Description

清洁头及清洁设备 技术领域
本申请涉及一种清洁头及清洁设备。
背景技术
随着科技的迅速发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,同时对生活质量要求也越来越高,对家庭卫生也越来越注重。因此,市场上出现了多种多样的清洁设备,给人们的生活带来了诸多便捷。
以手持拖地机为例,其一般包括与待清洁面直接接触的清洁头。其中,清洁头包括壳体、设置在壳体内的驱动件(电机)和与壳体连接的清洁附件(滚刷)。现有技术中,一般将驱动件设置在清洁附件的后侧,并通过传动件与清洁附件内的转轴连接,从而驱动清洁附件转动以对待清洁面清洁。但是,由于清洁附件的转轴和传动件的存在,会造成清洁附件覆盖待清洁面的长度小于壳体覆盖待清洁面的长度,从而导致清洁设备对待清洁面清洁时,转轴与传动件处的待清洁面无法被清洁,产生死角。
因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种减少清洁死角的清洁头及清洁设备。
本申请的目的是通过以下技术方案实现:一种清洁头,包括:
壳体;
清洁附件,通过连接组件与所述壳体转动连接,所述清洁附件具有空腔;
驱动件,设置在所述空腔内、且驱动所述清洁附件转动;
其中,所述连接组件包括第一连接臂和第二连接臂,所述驱动件的一端通过所述第一连接臂与所述壳体固定连接,所述清洁附件远离所述第一连接臂的一端通过所述第二连接臂与所述壳体连接;
所述清洁附件的长度趋于所述壳体的长度,所述长度的丈量方向为所述清洁附件的轴向方向。
可选地,所述第一连接臂和第二连接臂的厚度均小于10mm。
可选地,所述连接组件还包括与所述清洁附件连接的转动件、以及与所述转动件转 动连接的连接件,所述第二连接臂与所述连接件连接。
可选地,所述第二连接臂通过转轴与所述连接件转动连接。
可选地,所述第二连接臂与所述壳体可拆卸连接,所述第二连接臂具有与所述壳体连接的锁定状态、及与所述壳体脱离的释放状态;
所述连接组件还包括套设在所述转轴上的扭力部件,所述扭力部件的两端分别抵接所述第二连接臂和所述连接件,且所述第二连接臂和所述连接件受所述扭力部件所作用的扭力而趋于保持在释放状态。
可选地,所述第二连接臂远离所述清洁附件的一端设置有插接部,所述壳体上设置有与所述插接部卡合的凹陷部;
所述插接部与所述凹陷部卡合,以迫使所述第二连接臂和所述壳体保持在锁定状态。

实施例1
请参见图1-图4,本申请一较佳实施例所示的清洁头100可以安装在清洁设备上,以对待清洁面进行清洁。该清洁设备可以为洗地机或擦地机等,待清洁面可以为地面、墙面等,本申请不对该清洁设备的应用目标或应用场景做具体限定。
本申请中的清洁头100包括壳体1、与壳体1转动连接的清洁附件2、以及驱动清洁附件2转动的驱动件4,驱动件4驱动清洁附件2转动以对待清洁面进行清洁工作。在本实施例中,该驱动件4为电机,清洁附件2为滚刷。
现有技术中,一般将驱动件4设置在清洁附件2的一侧,通过传动件与清洁附件2内的转轴33连接,从而驱动清洁附件2转动。该侧可以为清洁附件2的端侧,亦可以为清洁附件2的外圆周面的一侧。由于传动件的存在,使得清洁附件2覆盖待清洁面的长度小于壳体1覆盖待清洁面的长度,从而导致清洁头100对待清洁面清洁时,支撑部21与传动件处的待清洁面无法被清洁到,产生死角,给用户不好的使用体验。
为了解决上述问题,本申请中的清洁附件2内具有空腔211,驱动件4设置在空腔211内,并通过连接组件3将清洁附件2的两端与壳体1转动连接,以使得驱动件4直接驱动清洁附件2转动以清洁待清洁面,无需设置传动件。该设置方式可以使得清洁附件2的长度趋于壳体1的长度,以防止出现由于驱动件4设置在清洁附件2外侧而产生清洁死角的问题。需要说明的是,上述长度的丈量方向为清洁附件2的轴向方向。
清洁附件2包括与连接组件3连接的支撑部21以及与支撑部21连接的清洁部22。其中,上述空腔211形成在支撑部21内,清洁部22绕支撑部21的外圆周设置,以使得驱动件4驱动支撑部21转动,并带动清洁部22转动以对待清洁面进行清洁工作。在本实施例中,该清洁部22与支撑部21设置为可拆卸连接,以便于用户更换或清洗清洁部22。在其他实施例中,也可以将支撑部21和清洁部22一体设置,在此不做具体限定。
连接组件3包括第一连接臂31和第二连接臂32,驱动件4的一端通过第一连接臂31与壳体1固定连接,清洁附件2通过空腔211套设在驱动件4上,且清洁附件2的靠近驱动件4设置的一端与第一连接臂31连接,清洁附件2远离第一连接臂31的一端通过第二连接臂32与壳体1连接。
本实施例中,第一连接臂31和第二连接臂32的厚度均小于10mm,以尽可能减少第一连接臂31和第二连接臂32覆盖待清洁面的长度(该长度为清洁附件2的清洁死角区域),从而提高清洁头100的清洁效率,提高用户的使用体验。
为了便于用户拆装清洁附件2,第二连接臂32与壳体1设置为可拆卸连接。具体的,第二连接臂32具有与壳体1连接的锁定状态以及与壳体1脱离的释放状态。当第二连接臂32处于锁定状态时,第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端与壳体1连接;当第二连接臂32处于释放状态时,第二连接臂32靠近清洁附件2的一端与壳体1分离。其中,第二连接臂32靠近清洁附件2的一端与清洁附件2转动连接,第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端与壳体1卡接。
具体的,连接组件3还包括与清洁附件2连接的转动件34以及与转动件34转动连接的连接件35,第二连接臂32与连接件35连接。其中,转动件34包括转动本体341及自转动本体341向外弯折形成的弯折部343,连接件35与转动本体341连接,弯折部343与转动本体341之间形成有卡槽342,支撑部21和至少部分清洁部22的端侧与该卡槽342卡持。清洁部22的端侧具有凸部221,该凸部221与卡槽342卡持,以使得清洁部22能够与支撑部21紧密连接,防止清洁附件2在转动过程中清洁部22与支撑部21脱离。
第二连接臂32与连接件35之间还设置有转轴33,第二连接臂32靠近清洁附件2的一端通过转轴33与连接件35转动连接,第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端与壳体1卡接,用户在进行拆卸时,施加作用力于第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端,使得第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端与壳体1分离。
更具体的,连接组件3还包括套设在转轴33上的扭力部件36,该扭力部件36的两端分别抵接第二连接臂32和连接件35,且第二连接臂32和连接件35受扭力部件36所作用的扭力而趋于保持在释放状态,以使得第二连接臂32从锁定状态转换为释放状态时,在扭力部件36的扭力的作用下,只需施加作用力于第二连接臂32较小的力即可使得第二连接臂32与壳体1分离。
第二连接臂32远离清洁附件2的一端设置有插接部321,壳体1上设置有与插接部321卡合的凹陷部13。该插接部321与凹陷部13卡合,以迫使第二连接臂32和壳体1保持在锁定状态。从而实现第二连接臂32与连接件35连接,驱动件4驱动清洁附件2和转动件34相对于连接件35转动,进而实现对待清洁件的清洁。
为了进一步提高清洁头100的清洁效率,清洁头100还包括设置在壳体1内的抽吸组 件5、及与抽吸组件5连通的喷嘴组件6,在对待清洁面进行清洁时,抽吸组件5将外部的水输送至喷嘴组件6,并由喷嘴组件6喷射至待清洁面,驱动件4驱动清洁附件2转动以对待清洁面进行清洁。
壳体1具有相对设置的前端11和后端12,清洁附件2设置在壳体1的前端11,抽吸组件5设置在壳体1的后端12,且抽吸组件5与驱动件4设置的方向相反。即,如若驱动件4设置在清洁头100的左前侧,则抽吸组件5设置在清洁头的右后侧,两者趋于对称设置。这样设置的目的在于:以平衡整个清洁头100的重心,防止清洁头100在运行过程中或遇到转弯时发生倾覆;另外,这样设置还可以使得用户在移动清洁头100时,不会出现偏重的现象。
喷嘴组件6包括两个喷水口(未标号)以及与两个喷水口连通且将液体分离以形成两个流通路径的分水器62,以使得抽吸组件5将外部的水通过分水器62和喷水口后喷射至待清洁面。需要说明的是,分水器62设置在抽吸组件5和驱动件4之间,以使得清洁头100整体结构紧凑,减少占用空间。在其他实施例中,不对喷水口的数量和分水器62的位置做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
实施例2
本申请还提供一种清洁设备,该清洁设备包括手柄、用于对待清洁面进行清洁的清洁头100、用于连接手柄和清洁头100的杆体以及储液箱。其中,清洁头100为上述实施例1中的清洁头100,储液箱用以为清洁头100提供液体,以提高清洁头100的清洁效率。该清洁设备在对待清洁面进行清洁时,抽吸组件5将储液箱中的水通过分水器62和喷水口喷射至清洁附件2上或待清洁面上,驱动件4驱动清洁附件2转动以对待清洁面清洁。
本实施例中,储液箱设置在杆体上。在其他实施例中,储液箱的位置还可以设置在其他位置,亦或者,该清洁设备还可以不设置储液箱,在此不对储液箱的位置做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
显然,上述所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下,可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种清洁头,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    清洁附件,通过连接组件与所述壳体转动连接,所述清洁附件具有空腔;
    驱动件,设置在所述空腔内、且用于驱动所述清洁附件转动;
    其中,所述连接组件包括第一连接臂和第二连接臂,所述驱动件的一端通过所述第一连接臂与所述壳体固定连接,所述清洁附件远离所述第一连接臂的一端通过所述第二连接臂与所述壳体可拆卸连接;
    其中,在所述清洁附件的轴向上,所述第一连接臂的外侧壁形成所述壳体的一端部壁的一部分,所述第二连接臂的外侧壁形成所述壳体的另一端部壁的一部分,使得所述清洁附件的长度趋于所述壳体的长度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂和第二连接臂的厚度均小于10mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述连接组件还包括与所述清洁附件连接的转动件以及与所述转动件转动连接的连接件,所述第二连接臂与所述连接件连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二连接臂通过转轴与所述连接件转动连接;所述第二连接臂具有与所述壳体连接的锁定状态、及与所述壳体脱离的释放状态;
    其中,所述连接组件还包括套设在所述转轴上的扭力部件,所述扭力部件的两端分别抵接所述第二连接臂和所述连接件,且所述第二连接臂和所述连接件受所述扭力部件所作用的扭力而趋于保持在释放状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二连接臂远离所述清洁附件的一端设置有插接部,所述壳体上设置有与所述插接部卡合的凹陷部;
    所述插接部与所述凹陷部卡合,以迫使所述第二连接臂和所述壳体保持在锁定状态。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁附件包括支撑部及与所述支撑部连接的清洁部;
    所述转动件包括转动本体及自所述转动本体向外弯折形成的弯折部,所述弯折部与 所述转动本体之间形成有卡槽,所述支撑部和至少部分所述清洁部的端侧与所述卡槽卡持。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁部的端侧具有凸部,所述凸部与所述卡槽卡持。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述壳体具有相对设置的前端和后端,所述清洁附件设置在所述前端的一侧;
    所述清洁头还包括设置在所述壳体内的抽吸组件,所述抽吸组件设置在所述后端的另一侧,且相对所述驱动件分别位于所述壳体的两侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头还包括朝向所述清洁附件设置的喷嘴组件,所述喷嘴组件包括至少两个喷水口、及与至少所述喷水口连通且将液体分流以形成至少两个流通路径的分水器;
    所述分水器设置在所述抽吸组件和所述驱动件之间。
  10. 一种清洁头,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    清洁附件,通过连接组件与所述壳体转动连接,所述清洁附件具有空腔;
    驱动件,设置在所述空腔内、且用于驱动所述清洁附件转动;
    其中,所述壳体具有相对设置的前端和后端,所述清洁附件设置在所述前端的一侧;
    所述清洁头还包括设置在所述壳体内的抽吸组件,所述抽吸组件设置在所述后端的另一侧,且相对所述驱动件分别位于所述壳体的两侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁头,其特征在于,还包括朝向所述清洁附件设置的喷嘴组件,所述喷嘴组件包括至少两个喷水口、及与至少所述喷水口连通且将液体分流以形成至少两个流通路径的分水器;
    其中,所述分水器设置在所述抽吸组件和所述驱动件之间。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括第一连接臂和第二连接臂,所述驱动件的一端通过所述第一连接臂与所述壳体固定连接,所述清洁附件远离所述第一连接臂的一端通过所述第二连接臂与所述壳体可拆卸连接;
    其中,在所述清洁附件的轴向上,所述第一连接臂的外侧壁形成所述壳体的一端部壁的一部分,所述第二连接臂的外侧壁形成所述壳体的另一端部壁的一部分,使得所述 清洁附件的长度趋于所述壳体的长度。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂和第二连接臂的厚度均小于10mm。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述连接组件还包括与所述清洁附件连接的转动件以及与所述转动件转动连接的连接件,所述第二连接臂与所述连接件连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二连接臂通过转轴与所述连接件转动连接;所述第二连接臂具有与所述壳体连接的锁定状态、及与所述壳体脱离的释放状态;
    其中,所述连接组件还包括套设在所述转轴上的扭力部件,所述扭力部件的两端分别抵接所述第二连接臂和所述连接件,且所述第二连接臂和所述连接件受所述扭力部件所作用的扭力而趋于保持在释放状态。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述第二连接臂远离所述清洁附件的一端设置有插接部,所述壳体上设置有与所述插接部卡合的凹陷部;
    所述插接部与所述凹陷部卡合,以迫使所述第二连接臂和所述壳体保持在锁定状态。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁附件包括支撑部及与所述支撑部连接的清洁部;
    所述转动件包括转动本体及自所述转动本体向外弯折形成的弯折部,所述弯折部与所述转动本体之间形成有卡槽,所述支撑部和至少部分所述清洁部的端侧与所述卡槽卡持。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁部的端侧具有凸部,所述凸部与所述卡槽卡持。
  19. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括手柄、清洁头及用以连接所述手柄和所述清洁头的杆体;
    其中,所述清洁头为如权利要求1-18中任一项所述的清洁头。
