本公开提供一种信息处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。本公开采用以下的技术方案。在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。本公开实施例提出的方法使得推荐评价人员的确定方式更加客观可靠。

本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、终端和存储介质。
在企业内部,有时需要对人员进行评价,在评价时,需要邀请评价人员,评价人员的选取对于正确评价被评价人至关重要。

确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;
基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;
在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种信息处理装置,包括:
第一确定单元,用于确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;
第二确定单元,用于基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;

本公开实施例提供的信息处理方法,通过目标人员的第一任务信息,确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员,从而实现评价人员的智能推荐,由于被推荐的推荐评价人员与目标人员 都与第一任务信息相关联,这表示推荐评价人员和目标人员的工作关联性较大,使得推荐评价人员的确定方式更加客观可靠。

在企业内部有时需要对人员进行评价,此时需要确定评价人员,由评价人员对被评价人员进行评价,如果由被评价人员由别评价人员进行邀请,则可能会导致评价人员的主观性较强,并且可能和被评价人员的工作关联性不大。
如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例的信息处理方法的流程图,包括如下步骤。
S11:确定目标人员以及与目标人员相关联的第一任务信息。
一些实施例中,目标人员为被评价的人员,目标人员与第一任务信息相关联,第一任务信息 可以是目标人员负责的任务信息也可以是目标人员参与的任务信息,第一任务信息的个数可以是多个,即目标人员可以与多个第一任务信息相关联。
S12:基于第一任务信息,确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员。
一些实施例中,推荐评价人员也与第一任务信息相关联,当第一任务信息为多个的时候,推荐评价人员可以是与一个或多个第一任务信息相关联,推荐评价人员可以是第一任务信息的负责人员也可以是第一任务的参与人员,或者,推荐评价人员的第二任务信息与第一任务信息相关联,第二任务信息为推荐评价人员负责或参与的任务信息。
S13:在显示界面的推荐区域显示推荐评价人员。
一些实施例中,显示界面可以是目标人员的评价人员选取界面,在显示界面确定目标人员的评价人员,显示界面中有推荐区域,在推荐区域中显示推荐评价人员,推荐区域所显示的显示评价人员能够被选取为目标人员的评价人员,这样目标人员就可以在显示界面中选取推荐评价人员作为目标人员的评价人员。一些实施例中,所显示的推荐评价人员的数量不超过预设数量。
在本公开的一些实施例中,通过目标人员的第一任务信息,确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员,从而实现评价人员的智能推荐,由于被推荐的推荐评价人员与目标人员都与第一任务信息相关联,这表示推荐评价人员和目标人员的工作关联性较大,使得推荐评价人员的推荐方式更加客观可靠。
在本公开的一些实施例中,确定目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:确定目标评价周期,确定目标评价周期内与目标人员相关联的第一任务信息。一些实施例中,对于目标人员的评价往往是对其一段时间内表现的评价,即评价具有对应的评价周期,例如是对目标人员5月份的表现进行评价,即5月份就是目标评价周期,因此所确定的第一任务信息应当是目标评价周期内的任务信息,这样保证基于第一任务信息所确定的推荐评价人员在目标评价周期内与目标人员具有工作上的关联性。
在本公开的一些实施例中,基于第一任务信息,确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员,包括:确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系,并且不属于预设类型人员的推荐评价人员。一些实施例中,预先设定了预设类型人员,预设类型人员不能被设定为推荐评价人员,从而能够将一些与目标人员在工作上相关联但不适合作为评价人员的人员剔除,避免误推荐。
在本公开的一些实施例中,预设类型人员包括如下的至少一项:目标人员的其他评价环节的评价人员、默认邀请的评价人员、不具有第一权限的人员、已经离职的人员。一些实施例中,目标人员具有关联的多个评价环节,本实施例中推荐评价人员为目标评价环节的推荐评价人员,如果一个人员已经是非目标评价环节的评价人员,则不能将其显示为目标评价环节的推荐评价人员,即一个人员不能是两个评价环节的评价人员,评价环节例如可以是目标人员在一个项目中参与的多个任务节点,也可以是目标人员需要被评价的不同的内容。这样避免一个人员对目标人员的多个环节进行评价造成对目标人员的评价的主观性过强,提高评价的合理性和客观性,一些实施例中,目标人员的其他评价环节的评价人员可以是目标人员的直属上级和虚线上级,即推荐评价人员不包括目标人员的直属上级和虚线上级。一些实施例中,对于目标人员具有默认邀请的评 价人员,默认邀请的评价人员可以是目标人员的直属下级,此时因为已经默认邀请该评价人员,因此不再将其作为推荐评价人员。一些实施例中,对目标人员进行评价需要具有第一权限,对于不具有第一权限的人员,则无法作为目标人员的评价人员。一些实施例中,已经离职的人员无法对在职的目标人员进行评价。
在本公开的一些实施例中,推荐评价人员预先与第一任务信息相绑定,第一任务信息绑定的推荐评价人员在绑定后保持不变。一些实施例中,任务信息在创建后就绑定了推荐评价人员,因此可以直接获取第一任务信息绑定的推荐评价人员,推荐评价人员在绑定后不再变更,避免因为推荐评价人员变更导致的对于评价不客观的问题,如果推荐评价人员能够变更,那么推荐评价人员可能是与任务信息刚刚关联不久,此时会造成推荐评价人员无法客观全面的评价目标人员,因此一些实施例中任务信息的推荐评价人员在绑定后不再变更。
在本公开的一些实施例中,确定与目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:确定是否有被选取的数据来源;若有被选取的数据来源,基于被选取的数据来源确定第一任务信息;若没有被选取的数据来源,则发出第一提示信息。一些实施例中,数据来源是指任务信息所在的数据源位置,在开启了智能推荐评价人的功能后,会进行验证,确定是否选择了数据来源,如果选择了则从选择的数据来源中选取第一任务信息,否则发出第一提示信息,可以提示“请至少选择一个推荐数据来源”,通过选取数据来源可以使得根据不同的任务对目标人员进行相关评价,使得评价更侧重目标人员在某些任务中的表现。
一些实施例中,请参考图2,图2中示意性的显示了一种配置界面的示意图,从图中可以看到,其中可以设置是否智能推荐评价人,如果该选项开启,则执行被公开实施例中的方法显示推荐评价人员,否则可以不显示推荐评价人员,可以设置默认邀请角色,即默认作为评价人员的人员,可以设置需要邀请作为评价人员的数量。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在确定与目标人员相关联的第一任务信息之前,还包括:确定目标人员是否具有关于任务信息的第二权限;若目标人员具有第二权限,则确定与目标人员关联的第一任务信息;或,若目标人员不具有第二权限,发出第二提示信息。
一些实施例中,任务信息的第二权限可以是使用任务信息的权限,如果一个用户没有开通使用任务信息的权限,那么自然也就无法通过任务信息为其显示推荐评价人员,此时可以显示提示信息,例如提示“开启后,将为用户自动推荐评价人员”。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在显示界面的推荐区域显示推荐评价人员之前,还包括:确定是否满足预设条件,若满足预设条件,则在显示界面的推荐区域显示推荐评价人员;其中,预设条件包括如下的至少一项:目标人员为自己邀请评价人员、目标人员的关联用户为目标人员邀请了评价人员、推荐评价人选项被开启。
一些实施例中,预先设置了需要显示推荐评价人员的场景,当被评价人为自己邀请评价人员时、被关联用户为被评价人员邀请了评价人员时等。其中目标人员的关联用户可以是目标人员的上级或者目标人员的指导人员等。推荐评价人选项可以是图2中“智能推荐评价人”。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在推荐区域的关联区域显示有第一标识,第一标识用于被触发后 显示第三提示信息,第三提示信息用于提示推荐评价人的来源。一些实施例中,请参考图3,图3示意性的展示了显示界面的示意图,在图3的右侧中显示了“评价人员推荐”,其下方显示了推荐评价人员,该标题右侧内有“i”的符号为第一标识,第一标识与推荐区域关联,用于在被触发后显示推荐人员的来源,例如本实施例中推荐评价人员来源与目标周期内任务信息的关联数据,通过第一标识可以知道所显示的推荐评价人员的推荐依据。
在本公开的一些实施例中,推荐区域所显示的推荐评价人具有关联的第二标识,第二标识用于被触发后将所关联的推荐评价人添加为目标人员的评价人员。一些实施例中,请继续参考图3,第二标识可以是添加按钮,即推荐评价人员右侧的“+”,例如“张一”右侧的“+”,通过触发第二标识可以将对应的推荐评价人员添加为目标人员的评价人员。
一些实施例中,在推荐评价人被添加为评价人员后,在推荐区域隐藏该推荐评价人,且不增加新的推荐评价人员。一些实施例中,在将推荐评价人员添加为目标人员的评价人员后,则不在推荐区域进行显示,以避免重复添加,并且也不再增加新的推荐评价人员,如果将所有的推荐评价人员均添加为评价人员,则显示第四提示信息,例如提示“已经添加全部推荐评价人员”,由于不再添加推荐评价人员,这样保证所显示的推荐评价人员为最相关的人员,如果不断变化推荐评价人员,可能会将不太相关的人员添加为推荐评价人员。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于第一用户被从目标人员的评价人员中移除,若第一人员为推荐评价人员,则在推荐区域显示第一人员。一些实施例中,如果第一人员原本为推荐评价人员,第一人员被添加为评价人员后,又被从评价人员的名单中删除,则该第一人员仍然是推荐评价人员,重新在推荐区域中进行显示。
在本公开的一些实施例中,任务信息包括相互关联的第一类型信息和第二类型信息;所述第一任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息,与所述推荐评价人员的第二任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息具有关联关系。一些实施例中,一个任务信息中包括一个第一类型信息和至少一个第二类型信息,一个第一类型信息可以关联多个第二类型信息,第一类型信息与第二类型信息为不同类型的信息。举例而言,任务信息可以是目标与关键结果信息,第一类型信息可以是目标信息,第二类型信息可以是关键结果信息。第二任务信息与第一任务信息的关联关系可以是对齐关系,即一个目标与关键结果信息与另一个目标与关键结果信息之间通过彼此对齐建立关联关系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一任务信息中具有关联标识,所述第一任务信息通过所述关联标识与所述推荐评价人员相关联。一些实施例中,关联标识可以是“@”符号,其可以用于提醒某人,如果一个任务信息中提醒了某个用户,则该用户与该任务信息之间通过关联标识建立了关联关系。
在本公开的一些实施例中,通过目标人员在任务信息中的关联关系,为目标人员推荐可以为目标人员进行评价的推荐评价人员,实现了系统智能推荐,将目标周期内的第一任务信息以及与第一任务信息关联的人员作为推荐评价人员,可以直接添加推荐评价人员作为评价人员,无需手动搜索,提高了便捷性。
在本公开的一些实施例中还提出一种信息处理装置,包括:
第一确定单元,用于确定目标人员以及与目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;
第二确定单元,用于基于第一任务信息,确定与第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;

确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;
基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;
在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,确定所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:确定目标评价周期,确定所述目标评价周期内与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员,包括:
确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系,并且不属于预设类型人员的推荐评价人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述预设类型人员包括如下的至少一项:
所述目标人员的其他评价环节的评价人员、默认邀请的评价人员、不具有第一权限的人员、已经离职的人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述推荐评价人员预先与所述第一任务信息相绑定,所述第一任务信息绑定的推荐评价人员在绑定后保持不变。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,确定与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:
确定是否有被选取的数据来源;
若有被选取的数据来源,基于被选取的数据来源确定所述第一任务信息;
若没有被选取的数据来源,则发出第一提示信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在确定与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息之前,还包括:
确定所述目标人员是否具有关于任务信息的第二权限;
若所述目标人员具有所述第二权限,则确定与所述目标人员关联的第一任务信息;或,
若所述目标人员不具有所述第二权限,发出第二提示信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在显示界面的推荐区域显示所 述推荐评价人员之前,还包括:
确定是否满足预设条件,若满足预设条件,则在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员;其中,所述预设条件包括如下的至少一项:所述目标人员为自己邀请评价人员、所述目标人员的关联用户为所述目标人员邀请了评价人员、推荐评价人选项被开启。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在所述推荐区域的关联区域显示有第一标识,所述第一标识用于被触发后显示第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述推荐评价人的来源。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述推荐区域所显示的推荐评价人具有关联的第二标识,所述第二标识用于被触发后将所关联的推荐评价人添加为所述目标人员的评价人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,在所述推荐评价人被添加为评价人员后,在所述推荐区域隐藏该推荐评价人,且不增加新的推荐评价人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,还包括:
响应于第一用户被从所述目标人员的评价人员中移除,若所述第一人员为所述推荐评价人员,则在所述推荐区域显示所述第一人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,任务信息包括相互关联的第一类型信息和第二类型信息;所述第一任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息,与所述推荐评价人员的第二任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息具有关联关系;
或者,
所述第一任务信息中具有关联标识,所述第一任务信息通过所述关联标识与所述推荐评价人员相关联。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理装置,包括:
第一确定单元,用于确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;
第二确定单元,用于基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;
显示单元,在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行上述的方法。

Claims (16)
- 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:确定目标评价周期,确定所述目标评价周期内与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员,包括:确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系,并且不属于预设类型人员的推荐评价人员。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设类型人员包括如下的至少一项:所述目标人员其他评价环节的评价人员、默认邀请的评价人员、不具有第一权限的人员、已经离职的人员。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐评价人员预先与所述第一任务信息相绑定,所述第一任务信息绑定的推荐评价人员在绑定后保持不变。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息,包括:确定是否有被选取的数据来源;若有被选取的数据来源,基于被选取的数据来源确定所述第一任务信息;若没有被选取的数据来源,则发出第一提示信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息之前,还包括:确定所述目标人员是否具有关于任务信息的第二权限;若所述目标人员具有所述第二权限,则确定与所述目标人员关联的第一任务信息;或,若所述目标人员不具有所述第二权限,发出第二提示信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员之前,还包括:确定是否满足预设条件,若满足预设条件,则在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员;其中,所述预设条件包括如下的至少一项:所述目标人员为自己邀请评价人员、所述目标人员的关联用 户为所述目标人员邀请了评价人员、推荐评价人选项被开启。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述推荐区域的关联区域显示有第一标识,所述第一标识用于被触发后显示第三提示信息,所述第三提示信息用于提示所述推荐评价人的来源。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐区域所显示的推荐评价人具有关联的第二标识,所述第二标识用于被触发后将所关联的推荐评价人添加为所述目标人员的评价人员。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述推荐评价人被添加为评价人员后,在所述推荐区域隐藏该推荐评价人,且不增加新的推荐评价人员。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:响应于第一用户被从所述目标人员的评价人员中移除,若所述第一人员为所述推荐评价人员,则在所述推荐区域显示所述第一人员。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,任务信息包括相互关联的第一类型信息和第二类型信息;所述第一任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息,与所述推荐评价人员的第二任务信息中的第一类型信息或第二类型信息具有关联关系;或者,所述第一任务信息中具有关联标识,所述第一任务信息通过所述关联标识与所述推荐评价人员相关联。
- 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:第一确定单元,用于确定目标人员以及与所述目标人员相关联的第一任务信息;第二确定单元,用于基于所述第一任务信息,确定与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系的推荐评价人员;显示单元,在显示界面的推荐区域显示所述推荐评价人员。
- 一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码在被处理器运行时,促使所述处理器执行权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法。
