有益效果
(1)、本发明通过三角板与抵触杆配合,在三角板的斜面作用下,使得三角板推动抵触杆向下移动,在铰接杆作用下,使得抵触杆带动T形弧面杆向远离支架杆的方向滑动,从而使得T形弧面杆对电视机落地架进行支撑,从而避免了在调节电视机角度位置时,电视机的重心位置发生改变,导致电视机落地架稳定性会降低,易发生侧翻倾倒的问题,进而提高了电视机落地架使用的稳定性。
(2)、本发明在转动套转动过程中,转动套带动L形槽板和滑杆跟着转动,通过滑杆与滑轨柱配合,并在L形槽板限位下,使得滑轨柱带动滑杆上下往复移动,滑杆带动清洁刷板跟着移动,从而使得清洁刷板对电视主体的散热孔进行清洁,从而避免了电视主体长期使用后,电视主体的散热孔被灰尘堵塞,导致电视主体散热异常并损坏的问题,进而提高了电视主体的使用寿命。
(3)、本发明在三角板推动抵触杆向下移动过程中,通过抵触杆的凸块与弹性拨板的凸块配合,使得抵触杆抵触弹性拨板发生摆动,弹性拨板弹性弧形撞击杆跟着摆动,并使得弧形撞击杆对弹性杆进行撞击,在弹性杆弹性元件弹力复位下,弹性杆上下移动,在弹性杆的半球块与弹性拨片配合下,使得弹性杆拨动弹性拨片,从而使得弹性拨片带动敲击杆对L形槽板的内壁进行敲击,L形槽板振动并带动清洁刷板跟着振动,清洁刷板抖落掉附着在其上的灰尘,进而提高了清洁刷板对电视主体的散热孔清洁的效率。
(4)、本发明在滑杆上下往复移动过程中,滑杆带动抵触板跟着移动,在通过抵触板与翻转板配合,使得抵触板抵触翻转板的一端,弹片被拉伸,翻转板的另一端发生翻转,从而使得翻转板对电视主体散热孔附近的空气进行扇动,从而加快了电视主体散热孔附近空气流动的速度,进而间接提高了电视主体的散热效率。
(5)、本发明在弹片被拉伸过程中,通过弹片与T形挤压板配合,使得弹片带动T形挤压板对弹性喷气囊进行挤压,从而使得弹性喷气囊通过其喷气嘴进行喷气,喷出的气体会对转动套与支架杆的转轴处附着的灰尘进行吹气清洁,从而避免了转动套与支架杆的转轴处附着有灰尘,导致转动套转动卡死的问题,进而达到了对转动套与支架杆的转轴进行保护的目的。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1-6,本发明提供了一种技术方案:一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,包括底盘架1,底盘架1的顶部固定有支架杆2,支架杆2的顶部固定有滑轨柱10支架杆2的外侧设置有重心调节装置6,支架杆2的顶部外侧套接且转动安装有转动套3,转动套3的顶部正面固定有安装架4,安装架4的通过螺栓连接有电视主体5,转动套3的底部固定有三角板9,三角板9的底部为粗糙的平面,转动套3的正面开设有槽,且转动套3开设的槽的内壁底部开设有通槽,转动套3的槽的内部设置有清洁装置7,清洁装置7的左侧和右侧均设置有辅助散热装置8。
重心调节装置6包括导向滑槽柱63,导向滑槽柱63固定安装在支架杆2的外侧,导向滑槽柱63的内部滑动安装有抵触杆64,抵触杆64有六个,六个抵触杆64均匀设置在导向滑槽柱63的内部,抵触杆64的顶部为粗糙的平面,抵触杆64位于三角板9的运动轨迹上,抵触杆64的顶部与三角板9的斜面接触,抵触杆64靠近支架杆2的一侧设置有凸块,抵触杆64的底部与底盘架1之间通过弹簧弹性连接,抵触杆64的底部与铰接杆62的一端铰接,铰接杆62的另一端与T形弧面杆61的顶部铰接,T形弧面杆61滑动安装在底盘架1的顶部,T形弧面杆61的底部远离支架杆2的一侧固定有万向轮,通过三角板9与抵触杆64配合,在三角板9的斜面作用下,使得三角板9推动抵触杆64向下移动,在铰接杆62作用下,使得抵触杆64带动T形弧面杆61向远离支架杆2的方向滑动,从而使得T形弧面杆61对电视机落地架进行支撑,从而避免了在调节电视机角度位置时,电视机的重心位置发生改变,导致电视机落地架稳定性会降低,易发生侧翻倾倒的问题,进而提高了电视机落地架使用的稳定性。
清洁装置7包括L形槽板71,L形槽板71固定安装在转动套3开设的槽的内壁底部,L形槽板71的内部滑动安装有滑杆73,滑杆73远离支架杆2的一侧固定有清洁刷板74,清洁刷板74与电视主体5的散热孔接触,滑杆73靠近支架杆2的一侧延伸至滑轨柱10的内部,在转动套3转动过程中,转动套3带动L形槽板71和滑杆73跟着转动,通过滑杆73与滑轨柱10配合,并在L形槽板71限位下,使得滑轨柱10带动滑杆73上下往复移动,滑杆73带动清洁刷板74跟着移动,从而使得清洁刷板74对电视主体5的散热孔进行清洁,从而避免了电视主体5长期使用后,电视主体5的散热孔被灰尘堵塞,导致电视主体5散热异常并损坏的问题,进而提高了电视主体5的使用寿命,滑杆73的顶部固定有抵触板72。
L形槽板71的底部固定有弹性拨板75,弹性拨板75远离支架杆2的一侧设置有凸块,抵触杆64的凸块与弹性拨板75的凸块接触,弹性拨板75位于转动套3开设的通槽的内部,弹性拨板75的正面固定有弧形撞击杆76,L形槽板71的内壁底部贯穿且滑动安装有弹性杆77,弹性杆77的外侧设置有半球块,弹性杆77的半球块与弹性拨片78接触,弹性杆77的底部与弧形撞击杆76接触,L形槽板71靠近滑杆73的一侧内壁上固定有弹性拨片78,弹性拨片78的顶部固定有敲击杆79,在三角板9推动抵触杆64向下移动过程中,通过抵触杆64的凸块与弹性拨板75的凸块配合,使得抵触杆64抵触弹性拨板75发生摆动,弹性拨板75弹性弧形撞击杆76跟着摆动,并使得弧形撞击杆76对弹性杆77进行撞击,在弹性杆77弹性元件弹力复位下,弹性杆77上下移动,在弹性杆77的半球块与弹性拨片78配合下,使得弹性杆77拨动弹性拨片78,从而使得弹性拨片78带动敲击杆79对L形槽板71的内壁进行敲击,L形槽板71振动并带动清洁刷板74跟着振动,清洁刷板74抖落掉附着在其上的灰尘,进而提高了清洁刷板74对电视主体5的散热孔清洁的效率。
辅助散热装置8包括回形板81,回形板81有两个,两个回形板81分别固定安装在L形槽板71的左侧和右侧,回形板81的内部铰接安装有翻转板82,抵触板72与翻转板82靠近L形槽板71的一侧接触,翻转板82有三个,三个翻转板82均匀设置在回形板81的内部,翻转板82远离L形槽板71的一侧为波浪形,在滑杆73上下往复移动过程中,滑杆73带动抵触板72跟着移动,在通过抵触板72与翻转板82配合,使得抵触板72抵触翻转板82的一端,弹片83被拉伸,翻转板82的另一端发生翻转,从而使得翻转板82对电视主体5散热孔附近的空气进行扇动,从而加快了电视主体5散热孔附近空气流动的速度,进而间接提高了电视主体5的散热效率,翻转板82靠近L形槽板71一侧的顶部与回形板81的内壁之间通过弹片83弹性连接,弹片83的内侧固定有T形挤压板84,T形挤压板84与回形板81的内壁之间通过弹性喷气囊85弹性连接,弹性喷气囊85的喷嘴位于靠近支架杆2的一侧,弹性喷气囊85的喷嘴正对滑轨柱10,在弹片83被拉伸过程中,通过弹片83与T形挤压板84配合,使得弹片83带动T形挤压板84对弹性喷气囊85进行挤压,从而使得弹性喷气囊85通过其喷气嘴进行喷气,喷出的气体会对转动套3与支架杆2的转轴处附着的灰尘进行吹气清洁,从而避免了转动套3与支架杆2的转轴处附着有灰尘,导致转动套3转动卡死的问题,进而达到了对转动套3与支架杆2的转轴进行保护的目的。
使用时,在旋转调节电视主体5的位置过程中,电视主体5通过安装架4带动转动套3跟着转动,转动套3带动三角板9跟着转动,通过三角板9与抵触杆64配合,在三角板9的斜面作用下,使得三角板9推动抵触杆64向下移动,在铰接杆62作用下,使得抵触杆64带动T形弧面杆61向远离支架杆2的方向滑动,从而使得T形弧面杆61对电视机落地架进行支撑,从而避免了在调节电视机角度位置时,电视机的重心位置发生改变,导致电视机落地架稳定性会降低,易发生侧翻倾倒的问题,同时在电视主体5的位置调节完成后,三角板9的底部与抵触杆64的顶部处于接触,从而达到了对T形弧面杆61的位置进行固定的目的。
同时在转动套3转动过程中,转动套3带动L形槽板71和滑杆73跟着转动,通过滑杆73与滑轨柱10配合,并在L形槽板71限位下,使得滑轨柱10带动滑杆73上下往复移动,滑杆73带动清洁刷板74跟着移动,从而使得清洁刷板74对电视主体5的散热孔进行清洁,从而避免了电视主体5长期使用后,电视主体5的散热孔被灰尘堵塞,导致电视主体5散热异常并损坏的问题,进而提高了电视主体5的使用寿命。
同时在三角板9推动抵触杆64向下移动过程中,通过抵触杆64的凸块与弹性拨板75的凸块配合,使得抵触杆64抵触弹性拨板75发生摆动,弹性拨板75弹性弧形撞击杆76跟着摆动,并使得弧形撞击杆76对弹性杆77进行撞击,在弹性杆77弹性元件弹力复位下,弹性杆77上下移动,在弹性杆77的半球块与弹性拨片78配合下,使得弹性杆77拨动弹性拨片78,从而使得弹性拨片78带动敲击杆79对L形槽板71的内壁进行敲击,L形槽板71振动并带动清洁刷板74跟着振动,清洁刷板74抖落掉附着在其上的灰尘,进而提高了清洁刷板74对电视主体5的散热孔清洁的效率。
同时在滑杆73上下往复移动过程中,滑杆73带动抵触板72跟着移动,在通过抵触板72与翻转板82配合,使得抵触板72抵触翻转板82的一端,弹片83被拉伸,翻转板82的另一端发生翻转,从而使得翻转板82对电视主体5散热孔附近的空气进行扇动,从而加快了电视主体5散热孔附近空气流动的速度,进而间接提高了电视主体5的散热效率。
同时在弹片83被拉伸过程中,通过弹片83与T形挤压板84配合,使得弹片83带动T形挤压板84对弹性喷气囊85进行挤压,从而使得弹性喷气囊85通过其喷气嘴进行喷气,喷出的气体会对转动套3与支架杆2的转轴处附着的灰尘进行吹气清洁,从而避免了转动套3与支架杆2的转轴处附着有灰尘,导致转动套3转动卡死的问题,进而达到了对转动套3与支架杆2的转轴进行保护的目的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,包括底盘架(1),其特征在于:所述底盘架(1)的顶部固定有支架杆(2),所述支架杆(2)的顶部固定有滑轨柱(10)所述支架杆(2)的外侧设置有重心调节装置(6),所述支架杆(2)的顶部外侧套接且转动安装有转动套(3),所述转动套(3)的顶部正面固定有安装架(4),所述安装架(4)的通过螺栓连接有电视主体(5),所述转动套(3)的底部固定有三角板(9),所述转动套(3)的正面开设有槽,且转动套(3)开设的槽的内壁底部开设有通槽,所述转动套(3)的槽的内部设置有清洁装置(7),所述清洁装置(7)的左侧和右侧均设置有辅助散热装置(8),所述重心调节装置(6)包括导向滑槽柱(63),所述导向滑槽柱(63)固定安装在支架杆(2)的外侧,所述导向滑槽柱(63)的内部滑动安装有抵触杆(64),所述抵触杆(64)的底部与底盘架(1)之间通过弹簧弹性连接,所述抵触杆(64)的底部与铰接杆(62)的一端铰接,所述铰接杆(62)的另一端与T形弧面杆(61)的顶部铰接,所述T形弧面杆(61)滑动安装在底盘架(1)的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述清洁装置(7)包括L形槽板(71),所述L形槽板(71)固定安装在转动套(3)开设的槽的内壁底部,所述L形槽板(71)的内部滑动安装有滑杆(73),所述滑杆(73)远离支架杆(2)的一侧固定有清洁刷板(74),所述滑杆(73)靠近支架杆(2)的一侧延伸至滑轨柱(10)的内部,所述滑杆(73)的顶部固定有抵触板(72)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述L形槽板(71)的底部固定有弹性拨板(75),所述弹性拨板(75)位于转动套(3)开设的通槽的内部,所述弹性拨板(75)的正面固定有弧形撞击杆(76),所述L形槽板(71)的内壁底部贯穿且滑动安装有弹性杆(77),所述弹性杆(77)的底部与弧形撞击杆(76)接触,所述L形槽板(71)靠近滑杆(73)的一侧内壁上固定有弹性拨片(78),所述弹性拨片(78)的顶部固定有敲击杆(79)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述辅助散热装置(8)包括回形板(81),所述回形板(81)有两个,两个所述回形板(81)分别固定安装在L形槽板(71)的左侧和右侧,所述回形板(81)的内部铰接安装有翻转板(82),所述翻转板(82)靠近L形槽板(71)一侧的顶部与回形板(81)的内壁之间通过弹片(83)弹性连接,所述弹片(83)的内侧固定有T形挤压板(84),所述T形挤压板(84)与回形板(81)的内壁之间通过弹性喷气囊(85)弹性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述抵触杆(64)位于三角板(9)的运动轨迹上,所述抵触杆(64)的顶部与三角板(9)的斜面接触。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述抵触杆(64)靠近支架杆(2)的一侧设置有凸块,所述弹性拨板(75)远离支架杆(2)的一侧设置有凸块,所述抵触杆(64)的凸块与弹性拨板(75)的凸块接触。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述弹性杆(77)的外侧设置有半球块,所述弹性杆(77)的半球块与弹性拨片(78)接触。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于调节电视机重心位置的电视机落地架,其特征在于:所述翻转板(82)远离L形槽板(71)的一侧为波浪形,所述弹性喷气囊(85)的喷嘴位于靠近支架杆(2)的一侧,所述弹性喷气囊(85)的喷嘴正对滑轨柱(10)。
