Description

吸烟器与配套的吐烟器及专用于吸烟器的打火机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸烟的工具,和用于净化烟雾的工具,以及打火机。
背景技术
二手烟问题是整个烟草历史从没解决的问题,目前虽然电子烟号称能戒烟,号称没有二手烟,但是明眼人一看就明白,电子烟是不是以戒烟为目的的,电子烟的气溶胶(二手烟)虽然气味小,但其危害的严重程度还需要大量的考证。最重要的是,电子烟的口味非常香甜,这正是少年儿童最喜欢的口味,加上电子烟中的化学合成尼古丁盐的成瘾性太强,这不仅没有保护少年儿童,甚至导致全世界有大量的少年儿童消费电子烟,没有设置儿童保护装置是电子烟非常大的问题。现在有许多用空气净化器的简单思维来去除二手烟,要么体积过大,要么净化不彻底,很难同时达到随时、随身、高效过滤。
另外还有一个非常值得探讨的问题:戒烟的方法。
所有吸传统香烟的烟民都习惯于每次点燃一支烟然后全部吸完。很多初入门的烟民其实吸一两口就足够了,但是一支烟还没燃尽,所以只能强迫自己继续吸完为止,这是导致烟民烟瘾越来越大的重要原因,但是问了很多烟民,他们都认为每次就应该吸一根烟,一根烟没过足瘾的话就只能再来一整根烟,不知不觉烟瘾越来越大,没人觉得奇怪,也没人提出异议。
与其在烟瘾很大时戒烟,不如让烟民成瘾的过程变的非常缓慢,比如让同样烟龄的烟民每天吸食比其他烟民少一半的香烟,这样也许是戒烟、少抽烟的另一种思路。如果能让吸烟行为从每次一整支烟变成每次一口烟或几口烟,让烟民可以自己选择,这会让大大减缓吸烟成瘾的过程。另外,吸烟的过程中大量的烟叶是在吸食间隔中白白燃烧掉了,既浪费,也不环保。
另外,现在全世界所有的儿童安全打火机只能保护5岁以下儿童,但每年仍旧有很多5岁以上的儿童因为玩打火机而引发火灾、受伤甚至死亡。我们不仅要保护5岁以下的儿童,也必须好好保护5岁以上的儿童,最好是能做到连年富力强的青壮年人也难以点燃打火机,对0至100岁所有年龄阶段的人都提供保护,这个打火机最好必须放进特定的工具内才能点燃,而且火焰完全笼罩在安全的壳体内部燃烧,这样才是真正安全的打火机。
当今世界最大的烟草公司之一,Philip Morris Incorporated,它的美国专利US6349728所述,其吸烟器可每抽一口烟就将香烟熄灭,但这个专利无法实现的很大问题是忽略了香烟是很软的,而这个专利把香烟凭空想象成一个有硬度、有弹性的实心柱体,让齿轮或者钩子来推动香烟前进,这根本就做不到!香烟会原地打滑、停滞不前,因为香烟是软的,而且弹性极差,更严重的时候会把香烟纸刺破,这是比较大的问题,因为香烟纸一旦刺破整根烟就报废、就不能吸出烟雾了。所以,不能简单的把香烟当作普通的柱状体,更不能纸上谈兵。另外, 这个专利与以往所有类似专利一样,对烟灰和燃烧物的处理只是简单的用锥形物将烟灰和燃烧物向烟头方向挤压,锥形物被动的被香烟挤压上来,导致这个方法根本不能像专利中凭空想象的那样完全去除烟灰和燃烧物,而只会将香烟上的烟灰向烟头的方向压得更紧实,而这些烟灰会阻挡香烟的下一次完全点燃,于是香烟会进入一个恶性循环:烟灰压得更紧实,香烟会更加难以点燃,燃烧残留物更多、更紧实,香烟会更加难以点燃……。
除以上所述的美国专利US6349728外,美国专利US4066088也提到一种吸烟工具,这个专利是把香烟固定在工具内,然后用有弹性的点火器不断的向香烟方向挤压点燃香烟。但问题也是一样,这个专利去除烟灰和燃烧物的方法也是简单将烟灰不停的向烟头方向挤压,这只会让香烟越来越难以点燃。
美国专利US5472001公开了一种吸烟器,香烟在点燃后一直保持燃烧状态,然后使用者的鼻子和嘴都密封在吸烟器内,在整个吸烟过程中使用者一直举着吸烟器用力紧贴着脸部,所有烟雾通过一个排风扇抽出并净化,当使用者不想吸烟时可以手动操作熄灭香烟。先不谈吸烟的过程多么痛苦,吸烟产生的大量二手烟是不可能被一个自带排风扇的小设备如此快速高效率的净化干净的。
中国专利CN201220742159公开了一种吸烟器,这个专利和美国专利US5529078类似,香烟在点燃后一直保持燃烧状态,所有烟雾通过一个排风扇抽出并净化,香烟抽完后可以通过关闭进气孔使香烟自然熄灭。这个专利只算是空气净化器里面装了一个点烟器和烟灰缸,而且吸烟产生的大量二手烟是不可能被一个自带排风扇的小设备如此高效率的净化干净的。
中国专利CN201510807903公开了一种处理二手烟的系统,香烟在点燃后一直保持燃烧状态,然后使用者吸出的烟雾全部吐到一个收集瓶中。这个专利让人费解:第一,吸烟者每吸一口烟后呼出的气体体积是250ml左右,吸完一支烟所呼出的气体体积是5000ml左右,不可能每吸一根烟要找如此大的收集瓶来装;第二,香烟自身燃烧过程中释放的大量二手烟如何处理。
吸烟最大的痛点是二手烟。二手烟影响家人和周围人群的健康。如何用最小型的工具解决二手烟问题一直是最大的难点。
如何解决上文中的所有问题,更是难点中的难点。
因此,提供一种能够在消费者手中能简单使用,让使用者随时自由的选择抽烟的时间长短,还能大大缩短吸烟者的成瘾时间,并且能做到安全的松手即熄(所有燃烧物全部熄灭),还能用小体积的手持工具真正消除二手烟,并且提供一种能保护5岁以上儿童的打火机--------这是全世界百年来亟待解决、急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种吸烟器,使用者在需要吸烟时用力按压或轻触按压按钮件后,热源点燃或加热香烟,使用者吸烟,松开按钮件后吸烟器内的机构会熄灭香烟,所有燃烧物全部熄灭,真正做到最安全的松手即熄,吸烟行为变得极为安全,不会再有防火问题的担忧。吸烟器还可配套一个含有可膨胀部件的吐烟器,吸烟者将吸入的烟吐入吐烟器中,烟雾可以留存在膨胀部中,膨胀部在膨胀后会产生收缩压,收缩压会使烟雾在过滤装置中被缓慢、彻底过滤后被缓慢挤出。吸烟器专用的打火机上挨住按键的部位设有凸起,凸起高 于在打火机点火时按键顶部所应到达的位置,可以保护儿童,使打火机几乎无法单独点燃,必须装入吸烟器才能点燃。
另外,吸烟器的热源加热温度既可以高于香烟的燃点,也可以低于香烟的燃点。
以下是使用本吸烟器和吐烟器时的一种流程-----
按压按钮件,香烟会在吸烟器内前进一段距离,热源(比如打火机)将香烟点燃,使用者则含住夹持件上的吸烟端管口吸烟,使用者松开按钮件后,热源停止工作或熄灭,吸烟器内的机构会熄灭香烟,所有燃烧物全部熄灭,香烟停止释放烟雾。吸烟者将烟雾吐入吐烟器中,烟雾可以留存在膨胀部中,膨胀部在膨胀后会产生收缩压,收缩压会使烟雾在过滤装置中被缓慢、彻底的过滤并排出。
以上流程真正做到了没有二手烟,真正用最小的手持装置做到最大效率的消除二手烟。以目前的技术,对烟雾进行缓慢过滤和释放才是最可行的手持二手烟消除方案。
本发明中,所有的香烟既包含普通香烟,也包含加热不燃烧香烟。
本发明中,所有打火机包含所有类型的打火机。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下有益效果:
1、用一个小型手持设备完成了一整套真正确实可行的二手烟解决方案,使吸烟的整个过程做到了烟雾的不泄漏。不仅保护了家人,也保护了身边的人,特别是少年儿童。
2、使用者不必每次都强迫自己吸一整支烟,而是自由选择吸几口、何时吸,想吸烟时按一下按钮件,松开按钮件后一切都熄灭,使吸烟者减少香烟的使用量,减缓对香烟的依赖,而减缓对香烟的依赖比一次又一次的戒烟、复吸更为实际、更为可行。
3、由于松开按钮时吸烟器会立即熄灭香烟,而且任何时候取出烟头都是熄灭的,所以吸烟者、吸烟者的邻居再也不必担心任何火灾等安全问题。
4、更节省香烟。因为香烟点燃后,即使不吸烟,在无风的状态下香烟本身的空燃速度是大约每分钟燃烧7mm长度的香烟,所以在无风的状态下香烟点燃后会在短短的6分50秒左右完全燃烧殆尽,如果有风时燃烧得会更快。吸烟者在平常的吸烟过程中一支烟平均只能吸15口左右,因为相当一部分的烟都白白的浪费空燃掉了。而使用本吸烟器后一支烟平均能抽近30口,因为没有空燃。美国专利US6349728和美国专利US5472001都是一直将烟灰向烟嘴方向挤压,新的烟叶无法在下次吸烟时被完全点燃,所以每次点烟器都必须点燃5mm甚至更长长度的香烟才能有足够的烟雾量,这导致一支完整的香烟平均只能吸9口左右。
5、本吸烟器所配套的打火机不仅可以非常好的保护少年儿童,就算是成年人也能得到很好的保护。
6、本吸烟器操作简单,利于推广。其实,大部分的烟民是不希望给周围人群添麻烦的,也不希望家人、少年儿童受到二手烟的毒害,但必须给他们提供一种真正可行、安全、简单、可靠的产品方案。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示的吸烟器1,剖开其壳体6后(如图2所示)可见其含有:含有香烟容腔22的壳体6,含有螺纹7且可以夹持香烟14的夹持件2,包含有按钮件3的打火机8(打火机8平行于夹持件2放置。按钮件3形成打火机8上的可拆零件:第二机壳68,打火机8包含有第二机壳68),可以清理烟灰或香烟燃烧物的清理件4,可收集烟灰的容纳件5,表面有凸点13的筒件11,含有凸轮槽24的外套件12,可推动外套件12复位的复位弹簧16,可帮助清理件4复位的助力弹簧18。图3和图4展示了所有部件的分解图。筒件11套住夹持件2,外套件12套住筒件11,在图5和图6中可见,夹持件2上的螺纹7和筒件11的内螺纹30(图6中展示了剖开后的筒件11,其显示了筒件的内螺纹30)相配合,外套件12由6个小零件(4条支柱29、外套件第一部27和外套件第二部28)组合而成。筒件11上的凸点13位于外套件12的凸轮槽24内。在不施外力时,扭簧结构的出火孔的遮挡件17遮住打火机8的出火孔26,清理件4遮住香烟14端面。夹持件2上的螺纹7可以很细,如图5;也可以很粗,如图65和图66。螺纹7的长度可以很长,如图5;也可以很短,如图65;还可以非常短,看起来像个圆形,如图66。筒件11的内螺纹30可以很细,如图6;也可以很粗,如图67和图68。内螺纹30的长度可以很长,如图67;也可以很短,如图6;还可以非常短,看起来像个圆形,如图68。
如图7所示,向图中左边方向按压打火机8上的按钮件3时,打火机8随之向左移动,打火机按键19被壳体6上的抵压部20按下,打火机8推开出火孔遮挡件17,打火机8点火;按钮件3上可控制所述清理件4开合的撑开部21在左移时会挤开清理件4,清理件4向两侧张开并不再遮盖香烟14的端面,清理件4张开的同时会挤压两侧的助力弹簧18;按钮件3上的推动部15推动外套件12向左平移,外套件12挤压复位弹簧16,外套件12上的凸轮槽24推动筒件11上的凸点13转动,筒件11整体开始旋转,由于筒件11上的内螺纹30和夹持件2上的螺纹7相配合,加上香烟容腔端口23与香烟14之间的摩擦力,所以夹持件2和香烟14不会跟随旋转,而是开始相对壳体6左移;香烟14露出香烟容腔端口23的部分被打火机8点燃,使用者可含住夹持件2上的吸烟端管口9吸烟(吸烟端管口9位于夹持端25的另一侧)。图8隐去了壳体6,可以更清楚 的看到此时所有零件的相对位置关系。
如图9所示,松开按钮件3后,打火机按键19复位的力推动打火机8和打火机8上的按钮件3右移复位,出火孔的遮挡件17遮住打火机8的出火孔26,所以打火机8是百分之百会熄灭的;由于清理件4是由弹性材料制成,加上助力弹簧18的弹力,所以清理件4复位时可从香烟14的侧面切掉所述香烟燃烧物或烟灰,由图3和图4中可见清理件4一面遮盖香烟14的端面,另一面则是敞开的,而清理件4刚好对齐容纳件5,因此烟灰、香烟燃烧部分则掉入容纳件5,容纳件5与清理件4组成一个封闭的空间,香烟燃烧部分会在封闭的空间内熄灭;复位弹簧16推动外套件12平移复位,外套件12上的凸轮槽24推动凸点13继续转动,筒件11因而整体旋转,而此时筒件11旋转的角度比按压按钮件3时的小,因此夹持件2左移的距离也比按压按钮件3时的小,香烟14左移的距离也于是非常小。一次完整的操作也随之结束。用户可以打开容纳件5的清理盖10倒出烟灰等。需要替换香烟14时只要旋出夹持件2即可。
实施例2
图10和图11分别从两个角度显示了本实施例的外观。从图12可见,本实施例是由两部分组成:吸烟器1和吐烟器31。吐烟器31含有膨胀部32、机身37、吐烟口36和过滤装置,膨胀部32包含有拉簧33、容积变化部34、盖子35。
当使用者用吸烟器1吸入烟雾后,将烟雾从吐烟口36吐入吐烟器31中,烟雾则进入膨胀部32,由于吐烟器31中有单向阀,所以使用者即使不再含住吐烟口36烟雾也不会从吐烟口36泄漏,膨胀部32中的容积变化部34开始膨胀,盖子35被顶起,拉簧33也随之拉长(如图13所示)。拉簧33的复位拉力会拉动盖子35复位,盖子35会挤压容积变化部34使其收缩,烟雾在吐烟器31的滤材中非常缓慢的过滤,最终从排气孔39排出。由于烟雾的过滤过程非常缓慢,所以过滤非常充分。
另外,如图12所示,吐烟器31上含有磁铁38,吸烟器1和吐烟器31两部分可以通过磁吸在一起使用,也可以拆开使用。必须要指出的是,磁铁38并不是必须的,吸烟器1和吐烟器31可以通过其他方法组合在一起(比如紧配),也可以不组合在一起使用。
同时使用吸烟器1和吐烟器31可以彻底解决二手烟问题。
实施例3
如图14所示,本实施例与实施例2的不同点在于:本实施例没有拉簧33,盖子35的重力代替了拉簧33的复位拉力。
实施例4
如图15和图16所示,本实施例与实施例2的不同点在于:本实施例的膨胀部32是一个气球。
实施例5
图17所示的是本实施例的外观,剖开其壳体6后(如图18所示)可见其与实施例1的主要不同点在于:
1)夹持件2上没有螺纹,而是含有用于传动的齿40(棘齿)、止逆齿41和摩擦齿42。本实施例不含有筒件11、外套件12、复位弹簧16。
2)吸烟器1含有止逆件47。
3)壳体6上含有小窗43。
4)按钮件3上没有推动部15,而是含有传动爪48(棘爪)。
图19显示了隐去壳体6后的示意图,图20是剖开壳体6后并隐去清理件4、容纳件5、助力弹簧18和出火孔的遮挡件17后的分解示意图,这两个图更加清楚的显示了本实施例的结构。
按照图18所示的方位,向图中左边方向按压按钮件3时,按钮件3上的传动爪48(棘爪)在左移时受到壳体6上的挤压部62的挤压而变形,传动爪48(棘爪)则会啮合夹持件2上的用于传动的齿40(棘齿)带动夹持件2左移。打火机8点燃香烟14,使用者可以含住吸烟端管口9吸烟。当使用者松开按钮件3后,打火机8熄灭,打火机8和打火机8上的按钮件3复位,传动爪48(棘爪)在复位的过程中不会带动用于传动的齿40(棘齿)一起复位,而且传动爪48(棘爪)在复位的过程中不再受到挤压部62的挤压因而弹性复位,再加上有止逆件47上的止逆爪45抵住夹持件2上的止逆齿41,更加确定传动爪48(棘爪)不会带动用于传动的齿40(棘齿)一起复位。因此每按压一次按钮件3,夹持件2都会向左前进一定距离。止逆件47上摩擦爪46与夹持件2上的摩擦齿42相互啮合增加相互之间的摩擦力,使夹持件2不会意外的向左移动。当需要取出夹持件2以替换香烟14时,手指可以透过壳体6上的小窗43按压止逆件47上的释放开关44,止逆爪45由于杠杆作用会翘起并不再抵住夹持件2上的止逆齿41,于是可以抽出夹持件2。

实施例6

本实施例与实施例1的主要不同点在于:
1)本实施例含有电池54、电机51、电路板55,电机51上组合有第一齿轮52,第一齿轮52上有两个圆柱形的撑开部21。本实施例不含有打火机8主要部分(但含有按钮件3)、外套件12、复位弹簧16、出火孔的遮挡件17。
2)本实施例中的筒件11上含有第二齿轮53,不含有凸点13。
3)按钮件3被按压后不能向左移,其上含有指纹识别部49,手指轻触按压按钮件3后指纹识别部49如果验证指纹正确会启动吸烟器1,位于香烟容腔端口23的加热部50开始加热香烟14(加热温度可以高于香烟14的燃点,也可以低于香烟14的燃点),电机51会带动第一齿轮52转动90度,第一齿轮52上的撑开部21在旋转后会顶开清理件4,使清理件4向两侧张开,第二齿轮53被第一齿轮52带动旋转,筒件11也整体开始旋转,由于筒件11上的内螺纹30和夹持件2上的螺纹7相配合,所以夹持件2相对壳体6左移(按照图22中所示的方位),此时使用者可以含住吸烟端管口9吸烟。当使用者不再按压按钮件3后,加热部50不再加热,电机51会带动第一齿轮52继续转动90度,第二齿轮53被第一齿轮52带动旋转,筒件11也整体开始旋转,夹持件2相对壳体6左移,第一齿轮52上的撑开部21在旋转后不再顶开清理件4,清理件4复位并切掉烟 灰、香烟的燃烧部分。

如图48、图49所示,本实施例与实施例13的主要不同点在于:本实施例中的打火机8上的按键19和出火孔26位于打火机8的同侧,并且打火机8上有遮盖部65遮住了按键19的顶部,这使得将打火机8从点烟器1中取出后,打火机8很难被儿童或成年人点燃,只能将打火机8放入吸烟器1后,按压打火机8,吸烟器1上的抵压部20才能压下打火机8的按键19,打火机8才能点燃。这样的打火机8大大增加了对儿童甚至是对成年人的保护。本实施例中的打火机8既可以是明火打火机,也可以是防风打火机。

如图50、图51所示,本实施例与实施例14的主要不同点在于:打火机8上挨住按键19的部位设有凸起66,所述凸起66高于在打火机8点火时按键19顶部所应到达的位置,进一步增加了将打火机8从点烟器1中取出后将打火机8点燃的难度,进一步增加了打火机8的安全性,更好的保护儿童及成人,因为用手指按压按键19时,手指会被凸起66顶住,手指无法将按键19按至点火时按键19所应到达的位置。

实施例19
如图60所示,本实施例与实施例12的主要不同点在于:本实施例不含有清理件4,本实施例中的打火机8款式不同,且打火机按键19顶部有个尖顶69(如图63)。
本实施例中的香烟14在被打火机8加热时(如图61、图62所示),香烟14被点燃,而使用者吸完烟松开按钮件3后容纳件5就将香烟14的端部盖住,香烟14随即熄灭,容纳件5中的烟灰是很快就自动熄灭的,随着使用者不断的重复使用,香烟14也不断的向左推进(按照图62中所示的方位),新产生的烟灰会将老的、熄灭的烟灰不断的向左推进(按照图62中所示的方位)。
另外,本实施例中的打火机8的打火机按键19顶部有个尖顶69,这样的打火机8是无法被儿童点燃的,因为儿童的手指很娇嫩,手指按在尖顶69会有点疼,儿童是无法承受这点的疼痛的,但成人能忍受这样的轻微疼痛。尖顶69不是特别尖锐,不会伤害儿童,但是可以起到很好的警示作用和保护作用。实施例12中的打火机8也可以加上尖顶69以保护儿童(如图64)。
实施例20
如图71所示,本实施例与实施例19的主要不同点在于:
1)本实施例不含有筒件11,外套件12上没有凸轮槽24,因此在使用本实施例中的吸烟器1时,没有零件会带动夹持件2自动的相对所述壳体产生位移。在壳体6上,有与夹持件2上的外螺纹7相配合的螺纹配合柱72插入到夹持件2上的外螺纹7内(如图72),所以每次使用吸烟器1时需要手动旋转一下夹持件2,使其相对所述壳体6产生位移,这样香烟14就会向左(按图71所示方位)前进。
2)本实施例中的打火机8的按键19上没有尖顶69,但本实施例中的打火机8也是可以保护儿童的。如图69,因为打火机8上挨住按键19的部位设 有凸起66,所述凸起66是活动件、可以转动(如图70),并且所述凸起66在转动后依旧高于在打火机8点火时按键19顶部所应到达的位置、依旧挨在按键19的周边,这使得将打火机8从点烟器1中取出后,打火机8很难被儿童或成年人点燃。
3)本实施例中包含一个摩擦件70,其可以与夹持件2产生摩擦,以防止夹持件2原地旋转打滑。
4)本实施例中包含一个封口盖71盖住容纳件5,以防止过多氧气进入容纳件5,香烟14可以更快的熄灭。
虽然本发明以较佳实施例揭露如上,但并非用以限定本发明实施的范围。任何本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的发明范围内,当可作些许的改进,即凡是依照本发明所做的同等改进,应为本发明的发明范围所涵盖。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种吸烟器,其包含壳体,按钮件,一侧可夹持香烟、另一侧为吸烟端管口的夹持件,其特征在于,所述夹持件可相对所述壳体产生位移。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述夹持件上含有螺纹。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述夹持件上含有用于传动的齿。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述吸烟器中内置有打火机,所述打火机包含有所述按钮件。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述打火机平行于所述夹持件。
  6. 如权利要求1、2、4或5所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述夹持件套于含有内螺纹的筒件中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述筒件套于含有凸轮槽的外套件中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述筒件上有凸点位于所述凸轮槽中。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述按钮件含有可推动所述外套件移动的推动部。
  10. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的吸烟器,其特征在于,所述夹持件内置有调节件。
  11. 一种与权利要求1至10中任一项所述的吸烟器配套的吐烟器,其特征在于,所述吐烟器包含容积可变化的膨胀部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的与吸烟器配套的吐烟器,其特征在于,所述吐烟器的所述膨胀部的容积变大时,所述膨胀部产生收缩压。
  13. 一种专用于权利要求1至10中任一项所述的吸烟器的打火机,其特征在于,所述打火机上挨住按键的部位设有凸起,所述凸起高于在所述打火机点火时所述按键顶部所应到达的位置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的专用于吸烟器的打火机,其特征在于,所述凸起是活动件。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的专用于吸烟器的打火机,其特征在于,所述打火机含有可推动所述外套件移动的推动部。
