在土地种植过程中需要对土地进行翻耕,即是使用犁等农具将土垡铲起、松碎并翻转的一种土壤耕作方法,也叫耕地、耕田或犁地,通过翻耕可以将一定深度的紧实土层变为疏松细碎的耕层,从而增加土壤孔隙度,以利于接纳和贮存雨水,在对土壤修复过程中可以在翻耕过程中向土壤中添加修复剂的方式实现土壤的充分修复治理。
现有一种农业结块土壤翻耕修复装置,该装置包括承包括机架、翻耕装置、承载装置、修复组件以及修整装置,机架包括底板,底板为长方体板体结构,翻耕装置包括旋转轴以及固定支架,两个固定支架上表面均与底板下表面焊接,两个固定支架一表面均设有旋转孔,旋转轴与旋转孔旋转配合;但是该装置翻耕装置位置调节不便,使得装置不能适应不同地形耕地的翻耕工作。
发明内容
本公开内容提供一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,旨在解决现有装置翻耕装置位置调节不便,使得装置不能适应不同地形耕地翻耕工作的问题。
本公开内容是这样实现的,一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,用于农业土壤翻耕修复,所述农业土壤翻耕修复装置包括:
翻耕主体,所述翻耕主体包括支撑部,支撑部的底部安装有用于移动所述支撑部的支撑移动件,支撑部上固定设置有用于推动所述翻耕主体的推动部;
设置在所述支撑部上的土壤翻耕机构,土壤翻耕机构用于土地的旋耕和破碎;
翻耕机构调节组件,设置在支撑部上,且与所述土壤翻耕机构连接,用于调节所述土壤翻耕机构的位置;
土壤修复机构,设置在支撑部上,用于土壤的修复。
优选地,所述翻耕机构调节组件包括:
调节驱动部,所述调节驱动部固定安装在支撑部上,且调节驱动部上套设有用于保护调节驱动部的挡土件;
与调节驱动部固定连接的调节转动件,调节转动件的一侧设置有调节从动件,所述调节转动件以及调节从动件均设置在挡土件上;
与所述调节从动件固定连接的调节传动件,调节传动件安装在支撑部上,且连接有调节升降机构,调节升降机构与所述土壤翻耕机构连接。
优选地,所述调节升降机构包括:
至少一组调节套设部,所述调节套设部设置在调节传动件上,且调节套设部的一侧铰接有调节推动部;
与所述调节推动部连接的调节升降部,所述调节升降部的一端贯穿支撑部,且固定连接有土壤翻耕机构,支撑部上固定安装有用于对所述调节升降部限位的升降限位件,升降限位件与调节升降部之间滑动连接。
优选地,所述土壤翻耕机构包括:
翻耕安装部,设置在支撑部上,且与支撑部滑动连接;
安装在翻耕安装部上的翻耕驱动部;
土壤翻耕组件,安装在翻耕安装部上,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,用于土壤的旋耕修复。
优选地,所述土壤翻耕组件包括:
至少一组旋耕旋转部,相邻所述的旋耕旋转部之间固定连接,且旋耕旋转部与翻耕安装部之间转动连接,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,旋耕旋转部上开设有至少一组旋耕安装槽,旋耕安装槽内设置有旋耕安装机构;
与所述旋耕安装机构连接的旋耕组件,旋耕组件用于土壤的旋耕和破碎。
优选地,所述旋耕组件包括:
旋耕部,所述旋耕部的端部固定安装有旋耕连接部,旋耕连接部与旋耕安装机构连接,且与旋耕安装槽滑动连接;
设置在旋耕部上的主破碎件,主破碎件用于辅助所述旋耕部工作,对土壤进行细化处理;
至少一组旋耕扰流部,所述旋耕扰流部用于土壤流动的扰流,且旋耕扰流部内设置有至少一组辅助破碎件。
优选地,所述旋耕安装机构包括:
安装密封部,安装在所述旋耕安装槽上,用于密封所述旋耕密封槽;
设置在旋耕密封槽内的旋耕调节部,旋耕调节部的一端贯穿所述安装密封部,且固定连接有安装驱动部;
设置在旋耕调节部内的安装移动部,旋耕安装槽内设置有用于对安装移动部限位的安装卡槽。
优选地,所述土壤修复机构包括:
修复剂处理机构,设置在所述支撑部上,用于修复剂的处理;
修复剂喷洒机构,与所述修复剂处理机构连通,用于修复剂的喷洒,所述修复剂喷洒机构包括:
修复剂抽取部,所述修复剂抽取部固定在支撑部上,且修复剂抽取部的排液端连通有修复剂导流部,修复剂导流部的另一端贯穿支撑部,且固定安装有喷洒端。
优选地,所述修复剂处理机构包括:
修复剂混合腔;
设置在修复剂混合腔内的修复剂混合机构,用于修复剂的混合搅拌以及预处理;
所述修复剂混合机构包括:
处理驱动部,所述处理驱动部固定在分隔件上,处理驱动部的输出端固定连接有处理转动部;
设置在所述处理转动部上的修复剂搅拌组件,修复剂搅拌组件至少设置有一组,用于修复剂的混合搅拌;
修复剂加热组件,与处理转动部连接,用于修复剂的加热处理。
优选地,所述修复剂搅拌组件包括:
至少一组搅拌部,搅拌部与所述处理转动部固定连接;
设置在搅拌部上的搅拌扰流部,搅拌扰流部内设置有至少一组搅拌切割件,用于修复剂的扰流和混合;

至少一组加热搅拌件,加热搅拌件用于修复剂的搅拌,且加热搅拌件套设在处理转动部上;
至少一组加热安装部,所述加热安装部上设置有多个用于加热修复剂的加热件。

本公开内容实施例提供了一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,用于农业土壤翻耕修复,如图1-2所示,所述农业土壤翻耕修复装置包括:
翻耕主体1,所述翻耕主体1包括支撑部11,支撑部11的底部安装有用于移动所述支撑部11的支撑移动件13,支撑部11上固定设置有用于推动所述翻耕主体1的推动部12;
设置在所述支撑部11上的土壤翻耕机构3,土壤翻耕机构3用于土地的旋耕和破碎;
翻耕机构调节组件2,设置在支撑部11上,且与所述土壤翻耕机构3连接,用于调节所述土壤翻耕机构3的位置;
土壤修复机构,设置在支撑部11上,用于土壤的修复。
在本实施例中,支撑部11为矩形板结构,且支撑部11的外壁涂覆有防腐材料,从而避免了支撑部11的损坏,延长了支撑部11的使用年限,同时支撑移动件13为万向轮或滚轮,方便了移动所述支撑部11,同时推动部12倾斜设置,推动部12的底部焊接、螺栓连接或榫接在支撑部11上,推动部12采用推杆或推板结构。
工作时,开启所述土壤翻耕机构3,实现了对土壤的充分旋耕处理,然后配合土壤修复机构工作,土壤修复机构能够喷出修复剂,实现了对土壤的充分修复。
本公开内容设置了翻耕机构调节组件2,翻耕机构调节组件2的设置实现了对土壤翻耕机构3位置的调节,从而满足了在不同环境和不同地形下的土壤修复工作,提高了土壤修复效率。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图7所示,所述翻耕机构调节组件2包括:
调节驱动部21,所述调节驱动部21固定安装在支撑部11上,且调节驱动部21上套设有用于保护调节驱动部21的挡土件;
与调节驱动部21固定连接的调节转动件22,调节转动件22的一侧设置有调节从动件23,所述调节转动件22以及调节从动件23均设置在挡土件上;
与所述调节从动件23固定连接的调节传动件24,调节传动件24安装在支撑部11上,且连接有调节升降机构,调节升降机构与所述土壤翻耕机构3连接。
在本实施例中,挡土件为矩形座结构,其表面抛光处理,其底部固定在支撑部11上,从而避免了土壤在挡土件上的堆积,同时调节驱动部21为伺服电机,其型号为现有技术,调节转动件22和调节从动件23均为齿轮,且两者相互啮合传动,调节从动件23的一侧与调节传动件24之间通过螺栓固定连接,调节传动件24的另一端通过轴承与支撑部11转动连接,调节传动件24为双向螺杆,其外表面上对称设置有两段旋向相反、螺距相同的外螺纹。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图1所示,所述调节升降机构包括:
至少一组调节套设部25,所述调节套设部25设置在调节传动件24上,且调节套设部25的一侧铰接有调节推动部2612;
与所述调节推动部2612连接的调节升降部27,所述调节升降部27的一端贯穿支撑部11,且固定连接有土壤翻耕机构3,支撑部11上固定安装有用于对所述调节升降部27限位的升降限位件28,升降限位件28与调节升降部27之间滑动连接。
在本实施例中,调节套设部25为螺纹块,调节套设部25与调节传动件24之间通过螺纹连接,调节推动部2612的一端与调节升降部27之间铰接,调节推动件为推杆结构,升降限位件28为矩形限位框,其设置的目的是对调节升降部27进行限位,从而避免了调节升降部27以及土壤翻耕机构3的脱落。
本实施例中,工作时,需要调节土壤翻耕机构3的位置时,开启所述调节驱动部21,调节驱动部21带动调节转动件22转动,调节转动件22带动调节从动件23转动,调节从动件23带动调节传动件24转动,从而使得调节传动件 24带动调节套设部25同向或异向移动,调节套设部25推动所述调节推动部2612以及调节升降部27上下移动,进而实现了对土壤翻耕机构3位置的调节。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图3所示,所述土壤翻耕机构3包括:
翻耕安装部32,设置在支撑部11上,且与支撑部11滑动连接;
安装在翻耕安装部32上的翻耕驱动部;
土壤翻耕组件,安装在翻耕安装部32上,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,用于土壤的旋耕修复。
在本实施例中,翻耕安装部32为立座结构,立座至少设置有一组,立座的顶部通过螺栓与调节升降部27固定连接,同时翻耕驱动部为伺服电机,其固定安装在翻耕安装部32上,翻耕驱动部的输出端与所述土壤翻耕组件固定连接,工作时,开启翻耕驱动部,翻耕驱动部带动土壤翻耕组件转动,实现了对土壤的旋耕处理,也能对土壤进行充分的细化,利于对土壤的修复工作。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图4所示,所述土壤翻耕组件包括:
至少一组旋耕旋转部31,相邻所述的旋耕旋转部31之间固定连接,且旋耕旋转部31与翻耕安装部32之间转动连接,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,旋耕旋转部31上开设有至少一组旋耕安装槽311,旋耕安装槽311内设置有旋耕安装机构;
与所述旋耕安装机构连接的旋耕组件4,旋耕组件4用于土壤的旋耕和破碎。
在本实施例中,旋耕旋转部31为圆辊状结构,且旋耕旋转部31采用铁钛合金材质,保证了旋耕旋转部31的强度,旋耕安装槽311为矩形槽结构,用于放置旋耕安装机构,旋耕安装槽311均布在旋耕旋转部31上。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图5所示,所述旋耕组件4包括:
旋耕部41,所述旋耕部41的端部固定安装有旋耕连接部45,旋耕连接部45与旋耕安装机构连接,且与旋耕安装槽311滑动连接;
设置在旋耕部41上的主破碎件44,主破碎件44用于辅助所述旋耕部41 工作,对土壤进行细化处理;
至少一组旋耕扰流部42,所述旋耕扰流部42用于土壤流动的扰流,且旋耕扰流部42内设置有至少一组辅助破碎件43。
在本实施例中,旋耕部41为铁钛合金或钛合金材质,且旋耕部41表面抛光处理,旋耕部41为L型或V型弯折板结构,旋耕扰流部42为矩形槽或圆形槽,辅助破碎件43为三棱柱型的刀体结构,实现了对土壤的扰流,不但能够增加旋耕部41与土壤之间的接触面积,同时还能对溅出的土壤进行破碎处理,利于对土壤的修复。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图6所示,所述旋耕安装机构包括:
安装密封部313,安装在所述旋耕安装槽311上,用于密封所述旋耕密封槽;
设置在旋耕密封槽内的旋耕调节部314,旋耕调节部314的一端贯穿所述安装密封部313,且固定连接有安装驱动部312;
设置在旋耕调节部314内的安装移动部315,旋耕安装槽311内设置有用于对安装移动部315限位的安装卡槽316。
在本实施例中,安装密封部313为弧形密封板结构,且安装密封部313通过螺栓与旋耕密封槽之间固定连接,旋耕调节部314为内螺纹套筒,安装移动部315为螺纹杆结构,且安装卡槽316与安装移动部315之间通过卡扣连接,安装驱动部312采用调节螺母或伺服马达,安装移动部315与旋耕连接部45之间通过螺栓固定连接。
旋耕安装机构的设置实现了对旋耕组件4的安装,同时也能够对旋耕组件4伸出长度的条件,从而满足了在不同环境下土壤修复需求,进而扩大了本公开内容实施例的使用范围。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图1所示,所述土壤修复机构包括:
修复剂处理机构5,设置在所述支撑部11上,用于修复剂的处理;
修复剂喷洒机构7,与所述修复剂处理机构5连通,用于修复剂的喷洒, 所述修复剂喷洒机构7包括:
修复剂抽取部71,所述修复剂抽取部71固定在支撑部11上,且修复剂抽取部71的排液端连通有修复剂导流部72,修复剂导流部72的另一端贯穿支撑部11,且固定安装有喷洒端73。
在本实施例中,修复剂抽取部71采用水泵或抽水电机,从而方便对修复剂的排出,而修复剂导流部72为可伸缩的导流管,导流管采用柔性水管,方便了对修复剂的导流,而喷洒端73为高压喷头,其中,高压喷头采用高速离心喷头,增加了修复剂与土壤之间的接触面积。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图8所示,所述修复剂处理机构5包括:
修复剂混合腔51;
设置在修复剂混合腔51内的修复剂混合机构6,用于修复剂的混合搅拌以及预处理;
所述修复剂混合机构6包括:
处理驱动部61,所述处理驱动部61固定在分隔件52上,处理驱动部61的输出端固定连接有处理转动部62;
设置在所述处理转动部62上的修复剂搅拌组件63,修复剂搅拌组件63至少设置有一组,用于修复剂的混合搅拌;
修复剂加热组件64,与处理转动部62连接,用于修复剂的加热处理
在本实施例中,处理驱动部61为伺服电机,处理转动部62为螺纹杆结构,且修复剂搅拌组件63的设置实现了对修复剂的充分搅拌混合,提高了其修复效率,同时修复剂加热组件64设置在修复剂搅拌组件63之间,用于对混合完成后的土壤修复剂进行加热处理,提高了土壤修复剂的活性。
本公开内容进一步较佳实施例中,如图9所示,所述修复剂搅拌组件63包括:
至少一组搅拌部631,搅拌部631与所述处理转动部62固定连接;
设置在搅拌部631上的搅拌扰流部632,搅拌扰流部632内设置有至少一组搅拌切割件633,用于修复剂的扰流和混合。
在本实施例中,搅拌部631为搅拌桨结构,且搅拌部631的底部设置有弧形边,其上部为弯折边,采用不规则的搅拌部631能够实现对修复剂的搅拌混合,从而避免修复剂的沉积。
在本实施例中,搅拌扰流部632为矩形槽或圆形槽结构,搅拌切割件633采用切割刀,且搅拌切割件633表面抛光处理,避免修复剂的吸附和堆积,同时还可以打破修复剂混合腔51内的动态平衡,利于对修复剂的加工处理。
在本公开内容的一个实施例中,如图10所示,所述修复剂加热组件64包括:
至少一组加热搅拌件641,加热搅拌件641用于修复剂的搅拌,且加热搅拌件641套设在处理转动部62上;
至少一组加热安装部642,所述加热安装部642上设置有多个用于加热修复剂的加热件643。
在本实施例中,加热搅拌件641为搅拌杆结构,同时加热安装部642倾斜设置,加热件643通过卡扣或螺栓固定在加热安装部642上,加热件643为电加热棒,实现了对修复剂的快速加热处理,同时,加热搅拌件641与处理转动部62之间通过螺纹连接,工作时,处理驱动部61工作能够带动处理转动部62转动,处理转动部62带动搅拌部631转动,实现了对修复剂的充分处理,且处理转动部62转动能够带动加热搅拌件641以及加热件643上下移动,增加了与修复剂之间的接触面积,提高了修复剂的加热效率。
综上所述,本公开内容提供了一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,本公开内容设置了翻耕机构调节组件2,翻耕机构调节组件2的设置实现了对土壤翻耕机构3位置的调节,从而满足了在不同环境和不同地形下的土壤修复工作,提高了土壤修复效率,同时工作时,翻耕驱动部带动土壤翻耕组件转动,实现了对土壤的旋耕处理,也能对土壤进行充分的细化,利于对土壤的修复工作;
旋耕安装机构的设置实现了对旋耕组件4的安装,同时也能够对旋耕组件4伸出长度的条件,从而满足了在不同环境下土壤修复需求,进而扩大了本公开内容实施例的使用范围。

  1. 一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,用于农业土壤翻耕修复,所述农业土壤翻耕修复装置包括:
    翻耕主体,所述翻耕主体包括支撑部,支撑部的底部安装有用于移动所述支撑部的支撑移动件,支撑部上固定设置有用于推动所述翻耕主体的推动部;
    设置在所述支撑部上的土壤翻耕机构,土壤翻耕机构用于土地的旋耕和破碎;
    翻耕机构调节组件,设置在支撑部上,且与所述土壤翻耕机构连接,用于调节所述土壤翻耕机构的位置;
    土壤修复机构,设置在支撑部上,用于土壤的修复。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述翻耕机构调节组件包括:
    调节驱动部,所述调节驱动部固定安装在支撑部上,且调节驱动部上套设有用于保护调节驱动部的挡土件;
    与调节驱动部固定连接的调节转动件,调节转动件的一侧设置有调节从动件,所述调节转动件以及调节从动件均设置在挡土件上;
    与所述调节从动件固定连接的调节传动件,调节传动件安装在支撑部上,且连接有调节升降机构,调节升降机构与所述土壤翻耕机构连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述调节升降机构包括:
    至少一组调节套设部,所述调节套设部设置在调节传动件上,且调节套设部的一侧铰接有调节推动部;
    与所述调节推动部连接的调节升降部,所述调节升降部的一端贯穿支撑部,且固定连接有土壤翻耕机构,支撑部上固定安装有用于对所述调节升降部限位的升降限位件,升降限位件与调节升降部之间滑动连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述土壤翻耕 机构包括:
    翻耕安装部,设置在支撑部上,且与支撑部滑动连接;
    安装在翻耕安装部上的翻耕驱动部;
    土壤翻耕组件,安装在翻耕安装部上,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,用于土壤的旋耕修复。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述土壤翻耕组件包括:
    至少一组旋耕旋转部,相邻所述的旋耕旋转部之间固定连接,且旋耕旋转部与翻耕安装部之间转动连接,且与翻耕驱动部固定连接,旋耕旋转部上开设有至少一组旋耕安装槽,旋耕安装槽内设置有旋耕安装机构;
    与所述旋耕安装机构连接的旋耕组件,旋耕组件用于土壤的旋耕和破碎。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述旋耕组件包括:
    旋耕部,所述旋耕部的端部固定安装有旋耕连接部,旋耕连接部与旋耕安装机构连接,且与旋耕安装槽滑动连接;
    设置在旋耕部上的主破碎件,主破碎件用于辅助所述旋耕部工作,对土壤进行细化处理;
    至少一组旋耕扰流部,所述旋耕扰流部用于土壤流动的扰流,且旋耕扰流部内设置有至少一组辅助破碎件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述旋耕安装机构包括:
    安装密封部,安装在所述旋耕安装槽上,用于密封所述旋耕密封槽;
    设置在旋耕密封槽内的旋耕调节部,旋耕调节部的一端贯穿所述安装密封部,且固定连接有安装驱动部;
    设置在旋耕调节部内的安装移动部,旋耕安装槽内设置有用于对安装移动部限位的安装卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述土壤修复机构包括:
    修复剂处理机构,设置在所述支撑部上,用于修复剂的处理;
    修复剂喷洒机构,与所述修复剂处理机构连通,用于修复剂的喷洒,所述修复剂喷洒机构包括:
    修复剂抽取部,所述修复剂抽取部固定在支撑部上,且修复剂抽取部的排液端连通有修复剂导流部,修复剂导流部的另一端贯穿支撑部,且固定安装有喷洒端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述修复剂处理机构包括:
    修复剂混合腔;
    设置在修复剂混合腔内的修复剂混合机构,用于修复剂的混合搅拌以及预处理;
    所述修复剂混合机构包括:
    处理驱动部,所述处理驱动部固定在分隔件上,处理驱动部的输出端固定连接有处理转动部;
    设置在所述处理转动部上的修复剂搅拌组件,修复剂搅拌组件至少设置有一组,用于修复剂的混合搅拌;
    修复剂加热组件,与处理转动部连接,用于修复剂的加热处理。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种农业土壤翻耕修复装置,其中,所述修复剂搅拌组件包括:
    至少一组搅拌部,搅拌部与所述处理转动部固定连接;
    设置在搅拌部上的搅拌扰流部,搅拌扰流部内设置有至少一组搅拌切割件,用于修复剂的扰流和混合;
    所述修复剂加热组件包括:
    至少一组加热搅拌件,加热搅拌件用于修复剂的搅拌,且加热搅拌件套设 在处理转动部上;
    至少一组加热安装部,所述加热安装部上设置有多个用于加热修复剂的加热件。
