Description

一种寻呼过滤的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质 技术领域
本公开涉及但不限于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种寻呼过滤的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着通信技术的发展,有的用户设备(User Equipment,UE)可能具有多个用户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡,这些SIM卡可以签约同一个通信运营商,也可以签约不同的通信运营商。
这些SIM卡可能主要承担不同的业务。根据设备配置,有的SIM卡主要承担电话业务,有的SIM卡主要承担数据业务。在其中一个SIM卡进入到空闲态时,通信终端的其他SIM卡进入到连接态提供通信服务。若该其它SIM卡启用寻呼过滤(Paging Restriction,PR)机制时,网络无法下发一些网络参数或配置参数,如移动性管理相关的信令、漫游引导(SoR)信息、策略参数及签约信息等;如此会使得UE无法进行相应参数更新、使其使用过时或者未更新的参数而导致业务发起失败等。
发明内容
本公开实施例公开一种寻呼过滤的方法、装置、通信设备及存储介质。
根据本公开的第一方面,提供一种寻呼过滤的方法,由UE执行,包括:
发送指示信息;指示信息,指示UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
在本公开实施例中,通过UE发送指示信息,指示信息指示UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;如此可以使得网络侧知道UE是否愿意和/或是否有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,进而使得网络侧准确确定是否发送控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。一方面可以减少UE因错过控制面信令触发的寻呼消息、而使用过时或者未更新的信令或者系统参数所导致业务发起的失败的情况发生概率,从而可以使得UE及时获得更新的信令系统参数、提高业务发起的成功率;另一方面可以减少UE浪费功耗监听不愿意或者无能力监听控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,从而可以节省UE的能耗。

请参考图1,其示出了本公开实施例提供的一种无线通信系统的结构示意图。如图1所示,无线通信系统是基于蜂窝移动通信技术的通信系统,该无线通信系统可以包括:若干个用户设备110以及若干个基站120。
其中,用户设备110可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备。用户设备110可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,用户设备110可以是物联网用户设备,如传感器设备、移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有物联网用户设备的计算机,例如,可以是固定式、便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的装置。例如,站(Station,STA)、订户单元(subscriber unit)、订户站(subscriber station),移动站(mobile station)、移动台(mobile)、远程站(remote station)、接入点、远程用户设备(remote terminal)、接入用户设备(access terminal)、用户装置(user terminal)、用户代理(user agent)、用户设备(user device)、或用户设备(user equipment)。或者,用户设备110也可以是无人飞行器的设备。或者,用户设备110也可以是车载设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的行车电脑,或者是外接行车电脑的无线用户设备。或者,用户设备110也可以是路边设备,比如,可以是具有无线通信功能的路灯、信号灯或者其它路边设备等。
基站120可以是无线通信系统中的网络侧设备。其中,该无线通信系统可以是第四代移动通信技术(the 4th generation mobile communication,4G)系统,又称长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统;或者,该无线通信系统也可以是5G系统,又称新空口系统或5G NR系统。或者,该无线通信系统也可以是5G系统的再下一代系统。其中,5G系统中的接入网可以称为新一代无线接入网(New Generation-Radio Access Network,NG-RAN)。
其中,基站120可以是4G系统中采用的演进型基站(eNB)。或者,基站120也可以是5G系统中采用集中分布式架构的基站(gNB)。当基站120采用集中分布式架构时,通常包括集中单元(central unit,CU)和至少两个分布单元(distributed unit,DU)。集中单元中设置有分组数据汇聚协议(Packet Data Convergence Protocol,PDCP)层、无线链路层控制协议(Radio Link Control,RLC)层、媒体接入控制(Medium Access Control,MAC)层的协议栈;分布单元中设置有物理(Physical,PHY)层协议栈,本公开实施例对基站120的具体实现方式不加以限定。
基站120和用户设备110之间可以通过无线空口建立无线连接。在不同的实施方式中,该无线空口是基于第四代移动通信网络技术(4G)标准的无线空口;或者,该无线空口是基于第五代移动通信网络技术(5G)标准的无线空口,比如该无线空口是新空口;或者,该无线空口也可以是基于5G的更下一代移动通信网络技术标准的无线空口。
在一些实施例中,用户设备110之间还可以建立E2E(End to End,端到端)连接。比如车联网通信(vehicle to everything,V2X)中的车对车(vehicle to vehicle,V2V)通信、车对路边设备(vehicle to Infrastructure,V2I)通信和车对人(vehicle to pedestrian,V2P)通信等场景。
这里,上述用户设备可认为是下面实施例的终端设备。
在一些实施例中,上述无线通信系统还可以包含网络管理设备130。
若干个基站120分别与网络管理设备130相连。其中,网络管理设备130可以是无线通信系统中的核心网设备,比如,该网络管理设备130可以是演进的数据分组核心网(Evolved Packet Core,EPC)中的移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)。或者,该网络管理设备也可以是其它的核心网设备,比如服务网关(Serving GateWay,SGW)、公用数据网网关(Public Data Network GateWay,PGW)、策略与计费规则功能单元(Policy and Charging Rules Function,PCRF)或者归属签约用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)等。对于网络管理设备130的实现形态,本公开实施例不做限定。
为了便于本领域内技术人员理解,本公开实施例列举了多个实施方式以对本公开实施例的技术方案进行清晰地说明。当然,本领域内技术人员可以理解,本公开实施例提供的多个实施例,可以被单独执行,也可以与本公开实施例中其他实施例的方法结合后一起被执行,还可以单独或结合后与其他相关技术中的一些方法一起被执行;本公开实施例并不对此作出限定。
为了更好地理解本公开任一个实施例所描述的技术方案,首先,对相关技术中寻呼过滤机制(Paging Restriction,PR)进行部分说明:
在一个实施例中,网络根据UE发送的寻呼过滤规则过滤寻呼消息;其中,寻呼过滤规则过滤寻呼消息,包括以下之一:
过滤所有的寻呼消息(all paging is restricted);
过滤因语音服务触发的寻呼消息以外的寻呼消息(all paging is restricted,except paging for voice service(IMS voice));
过滤因特定洗协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)会话触发的寻呼消息以外的寻呼消息(all paging is restricted,except for certain PDU Session(s));
过滤因语音服务和特定PDU会话触发的寻呼消息以外的寻呼消息(all paging is restricted,except paging for voice service(IMS voice)and certain PDU session(s))。
在该方案,只要PR机制启用,网络侧就无法下发一些重要的信令或配置参数。因此如果想避 免这个问题,就只能停用PR机制。
如图2所示,本公开实施例提供一种寻呼过滤的方法,由UE执行,包括:
步骤S21:发送指示信息;指示信息,指示UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。
在一个实施例中,UE可以为各种类型的UE;例如,UE可以是但不限于是手机、平板电脑、可穿戴式设备、智能家居设备、智能办公设备、可穿戴设备、游戏控制平台或多媒体设备等。
在一个实施例中,UE可以是包括1个SIM卡或者多个SIM卡。该SIM卡可以是实体卡,也可以是电子SIM卡,即eSIM卡。
步骤S21中发送指示信息,可以是:向网络设备发送指示信息。这里,网络设备可以是核心网设备或者接入网设备。该核心网设备可以是但不限于是:接入管理功能(Access Management Function,AMF)、统一数据管理(Unified Data Management,UDM)、或者策略控制功能(Policy Control Function,PCF)。该接入网设备可以是但不限于是:基站。
步骤S21中发送指示信息,可以是发送携带指示信息请求消息。例如,UE发送携带指示信息的注册请求(Registration Request)消息。又如,UE发送携带指示信息的服务请求消息(Service Request)。如此,可以通过一个请求消息的发送实现注册请求及告知网络UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息的作用,或者实现服务请求及告知网络UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息的作用;如此可以提高请求消息的利用率。
在一些实施例中,指示信息,指示UE接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息的意愿和/或能力。这里,意愿包括同意或者不同意的意愿。该能力包括有能力或者无能力的能力。
这里,UE接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息的意愿可以基于UE的空闲程度和/或UE与网络侧协商的过滤机制确定。这里,UE的空闲程度可以是但不限于是:UE的CPU利用率、UE的功耗、与其它设备进行通信数量。
在一个实施例中,若控制面信令触发的寻呼消息为UE与网络侧协商的PR机制的寻呼消息,确定UE愿意接收寻呼消息。
在另一个实施例中,若UE的CPU利用率小于预定阈值和/或与UE通信的设备小于预定数量,确定UE愿意接收寻呼消息。
当然,在其它的实施例中,UE接收控制面触发的寻呼消息的意愿也可以其它情况确定,例如,基于寻呼消息的类型确定,或者基于UE的剩余电量确定等;上述只是示例性示出如何确定UE接收控制面触发的寻呼消息的意愿,不作限制。
示例性的,指示信息指示UE愿意接收且有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;或者指示信息指示UE愿意接收但无能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;或者指示信息指示UE不愿意接收但有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;或者指示信息指示UE不愿意接收且无能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。若UE愿意接收且有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,网络侧发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;若UE不愿意接收且无能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,网络侧不发起 控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。若UE愿意接收但无能力接收,或者UE不愿意接收但有能力接收,一种情况是:网络侧发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,另一种情况是:网络侧不发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。
示例性的,指示信息包括一个或多个预定比特。例如,该预定比特为第一取值时,指示接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;该预定比特为第二取值时,指示不接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。
示例性的,指示信息包括多个预定比特。例如,该指示信息的第一预定比特为第一取值时,指示愿意接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;该第一预定比特为第二取值时,指示不愿意接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。该指示信息的第二预定比特为第一取值时,指示有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;该第二预定比特为第二取值时,指示无能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。

在一些实施例中,控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,系统参数更新触发的寻呼消息。
该系统参数更新触发的寻呼消息,包括但不限于以下至少之一:策略参数更新触发的寻呼消息;配置参数更新触发的寻呼消息;签约信息更新触发的寻呼消息。
当然,控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,还可以是其它情况触发的寻呼消息;例如,可以是定位管理信息更新触发的寻呼消息,或者移动性管理信息更新触发的寻呼消息等。
当然,控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,还可以是因语音服务触发和/或因特定PDU会话引起的寻呼消息等。
以上仅是对控制面信令触发的寻呼消息的示例,并不对控制面信令的具体类型作限制。
在一个实施例中,系统参数更新触发的寻呼消息,也即系统更新触发的寻呼消息。

在一些实施例中,系统信令指示信息指示以下至少之一:是否接收策略参数更新触发的寻呼消息;是否接收配置参数更新触发的寻呼消息;及是否接收签约信息更新触发的寻呼消息。
这里,是否接收策略参数更新触发的寻呼消息,包括:愿意接收或者不愿意接收策略参数更新触发的寻呼消息;和/或,有能力接收或者无能力接收策略参数更新触发的寻呼消息。

这里,控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,可以是:因语音服务和/或特定PDU会话触发的寻呼消息。例如,AMF若确定第二PR信息包括第一指示值,则确定发起语音服务和/或特定PDU会话触发的 寻呼消息;若确定第二PR信息包括第二指示值,则确定不发起语音服务和特定PDU会话触发的寻呼消息。
在另一个可选实施例中,AMF基于第二PR信息和系统信令指示信息,确定是否发起系统更新触发的寻呼消息。
例如,AMF若确定接收到第二PR信息中第一指示值且确定系统信令指示信息指示接收签约信息更新触发的寻呼消息,则确定发起签约信息更新引起的语音服务和/或特定PDU会话触发的寻呼消息;若确定接收到第二PR信息中包括第二指示值,确定不发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。

本公开实施例可以定义一个新的PR信息(第二PR信息),用于告知网络侧UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,当网络侧的控制面信令时可以准确确定出是否向UE发送控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。如此,一方面可以减少UE错过控制面信令触发的寻呼消息而使用过时或者未更新的信令或者系统参数所导致业务发起的失败的情况发生概率,从而可以使得UE及时获得更新的信令或者系统参数、提高业务发起的成功率;另一方面可以减少UE浪费功耗监听不愿意或者无能力监听的系统更新参数触发的寻呼消息,从而可以节省UE的能耗。

    有能力接收或者无能力接收因语音服务触发的寻呼消息;
    愿意接收或者不愿意接收因PDU会话触发的寻呼消息;
    有能力接收或者无能力接收因PDU会话触发的寻呼消息;
    愿意接收或者不愿意接收因语音服务和PDU会发触发的寻呼消息;
    有能力接收或者无能力接收因语音服务和PDU会话触发的寻呼消息;
    愿意接收或者有能力接收系统信令指示信息所指示接收的寻呼消息;

    发送携带所述指示信息的注册请求消息;
    或者,
    发送携带所述指示信息的服务请求消息。
  10. 一种寻呼过滤的方法,其中,由网络设备执行,包括:
    接收指示信息,其中,所述指示信息,指示所述UE是否接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息;
    基于所述指示信息,确定是否发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息,指示所述UE是否愿意接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,或者指示所述UE是否有能力接收控制面信令触发的寻呼消息。

    所述基于所述指示信息,确定是否发起控制面信令触发的寻呼消息,包括以下之一:
