Abstract

The invention relates to a device (10) and a method for managing a usable agricultural area (N). The device (10) comprises a chassis (11) which is made of a plurality of elongated plug elements (14), wherein said plug elements (14) can be connected together and released again in particular without using special tools in order to thereby change at least one dimension of the chassis (11) along the driving direction (F) of the device (10, 10'). At least one field cultivation device, with which a step of a plant cultivation process can be carried out, is attached to the chassis (11) or a part thereof.
