Abstract

Méthode d'amélioration de la production d'insuline chez un sujet souffrant d'une fonction β-cellulaire altérée, qui comprend l'administration au sujet d'un produit enrichi en exosomes comprenant des exosomes dérivés de lait bovin intacts. Une méthode de restauration et/ou de préservation de la masse de cellules β chez un sujet souffrant d'une diminution de la production d'insuline comprend l'administration d'un produit enrichi en exosomes comprenant des exosomes dérivés de lait bovin intacts. Une méthode permettant de retarder la progression du diabète chez un sujet souffrant d'une diminution de la production d'insuline, comprend l'administration au sujet d'un produit enrichi en exosomes comprenant des exosomes dérivés de lait bovin intacts.
