发电组件,发电组件设置于笔身内且与形变件连接,在握持部被按压时,形变件发生形变,并带动发电组件发电;
电源,发电组件产生的电能储存于电源中。
在本申请的实施例中,用户在使用电子笔时,手指会对握持部进行持握,随着用户对电子笔的使用,手指施加在形变件上的力也会发生变化,使得形变件能够发生不同程度的形变,从而使得形变件能够带动发电组件的至少一部分产生位移,产生电能的发电组件可以对电 源供电,使得电能储存在电源中,电源能够对电子笔中的功能部件供电,确保电子笔能够实现对触控屏的触控功能。用户在使用电子笔的情况下实现对电子笔进行充电的功能,解决了电子笔在充电时无法供用户进行使用的问题,能够满足用户随时对电子笔进行使用的需求,有效提高用户对电子笔的使用便利性,有利于提升用户对电子笔的使用体验。
通过在握持电子笔的位置设计形变件,增加握持体验的同时将用户写字时挤压形变件的动能进行回收,转化为电能,并存储在电源中,此方式可避免在笔身增加充电端口,节省成本的同时也提升了电子笔的防水性能,同时不需充电的设计也提升了用户体验。

结合图1、图2和图5所示,根据本申请一些实施例的电子笔,电子笔包括:笔身500、发电组件200和电源300,笔身500包括握持部,握持部设置有形变件100;发电组件200,发电组件200设置于笔身500内且与形变件100连接,在握持部被按压时,形变件100发生形变,并带动发电组件200发电;电源300,发电组件200产生的电能储存于电源中。
根据本申请实施例的电子笔,握持部设置有形变件100,具体地,可以设置握持部的一部分为形变件100,或握持部整体由形变件100组成。形变件100的质地较软,用户可以很容易地对形变件100进行按动,并使得形变件100发生形变,用户停止按动形变件100,形变件100可以恢复至原始形状。发电组件200可以安装在形变件100上,在形变件100发生形变时,形变件100能够带动发电组件200中的至少一部分结构产生位移或形变。在形变件100发生形变时,发电组件200 能够产生电能,而发电组件200和电源300电连接,所以发电组件200可以对电源300进行供电,使得电能存储于电源300中。
在具体应用中,用户在使用电子笔时,手指会对握持部进行持握,随着用户对电子笔的使用,手指施加在形变件100上的力也会发生变化,使得形变件100能够发生不同程度的形变,从而使得形变件100能够带动发电组件200的至少一部分产生位移,产生电能的发电组件200可以对电源300供电,电源300能够对电子笔中的功能部件供电,确保电子笔能够实现对触控屏的触控功能。用户在使用电子笔的情况下实现对电子笔进行充电的功能,解决了电子笔在充电时无法供用户进行使用的问题,能够满足用户随时对电子笔进行使用的需求,有效提高用户对电子笔的使用便利性,有利于提升用户对电子笔的使用体验。
通过在握持电子笔的位置设计形变件100,增加握持体验的同时将用户写字时挤压形变件100的动能进行回收,转化为电能,并存储在电源300中,此方式可避免在笔身增加充电端口,节省成本的同时也提升了电子笔的防水性能,同时不需充电的设计也提升了用户体验。
形变件100的质地较软,用户通过形变件100对发电组件200进行驱动,发电组件200不易发生损坏,能够有效降低发电组件200的损坏率,提高电子笔的功能稳定性。
示例性地,电子笔是主动式静电感应技术来实现的情况下,电子笔中的功能部件能够发生低频信号,其中包含笔尖压力、按键状态和ID序列号等信息,电源300能够对该功能部件进行供电,使得电子笔能够持续稳定地实现对触控屏的触控功能。
根据本申请的一种可能实施例,形变件100包括气囊,在所述持握部被按压时,气囊处于形变状态,发电组件200产生的电能储存于电源300。
气囊的中部设置有内腔,内腔中充入气体,当气囊受到压力时,气囊发生形变,当停止对气囊施加压力时,气囊能够在内部气体的作用下恢复原始形状。随着气囊受到的压力不同,气囊能够发生不同程度的形变。发电组件200可以安装在气囊上或发电组件200与气囊相抵靠,当气囊发生形变时,气囊带动发电组件200的至少一部分发生位移,使得发电组件200可以产生电能,以使得发电组件200对电源 300进行供电。
相比于其它的弹性结构,气囊在发生形变后,能够在气体的作用下快速恢复至原始形状,使得气囊可以根据用户按压力度的不同,快速地发生不同程度的形变,从而可以有效提高发电组件200产生电能的效率,确保用户对电子笔的使用过程中电源300能够持续对功能部件进行供电,有利于提高电子笔的功能稳定性。
当然,在其它实施例中,也可以通过弹簧、硅胶等作为形变件100。
结合图1、图2和图3所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,发电组件200包括:磁性件210和发电线圈220,磁性件210与气囊相连接,气囊处于形变的情况下,磁性件210位于第一位置,气囊处于原始状态的情况下,磁性件210位于第二位置;发电线圈220与笔身500相连接,磁性件210在第一位置和第二位置之间运动时,发电线圈220产生电能。
气囊将磁性件210推动至第一位置,当气囊恢复至原始状态时,即未发生形变的状态时,磁性件210位于第二位置,随着用户对气囊施加力度的不同,磁性件210可以在第一位置和第二位置之间往复移动,在磁性件210的周围设置发电线圈220,磁性件210往复移动时,发电线圈220能够切割磁感线,从而在发电线圈220内产生电流,发电线圈220能够对电源300供电。
随着用户对气囊施加的压力不同,气囊会对磁性件210产生不同的推动力,因此能够将磁性件210推动至不同的位置,所以第一位置可以指代多个位置,磁性件210被气囊推动而发生位移后的位置都可以称为第一位置,而在气囊处于原始状态的情况下,磁性件210所处的第二位置是一直不变的,所以第二位置是唯一位置。
在用户对电子笔的使用过程中,通过磁性件210的移动使得发电线圈220内产生电流,将动能转换为电能,发电线圈220能够对电源300进行供电,电源300不易出现电量耗尽的问题,能够随时满足用户的使用需求,提高用户对电子笔的使用便利性。
驱动磁性件210由第二位置向第一位置移动的方式可以有多种,例如通过弹性部件推动磁性件210移动复位,或通过驱动部件推动磁性件210移动复位。
结合图1、图2和图3所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,气囊 设有出口110,具体地,气囊包括:出气部120和出气管130,出气部120设有安装口;出气管130的第一端安装于安装口,出气管130的第二端设有出气口110。
气囊设置有出气口110,磁性件210的至少一部分伸入出气口110内,气囊位于出气口110处与磁性件210活动连接,使得磁性件210能够沿出气口110滑动,用户对电子笔使用时,会对气囊进行按动,气囊发生形变时,气囊内的一部分气体会被挤压至出气口110处,从而形成对磁性件210的推动力。
具体地,在用户的按动下,出气部120发生形变,出气部120内的气体能够被推向至安装口,出气部120内的一部分气体被推入至出气管130内。由于出气管130上设置有出气口110,所以磁性件210滑动连接于出气管130,当出气部120内的一部分气体进入出气管130内时,磁性件210能够在气体的作用下相对出气管130滑动,磁性件210相对发电线圈220移动,使得发电线圈220能够产生电流。相比于出气部120,出气管130硬度较高,将磁性件210和出气管130相装配时,出气管130不易发生形变,从而能够使得磁性件210和出气管130能够紧密配合,避免因出气管130变形而导致出气部120内的大量气体溢出,确保出气部120和出气管130内的气体能够对磁性件210稳定地推动,提高对电源300的供电稳定性,有利于提高电子笔的功能稳定性。
示例性地,出气管130可以由两部分组成,出气管130包括管体和限位板,出气部120上设置有限位槽,限位板位于限位槽内并与限位槽的侧壁相抵靠,限位板和限位槽相配合,使得出气管130不易相对出气部120晃动。在一种可能的应用中,将管体的径向尺寸设置的较小,用户对出气部120施加较小的压力,一小部分气体进入管体内,由于管体的径向尺寸较小,一小部分气体就能够对磁性件210进行明显的推动,用户即使对电子笔的持握力度较小,也能够使得发电组件200产生电流,提高电子笔工作时的稳定性。
根据本申请的一种可能实施例,气囊还包括:第一密封件,第一密封件设于出气部120和出气管130之间。
为了避免出气部120内的气体溢出,在出气部120和出气管130之间设置第一密封件,第一密封件能够对出气部120和出气管130之 间的缝隙进行密封。具体地,由于出气部120的质地较软,而出气管130的质地相对较硬,出气部120和出气管130为分别加工成型的两个部件,需要将出气管130安装于出气部120以成型气囊。气囊是通过气体推动磁性件210移动,所以为了使得气体能够稳定地对磁性件210进行推动,应该避免气囊变形时发生气体泄漏的问题。第一密封件对出气部120和出气管130之间的近缝隙进行密封,保证气囊内的气体能够有效作用于磁性件210,提高电子笔工作时的稳定性。
示例性地,第一密封件可以为密封胶,即使出气部120发生形变,出气部120与出气管130连接的部位也不易出现缝隙。
结合图1和图4所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,发电组件200还包括:第二密封件230,第二密封件230设于出气管130和磁性件210之间。
为了避免出气部120内的气体溢出,在磁性件210和出气管130之间设置第二密封件230,第二密封件230能够对磁性件210和出气管130之间的缝隙进行密封。磁性件210能够相对出气管130移动,为了避免出气管130对磁性件210的移动产生干涉,磁性件210和出气管130之间需要存在一定的缝隙,第二密封件230设置在磁性件210和出现之间,从而对磁性件210和出气管130之间的缝隙起到密封作用,保证气囊内的气体能够有效作用于磁性件210,提高电子笔工作时的稳定性。
第二密封件230的质地较软,在磁性件210相对出气管130移动时,第二密封件230可以发生形变,第二密封件230不易因磁性件210和出气管130的相对移动而发生损坏。
第二密封件230可以装配在出气管130上或装配至磁性件210上。
示例性地,第二密封件230为密封圈。
在一种可能的应用中,磁性件210套设于出气管130,或出气管130套设于磁性件210,不论二者的套设关系如何,磁性件210和出气管130始终有一部分相互插接,例如,磁性件210不论是位于第一位置还是第二位置,出气管130均套设于磁性件210,使得磁性件210和气囊能够稳定地配合。
结合图1、图2和图4所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,磁性件210包括:第一导向部211,第一导向部211插入出气口110内。
在磁性件210相对出气管130移动时,第一导向部211始终位于出气口110内,由于第一导向部211没有与出气管130分离,所以出气管130内的气体能够稳定地作用于磁性件210。第一导向部211能够对磁性件210的移动起到导向作用,使得磁性件210能够沿设定方向稳定地移动,磁性件210能够与发电线圈220稳定地配合,以确保发电线圈220能够稳定地产生电流,也保证磁性件210和出气管130之间不易出现较大地缝隙,从而避免发生气体泄漏的问题。
结合图1、图2和图4所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,磁性件210还包括:磁性体212,第一导向部211设于磁性体212,第一导向部211和磁性体212之间形成有间隙,气囊的一部分插入间隙内,具体为出气管130的一部分插入间隙内。
磁性件210相对出气管130移动时,出气管130的一部分结构能够插入第一导向部211和磁性体212之间的间隙内,出第一导向部211和磁性体212之间的间隙和出气管130相对移动,使得该部分间隙对出气管130起到导向作用,避免磁性件210在移动时发生偏转,进一步提高电子笔工作时的稳定性。
结合图1、图2和图4所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,发电组件200还包括:弹性件400,弹性件400设于磁性件210,磁性件210位于第一位置的情况下,弹性件400处于弹性形变状态,磁性件210位于第二位置的情况下,弹性件400处于原始状态。
本实施例中记载了一种驱动磁性件210移动复位的方式,用户持握电子笔时能够对气囊进行按动,磁性件210由第二位置向第一位置移动,磁性件210能够带动弹性件400发生弹性形变,弹性件400积蓄弹性势能,当用户停止对气囊进行按动或用户对气囊的按动力减小时,弹性件400能够驱动磁性件210移动,使得磁性件210由第一位置向第二位置移动,通过设置弹性件400,使得磁性件210能够在气体的推动力和弹性件400的弹性力作用下往复移动,磁性件210在往复移动时,发电线圈220内能够产生电流,从而可以对电源300供电。
磁性件210在移动复位时,磁性件210能够对排气管内气体进行推动,使得一部分气体被推入排气部,即磁性件210移动复位时能够推动气体移动,使得气囊恢复至原始形状。
示例性地,弹性件400可以为压缩弹簧或弹性块。
在一种可能的应用中,弹性件400位于电源300和磁性件210之间,磁性件210移动时,磁性件210和电源300将弹性件400挤压变形,弹性件400可以与磁性件210有连接关系,也可以将弹性件400连接于电源300,弹性件400和磁性件210仅是相互抵靠的关系。将弹性件400连接于磁性件210是为了提高弹性件400对磁性件210的推动稳定性。
当然,在其它实施例中,弹性件400也可以为拉伸弹簧,当磁性件210由第二位置向第一位置移动时,拉伸弹簧被拉伸,被拉伸的拉伸弹簧能够拉动磁性件210移动复位。
结合图1、图2和图4所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,磁性件210包括:第二导向部213,弹性件400套设于第二导向部213。
在磁性件210移动时,磁性件210能够压缩弹性件400,弹性件400驱动磁性件210移动复位时,弹性件400由弹性形变状态变为原始状态,在此过程中,第二导向部213能够对弹性件400起到导向作用,避免弹性件400发生扭转,确保弹性件400能够稳定地推动磁性件210移动复位,提高电子笔的功能稳定性。
例如,当弹性件400为压缩弹簧时,第二导向部213伸入压缩弹簧的中部区域。
结合图5和图6所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,发电组件200包括:压电组件240,气囊设有内腔,压电组件240与内腔的腔壁贴合。
在本实施例中,发电组件200为压电组件240,压电组件240在气囊的推动下能够产生压电效应,压电效应为:某些电介质在沿一定方向上受外力的作用而变形时,内部会产生极化现象,同时在它的两个相对表面上会出现正负相反的电荷。当外力去掉后,又会恢复到不带电的状态。示例性地,压电组件240可以为压电陶瓷,压电陶瓷能够将机械能转换为电能。用户对电子笔使用过程中,会对气囊进行按动,气囊发生形变时,气囊对压电陶瓷进行推动,压电陶瓷被推动时能够产生形变,利用压电陶瓷形变产生的电流为电源300供电。在用户对电子笔的使用过程中,通过压电陶瓷产生电流,压电陶瓷能够对电源300进行供电,电源300不易出现电量耗尽的问题,能够随时满足用户的使用需求,提高用户对电子笔的使用便利性。
压电组件240对电子笔的内部的占用空间较小,对电子笔握持区域刚性影响小,可以在较小变动的前提下,实现动能收集的作用,提升了电子笔续航能力。
如图6所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,压电组件240的数量为一个或至少两个;在压电组件240的数量为至少两个的情况下,相邻两个压电组件240间隔设置在内腔中。
压电组件240的数量可以为一个、两个或多个,用户在持握电子笔时,用户的手部会与形变件100的多个位置接触,即形变件100上具有受力点,所以形变件100撒上的多个位置都会发生弹性形变,因此可以通过增加压电组件240的数量的方式提高对电源300的供电量,确保电源300能够持续稳定地工作,提高电子笔的功能稳定性。
根据本申请的一种可能实施例,电源300包括:电池;升压模块,升压模块与电池和发电组件200电连接。
受限于电子笔的结构尺寸,磁性件210和发电线圈220的尺寸较小,产生的电压较低,需要通过升压模块升压后再给电源300充电,确保电源300能够持续稳定地工作。示例性地,升压模块可以为变压器。
压电组件240产生的电压也能够较小,也可以通过升压模块升压后再对电源300通电。
结合图1和图7所示,根据本申请的一种可能实施例,电子笔还包括:笔头600,笔头600设于笔身500的第一端,握持部与笔身500的第一端的间距小于握持部与笔身500的第二端的间距。
在该实施例中,由于握持部与笔身500的第一端的间距小于握持部与笔身500的第二端的间距,所以握持部与笔头600的间距较小,用户在对电子笔进行使用时,方便对握持部进行持握,在使用电子笔的过程中就实现了对电子笔的充电功能。将握持部靠近笔头600,更加符合用户的使用习惯。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子笔,其中,包括:
    笔身,所述笔身包括握持部,所述握持部设置有形变件;
    发电组件,所述发电组件设置于所述笔身内且与所述形变件连接,在所述握持部被按压时,所述形变件发生形变,并带动所述发电组件发电;
    电源,设置于所述笔身中,用于储存所述发电组件产生的电能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述形变件包括气囊,在所述握持部被按压时,所述气囊被挤压,带动所述发电组件产生电能并储存于所述电源中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述发电组件包括:
    磁性件,与所述气囊相连接,所述气囊处于挤压状态时,所述磁性件位于第一位置,所述气囊恢复原状时,所述磁性件位于第二位置;
    发电线圈,与所述笔身相连接,所述磁性件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间运动时,所述发电线圈产生电能。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述气囊设有出气口;
    所述磁性件包括:第一导向部,所述第一导向部插入所述出气口内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子笔,其中,所述磁性件还包括:
    磁性体,所述第一导向部设于所述磁性体,所述第一导向部和所述磁性体之间形成有间隙,所述气囊的一部分插入所述间隙内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子笔,其中,所述发电组件还包括:
    弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述磁性件,所述磁性件位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述弹性件处于弹性形变状态,所述磁性件位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述弹性件处于原长状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述磁性件包括:第二导向部,所述弹性件套设于所述第二导向部。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述发电组件包括:压电组件,所述气囊设有内腔,所述压电组件与所述内腔的腔壁贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子笔,其中,
    所述压电组件的数量为一个或至少两个;
    在所述压电组件的数量为至少两个的情况下,相邻两个所述压电组件间隔设置在所述内腔中。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电子笔,其中,所述电源包括:
    电池;
    升压模块,所述升压模块与所述电池和所述发电组件电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电子笔,其中,所述电子笔还包括:
    笔头,所述笔头设于所述笔身的第一端,所述握持部与所述笔身的第一端的间距小于所述握持部与所述笔身的第二端的间距。
