目前,常见的马桶水箱排水阀,一般有全排和半排两个按键。这种排水阀在冲水时只有两个选择,要么全部排掉整箱的水,要么排掉一半,不能随时任意调整排水量,而且按键按起来比较费力,老人和孩子难以按动。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有常见马桶水箱排水阀的不足,本发明设计了一种可无极调节水箱排水量的轻触排水阀。该排水阀只有一个按键,可以根据按键按下的深度控制水箱的排水量,而且按键特别轻,只需0.1牛的力便可按动。
解决技术问题所采取的技术方案:如图1图2图3所示,可无级调整水箱排水量的轻触排水阀由阀体、排水阀开启装置和排水量控制装置三部分组成。

工作过程:我们按动马桶水箱盖上的按钮,马桶水箱盖上的按钮下压按键(5),按键(5)上的排水阀开启杆(502)压下“Z”形钩(7)的尾部(703),钩(702)释放浮子臂,浮子(8)在水的浮力作用下上浮,浮子臂通过动力销(603)带动“7”形摇臂(6)旋转,“7”形摇臂(6)通过连杆(10)提起阀芯(11),阀芯(11)用方销(1103)挂在动板(14)的楔形齿(1402)上,排水阀开启,马桶水箱内的水通过进水口(1201)、排水阀流入马桶。与此同时,按键(5)上的排水量压杆(501)下压排水量控制杆(9)的B端(904),排水量控制杆(9)绕孔C(902)转动,球头杆(901)的球头在定板(16)的弧形滑道(1601)中滑动,定板(16)通过“C”形弹簧(18)带动动板(14)一起向阀芯(11)方向摆动,楔形齿(1402)与方销(1103)结合的深度增加。当我们释放马桶水箱盖上的按钮时,在弹簧力的作用下按键(5)回位,在摩擦力作用下球头杆(901)的球头在定板(16)的弧形滑道(1601)中静止。随着马桶水箱内水位的下降浮子(8)绕浮子轴(2)向下摆动,浮子(8)带动“L”杆(17)向下运动,“L”杆(17)的圆球在动板(14)和定板(16)之间的楔形滑道内滑动,使动板(14)向远离定板(16)的方向摆动,楔形齿(1402)与方销(1103)结合的深度逐渐减小直至脱离接触,阀芯(11)在重力和水压的作用下下落回位,排水阀关闭。阀芯(11)的回位钩(1101)下压排水量控制杆(9)的A端(903),使排水量控制杆(9)回位,定板(16)也回位。由于马桶水箱内水位的下降马桶水箱的进水阀打开,随着马桶水箱内水位的上升,浮子(8)浮起并被“Z”形钩(7)的钩(702)挂住。水位上升到设定高度时进水阀关闭。
由工作过程可见按键(5)被按下的越深,楔形齿(1402)与方销(1103)结合的深度就越大,要想使楔形齿(1402)与方销(1103)脱离接触就需要水面下降的越多,因此可以根据按键按下的深度控制水箱的排水量。由于阀芯(11)是由浮子(8)提起的,所以按键(5)特别轻。
有益效果
本发明可以根据按键按下的深度控制水箱的排水量,而且按键特别轻。

本发明的实施方式
如图1图2图3所示,可无级调整水箱排水量的轻触排水阀由阀体、排水阀开启装置和排水量控制装置三部分组成。
阀体包括阀座(12)、续流管(1)、外壳(13)、底板(1301)、固定板(3)、阀芯(11)。如图4图5所示,续流管(1)密封安装在阀座(12)上,通向排水阀的下面,其作用是当排水阀关闭后由进水阀向续流管注入少量水,流入马桶后实现水封。与普通马桶水箱排水阀相同,阀座(12)与续流管(1)、外壳(13)、阀芯(11)相连接,并且密封安装在马桶水箱的排水口上,在圆周方向上开有多个进水口(1201);当阀芯(11)被提起,水箱内的水通过进水口(1201)、排水阀流入马桶。如图6所示,阀芯(11)由阀杆(1104)和阀片(1105)组成。阀片(1105)固定连接在阀杆(1104)上,阀杆(1104)上还加工有回位钩(1101)、下连杆销(1102)、方销(1103),阀杆(1104)与底板(1301)上的导向方孔滑动配合,阀芯(11)在导向方孔内上下滑动,实现排水阀的开闭。如图7所示,底板(1301)用卡扣(与市面上的马桶水箱排水阀一样)固定在外壳(13)的底部,在底板(1301)的中央有导向方孔(图4所示)。外壳(13)为圆筒形,上面加工有耳子(1302)、悬臂(1303)、固定板安装孔(1304)、浮子臂孔(1305),耳子(1302)上加工有中心角大于180°的“C”形孔与排水量控制装置的轴(15)相连,悬臂(1303)上加工有圆孔用于安装浮子轴(2)。如图8所示,固定板(3)为板形零件,上面有排水量控制杆安装孔(301)、“Z”形钩安装孔(302)、弧形孔(303)、螺钉孔(304)、“7”形摇臂安装孔(305)、浮子轴安装孔(306)。固定板(3)安装在外壳(13)固定板安装孔(1304)内,并用螺钉固定。
排水阀开启装置由按键(5)、按键壳(4)、“Z”形钩(7)、浮子(8)、“7”形摇臂(6)、连杆(10)组成。如图9所示,按键(5)上有排水量压杆(501)、排水阀开启杆(502)、安装钩(503),它通过安装钩(503)安装在按键壳(4) 上,与按键壳(4)之间安装有回位弹簧。按键壳(4)用卡扣固定在外壳(13)上。如图10所示,“Z”形钩(7)为“Z”形结构,用销轴穿过安装孔(704)安装在固定板(3)上的“Z”形钩安装孔(302)上;在安装孔(704)内有回位卷簧,使限位板(701)与固定板(3)接触;在排水阀关闭时钩(702)挂住浮子臂,排水阀开启杆(502)与尾部(703)接触。如图11所示,浮子(8)一端为轻质空心球,另一端为与浮子轴(2)配合的孔,中间为浮子杆,在浮子杆中部用一圆柱销与“L”杆(17)铰接。浮子(8)用浮子轴(2)与悬臂(1303)和固定板(3)铰接。“L”杆(17)为“L”形一端有孔与浮子杆铰接,一端为圆球在动板(14)和定板(16)之间的楔形滑道内滑动(如图12所示)。如图13所示,“7”形摇臂(6)上有上连杆销(601)、安装轴(602)和动力销(603),它用安装轴(602)与固定板(3)铰接,用上连杆销(601)与连杆(10)铰接,动力销(603)穿过固定板(3)上的弧形孔(303)到浮子杆的上方。如图14所示,连杆(10)是一个两端有孔的杆件,分别通过上连杆销(601)和下连杆销(1102)与“7”形摇臂(6)和阀芯(11)铰接。
排水量控制装置由排水量控制杆(9)、动板(14)、定板(16)、轴(15)和“C”形弹簧(18)构成。如图19所示,排水量控制杆(9)为杆形零件,有A、B两端,在B端(904)上有球头杆(901),在中间有孔C(902)。孔C(902)和排水量控制杆安装孔(301)用圆柱销连接,球头杆(901)的球头装在定板(16)的弧形滑道(1601)中,球头杆(901)与弧形滑道(1601)之间采用小过盈量的配合,A端(903)在阀芯(11)的回位钩(1101)的下方,B端(904)在按键(5)的排水量压杆(501)的下方。球头杆(901)上球头的运动轨迹(20)与弧形滑道(1601)的中心线(19)有夹角α,α>0°(如图20所示),因此当球头杆(901)向下运动时会拉动定板(16)向阀芯(11)的方向摆动。如图16所示,动板(14)上有孔A(1401)、楔形齿(1402)和斜滑道(1403);如图17所示,定板(16)上有弧形滑道(1601)、直滑道(1602)、方孔(1603)、孔B(1604);动板(14)、定板(16)和“C”形弹簧(18)(如图18所示)用轴(15)安装在外壳(13)的耳子(1302)上(如图4),“C”形弹簧(18)的两端压住动板(14)和定板(16)使其贴合在一起。
工业实用性
本发明为一种可无级调整水箱排水量的轻触排水阀,可用于各种水箱的排水过程,主要用于马桶水箱。该排水阀只有一个按键,可以根据按键按下的深度控制水箱的排水量,而且按键特别轻,只需0.1牛的力便可按动。应用面广,工业实用性强。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种可无级调整水箱排水量的轻触排水阀,由阀体、排水阀开启装置和排水量控制装置三部分组成,其特征是:
    阀体中的阀杆(1104)上加工有回位钩(1101)、下连杆销(1102)、方销(1103);外壳(13)为圆筒形,上面加工有耳子(1302)、悬臂(1303)、固定板安装孔(1304)、浮子臂孔(1305),耳子(1302)上加工有中心角大于180°的“C”形孔与排水量控制装置的轴(15)相连,悬臂(1303)上加工有圆孔用于安装浮子轴(2);固定板(3)为板形零件,上面有排水量控制杆安装孔(301)、“Z”形钩安装孔(302)、弧形孔(303)、螺钉孔(304)、“7”形摇臂安装孔(305)、浮子轴安装孔(306);固定板(3)安装在外壳(13)固定板安装孔(1304)内,并用螺钉固定;
    排水阀开启装置由按键(5)、按键壳(4)、“Z”形钩(7)、浮子(8)、“7”形摇臂(6)、连杆(10)组成;按键(5)上有排水量压杆(501)、排水阀开启杆(502);“Z”形钩(7)为“Z”形结构,用销轴穿过安装孔(704)安装在固定板(3)上的“Z”形钩安装孔(302)上;在安装孔(704)内有回位卷簧,使限位板(701)与固定板(3)接触;在排水阀关闭时钩(702)挂住浮子臂,排水阀开启杆(502)与尾部(703)接触;浮子(8)一端为轻质空心球,另一端为与浮子轴(2)配合的孔,中间为浮子杆,在浮子杆中部用一圆柱销与“L”杆(17)铰接;浮子(8)用浮子轴(2)与悬臂(1303)和固定板(3)铰接;“L”杆(17)为“L”形一端有孔与浮子杆铰接,一端为圆球在动板(14)和定板(16)之间的楔形滑道内滑动;“7”形摇臂(6)上有上连杆销(601)、安装轴(602)和动力销(603),它用安装轴(602)与固定板(3)铰接,用上连杆销(601)与连杆(10)铰接,动力销(603)穿过固定板(3)上的弧形孔(303)到浮子杆的上方;连杆(10)是一个两端有孔的杆件,分别通过上连杆销(601)和下连杆销(1102)与“7”形摇臂(6)和阀芯(11)铰接;
    排水量控制装置由排水量控制杆(9)、动板(14)、定板(16)、轴(15)和“C”形弹簧(18)构成;排水量控制杆(9)为杆形零件,有A、B两端,在B端(904)上有球头杆(901),在中间有孔C(902);孔C(902)和排水量控制杆安装孔(301)用圆柱销连接,球头杆(901)的球头装在定板(16)的弧形滑道(1601)中,球头杆(901)与弧形滑道(1601)之间采用小过盈量的配合,A端(903)在阀芯(11)的回位钩(1101)的下方,B端(904)在按键(5) 的排水量压杆(501)的下方;球头杆(901)上球头的运动轨迹(20)与弧形滑道(1601)的中心线(19)有夹角α,α>0°;动板(14)上有孔A(1401)、楔形齿(1402)和斜滑道(1403);定板(16)上有弧形滑道(1601)、直滑道(1602)、方孔(1603)、孔B(1604);动板(14)、定板(16)和“C”形弹簧(18)用轴(15)安装在外壳(13)的耳子(1302)上,“C”形弹簧(18)的两端压住动板(14)和定板(16)使其贴合在一起。
