放组件230还可通过信号与遥控器连接,并通过遥控的方式对音乐播放组件230进行控制,例如将述音乐播放组件230通过信号与遥控器连接。
其中,所述音乐播放组件230可以是MP3播放器。用户可通过移动终端或控制器对MP3播放器发出控制信号,MP3播放器接收控制到控制信号,从而播放音乐。需要说明的是,所述MP3播放器为现有的产品,其型号可根据实际情况进行选择。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了避免柔性电路板220上的音乐播放组件230在工作过程中产生的辐射对人体的影响,在所述第一垫层210靠近所述枕面100的一侧贴设有第一防辐射层240,所述第一防辐射层240上可拆卸的安装有香薰垫片250。
其中,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了便于枕头本体1的收纳,所述第一防辐射层240 还可以是防辐射布。防辐射布是一种天然材质防辐射布料,包括金属微丝网和天然材质面料。金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,并通过金属屏蔽作用,起到防辐射作用。
另外,用户还可根据自己的喜好更换不同香味的香薰垫片250,以提高用户的在睡眠过程中的舒适度,从而起到安神怡人的作用。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了提高用户在睡眠过程中的舒适度,在所述第一垫层210远离所述枕面100的一侧设有导热层260,并将所述导热层260电连接于所述柔性电路板220,用于通过柔性电路板220控制导热层260发热。例如,在天气较冷时,枕面100冰凉,用户在睡觉前需要通过自身的体温将枕头预热,然后才能进行入睡,从而降低了用户的睡眠质量。
在所述柔性电路板220上还安装有控制单元,该控制单元用于控制导热层260的温度,控制单元还可以通过信号与移动终端或控制器连接,并通过移动终端或控制器控制到导热层260的温度。需要说明的是,控制单元对导热层260的控制原理为现有技术。
具体的,通过自身需要调节枕头本体1的温度,通过柔性电路板220控制导热层260的温度,从而调整枕头本体1的温度,以达到适宜用户睡眠的温度,提高用户的睡眠质量和睡眠的舒适度。
另外,当用户将颈部枕在所述枕头本体1上时,枕面100与用户的颈部接触,当导热层260发热时,可对用户的颈部起到热敷的作用,具有提高用户颈部血液循环的作用,从而改善用户颈椎功能的效果。用户还可根据自身的需要调节导热层260的温度,从而调节枕头本体1的温度。
需要说明的是,在本申请的一些实施例中,所述导热层260为石墨烯材质。其中,石墨烯是已知强度最高的材料之一,同时还具有很好的韧性,且可以弯曲,且石墨烯具有非常好的热传导性能。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了避免柔性电路板220上的音乐播放组件230在工作过程中产生的辐射对人体的影响,在所述导热层260远离所述第一垫层210的一侧设有第二防辐射层270。
其中,所述第二防辐射层270亦可以是防辐射布,并通过金属屏蔽作用,起到防辐射作用。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了提高枕芯200的柔软度,在所述第二防辐射层270远离所述第一垫层210的一侧设有软质层280。
其中,所述软质层280的材质可以是薄乳胶,薄乳胶具有优良的柔软度和弹性,用于提高枕芯200的柔软度,同时便于枕芯200的收纳。需要说明的是,所述第一垫层210的 数量可以是一层、两层或两层以上任意层数,可根据实际情况具体设定。
另外,软质层280的厚度还可根据实际情况具体设定。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了提高枕头本体1的透气效果,在所述第一垫层210上设有多个透气孔。其中,所述透气孔的数量可根据实际情况具体设定。
另外,所述透气孔的排列方式可以是矩阵排列、环形阵列和线性排列中的任意一种,可根据实际情况具体限定。在本申请的一些实施例中,多个所述透气孔的排列方式为矩阵排列,以提高枕头本体1的透气质量。
如图2所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,为了便于安装、拆卸或更换枕头本体1内的元件,所述连接件400为拉链、魔术贴或子母扣中的任意一种。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述连接件400为拉链,提高连接件400的耐久性,同时提高枕头本体1的稳定性,以及对枕芯200的密封质量。
另外,为了便于枕头本体1的收纳与携带,可将枕头本体1放置在真空收纳袋内,并将真空收纳袋内部的空气抽真空,同时将抽真空后的真空收纳袋卷曲,并通过橡皮布圈缠绕在卷曲后的枕头本体1的周向,并将枕头本体1进行固定,从而方便携带。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种枕头,其特征在于,包括连接件以及依次层叠设置的枕面、枕芯和支撑层;
    所述枕面的边缘和所述支撑层的边缘通过所述连接件连接,以将所述枕芯包裹形成枕头本体;
    沿所述枕面长度方向的两端分别设有相间隔的凸起部,两个所述凸起部之间设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽内可拆卸的放置有软垫片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述容纳槽为两组,两组所述容纳槽相间隔设置,且两组所述容纳槽的槽口相对设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述枕芯内设有第一垫层,所述第一垫层上设有柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板上设有音乐播放组件和供电模块;
    所述音乐播放组件电连接于所述柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板电连接于所述供电模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述音乐播放组件包括控制模块、蓝牙接收模块和发声模块;
    所述蓝牙接收模块和所述发声模块分别电连接于所述控制模块;
    所述蓝牙接收模块能够与移动终端连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述第一垫层靠近所述枕面的一侧贴设有第一防辐射层,所述第一防辐射层上可拆卸的安装有香薰垫片。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述第一垫层远离所述枕面的一侧设有导热层,所述导热层电连接于所述柔性电路板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述导热层远离所述第一垫层的一侧设有第二防辐射层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述第二防辐射层远离所述第一垫层的一侧设有软质层。
  9. 根据权利要求3至8中任意一项所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述第一垫层上设有多个透气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的枕头,其特征在于,所述连接件为拉链、魔术贴或子母扣中的任意一种。
