当第二连接件3安装于第一连接件1时,第二连接件3嵌设于第一连接件1的安装槽101中,此时挡块2卡接于卡接槽301,第二连接件3能够牢固地安装在第一连接件1上;当第二连接件3从第一连接件1上拆卸时,只需要按压连杆组件4的第一端,则连杆组件4的第二端朝向挡块2移动,以驱动挡块2收缩并从卡接槽301中脱出,此时,可以轻松地将第二连接件3 从第一连接件1上拆卸。
因此,本申请实施例提供的可快速拆装的连接组件,能够快速地实现两个结构之间的连接或者拆卸,不仅简单,而且操作非常方便。
可选地,连杆组件4包括按钮41,按钮41位于连杆组件4的第一端,按钮41由第一安装孔302延伸至第二连接件3的外部。
可选地,连杆组件4包括滑动件,滑动件位于连杆组件4的第二端,滑动件能朝向挡块2移动。通过按压连杆组件4的第一端,使得位于连杆组件4的第二端的滑动件在杠杆的作用下向挡块2移动,以更好地驱动挡块2收缩。
可选地,第二连接件3的内部设置有与滑动件配合的限位部,在滑动件向挡块2移动至预定位置时,限位部对滑动件进行限位,有效地防止滑动件过度地向挡块2移动。
在一些实施例中,滑动件42包括第一条形件421和第二条形件422,且第一条形件421和第二条形件422连接构成T字型,第一条形件421固定在连杆组件4的第二端,第二条形件422沿挡块2的收缩方向分布。随着连杆组件4的第二端在连杆杠杆的作用下移动,第二条形件422能够伸入卡接槽301内,以对挡块2产生驱动力。
进一步地,在第二条形件移动至预定位置时,限位部能够对第二条形件进行限位,以限制第二条形件进一步移动。
可选地,挡块2中设置有第一磁铁51,连杆组件4的第二端设置有第二磁铁52;
连杆组件4的第二端朝向挡块2移动,第一磁铁51受到第二磁铁52的排斥力并向远离连杆组件4的方向移动后收缩。
在上述实施方式中,通过第二磁铁与第一磁铁之间的排斥力驱动挡块2移动并收缩,结构简单。而且,第二磁铁与第一磁铁不需要接触,那么在第二连接件3多次安装于第一连接件1或者从第一连接件1拆卸时,能够较好地保护挡块2,从而较好地保护该可快速拆装的连接组件的安装和拆卸结构。
需要说明的是,由于第二磁铁52与第一磁铁51之间相斥,那么在第二磁铁52和第一磁铁51之间始终存在间隙,即使当挡块2卡接于卡接槽301时,第二磁铁52与第一磁铁51之间仍存在间隙。而当通过对连杆组件4的 第一端按压,使得第二端的第二磁铁52可以朝向卡接槽301移动甚至伸入至卡接槽301内时,则第一磁铁51在第二磁铁52的排斥力的作用下收缩并从卡接槽301中脱出,此时,利用第一磁铁51和第二磁铁51之间的间隙,将第二连接件3从第一连接件1中抽出,以将第二连接件3从第一连接件1上拆卸,操作非常简单。
在一个实施例中,卡接槽301设置有倾斜的第一卡接面,挡块2设置有倾斜的第二卡接面,当挡块2卡接于卡接槽301时,第一卡接面与第二卡接面贴合,以便于挡块2能够牢固地卡接在卡接槽301内,以保证第一连接件1和第二连接件3之间连接的牢固性。
可选地,两个挡块2对称设置于安装槽101中;
第二连接件3上设置有两个连杆组件4,连杆组件4与挡块2一一对应设置。
在上述实施方式中,通过同时按压连杆组件4的第一端,两个连杆组件4的第二端在杠杆的作用下相互远离,以分别驱动对应的挡块2收缩,操作比较简单。两个挡块2能够更加稳定地卡接在对应的卡接槽301中,使得第一连接件1和第二连接件3的连接非常稳定。
需要说明的是,本申请不对挡块2和连杆组件4的数量进行限定,只要能够实现挡块2对第二连接件3的卡接,以及连杆组件4能够驱动挡块2收缩即可。可以根据需要设置一个挡块2和一个连杆组件4,也可以设置多个挡块2和多个连杆组件4。只需要保证挡块2和连杆组件4一一对应即可。
在一个实施例中,第二连接件3内设置有转轴,连杆组件4可转动地安装于转轴。其中,转轴作为连杆组件4的一个支点,当按压连杆组件4的第一端时,连杆组件4以转轴为支点进行旋转,则连杆组件4的第二端朝向挡块2移动。
可选地,该可快速拆装的连接组件还包括支撑弹簧6,支撑弹簧6设置于两个连杆组件4的中部之间。支撑弹簧6用于对两个连杆组件4进行支撑,当用户按压连杆组件4的第一端并释放后,保证两个连杆组件4的第一端能够复位。
可选地,该可快速拆装的连接组件还包括限位弹簧7,两个连杆组件4的第二端之间设置有限位弹簧7。限位弹簧7能够保证两个连杆组件4的第 二端相背移动更加稳定,能够进一步对连杆组件4的第二端的移动进行限位,也便于用户释放连杆组件4的第一端后,进一步保证两个连杆组件4的复位。
可选地,该可快速拆装的连接组件还包括复位弹簧8,复位弹簧8的一端固定于第一连接件1,另一端固定于挡块2,挡块2收缩时压缩复位弹簧8;
在驱动挡块2的作用力消失时,挡块2在复位弹簧8的作用下复位。
在上述实施方式中,复位弹簧8的作用是保证在挡块2收缩以后能够复位,从而保证在将第二连接件3重复安装在第一连接件1时,挡块2能够再次牢固地卡接第二连接件3的卡接槽301。
可选地,第一连接件1的内部设置有与安装槽101连通的容纳腔102;
复位弹簧8位于容纳腔102内,复位弹簧8的一端固定于容纳腔102的内表面,另一端固定于挡块2的靠近容纳腔102的表面。
在上述实施方式中,容纳腔102能够更好地保护复位弹簧8,同时,容纳腔102充分利用了第一连接件1内部的结构,优化了复位弹簧8的设置位置,有助于减小第一连接件1的体积,便于携带。
可选地,容纳腔102内设置有第一固定柱91,挡块2的靠近容纳腔102的表面设置有第二固定柱92,复位弹簧8的一端固定于第一固定柱91,另一端固定于第二固定柱92。
在上述实施方式中,第一固定柱91和第二固定柱92能够牢固地固定复位弹簧8,便于第一连接组件的快速组装。
本申请实施例提供的可快速拆装的连接组件,结构设计合理,使用非常方便,能够快速实现两个连接结构之间的安装或者拆卸。
虽然已经通过例子对本申请的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本申请的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本申请的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本申请的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,包括:
    第一连接件(1)和挡块(2),所述第一连接件(1)设置有安装槽(101),所述挡块(2)可伸缩地设置于所述安装槽(101)中;
    第二连接件(3)和连杆组件(4),所述第二连接件(3)上设置有卡接槽(301)和第一安装孔(302);所述连杆组件(4)设置于所述第二连接件(3)的内部,且所述连杆组件(4)与所述第二连接件(3)转动连接,所述连杆组件(4)的第一端由所述第一安装孔(302)延伸至所述第二连接件(3)的外部,第二端可伸入至所述卡接槽(301)内;
    在部分所述第二连接件(3)嵌设于所述安装槽(101)中时,所述挡块(2)卡接于所述卡接槽(301);按压所述连杆组件(4)的第一端,所述连杆组件(4)的第二端朝向所述挡块(2)移动,以驱动所述挡块(2)收缩并从所述卡接槽(301)中脱出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,
    所述连杆组件(4)包括按钮(41),所述按钮(41)位于所述连杆组件(4)的第一端,所述按钮(41)由所述第一安装孔(302)延伸至所述第二连接件(3)的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,
    所述连杆组件(4)包括滑动件,所述滑动件位于所述连杆组件(4)的第二端,所述滑动件能朝向所述挡块(2)移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,所述挡块(2)中设置有第一磁铁(51),所述连杆组件(4)的第二端设置有第二磁铁(52);
    所述连杆组件(4)的第二端朝向所述挡块(2)移动,所述第一磁铁(51)受到所述第二磁铁(52)的排斥力并向远离所述连杆组件(4)的方向移动后收缩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,两个所述挡块(2)对称设置于所述安装槽(101)中;
    所述第二连接件(3)上设置有两个所述连杆组件(4),所述连杆组件(4)与所述挡块(2)一一对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,还包括支撑弹簧(6),所述支撑弹簧(6)设置于两个所述连杆组件(4)的中部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,还包括限位弹簧(7),两个所述连杆组件(4)的第二端之间设置有所述限位弹簧(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,还包括复位弹簧(8),所述复位弹簧(8)的一端固定于所述第一连接件(1),另一端固定于所述挡块(2),所述挡块(2)收缩时压缩所述复位弹簧(8);
    在驱动所述挡块(2)的作用力消失时,所述挡块(2)在所述复位弹簧(8)的作用下复位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,所述第一连接件(1)的内部设置有与所述安装槽(101)连通的容纳腔(102);
    所述复位弹簧(8)位于所述容纳腔(102)内,所述复位弹簧(8)的一端固定于所述容纳腔(102)的内表面,另一端固定于所述挡块(2)的靠近所述容纳腔(102)的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可快速拆装的连接组件,其中,所述容纳腔(102)内设置有第一固定柱(91),所述挡块(2)的靠近所述容纳腔(102)的表面设置有第二固定柱(92),所述复位弹簧(8)的一端固定于第一固定柱(91),另一端固定于第二固定柱(92)。
