本申请所公开的骑乘式割草设备选取了合适的控制电路板的位置,缩短、简化了控制电路板至电源组件、切割组件和控制面板的布线;且使得控制电路板散热效果更好。本申请所公开的割草拖拉机,重心较低,且前覆盖件也可以做得较低,当用户乘坐在座椅上时,盲区小,可视性较好。本申请所公开的割草拖拉机,利用前覆盖件形成的容纳腔提供了储物空间,方便用户储存和拿取物品。本申请所公开的割草拖拉机合理布局了方向盘和控制面板的位置和大小,使得用户在手握方向盘时能够方便地查看以及操纵控制面板。本申请所公开的骑乘式车辆,其座椅支撑件在支撑座椅的同时,还能够支撑至少覆盖后轮的覆盖件,简化了车辆结构与装配难度。本申请所公开的割草拖拉机,采用转向齿盘和与转向齿盘联动的转向拉杆拉动前轮转向,且前轮在割草拖拉机的前后方向上至少部分位于电源组件的前方,从而在受到撞击时保护电源组件,减小碰撞对电源组件的伤害;且前轮载荷轻,转向灵活。本申请公开的骑乘式割草设备,可拆卸地安装集草篮,且连通集草篮和刀盘的集草筒与地面的夹角较小,因此集草流畅高效,不容易堵塞。本申请所公开的骑乘式车辆,将电源组件设置在车辆前部,且包括至少两个电池包,方便用户插拔电池包以为电池包充电或者将电池包通用于其他的电动工具。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本公开的骑乘式割草设备为一种割草拖拉机100,割草拖拉机100可以供用户乘坐在其上来操控以修剪草坪以及其它植被等。
在本说明书中,将前,后,左,右,上和下的方向描述为附图1中所示的方向。具体地,当用户乘坐在位于地面上的割草拖拉机100时,定义用户面朝的方向为前方,背对的方向为后方,左手边的方向为左方,右手边的方向为右方,靠近地面的方向为下方,远离地面的方向为上方。
如图1至图4所示,割草拖拉机100包括:切割组件10、车架91、座椅92、机壳系统20、行走组件93、电源组件96、照明系统40以及操作组件50。其中,车架91和机壳系统20构成了割草拖拉机100的主机100a,主机100a用于安装切割组件10、座椅92、电源组件96以及照明系统40,行走组件93用于支撑主机100a。割草拖拉机100通过动力组件来为切割组件10、行走组件93和照明系统40等提供能量。在本实施例中,割草拖拉机100的动力组件是电源组件96,电源组件96为割草拖拉机100的各个组件提供电能,从而使得该割草拖拉机100是可以作为一种电动工具使用。相对于燃油类的割草拖拉机100而言,该电动的割草拖拉机100更环保,更节约能源。
切割组件10用于输出动力实现割草拖拉机100的功能,切割组件10作为动力输出件,主机100a支撑动力输出件,切割组件10包括:刀盘11、割草元件12和第一马达13。割草元件12用于在高速转动时切割植被,例如割草元件12为用于切割草坪上的草的刀片,刀盘11围绕形成有用于容纳至少部分割草元件12的割草空间121,也就是说,割草元件12至少部分容纳于刀盘11,第一马达13用于驱动割草元件12转动。如图3所示,切割组件10设置于车架91的下方。在一实施例中,割草元件12的数目可以为2,第一马达13的数量为2,相应地,两个第一马达13分别两个驱动割草元件12。在一实施例中,割草元件12的数目可以为3,第一马达13的数量为3,相应地,三个第一马达13分别三 个驱动割草元件12。割草元件12位于刀盘11所围绕形成的割草空间121内。割草空间121向下敞开,从而使得割草元件12能够对位于割草空间121下方的植被进行切割操作。如图4所示,割草拖拉机100还可以包括集草系统30,即用户可以选择性地安装集草系统30,集草系统30用于收集被切割组件10切割下来的草屑。集草系统30包括集草篮组件31,集草篮组件31可拆卸地安装在座椅92的后方。座椅92包括坐垫921和靠背922,坐垫921用于供用户乘坐,靠背922用于支撑用户的后背。因此,也可以说,集草篮组件31安装在靠背922的后方。
如图8A-8C所示,切割组件10也可以从割草拖拉机100上拆卸,此时,割草拖拉机100可以连接其他工作附件,例如,铲雪组件。铲雪组件包括雪铲和雪铲角度调节装置,铲雪组件可以挂接至车架91。此时,严格地说,割草拖拉机100不再仅仅是一台骑乘式割草设备,而是一台骑乘式车辆,可以根据所连接的工作附件的不同而执行不同的工作。在一实施例中,割草拖拉机100具备至少一个工作附件接口,例如挂接钩、螺纹、孔、槽等,由于车架91承重能力强,至少一个工作附件接口可以形成于或者固定于车架91。不同的工作附件接口用来匹配不同的工作附件,同一个工作附件接口也可以匹配不同的工作附件。
车架91基本沿前后方向延伸,切割组件10、机壳系统20、行走组件93、电源组件96、集草系统30以及照明系统40均安装至车架91,车架91用于支撑整个割草拖拉机100的主机100a部分。行走组件93用于支撑车架91以使得割草拖拉机100能在地面上行走,行走组件93包括第一行走组件931和第二行走组件932。在本实施例中,第一行走组件931即前行走组件,包括两个第一行走轮(前轮),即左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R;第二行走组件932即后行走组件,包括两个第二行走轮(后轮),即左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R。其中,第二行走轮的半径大于第一行走轮的半径。左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R通过前桥934连接;左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R通过后桥连接。行走组件93还包括用于驱动第二行走组件932的第二马达933。在一实施例中,后桥还包括差速器,当割草拖拉机100转弯或者在不平整的路面行驶时,差速器使得左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R在第二马达933驱动下以不同的速率转动。
参见图14和图15,车架91包括:纵梁和横梁,在一些实施例中,车架91包括两个纵梁,分别为第一纵梁911和第二纵梁912,车架91还包括两个横梁,两个横梁分别为第一横梁913和第二横梁914。第一纵梁911设置在座椅92的左侧,第二纵梁912设置在座椅92的右侧。第一纵梁911沿第一直线1b延伸,第二纵梁912沿第二直线1c延伸,第一直线1b和第二直线1c均平行于割草拖拉机100的中分面1d。在本实施例中,第一纵梁911和第二纵梁912的延伸方 向是相互平行的。在本实施例中,定义经过第一直线1b和第二直线1c的平面,也即车架91的所在平面1g为割草拖拉机100的基准面,当割草拖拉机100在地面,即平面1f上行驶时,基准面1g与平面1f相互平行。具体地,由于车架91本身具有一定的厚度,本申请所指的车架91的所在平面1g指车架91的上缘所在的平面。第一横梁913设置在座椅92的前侧,第一横梁913基本位于割草拖拉机100的前端,这样,第一横梁913也作为保护割草拖拉机100的前端不受损坏的前保险杠。在一实施例中,第一横梁913形成有凹槽,以至少部分容纳前桥934。前桥934还可以通过螺栓等固定装置固定在前桥934上。第一横梁913第二横梁914基本位于割草拖拉机100的后端,这样,第二横梁914也作为保护割草拖拉机100的后端不受损坏的后保险杠。第一横梁913和第二横梁914的至少部分沿着横向直线1e延伸,横向直线1e沿左右方向延伸。在本实施例中,第一横梁913和第二横梁914的延伸方向是相互平行的,而横向直线1e与第一直线1b、第二直线1c相互垂直。在本实施例中,车架91的高度较低,从而降低整个割草拖拉机100的重心,使得割草拖拉机100行驶平稳。在一实施例中,车架91的所在平面1g与割草拖拉机100的所在平面1f的垂直距离H5大于或等于35cm且小于或等于37cm。
机壳系统20包括:左覆盖件21、右覆盖件22和前覆盖件23。前覆盖件23设置于割草拖拉机100的前部,是割草拖拉机100的前脸。前覆盖件23覆盖形成一个前容纳腔231。在一实施例中,如图5所示,前覆盖件23包括单独成型的上盖232和围挡233,上盖232与围挡233组装在车架91上方后,共同形成前容纳腔231;在另一实施例中,前覆盖件23为一体成型的半包结构,该半包结构组装在车架91上方后,形成前容纳腔231。前覆盖件23例如为金属件,这样,一方面能够有利于对电源组件96进行散热,另一方面还能够增加前机壳的强度;当然,前覆盖件23也可以由塑料材料制造,节约成本,本申请不限制前覆盖件23的具体结构和材料。左覆盖件21设置在座椅92的左侧,右覆盖件22设置在座椅92的右侧。在一实施例中,左覆盖件21至少部分覆盖左第二行走轮932L,右覆盖件22至少部分覆盖右第二行走轮932R。左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22既可以是单独成型的两个部件,也可以是一体成型的一个部件,即左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22连成一体,构成一个覆盖件,这个覆盖件作为一个整体至少部分覆盖第二行走组件932。本申请不限制左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22的具体结构和材料。
在一实施例中,照明系统40包括:前照明组件42、左照明组件43、右照明组件44。在一实施例中,照明系统40还包括:后照明组件。左照明组件43设置在座椅92的左侧,右照明组件44设置在座椅92的右侧,后照明组件设置在座椅92的后侧。具体地,前照明组件42安装至前覆盖件23上,前照明组件 42包括前照明灯421;左照明组件43安装至左覆盖件21上,左照明组件43包括左照明灯;右照明组件44安装至右覆盖件22上,右照明组件44包括右照明灯。这样,前照明组件42可以照亮割草拖拉机100前方的区域。左照明组件43和右照明组件44可以作为割草拖拉机100的示廓灯,从而,方便周围的其它人员观察到割草拖拉机100的轮廓。
电源组件96用于给切割组件10、行走组件93、照明系统40等提供电力,其中,第一马达13、第二马达933以及照明系统40均作为割草拖拉机100所包含的用电设备,这些用电设备能将电能转换成其它形式的能量。如图5至图8所示,电源组件96包括至少一个用于存储电能的电池包,例如,电源组件96包括至少两个用于存储电能的电池包。电源组件96设置于割草拖拉机100的前部,被前覆盖件23覆盖。电源组件96包括电池仓壳体961,电池仓壳体961包括用于安装第一电池包161的第一电池仓162,电源组件96可以包括第一电池仓162,第一电池仓162的数目也可以为多个。在一实施例中,电源组件96包括6个第一电池仓162,电源组件96可以容纳6个第一电池包161。相较于燃油引擎和油箱,即使是6个第一电池包161,其重量也相对较轻,因此,可以使得位于前部的第一行走组件931的载荷相对于位于后部的第二行走组件932的载荷轻,使得割草拖拉机100的重量后移,从而减小转向时需要的转向力,使用户操作更加轻松,同时,位于后部的第二行走组件对地面的正压力相对较大,进而增大割草拖拉机100的第二行走组件的抓地力,更容易爬坡。在一实施例中,第一行走组件931和第二行走组件932的载荷比小于或等于1.2;在一实施例中,第一行走组件931和第二行走组件932的载荷比小于或等于1;在一实施例中,第一行走组件931和第二行走组件932的载荷比小于或等于0.8。割草拖拉机100的重心G在前后方向上位于左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R的中心点的连线的前方。
参见图6和图8B,每个第一电池包161可以对应的安装到每一个第一电池仓162。第一电池仓162可以形成有第一凹槽162a,第一电池包161能沿第一凹槽162a的延伸方向1a可拆卸地插入至第一凹槽162a内并沿第一凹槽162a的延伸方向1a从第一凹槽162a中拔出来。在一实施例中,前覆盖件23的上盖232具有打开状态和关闭状态,当上盖232处于打开状态时,第一凹槽162a敞开,这时用户可以将第一电池包161插入至第一凹槽162a中;当上盖232处于关闭状态时,第一凹槽162a被关闭,从而能够对位于电池仓壳体961内的第一电池包161起到一定的保护作用。
可以理解的,这6个第一电池仓162也可以由一个单独的尺寸较大的电池仓形成,也即是说,电源组件96仅包括一个电池仓,而将多个第一电池包161均安装至这一个电池仓中。或者,电源组件96可以仅包括一个第一电池仓162, 对应的,电源组件96也仅包括一个第一电池包161。也即是说,第一电池仓162的数目以及第一电池包161的数目并没有做出特别的限定,第一电池仓162和第一电池包161的对应关系也并非限定于一一对应的关系。多个第一电池包161按照规则的形状排列,例如,关于割草拖拉机100的中分面1d对称分布。第一电池包161具有沿其插入第一凹槽162a的延伸方向1a的高度方向,还具有与高度方向垂直的长度方向以及宽度方向,第一电池包161在长度方向上的尺寸还大于其在宽度方向上的尺寸。在本实施例中,当第一电池包161插入第一凹槽162a中时,第一电池包161的长度方向沿割草拖拉机100的左右方向延伸。这样,当用户需要安装或者拆卸第一电池包161时,用户的手腕不需要扭曲,提高了操作的舒适度。
以本实施例中电源组件96包括6个第一电池包161为例,按照图7A的侧面示意图,6个第一电池包161沿前后方向排成三排,每排包括两个沿左右方向排列的两个第一电池包161。第一电池包161在沿左右方向上的长度还大于其在沿前后方向上的宽度。这样,在左右方向排列两个第一电池包161,而在前后方向排列三个第一电池包161,而单个第一电池包161的方位被设置成其在沿左右方向上的长度还大于其在沿前后方向上的长度,从而能够避免这6个第一电池包161在前后方向上的长度过长以增加整个割草拖拉机100在前后方向上的尺寸,也能够避免这6个第一电池包161在左右方向上的尺寸过小而不能有效的利用割草拖拉机100在左右方向上占据的空间,从而使得电源组件96的布置更为合理,节省排布空间。由于第一电池包161沿1a方向摆放时,其最高点的垂直高度远小于引擎,因此,相较于传统的燃油式的割草拖拉机,本申请的割草拖拉机100的前覆盖件23的前部的垂直高度较低,当用户乘坐在割草拖拉机100上时,前方盲区较小。而且,也使得割草拖拉机100的重心G降低,在本实施例中,割草拖拉机100的重心G在上下方向上低于坐垫921。
在另一实施例中,6个第一电池包161沿前后方向阶梯式排列,按照图7B的侧面示意图,6个第一电池包161排成两排,前排包括两个沿左右方向排列的第一电池包161,后排包括四个叠放的第一电池包161,更具体地,后排包括上下两层,下层包括两个沿左右方向排列的第一电池包161,上层包括两个沿左右方向排列的第一电池包161。这种排列方式使得6个第一电池包161在前后方向上的长度进一步缩短,同时,由于前排仍然只有一层沿左右方向排列的两个第一电池包161,电源组件96的前部的高度较低,因此,前覆盖件的前部的垂直高度较低,当用户乘坐在割草拖拉机上时,前方盲区较小。在此基础上,由于前后方向上只有两排第一电池包161,因此也可以将第一电池包161放倒,如图7C所示,从而进一步降低电源组件96的高度。如图6所示,在一实施例中,第一电池包161中距离座椅92最远的电池包的最高点与所述第一行走轮的中心点 的高度差H1小于或等于50cm;在一实施例中,第一电池包161中距离座椅92最远的电池包的最高点与所述第一行走轮的中心点的高度差H1小于或等于45cm;在一实施例中,第一电池包161中距离座椅92最远的电池包的最高点与所述第一行走轮的中心点的高度差H1小于或等于44cm。又由于割草拖拉机100的车架较低,因此,第一电池包161与割草拖拉机100所在平面的垂直距离也较小。在一实施例中,第一电池包161中距离座椅92最远的电池包的最高点与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的垂直距离H2小于或等于63cm;在一实施例中,第一电池包161中距离座椅92最远的电池包的最高点与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的垂直距离H2小于或等于62cm。
除了仅包括第一电池包161以外,电源组件96还可以被设置为内置电芯模块163与外插电池包的组合,其中,外插电池包可以为第一电池包161,也可以为其他可拆卸式电池包。如图8A至8C所示,在一实施例中,电源组件96包括两个第一电池包161和一排内置电芯模块163。在另一实施例中,电源组件96包括两个第一电池包161和两排内置电芯模块163。相较于可拆卸的外插式电池包,内置电芯模块163成本较低,结构更为紧凑,在节省空间和成本的同时,为割草拖拉机100提供了更加充足的能量储备。同时,兼备有一定数量的可拆卸的外插式电池包,也兼顾了电源组件96的灵活性,例如,用户可以只将第一电池包161带走充电而不需要开动整个割草拖拉机100至充电站,当用户不方便或者没有时间为割草拖拉机100的内置电芯模块163充电时,可以直接插入第一电池包161即可满足短时间的割草需求。第一电池包161还可以适配其他的电动工具并给其他的电动工具供电。在一实施例中,第一电池包161可被安装至第一电池仓162,第一电池仓162设置在内置电芯模块163的前方,这样,当用户安装或者拆卸第一电池包161时,不需要越过内置电芯模块163操作,从而方便用户安装或者拆卸第一电池包161。
电源组件96还包括电池管理系统(BMS,Battery Management System),具体地,电池管理系统通过电池管理电路板964实现。由于外插式的第一电池包161通常自身集成了BMS,本实施例中的电池管理电路板964主要用于管理内置电芯模块163的充电过程以及第一电池包161与内置电芯模块163的协调放电。如图8A所示,电池管理电路板964被置于内置电芯模块163的后方,距离内置电芯模块163较近,排线路径较短,但是将电池管理电路板964设置在内置电芯模块163的后方,不利于电池管理电路板964的散热。如图8B所示,电池管理电路板964被置于第一电池包161的前方,也就是说,电池管理电路板964位于前覆盖件23所覆盖的容纳腔的最前方。同时,前覆盖件的前部设有通风口,这样,当割草拖拉机100向前行驶时,电池管理电路板964迎风对吹,散热效果好;但是此时电池管理电路板964距离内置电芯模块163较远,排线路径较 长。如图8C所示,电池管理电路板964被设置于内置电芯模块163的上方,也就是说,电池管理电路板964位于前覆盖件23所覆盖的容纳腔的上部。同时,前覆盖件的顶部设有通风口,这样,当割草拖拉机100向前行驶时,电池管理电路板964迎风对吹,散热效果好;而且电池管理电路板964距离内置电芯模块163较近,排线路径较短;但一定程度上影响了内置电芯模块163上方的储物空间。
除了容纳电源组件96之外,前覆盖件23覆盖形成的前容纳腔231还有富余的储物空间234来提供一定的储物功能。前覆盖件23包括上盖232,上盖232具有打开位置和闭合位置。当上盖232处于打开位置时,用户可以触及储物空间。储物空间可根据用户的需求,用来存放小工具、手套、遮阳帽、乃至衣物等,方便用户、提升割草工作的舒适度。如图9A所示,电源组件96包含一排第一电池包161和一排内置电芯模块163,其中,第一电池包161位于内置电芯模块163的前方,电池管理电路板964设置于内置电芯模块163的后方,第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163设置于前容纳腔231的前部和中部,此时,内置电芯模块163的后方和上方被设置为储物空间234a。如图9B所示,电源组件96包含一排第一电池包161和一排内置电芯模块163,其中,第一电池包161位于内置电芯模块163的前方,第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163中间设有间隔,也就是说,第一电池包161设置于前容纳腔231的前部,内置电芯模块163设置于前容纳腔231的后部,此时,内置电芯模块163的上方以及第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163之间的间隔被设置为储物空间234b。如图9C所示,电源组件96包含一排第一电池包161和一排内置电芯模块163,其中,第一电池包161位于内置电芯模块163的前方,第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163设置于前容纳腔231的中部和后部,此时,第一电池包161的前方和内置电芯模块163的上方被设置为储物空间234c,可选地,储物空间234c可被分隔成两部分,或者说,有两个独立的储物空间。如图9D所示,电源组件96包含一排第一电池包161和两排内置电芯模块163,其中,第一电池包161位于内置电芯模块163的前方,第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163设置于前容纳腔231的前部、中部和后部,此时,两排内置电芯模块163的上方被设置为储物空间234d。当然,电源组件96不限于是第一电池包161和内置电芯模块163的组合,电源组件96也可以仅有第一电池包161或者仅有内置电芯模块163。如图9E所示,电源组件96包含三排第一电池包161,三排第一电池包161分别设置于前容纳腔231的前部、中部和后部,此时,第一电池包161的上方被设置为储物空间234e。如图9F所示,电源组件96包含三排内置电芯模块163,内置电芯模块163分别设置于前容纳腔231的前部、中部和后部,电池管理电路板964设置于内置电芯模块163的后方,此时,内置电芯模块163的上方被设置为储物空间 234f。为了避免收纳的物品与电源组件96干涉,例如,与第一电池包161或者内置电芯模块163、电池管理电路板964干涉,储物空间234可以由隔档件分隔,隔档件可以是塑料件,其形状根据储物空间234的具体形态而定,这里不再详述。前覆盖件23的上盖232可以通过滑轨、铰链等结构与前覆盖件23可移动地、可旋转地连接,这里不再详述。前覆盖件23的上盖232可以根据储物空间的配置开设,本申请不限制上盖232的具体形状和大小。
参见图10至图14,割草拖拉机100的操作组件50包括控制面板52、方向盘组件56和踏板组件59。在一实施例中,踏板组件59包括加速踏板和刹车踏板。控制面板52和方向盘组件56设置于座椅92和前覆盖件23之间。在本实施例中,方向盘组件56包括方向盘561和支撑杆562。方向盘561可被用户操作以控制割草拖拉机100的行进方向,支撑杆562连接方向盘561和转向组件60,支撑杆562将用户转动方向盘561的力矩传递至转向组件60,控制第一行走组件改变方向。控制面板52与前覆盖件23连接,控制面板52包括显示屏51和多个操作件55,这样用户在操作多个操作件55的同时也能方便的看到显示屏51上的显示状态,更符合人机工程学的设计。显示屏51用来显示割草拖拉机100的状态信息;多个操作件55可被用户操作以控制所述行走组件和所述切割组件,多个操作件55可以包括开关,按键,档位等;多个操作件55可以被配置为不同的形状和大小,这样用户可以在不查看的情况下,即可操作不同的操作件55。
如图11所示,多个操作件55包括钥匙孔554。当钥匙被插入钥匙孔554,割草拖拉机100可以被启动,当没有钥匙被插入钥匙孔554,割草拖拉机100电源被切断,无法启动。在一实施例中,当钥匙插入钥匙孔554时即能启动位于钥匙孔554内的开关,也即是说,当钥匙插入钥匙孔554且无需转动钥匙即能启动位于钥匙孔554内的开关,从而方便用户的操作。在一实施例中,在钥匙孔554处还连接有安全盖,安全盖活动连接至钥匙孔554,当钥匙551未插入至钥匙孔554中时,安全盖封闭钥匙孔554,从而避免水汽、灰尘等进入钥匙孔554中,当钥匙551插入钥匙孔554中时,安全盖被向下压以使得钥匙孔554敞开。钥匙孔554形成于控制面板52,安全盖可以通过扭簧转动连接至控制面板52。多个操作件55还包括启动键552,当启动键552被触发,割草拖拉机100进入待机状态,此时用户可以通过操作其它操作件55使得割草拖拉机100进入行走状态或者割草状态等。多个操作件55还包括第一推杆553,该第一推杆553至少具有第一位置和第二位置,当第一推杆553被设置于第一位置时,割草拖拉机100处于前进状态;当推杆被设置于第二位置时,割草拖拉机100处于后退状态。当割草拖拉机100处于前进状态时,用户可以通过踏板组件59控制割草拖拉机100的前进速度;当割草拖拉机100处于后退状态时,用户可以通过 踏板组件59控制割草拖拉机100的后退速度。多个操作件55还包括PTO开关555,PTO开关555具有第一位置和第二位置,当PTO开关555被设置于第一位置时,割草元件转动;当PTO开关555被设置于第二位置时,割草元件停止。其中,PTO开关555被提起时处于第一位置,PTO开关555被按下时处于第二位置。当用户发现紧急情况时,只需拍下PTO开关555,即可使割草元件急停,操作快捷方便。多个操作件55还包括定速巡航按键556,当定速巡航按键556被触发,割草拖拉机100接收到用户发出的定速巡航指令,并视当前状态决定是否进入定速巡航模式。在一实施例中,从用户视角来看,多个操作件55分布于显示屏51的下方。
显示屏51包括用于显示割草拖拉机100的工作状态的显示界面510,显示界面510理解为被用户直接观察到的显示区域。显示界面510上可以根据需要显示不同的状态信息。显示界面510上可以显示行走组件93的行驶速度、割草元件12的转动速度、割草拖拉机100的能效状态、电源组件96的剩余电量信息、警告信息、故障信息、电源组件96的剩余的运行时间等。显示屏51还包括多个围绕显示界面510排布的按键,例如,第一按键511和第二按键512,分别用于供用户操作以调节割草拖拉机100的行驶速度和刀片转速。在一实施例中,第一按键511可被用户操作以改变割草拖拉机100的最高行驶速度,当用户踩踏踏板组件59至最大位置时,割草拖拉机100按照第一按键511设置的最高行驶速度行走。第二按键512可被用户操作以改变割草拖拉机100的割草元件的转速。第一按键511和第二按键512可以分别设置于显示界面510的左右两侧。显示界面510的周围还设置有第三按键513,用于供用户操作以控制割草拖拉机100的照明功能,例如,当用户使用第一种操作方式操作第三按键513时,照明系统40打开部分照明灯;当用户使用第二种操作方式操作第三按键513时,照明系统40打开全部照明灯。在本实施例中,显示界面510的周围还设置有第四按键514,该第四按键514可供用户操作以使得割草拖拉机100进入不同的驾驶模式,例如可以进入运动模式、标准模式和控制模式,这样,用户可以根据个人喜好选择不同的驾驶模式,进而提高割草拖拉机100的用户体验。此时,割草拖拉机100的不同的驾驶模式的信息也可以在显示界面510上进行显示。第四按键514还可以供用户以不同的操作方式操作以进行割草拖拉机100的其他配置,例如,长按第四按键514切换驾驶模式,短按第四按键514进入设置菜单。第三按键513和第四按键514可以设置于显示界面510的下侧。
如图2所示,显示屏51在一个与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交的倾斜平面1h内延展,显示界面510与显示屏51在同一平面内延展。显示屏51延展的倾斜平面1h与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于20度且小于或等于45度;或者,显示屏51延展的倾斜平面1h与车架91的所在平面 1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于25度且小于或等于40度。这样,显示屏51倾斜向上延展,从而方便用户坐在座椅92上时观察显示屏51上的状态信息,而无需用户低头观察状态信息。在本实施例中,方向盘561延展的倾斜平面1j与控制面板52延展的倾斜平面1i基本平行。显示屏51延展的倾斜平面1h与车架91的所在平面1g相交形成的夹角大于控制面板52延展的倾斜平面1i与车架91的所在平面1g相交形成的夹角,同样地,显示屏51延展的倾斜平面1h与车架91的所在平面1g相交形成的夹角大于方向盘561延展的倾斜平面1j与车架91的所在平面1g相交形成的夹角。控制面板52延展的倾斜平面1i与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于5度且小于或等于35度;或者,控制面板52延展的倾斜平面1i与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于10度且小于或等于30度。同样地,方向盘561延展的倾斜平面1j与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于5度且小于或等于35度;或者,方向盘561延展的倾斜平面1j与车架91的所在平面1g倾斜相交形成的夹角大于或等于10度且小于或等于30度。同时,为了方便用户乘坐在座椅92上时以舒适的角度握持方向盘561,方向盘561的最低点和坐垫921的高度差不宜过小,在一实施例中,方向盘561的最低点和坐垫921的高度差H3大于或等于24cm;在一实施例中,方向盘561的最低点和坐垫921的高度差H3大于或等于26cm。
显示界面510上的状态信息能够方便的供用户查看,显示界面510的大小理解为露出以能被用户观察的显示区域。如图11所示,在本实施例中,显示界面510基本呈矩形,显示界面510在长度方向上的尺寸,即长度L2大于或等于10厘米且小于或等于15厘米,显示界面510在宽度方向上的尺寸,即宽度L3大于或等于6厘米且小于或等于10厘米,这样,显示界面510的尺寸足够大,能够显示更多用户想要了解的状态信息。显示界面510的面积大于或等于60平方厘米且小于或等于150平方厘米。显示界面510和方向盘组件56的位置关系如图11所示,支撑杆562穿过控制面板52,更具体地,支撑杆562从显示界面510的下方部位穿过控制面板52。当用户坐在座椅92上,看向显示界面510时,其视线穿过方向盘561。因此,方向盘561设置有大面积的开口,以方便用户从开口完整地观察到显示界面510。例如,由于支撑杆562穿过显示界面510的下方,且支撑杆562从方向盘561的中心支撑方向盘561,该大面积的开口设置于方向盘561的上半部分,显示界面510朝向该开口设置。此外,综合考虑显示屏51延展的倾斜平面1h与方向盘延展的倾斜平面1j之间的距离和显示界面510的长宽比,当显示界面510的长度L2大于或等于方向盘561的直径L1的四分之一且小于或等于方向盘561的直径L1的三分之二时,用户可以从方向盘561的开口容易地观察到整个显示界面510,且显示界面510的尺寸足够大。其中, 对于非圆形的方向盘,方向盘561的直径L1指方向盘561在割草拖拉机100的左右方向上的最大长度。在一实施例中,显示界面510的长度大致等于方向盘561的直径L1的二分之一。在一实施例中,显示界面510的周长和方向盘561的周长的比值大于或等于四分之一且小于或等于二分之一。在一实施例中,显示界面510的周长和方向盘561的周长的比值大于或等于三分之一且小于或等于二分之一。
割草拖拉机100还包括信号电路板951,信号电路板951用于接收割草拖拉机100的状态信息,并传递至显示屏51的显示电路板953,信号电路板951也负责接收控制面板52上的各个操作件和按键的开关信号,并传递至主控电路版952。信号电路板951安装在控制面板52的背面。也就是说,控制面板52的正面设置有显示屏和多个操作件,此外,方向盘的支撑杆562从控制面板52穿过,方向盘也突出于控制面板52的正面,且方向盘平行于显示屏;控制面板52的背面设置有信号电路板951。因此,信号电路板951布置于割草拖拉机100的整机的上部,靠近显示屏51和各个操作件55,走线节约、简单。此部位方便维修,翻起控制面板52即可拆卸信号电路板951进行维修更换。另外,由于信号电路板951位于整机的上部,通常使用时,也不会让此部位浸水,避免了信号电路板951进水失效。此外,通过将信号电路板951与强电流的控制电路板952分离,有利于避免强弱电信号的干扰。
割草拖拉机100还包括:控制电路板952。控制电路板952用于控制切割组件10和行走组件93。对于切割组件10而言,控制电路板952能控制第一马达13的运行。对于行走组件93而言,控制电路板952能控制第二马达933的运行。在本实施例中,如图12所示,控制电路板952安装至车架91。在前后方向上,控制电路板952设置于座椅92和电源组件96之间,进一步地,控制电路板952设置于座椅92和支撑杆562之间。在一实施例中,控制电路板952设置于割草拖拉机100的维修盖25的下方,也就是用户乘坐在座椅92上时脚踩踏的部位。在上下方向上,控制电路板952设置于维修盖25和刀盘11之间。在左右方向上,控制电路板952设置于两根纵梁之间,即第一纵梁911和第二纵梁912之间。这样的布局能够节省空间,方便布线,使得整机结构更为紧凑,同时也有利于控制电路板952的散热和后期维修。
踏板组件59位于控制电路板952的前方、第二马达933位于控制电路板952的后方,第一马达13位于控制电路板952的下方,由于主控电路版952与踏板组件59、第二马达933和第一马达13的距离都比较短,节约、简化了布线。如图13所示,主控电路版952包括切割控制模块9521和行走控制模块9522,切割控制模块9521通过导线电连接第一马达13,行走控制模块9522通过导线电连接踏板组件59和第二马达933,切割控制模块9521和行走控制模块9522还 与信号电路板951电连接以接收控制面板52上的各个操作件55和按键发送的电子信号。由于控制电路板952的上方和下方都与空气连通,当割草拖拉机100行驶时,迎面风吹过控制电路板952的上方和下方,带走控制电路板952的热量。在一实施例中,主控电路版952可以被封装于主控盒内,从而保护电路元件,达到防水防尘的效果。当需要维修时,仅需拆卸踏板,打开主控盒,即可维修或者更换控制电路板952,操作方便。另外,由于控制电路板952位于刀盘11的上方,通常使用时,也不会让此部位浸水,避免了控制电路板952进水失效。在一实施例中,割草拖拉机的重心G在前后方向上位于控制电路板952和座椅92之间。
在本实施例中,割草拖拉机100的转向组件60带动第一行走组件931转向,也就是说,转向组件60能够使得左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R转向。如图14和图15所示,转向组件60主要设置于第一行走组件931的后方。第一行走组件931在割草拖拉机100的前后方向上至少部分位于电源组件96的前方,从而保护电源组件96。具体地,左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R在割草拖拉机100的前后方向上至少部分位于第一电池包161的前方。支撑杆562连接方向盘561和转向组件60,将用户施加到方向盘561的转向力从方向盘561传动至转向组件60。支撑杆562与方向盘561连接的一端固定安装有一齿轮601,方向盘561中央包括与该齿轮啮合的齿圈(未示出),当用户转动方向盘561时,方向盘561的齿圈驱动支撑杆562的齿轮601同步转动。参见图15,转向组件60包括转向齿盘61和与转向齿盘联动的转向拉杆62,在本实施例中,转向齿盘61和转向拉杆62设置于车架91的下方。转向齿盘61可以是扇形齿盘,扇形包括两条直边和一条弧边613,在扇形的弧边613形成有一排齿。两条直边包括第一直边611和第二直边612,转向拉杆62包括第一拉杆621和第二拉杆622,第一直边611和弧边613的交点处连接第一拉杆621,第二直边612和弧边613的交点处连接第二拉杆622。在一实施例中,转向齿盘61与第一拉杆621、第二拉杆622分别通过球轴连接。第一拉杆621与左第一行走轮931L的转向节631L通过球轴相连,第二拉杆622与右第一行走轮931R的转向节631R通过球轴相连。球轴在联动相连部件的同时又允许一定的自由度,使得转弯操作更加顺滑。在本实施例中,左第一行走轮931L的转向节631L和右第一行走轮931R的转向节631R在上下方向上位于前桥934的下方。支撑杆562与转向组件60连接的一端也固定安装有一齿轮602,该齿轮602与支撑杆562、进而与方向盘561构成同步转动。齿轮602与转向齿盘61的弧边613的一排齿啮合。当支撑杆562转动时,齿轮602驱动转向齿盘61转动,转向齿盘61转动时,带动第一拉杆621和第二拉杆622。进而,第一拉杆621带动左第一行走轮931L的转向节631L转动,第二拉杆622带动右第一行走轮931R的转向节631R转动。 转向节与第一行走轮的主销固定连接,控制主销的方向,从而驱动第一行走组件931转向。其中,左第一行走轮931L的转向节631L与左主销632L固定连接;右第一行走轮931R的转向节631R与右主销632R固定连接。例如,当方向盘561逆时针转动时,支撑杆562逆时针随之转动,齿轮602逆时针转动使得与其啮合的转向齿盘61顺时针转动,因此第一拉杆62将左第一行走轮931L的转向节631L向外推,第二拉杆622将右第一行走轮931R的转向节631R向里拉,使得左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R都向左偏转,从而驱动割草拖拉机100向左转弯。
割草拖拉机100具有一个中分面1d,中分面1d沿前后方向延伸。转向组件60关于中分面1d对称,具体地,第一拉杆621和第二拉杆622互为对称件,转向齿盘61自身关于中分面1d对称。因此,左第一行走轮931L向左的最大转向角度等于右第一行走轮931R向右的最大转向角度;左第一行走轮931L向右的最大转向角度等于右第一行走轮931R向左的最大转向角度。当然,左第一行走轮931L向左的最大转向角度大于左第一行走轮931L向右的最大转向角度,右第一行走轮931R向右的最大转向角度大于右第一行走轮931R向左的最大转向角度。也就是说,左第一行走轮931L和右第一行走轮931R的最大转向角度相同,第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的最大转向角度大于第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的内侧的最大转向角度。在一实施例中,第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的最大转向角度大于或等于60°;在一实施例中,第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的最大转向角度大于或等于65°;也就是说,左第一行走轮931L向左的最大转向角度大于或等于65°,且右第一行走轮931R向右的最大转向角度大于或等于65°。在一实施例中,第一行走组件931向割草拖拉机100的内侧的最大转向角度大于或等于50°;在一实施例中,第一行走组件931向割草拖拉机100的内侧的最大转向角度大于或等于55°;也就是说,左第一行走轮931L向右的最大转向角度大于或等于55°,且右第一行走轮931R向左的最大转向角度大于或等于55°。此时,割草拖拉机100的左转弯最小半径和右转弯最小半径相等,割草拖拉机100的转弯最小半径小于或等于90cm。
如图14和图16A、图16B所示,割草拖拉机100还包括支撑架65,用于支撑支撑杆562。支撑架65包括支撑脚651,支撑脚651通过螺栓等通用件固定至车架91。支撑架65在支撑杆562的中部对支撑杆562进行限位和承托,从而提高支撑杆562的刚度和稳定度,提高齿轮601和齿轮602的同轴度。在一实施例中,支撑架65对支撑杆562的支撑点到车架91的所在平面1g的垂直距离H7大于或等于10cm且小于或等于35cm。在一实施例中,支撑架65对支撑杆562的支撑点到车架91的所在平面1g的垂直距离H7大于或等于15cm且小于或等于30cm。在一实施例中,支撑架65对支撑杆562的支撑点到车架91的所 在平面1g的垂直距离H7等于20cm。支撑杆562与支撑架65之间通过轴承64可转动连接,从而使支撑杆562的转动更加顺滑,减小转向所需的操纵力。为了提升支撑架65的刚度,还可以设置诸如辅助支撑脚652以及横梁653,其中,辅助支撑脚652的两端分别连接支撑脚651和车架91的纵梁,辅助支撑脚652与支撑杆562基本平行;横梁653架设在两支撑脚651之间起到加固作用。在本实施例中,由于采用了齿轮传动和连杆传动这两级传动机构,实现了4-6的传动比,也即是说,方向盘561的转动角与第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的转动角之比在4:1至6:1之间。在一实施例中,方向盘561的转动角与第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的转动角之比为4.7;在一实施例中,方向盘561的转动角与第一行走轮向割草拖拉机100的外侧的转动角之比为5.2。
由于割草拖拉机100的前轮载荷较小,也即,第一行走组件931和第二行走组件932的载荷比小于或等于1,因此,转向所需的操纵力较小,用户可以轻松地操作方向盘实现转向。在一实施例中,可以再增加一级齿轮传动机构,类似于减速器,尽量增大总传动比,从而进一步减小转向所需的操纵力。此外,主销偏距也会影响转向所需的操纵力,主销偏距是指主销的延长线与地面的交点到轮胎接地中心的距离。割草拖拉机100转向时,第一行走轮是围绕其主销转动的。地面对转向的阻力力矩,与主销偏距的大小成正比。主销偏距越小,转向阻力矩也越小。所以,主销偏距小可以减小转向操纵力以及地面对转向组件60的冲击。在本实施例中,主销偏移距离等于5cm,也就是说,左第一行走轮931L的主销的延长线与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的交点与左第一行走轮931L与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的交点的距离等于5cm;右第一行走轮931R的主销的延长线与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的交点与右第一行走轮931R与割草拖拉机100所在平面1f的交点的距离等于5cm。
在一实施例中,转向组件60还包括连杆机构,用来驱动第二行走组件932与第一行走组件931同步转向。在一实施例中,转向组件60还包括电动助力转向装置,电动助力转向装置安装至所述支撑杆562。电动助力转向装置包括扭矩传感器、控制器和助力电机。以方向盘561为输入端,扭矩传感器将输入的力矩转变为线性变化的电压信号,控制器据此控制助力电机转动,提供转向助力,可以采用涡轮蜗杆等减速机构将助力电机输出轴的转动转化为支撑杆562的转动。电动助力转向装置还包括电磁离合器,当助力电机系统出现故障时,电磁离合器断开以确保安全。在一实施例中,助力电机也可以作用在转向齿盘61上。
座椅92安装至车架91,座椅92用于供用户乘坐,车架91承载座椅92。座椅92通过座椅支撑件94固定在车架上,具体地,座椅支撑件94包括第一金属管941和第二金属管942。如图19所示,第一金属管941和第二金属管942形状相同,为倒马鞍形的弧形金属管,形成有中间的下凹部943和两端的上升 沿944,在本实施例中,第一金属管941和第二金属管942是相同的两个部件,且第一金属管941和第二金属管942关于中分面1d对称。第一金属管941和第二金属管942一前一后平行排列于座椅92下方的位置。第一金属管941和第二金属管942的下凹部943分别与车架91通过固定件固定连接,例如,通过固定件,将第一金属管941的下凹部943的两点分别固定在第一纵梁911和第二纵梁912上,固定件可以为螺栓等通用件,本申请不限制固定件的具体结构。由于第一金属管941和第二金属管942的管径较小,且座椅92的坐垫921架设在第一金属管941和第二金属管942的下凹部943,座椅92可以安装得比较低,降低了整机的重心G,提高了割草拖拉机100的稳定性。如图2所示,在一实施例中,坐垫921到车架91的所在平面1g的垂直距离H4小于或等于40cm;在一实施例中,坐垫921到车架91的所在平面1g的垂直距离H4小于或等于37cm。在一实施例中,坐垫921到割草拖拉机100的所在平面1f的垂直距离H6小于73cm。
第一金属管941和第二金属管942的两端的上升沿944分别向割草拖拉机100的左右两侧延伸。如图18所示,位于后方的第二金属管942的两端分别位于左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R的上方。因此,如图2所示,座椅92设置于第二行走组件932的上方。如图20所示,左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22安装至座椅支撑件94,或者说,左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22由座椅支撑件94支撑。值得注意的是,此处所指的支撑包括直接支撑和间接支撑,通过安装在座椅支撑件94上的组件,支撑左覆盖件21和右覆盖件22,或者支撑至少部分覆盖第二行走组件932的覆盖件,都落在本申请的保护范围。
左覆盖件21上设置有用于存储物体的第一储物盒211。具体地,第一储物盒211可以被设置为用于放置水杯的形状,方便用户放置水杯。第一储物盒211也可以被设置为长方形,方便用户放置手机等杂物。第一储物盒211也可以设置盖子,以防止灰尘、草屑等进入第一储物盒211。
如图17A、17B和图18所示,割草拖拉机100还包括用于调节刀盘11相对于车架91的高度的刀盘调高组件70。刀盘调高组件70包括:档位组件71和联动组件72,档位组件71包括调节件711和限位件712,调节件711用于供用户操作,限位件712包括多个档位,用于将调节件711限制在预设档位,联动组件72连接档位组件71和刀盘11。其中,档位组件71至少部分由座椅支撑件94支撑。具体地,限位件712的两端分别固定于第一金属管941和第二金属管942的上升沿944的同侧端部,也就是说,限位件712横跨架设在第一金属管941和第二金属管942的上升沿944上。在本实施例中,限位件712的两端分别通过螺栓等固定件固定于第一金属管941和第二金属管942的上升沿944的右端。右覆盖件22形成有槽位以允许调节件711露出和移动。当用户操作调节件 711时,调节件711能相对限位件712移动至不同的预设档位处,联动组件72在调节件711的带动下会带动刀盘11的高度发生变化,从而使得割草拖拉机100具有不同的切割高度。
如图17B所示,调节件711包括:调节把手7111、档位部7112和弯折部7113。调节件711穿过右覆盖件,调节把手7111向上延伸,调节把手7111用于供用户操作,档位部7112与限位件712配合以使得档位部7112停留在预设档位处,弯折部7113自调节把手7111朝向主机100a弯折以使得联动组件72相对于调节把手7111在左右方向上更靠近主机100a。也就是说,弯折部7113自调节把手7111朝向座椅92弯折,以使得联动组件72相对调节把手7111在左右方向上更靠近座椅92。调节把手7111设置在右覆盖件22的上方,这样用户乘坐在座椅92上即可调节刀盘高度,而不需要下车。又因为弯折部7113在左右方向上朝向座椅92弯折,从而允许调节把手7111相对于没有弯折部7113的情况更远离座椅92,这样,当用户乘坐在座椅92上时,手部和臂膀有足够的施力空间来扳动调节把手7111,而不过于局促。同时,也能够尽可能的增大调节把手7111的尺寸,从而不会降低用户操作调节把手7111的舒适度。例如,调节把手7111的长度大于或等于8厘米且小于或等于15厘米,这样使得调节把手7111的尺寸与用户的手掌的宽度基本相同,或者调节把手7111的尺寸大于用户的手掌的宽度,从而可方便用户的握持。
当用户将调节件711相对限位件712移动至不同的预设档位处,调节件711带动联动组件72的转动连接件726旋转。联动组件72还包括联动杆721、第一固定件722、第二固定件723和第一传动组件724和第二传动组件725。其中,第一固定件722与刀盘11的侧壁113固定连接,第二固定件723与刀盘11的顶壁112固定连接;或者,第一固定件722与刀盘11的顶壁112固定连接,第二固定件723与刀盘11的侧壁113固定连接。第二传动组件725的一端悬挂在第二纵梁912上,另一端与转动连接件726固定连接;第二固定件723与第二传动组件725构成固定连接,当第二传动组件725运动时,也就是说,转动连接件726转动时,第二固定件723的高度随之改变,从而带动刀盘11的高度改变。第一传动组件724的一端悬挂在第一纵梁911上,另一端与联动杆721固定连接;第一固定件722与第一传动组件724构成固定连接,当第一传动组件724运动时,也就是说,联动杆721转动时,第一固定件722的高度随之改变,从而带动刀盘11的高度改变。在一实施例中,第一传动组件724和第二传动组件725为连杆机构,其中,第一传动组件724可以包括第一弹簧7241,用以缓冲割草拖拉机100行驶以及工作时刀盘11的震动;第二传动组件725可以包括第二弹簧7251,用以缓冲割草拖拉机100行驶以及工作时刀盘11的震动。
联动杆721与转动连接件726固定连接,同步旋转,在一实施例中,转动 连接件726围绕联动杆721的轴线旋转。这样,在转动连接件726带动第二传动组件725运动时,联动杆721也带动第一传动组件724运动,从而使得第一固定件722和第二固定件723对刀盘11的顶壁112和侧壁113同时施力,更加容易地调节刀盘11的高度,而且提高了刀盘调高组件70与刀盘11的连接的稳定性。在本实施例中,联动杆721可旋转地安装在第一纵梁911和第二纵梁上912。为了减少用户提升刀盘11的高度时所需要的操作力,还可以设置助力弹簧,助力弹簧至少部分抵消刀盘11的重力。在一实施例中,参见图17A,联动杆721上挂接了一个拉簧727,拉簧727的一头挂接在联动杆721的凸起臂7211上,拉簧727的另一头挂接在座椅支撑件上,具体而言,挂接在第二金属管942上。当用户操作调节件711时,拉簧727收缩,通过凸起臂7211带动联动杆721旋转,从而减少用户提升刀盘11的高度时所需要的操作力。在另一实施例中,参见图17B,联动杆721上设置了偏压弹簧,具体地,偏压弹簧包括第一扭簧7281和第二扭簧7282。其中,第一扭簧7281和第二扭簧7282分别套设在联动杆721的两端,第一扭簧7281的两头分别与第一纵梁911和第一传动组件724挂接,第二扭簧7282的两头分别与第二纵梁912和转动连接件726挂接。当用户操作调节件711时,第一扭簧7281的偏压力带动第一传动组件724运动,从而改变第一固定件722的高度;同时,第二扭簧7282的偏压力带动转动连接件726旋转,从而带动第二传动组件725运动,从而改变第二固定件723的高度,因此减少了用户提升刀盘11的高度时所需要的操作力。以上助力结构紧凑,可以节省较大的安装空间。
刀盘11通过集草筒32连接至集草系统30,刀盘11的侧面还连接有翻盖115,翻盖115具有第一位置和第二位置。当翻盖115位于第一位置时,割草拖拉机100处于排草模式,这时切割组件10所割下来的草屑通过翻盖115可以被排出至割草拖拉机100的右侧。当翻盖115位于第二位置时,刀盘11可以通过集草筒32连接至集草系统30,这时割草拖拉机100处于集草模式,从而被切割组件10所割下来的草屑通过翻盖115可以被排出至草篮。在本实施例中,在座椅支撑件的支撑下,调节件711和限位件712设置于座椅92的右侧,调节件711穿过右覆盖件,调节把手7111向上延伸,使得档位组件71在前后方向和上下方向上皆与翻盖115避开,避免了刀盘调高组件70对翻盖115的运动造成干涉。
如图21和图22所示,集草系统30包括集草篮组件31、集草筒32和安装组件33。集草篮组件31设置在座椅92的后侧,集草篮组件31用于收集被切割组件10切割下来的草屑,集草筒32用于连接刀盘11和集草篮组件31,安装组件33用于将集草篮组件31安装至车架91上。如图21至图22所示,集草篮组件31包括:草篮主体311和草篮盖312,草篮主体311围绕形成用于容纳草屑的集草空间,草篮盖312覆盖在草篮主体311向上敞开的开口上。草篮盖312 与草篮主体311可通过卡接结构连接在一起。
集草筒32形成有沿着一条延伸线1k延伸的通道321,延伸线1k基本为一个曲线,也即是说,通道321基本沿曲线延伸,这样能够顺滑的导向草屑从刀盘11移动至草篮主体311中。集草筒32包括设置在延伸线1k的两端的第一端面322和第二端面323,集草筒32的第一端面322与刀盘11连接以使得割草空间121和通道321连通,集草筒32的第二端面323与集草篮组件31连接以使得通道321与集草篮组件31内的集草空间连通。在一实施例中,第一端面322的中心点与集草篮组件31在割草拖拉机100的前后方向上的距离D1小于或等于130cm;在一实施例中,第一端面322的中心点与集草篮组件31在割草拖拉机100的前后方向上的距离D1小于或等于110cm。同时,为了使得草屑顺利通过通道321从刀盘11下方转移至草篮主体311内,集草筒32的上扬角度不宜过大,在一实施例中,第一端面322的中心点与第二端面323的中心点的连线与车架91的所在平面1g之间的夹角α大于或等于20°且小于或等于35°;在一实施例中,第一端面322的中心点与第二端323的中心点的连线与车架91的所在平面1g之间的夹角α等于30°。在保证低距离和斜度的同时,为了使得草屑顺利从刀盘11进入集草筒32,不影响底草屑的进入速度,集草筒32连接刀盘11的一端形成有一个平整的三角区域327,这样,草屑进入集草筒32时直线前进而无需转弯。同时,削平的三角区域327提升了集草筒32的最低点,减少集草筒32与地面杂物的碰撞。需要理解的是,三角区域327是指削平的部位呈现一个大致的三角形,事实上,该区域327的三条边不一定是直线。在一实施例中,该三角区域327的面积大于或等于26平方厘米且小于或等于31平方厘米。
在集草筒32上,还包括供用户观察以判断集草篮组件31内是否装满草的观察部324,观察部324环绕延伸线1k,也即是说,延伸线1k是穿过观察部324的,观察部324环绕延伸线1k,也即是说,观察部324为环形窗口,这样当用户坐在座椅92上时能够方便的判断集草篮组件31内是否装满草,当用户在割草拖拉机100的右侧时也能够方便的观察以判断集草篮组件31内是否装满草。环形窗口在延伸线1k方向上的长度大于或等于50毫米且小于或等于150毫米,这样,使得环形窗口的尺寸足够大,从而方便了用户的观察。观察部324采用透视材料制造,用户通过直接观察集草筒32内是否有草来判断集草篮组件31内是否已经装满草。如图4所示,观察部324设置在座椅92的右侧,集草筒32从刀盘11的右侧开始延伸,直至集草篮组件31的右侧。观察部324还设置在靠背922的前侧,这样,当用户乘坐在座椅92上时,观察部324设置在用户的右前方,因此用户在驾驶割草拖拉机100时用余光即可看到观察324,而不需要回头查看,避免影响驾驶安全。
在一些实施例中,如图21和图22所示,集草筒32包括:第一连接段325 和第二连接段326,第一连接段325与集草篮组件31连接,第二连接段326与刀盘11连接,第一连接段325和第二连接段326可以采用同种材料制成,观察部324设置在第一连接段325和第二连接段326之间并连接它们两者,观察部324可以采用不同于第一连接段325的另一种材料制成。将集草筒32分成第一连接段325和第二连接两部分,还方便了存储和运输,降低了成本。
草篮主体311设置在座椅的背后,草篮主体311在沿割草拖拉机100的前后方向上向后凸出于座椅92。这样,草篮主体311能够保护座椅92和用户,从而使得割草拖拉机100的结构更可靠,使用寿命更长。草篮主体311在沿割草拖拉机100的前后方向上至少部分向后凸出于后保险杠,这样,一方面当割草拖拉机100向后行走的过程中撞到障碍物时,集草篮装置能够起到一定的缓冲作用,从而达到保护座椅的目的;另一方面,集草篮装置向后凸出于后保险杠,还使得整个割草拖拉机100的重心向后移,从而提高割草拖拉机100的稳定性能。另外,草篮主体311在沿割草拖拉机100的左右方向上都凸出于座椅靠背922,这样,草篮主体311才不会过窄过小而无法满足集草需求。
在一实施例中,如图20所示,草篮主体311包括:第一草篮部3112和第二草篮部3113,第一草篮部3112围绕形成第一腔室,第二草篮部3113围绕形成第二腔室,第一草篮部3112和第二草篮部3113关于一个平面对称设置,该平面与第一纵梁911之间的距离小于该平面与第二纵梁912之间的距离,也即是说,该平面不是设置在第一纵梁911和第二纵梁912的中间位置处,从而使得草篮主体311向左突出于车架91。这样的设计使得割草拖拉机100的右侧有足够的空间来设置集草筒32,进而使得集草筒32从集草篮组件31的右侧连接至草篮盖312。在另一实施例中,草篮主体311仅包括一个大腔室,该腔室同样偏向割草拖拉机100的左侧放置,从而使得草篮主体311向左突出于车架91,使得割草拖拉机100的右侧有足够的空间来设置集草筒32。通常,出于整机的尺寸和灵活性、安全性考虑,草篮主体311在沿割草拖拉机100的左右方向上不凸出于左第二行走轮932L和右第二行走轮932R。
草篮盖312包括:转动部3123和固定部3124,转动部3123与安装组件33转动连接,固定部3124与安装组件33固定连接。当转动部3123被用户打开时,草篮主体311向上敞开以供用户更直接的观察第一草篮部3112和第二草篮部3113内部的草屑。如图21和图22所示,草篮盖312的固定部3124上还形成有供集草筒32插入的集草筒接收口3121,在集草筒接收口3121与集草筒的连接处还设置有环形的橡胶圈3122,集草筒32伸入集草筒接收口3121后,橡胶圈3122环绕集草筒32,从而达到较好的减振效果。草篮盖312的固定部3124凸出于草篮主体311,进一步地,集草筒接收口3121凸出于草篮主体311并向前向下倾斜,从而使得集草筒32能够比较顺畅的连接至集草篮组件31,提高集草 效率。在一实施例中,集草筒接收口3121与集草筒32的连接面与车架91的所在平面1g之间的夹角β大于或等于50°且小于或等于70°;在一实施例中,集草筒接收口3121与集草筒32的连接面与车架91的所在平面1g之间的夹角β等于60°。
如图23所示,安装组件33包括:安装座331和连接杆组件334,在一实施例中,安装座331包括第一安装座332和第二安装座333,第一安装座332和第二安装座333对称。第一安装座332安装至第一纵梁911,第二安装座333安装至第二纵梁912,第一安装座332还形成有第一安装孔3321,第二安装座333还形成有第二安装孔3331,连接杆组件334包括可拆卸的插入至第一安装孔3321的第一连接杆3341和可拆卸的插入至第二安装孔3331的第二连接杆3342。连接杆组件334还包括:中间杆3343,中间杆3343设置在第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342之间以连接第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342。第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342彼此独立,分别与第一安装孔3321和第二安装孔3331对应,使得整个集草系统30更容易安装。这样,在安装集草篮组件31时,可以将第一连接杆3341插入至第一安装孔3321,第二连接杆3342插入至第二安装孔3331,然后再通过中间杆3343连接它们两者,从而实现第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342的固定连接,也能够使得连接杆组件334被稳定的安装至车架91,最后将草篮盖312的固定部3124连接至连接杆组件334,从而使得集草篮组件31能够通过简单的操作安装至车架91。
第一连接杆3341沿一直线延伸,第二连接杆3342也沿与第一连接杆3341的延伸方向平行的方向延伸,在本实施例中,第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342均沿竖直直线1n延伸,竖直直线1n平行于中分面1d,竖直直线1n也垂直于横向直线1e。中间杆3343呈U型,中间杆3343包括:左侧连接部3344、右侧连接部3345和中间部3346,左侧连接部3344与第一连接杆3341连接,右侧连接部3345与第二连接杆3342连接,中间部3346连接左侧连接部3344和右侧连接部3345。在一实施例中,左侧连接部3344通过螺钉连接至第一连接杆3341;右侧连接部3345通过螺钉连接至第二连接杆3342。这样,中间杆3343一方面能起到连接第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342的目的,从而使得第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342在横向直线1e方向上相对固定,另一方面,中间杆3343还能够起到加强安装组件33的作用,从而避免第一连接杆3341和第二连接杆3342强度不够的问题。
第一安装座332包括:第一结合部3324、第一安装柱3322和第一延伸部3323;第二安装座333包括第二结合部3334、第二安装柱3332和第二延伸部3333。第一安装柱3322形成以上所述的第一安装孔3321;第二安装柱3332形成以上所述的第二安装孔3331。第一结合部3324卡在第一纵梁911上,在一实 施例中,使用长螺钉将第一结合部3324压紧在第一纵梁911上。第二结合部3334卡在第二纵梁912上,在一实施例中,使用长螺钉将第二结合部3334压紧在第二纵梁912上。第一延伸部3323自第一结合部3324向远离第一纵梁911的方向延伸,例如向割草拖拉机100的左侧和后侧延伸,在一实施例中,第一延伸部3323是90度弯曲的金属管。第二延伸部3333自第二结合部3334向远离第二纵梁912的方向延伸,例如向割草拖拉机100的右侧和后侧延伸,在一实施例中,第二延伸部3333是90度弯曲的金属管。第一安装座332和第二安装座333向割草拖拉机100的两侧和后侧延伸,有利于增大安装空间,便于安装操作,也加宽了左右两个支撑结构之间的距离,增加稳定性。第一结合部3324、第一安装柱3322和第一延伸部3323焊接为一体,第二结合部3334、第二安装柱3332和第二延伸部3333焊接为一体。第一安装柱3322与第一延伸部3323的连接处可以形成有加强筋,第二安装柱3332与第二延伸部3333的连接处可以形成有加强筋。这样,第一安装座332和第二安装座333的强度能够得到提高。这样,第一安装座332和第二安装座333承载位于座椅92后侧的集草系统30的重量,第一安装座332和第二安装座333所承受的应力分布相对均匀,从而提高了割草拖拉机100的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,第一安装座332和第二安装座333的结构简单,第一安装座332和第二安装座333是对称件。第一安装座形成了第一安装孔3321,第二安装座形成了第二安装孔3331,第一安装孔3321和第二安装孔3331可以供集草系统30安装至车架91。该第一安装座332和第二安装座333的通用性强,也能适用于如图24所示的遮阳棚组件35。遮阳棚组件35包括遮阳组件351和用于将遮阳组件351安装至割草拖拉机100的安装组件352。遮阳组件351包括:遮阳盖3511。安装组件352包括:支撑座3521和连接杆组件,支撑座3521用于支撑遮阳盖3511,连接杆组件包括第一连接杆3522、第二连接杆3523和中间杆3524。支撑座3521与连接杆组件连接,第一连接杆3522与第二连接杆3523构成使能相互脱离的可拆卸连接。在一些实施例中,中间杆3524分别与第一连接杆3522、第二连接杆3523构成可拆卸连接。第一连接杆3522、第二连接杆3523分别插入第一安装孔3321、第二安装孔3331,从而将遮阳组件351安装至车架91。

Claims (80)

  1. 一种骑乘式割草设备,包括:
    座椅,用于供用户乘坐,所述座椅包括坐垫和靠背;
    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    切割组件,包括刀盘和用于割草的割草元件,所述割草元件至少部分容纳于所述刀盘,所述切割组件安装至所述车架;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述骑乘式割草设备行走;
    控制电路板,用于控制至少所述切割组件和行走组件;
    电源组件,用于为至少所述切割组件和所述行走组件供电;
    至少部分所述控制电路板设置于所述座椅和所述电源组件之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述骑乘式割草设备还包括集草篮,所述集草篮安装在所述靠背的后方。

    电源组件,用于为所述切割组件和行走组件供电;
    前覆盖件,位于所述割草拖拉机的前部,用于覆盖所述电源组件;
    所述坐垫到所述平面的垂直距离小于73cm。

    座椅,用于供用户乘坐;
    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    切割组件,包括用于割草的割草元件,所述切割组件安装至所述车架;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述割草拖拉机行走;
    电源组件,用于为所述切割组件和行走组件供电;
    前覆盖件,设置于所述割草拖拉机的前部,所述前覆盖件形成一个容纳腔,至少用于容纳所述电源组件;
    所述容纳腔还包括储物空间。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述前覆盖件包括上盖,所述上盖具有打开位置和闭合位置,当所述上盖处于打开位置时,所述储物空间可被用户触及。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述储物空间与所述电源组件之间设置有隔档件分隔。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述电源组件包括内置电芯模块或至少一个电池包。

  27. 如权利要求24所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述电池包设置于所述容纳腔的前部,所述内置电芯模块设置于所述容纳腔的后部,所述电池包和所述内置电芯模块之间有间隔,所述储物空间设置于所述内置电芯模块的上方以及所述电池包和所述内置电芯模块之间。
  28. 如权利要求21所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述电源组件设置于所述容纳腔的中部和后部,所述储物空间设置于所述电源组件的前方和上方。

    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    切割组件,包括用于割草的割草元件,所述切割组件安装至所述车架;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述割草拖拉机行走;
    方向盘,用于供用户转动以控制所述割草拖拉机的行走方向;
    所述割草拖拉机还包括控制面板,所述控制面板包括显示界面,用来显示所述割草拖拉机的状态信息,所述显示界面的长度大于或等于所述方向盘的直径的四分之一且小于或等于所述方向盘的直径的三分之二。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述控制面板所在平面与所述方向盘所在平面基本平行。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述方向盘包括开口,所述显示界面朝向所述开口设置,以允许所述用户通过所述开口查看所述显示界面。

  36. 如权利要求34所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述多个操作件包括第一推杆,所述第一推杆具有第一位置和第二位置,当所述第一推杆被设置于第一位置时,所述割草拖拉机处于前进状态;当所述第一推杆被设置于第二位置时,所述割草拖拉机处于后退状态。
  37. 如权利要求34所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述多个操作件包括启动开关,所述启动开关控制所述割草拖拉机的启动和关闭。
  38. 如权利要求34所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述多个操作件包括PTO开关,所述PTO开关控制所述割草元件的转动和停止。
  39. 如权利要求31所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述显示界面的周长和所述方向盘的周长的比值大于或等于四分之一且小于或等于二分之一。
  40. 如权利要求31所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述割草拖拉机还包括信号输出电路板,所述信号输出电路板安装在所述控制面板的背面。
  41. 一种骑乘式车辆,包括:
    座椅,用于供用户乘坐;
    座椅支撑件,所述座椅安装至所述座椅支撑件;
    车架,所述座椅支撑件安装至所述车架;
    至少一个工作附件接口,固定于所述车架,所述工作附件接口用于连接工作附件;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述骑乘式车辆行走,所述行走组件包括位于所述骑乘式车辆前部的第一行走组件和位于所述骑乘式车辆后部的第二行走组件;
    电源组件,用于为至少所述行走组件提供电能;
    所述骑乘式车辆还包括至少部分覆盖所述第二行走组件的覆盖件,所述座椅支撑件支撑所述覆盖件。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述工作附件包括铲雪组件,所述铲雪组件包括雪铲和雪铲角度调节装置。
  43. 如权利要求41所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述工作附件包括割草组件,所述割草组件包括刀片,刀盘和刀盘调高组件。
  44. 如权利要求43所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述刀盘调高组件包括档位组件和联动组件,所述座椅支撑件至少部分支撑所述档位组件。
  45. 如权利要求44所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述档位组件包括限位件和调节件,所述右覆盖件形成有槽位以允许所述调节件露出和移动。
  46. 如权利要求41所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述座椅支撑件是弧形金属管。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述弧形金属管包括中间的下凹部和两端的上升沿,所述下凹部与所述车架固定连接,所述上升沿分别向所述骑乘式车辆的左右两侧延伸。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述第二行走组件包括左第二行走轮和右第二行走轮,所述弧形金属管的两端分别位于所述左第二行走轮和所述右第二行走轮的上方。
  49. 如权利要求48所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述覆盖件包括左覆盖件和右覆盖件,所述左覆盖件至少部分覆盖左第二行走轮,所述右覆盖件至少部分覆盖所述右第二行走轮。
  50. 如权利要求41所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述座椅设置于所述第二行走组件的上方。
  51. 一种割草拖拉机,包括:
    座椅,用于供用户乘坐;
    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    切割组件,包括用于割草的割草元件,所述切割组件安装至所述车架;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述割草拖拉机行走,所述行走组件包括第一行走组件和第二行走组件,所述第一行走组件包括左第一行走轮和右第一行走轮;
    电源组件,用于至少为所述切割组件和所述行走组件供电;
    转向组件,能够使所述左第一行走轮和所述右第一行走轮转向;
    方向盘组件,包括用于供用户转动的方向盘以及连接所述方向盘和所述转向组件的支撑杆;
    所述转向组件包括转向齿盘和与所述转向齿盘联动的转向拉杆,所述转向拉杆设置于所述车架的下方,所述第一行走组件在所述割草拖拉机的前后方向上至少部分位于所述电源组件的前方。
  52. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述支撑杆与转向组件连接的一端固定安装有一齿轮,所述齿轮与所述方向盘构成同步转动,所述齿轮与所述转向齿盘啮合并驱动所述转向齿盘转动,所述转向齿盘转动时拉动所述转向拉杆。
  53. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述转向拉杆包括第一拉杆和第二拉杆,所述第一拉杆与所述左第一行走轮的转向节连接从而拉动所述左第一行走轮转向,所述第二拉杆与所述右第一行走轮的转向节连接从而拉动所述右第一行走轮转向,所述割草拖拉机具有一个中分面,所述第一拉杆和所述第二拉杆关于所述中分面对称。
  54. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,还包括支撑架,所述支撑架固定安装至所述车架,用于支撑所述支撑杆,所述支撑架对所述支撑杆的支撑点到所述车架的所在平面的垂直距离大于或等于10cm且小于或等于35cm。
  55. 如权利要求54所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述支撑杆与所述支撑架之间通过轴承可转动连接。
  56. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述左第一行走轮和右第一行走轮的最大转向角度分别大于或等于65度。
  57. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述左第一行走轮和所述右第一行走轮通过前桥连接,所述左第一行走轮的转向节和所述右第一行走轮的转向节位于所述前桥的下方。
  58. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,还包括连杆机构,所述连杆机构驱动第二行走组件与第一行走组件同步转向。
  59. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,还包括电动助力转向装置,所述电动助力转向装置安装至所述支撑杆,所述电动助力转向装置包括扭矩传感器和助力电机。
  60. 如权利要求51所述的割草拖拉机,其中,所述第一行走组件和所述第二行走组件的载荷比小于或等于1。
  61. 一种骑乘式割草设备,包括:
    座椅,用于供用户乘坐,所述座椅包括坐垫和靠背;
    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述骑乘式割草设备行走;
    切割组件,包括刀盘和用于割草的割草元件,所述割草元件至少部分容纳于所述刀盘,所述切割组件安装至所述车架;
    集草篮组件,用于收集所述切割组件割下的草屑,所述集草篮组件可拆卸地安装在所述靠背的后方;
    集草筒,被配置为连通所述集草篮组件和所述刀盘;
    所述集草筒包括第一端面和第二端面,所述第一端面与所述刀盘连接,所述第二端面与所述集草篮组件连接,所述第一端面的中心点与所述第二端面的中心点的连线与所述车架的所在平面之间的夹角大于或等于20°且小于或等于35°,所述第一端面的中心点与所述集草篮组件在所述骑乘式割草设备的前后方向上的距离小于或等于130cm。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述集草筒连接刀盘的一端具有一个平整的三角区域。
  63. 如权利要求62所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述三角形区域的面积大于或等于26平方厘米且小于或等于31平方厘米。

  65. 如权利要求64所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述集草筒接收口与所述集草筒的连接面与所述车架的所在平面形成的夹角大于或等于50°且小于或等于70°。
  66. 如权利要求61所述的骑乘式割草设备,还包括安装座,所述安装座可拆卸地安装在所述车架上,所述安装座用于安装多种辅助附件。
  67. 如权利要求66所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述集草篮组件包括集草篮连接杆,所述集草篮连接杆可固定在所述安装座。
  68. 如权利要求66所述的骑乘式割草设备,还包括遮阳棚组件,所述遮阳棚组件包括遮阳棚连接杆,所述遮阳棚连接杆可固定在所述安装座。
  69. 如权利要求66所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述安装座包括第一安装座和第二安装座,所述车架包括第一纵梁和第二纵梁,所述第一安装座安装至所述第一纵梁,所述第二安装座安装至所述第二纵梁。
  70. 如权利要求67所述的骑乘式割草设备,其中,所述集草筒还包括观察部,所述观察部采用透视材料制造以供所述用户观察以判断所述集草篮组件内是否装满草。
  71. 一种骑乘式车辆,包括:
    座椅,用于供用户乘坐;
    车架,用于支撑所述座椅;
    行走组件,用于驱动所述骑乘式车辆行走;
    电源组件,用于至少为所述行走组件供电;
    前覆盖件,位于所述骑乘式车辆的前部,用于覆盖所述电源组件;
    所述电源组件包括至少两个电池包。
  72. 如权利要求71所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述电源组件包括六个电池包。
  73. 如权利要求71所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述电源组件还包括内置电芯模块。

  78. 如权利要求71所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述骑乘式车辆具有一个中分面,所述至少两个电池包关于所述中分面对称分布。
  79. 如权利要求71所述的骑乘式车辆,其中,所述电源组件包括第一电池仓,所述第一电池仓形成有第一凹槽,所述电池包能沿所述第一凹槽的延伸方向可拆卸地插入至所述第一凹槽内并沿所述第一凹槽的延伸方向从所述第一凹槽中拔出来。
