宠物猫、宠物狗等宠物通常会在特定的季节大量换毛,就算在平时,宠物也会大量 的掉毛,宠物毛发会附着在室内各种物体上,附着在人身上,影响卫生,如果毛发被宠物误食还会影响宠物的消化。
技术问题
因此为了解决上述问题,通常会在宠物经过的通道内安装梳毛器,梳毛器上安设有梳毛结构,宠物在经过该梳毛器的过程中,使梳毛器能够自动对宠物身上的毛发进行梳理和清除。
然而现有技术中有些梳毛器不能调节内径,导致不能适应具有不同体型的宠物使 用,而有些梳毛器虽然可以调节内径,如现有技术中公开号为CN111248097A宠物自动梳毛 装置,该技术中是通过气缸来调节梳毛机构的方式,但是调节后的通道内径仍然是固定的, 仍然只能根据不同宠物的体型进行调节通道内径的大小,且调节后的通道仍然只能适用于 体型小于该通道内径的宠物通过。
上述技术中在调节梳毛器的孔径大小时,通道较小时,宠物不能顺利的通过,即便在此种情况下宠物从狭窄的通道通过时,此时宠物的身体必然会与梳毛器所形成的通道之间会产生挤压,导致宠物在通过的过程中梳毛器的孔壁对宠物造成疼痛感,然而宠物通常对于疼痛很敏感,这样容易造成宠物下次不再愿意通过梳毛器,从而导致梳毛器不能起到梳毛的作用;因此通常会使梳毛器的通道孔径大于宠物身体的尺寸,使宠物能够顺利的通过,但是虽然梳毛器的孔径较大能够使宠物顺利的通过,但是,此时这种情况下,梳毛器内侧的梳毛结构不能与宠物的身体接触或者接触力度较小,导致对宠物身上的毛发进行梳理力度效果不佳,不能较好的将宠物身上的毛发梳落。
技术解决方案
在本发明意在提供一种可调节的梳毛结构,以对宠物进行梳毛,并能够调节宠物通 过的通道大小。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可调节的梳毛结构,包括机壳和 安设在机壳上的用于对宠物梳毛且收集宠物毛发的梳毛单元,所述机壳上开设有供宠物通 过的通道,所述机壳上设有使梳毛单元向通道中心靠拢或远离通道中心的调节单元。 [0008]   本方案的原理及优点是:
1 .实际应用时 ,将本方案中的可调节的梳毛结构安装到宠物进出的入口处,如安装在猫砂盆的入口处。当宠物经过本方案中的机壳上的通道时,梳毛单元将自动的对宠物身上的毛发进行梳毛操作,无需主人为宠物亲自梳毛,同时梳毛单元还能够将从宠物身上梳落的毛发进行收集,避免宠物身上掉落毛发四处飘散,进而避免了宠物误食毛发过多而引起的毛球症健康问题,同时也保持了室内环境的卫生整洁。
2 .本方案中由于设置有调节单元,调节单元能够使梳毛单元向机壳的通道的中心靠拢也可以调节梳毛单元远离机壳的通道的中心,从而能够根据宠物的身材调节梳毛单元的位置状态,使梳毛单元能够有效的对宠物的身体进行梳毛,提高了本方案中梳毛结构的适用范围。
优选的,作为一种改进,所述调节单元包括凸轮盘,所述凸轮盘上设有与梳毛单元 相配合的工作曲线,梳毛单元与凸轮盘上的工作曲线相抵。
本方案中凸轮盘上的工作曲线与梳毛单元相抵,当驱动凸轮盘转动时,凸轮盘上的工作曲线将对梳毛单元产生推动的作用,从而使梳毛单元远离机壳通道中心,或者向通道中心靠拢,从而起到调节梳毛单元与通道中心之间的位置的作用,使梳毛单元能够适应不同的体型的宠物使用。
由于本方案中的梳毛单元与凸轮盘上的工作曲线相抵,凸轮盘上的工作曲线能够限制梳毛单元的下限位置,具有单边限位的作用,即当凸轮盘上的工作曲线调节梳毛单元与机壳的通道中心的距离后,停止转动凸轮盘,此时凸轮盘上的工作曲线将对梳毛单元的位置进行了限制,此时梳毛单元不能够再向机壳的通道的中心靠拢,而当宠物通过通道并与梳毛单元接触的时候,宠物自身能够推动梳毛单元向远离通道的方向延展,这样在调节梳毛单元的位置的时候,可以适当将梳毛单元与通口之间的距离调至小于宠物体型尺寸的状态,当对梳毛单元的下限位置调整完成后,宠物在通过机壳的通道而与梳毛单元接触的时候,梳毛单元能够与宠物的身体贴合,对宠物进行除毛过程中的力度更大,这样能够确保梳毛单元能够很好的对宠物进行有效的梳毛作用。
同时由于此时凸轮盘的工作曲线只是限制了梳毛单元向通道中心靠拢的状态,但是梳毛单元仍然可以向外扩展,因此宠物在经过机壳的通道的过程中,会向外推动梳毛单元而顺利的通过,并且在通过的过程中,梳毛单元也不会因为不能向外扩展而对宠物产生挤压而弄疼宠物,从而避免出现宠物不愿意再次经过本方案中的梳毛结构的情况。
本方案中梳毛单元与通道中心的距离能够根据不同宠物的体型进行扩大或缩小, 大小变化自如,从而便于使不同体型的宠物通过,由于宠物在通过的过程中,梳毛单元的内 径能够随着宠物体型的变化而自动产生变化,因此无需频繁调节通道大小,更加的方便实 用。
优选的,作为一种改进,所述梳毛单元设有多个,多个梳毛单元分布在机壳的通道 一侧。
本方案中多个梳毛单元的设置能够扩大对宠物梳毛的范围,能够有效的提高对宠物梳毛的效果。
优选的,作为一种改进,所述梳毛单元与机壳之间均设有弹性件。
本方案中由于梳毛单元和机壳之间设有弹性件,弹性件具有弹性,在弹性件的限制下,宠物在经过通道而对梳毛单元产生挤压的过程中,能够使梳毛单元与宠物的身体更加的贴合,使梳毛单元与宠物之间具有一定的挤压力,从而使梳毛单元能够更加有效的对宠物进行除毛和梳毛,同时,由于弹性件的作用能够在宠物经过通道后产生复位,便于对宠物下一次经过该通道时再次对宠物进行有效的梳毛除毛作用。

另外若宠物身上的未掉落的毛发本身就出现了打结的情况时,宠物在经过梳毛辊的过程中,打结的毛发容易挂在梳齿上而对宠物的行走出现阻碍,导致对宠物的毛发产生拉扯,这将容易使宠物感到疼痛,造成宠物后期不愿意再次主动经过梳毛辊而进行梳毛,而 本方案中的梳齿具有弹性,因而在遇到上述情况时,宠物上打结的毛发仍然能够轻松的越 过梳齿,宠物在通过梳毛辊后,打结的毛发能够牵扯梳齿产生变形而顺利的通过,从而防止 宠物上打结的毛发直接从梳齿上硬扯通过而弄疼宠物。

  本实施例中梳毛单元2设有多个,多个梳毛单元2分布在机壳801的通道一侧,本实施例中机壳801内部中空,梳毛单元2设有两组,两组梳毛单元2分别位于机壳801的两侧,每一组梳毛单元2的数量为六个,每一组的六个梳毛单元2沿机壳801的周向均匀分布,六个梳毛单元2形成供宠物通过的通道。
本实施例中机壳801两侧的两组梳毛单元2相互错开设置,具体的:两组梳毛单元2 相互错开25‑35度,本实施例中两组梳毛单元2之间相互错开30度,这样能够使两组梳毛单元2能够更加充分、更加全面的对宠物的各个部位进行梳毛,有效的确保了宠物身体的大部分部位均能够被梳毛。
本实施例中机壳801包括第一滑板8和第二滑板9,两组梳毛单元2分别周向均布在 第一滑板8和第二滑板9上,本实施例中两组梳毛单元2分别与第一滑板8和第二滑板9径向滑动配合。
第一滑板8和第二滑板9相互连接,本实施例中第一滑板8和第二滑板9相互扣合后通过螺钉固定,第一滑板8和第二滑板9两者之间形成一个容纳空间。

结合图7所示,梳毛辊4上沿其周向设有多个脱毛刷19,收集盒3内设有除毛刷23,转动梳毛辊4能够使脱毛刷19和除毛刷23接触。本实施例中在收集盒3内均连接有机座27,机座27为内部中空的盒状,梳毛辊4转动连接有机座27内,本实施例中梳毛辊4的外侧沿其周向开设有四个凹槽,脱毛刷19设有四个,四个脱毛刷19分别粘贴固定在四个凹槽内,从而实现脱毛刷19与梳毛辊4的安装连接,脱毛刷19均包括刷子布和刷毛,刷子布上布满若干刷毛。
每个收集盒3内的除毛刷23设有两个,本实施例中两个除毛刷23分别连接在机座 27内的两侧壁上,本实施例中除毛刷23包括除毛布和若干的刷毛,除毛布上布满若干的刷 毛,转动梳毛辊4能够使脱毛刷19和除毛刷23接触,这样脱毛刷19的刷毛与除毛刷23的刷毛相互接触摩擦能够将脱毛刷19上粘覆的宠物毛发刷掉。
结合图8所示,梳毛辊4与机座27之间设有限制梳毛辊4转动幅度的限位结构,梳毛 辊4与机座27之间设有复位件18。
本实施例中在机座27的两个内侧壁上均固定连接有定位轴20,两个定位轴20相互 对称设置,且两个定位轴20位于机座27未连接有除毛刷23的两个内侧壁上。
结合图7和图8所示,限位结构包括设置在机座27内侧的限位块22和设置在梳毛辊 4一端的转动块17,往复转动梳毛辊4能够使转动块17的两端分别与限位块22相互对称的两 端相抵,本实施例中限位块22呈凸轮状,且限位块22的两侧为相互对称的斜面,限位块22位 于两个定位轴20中的其中一个定位轴20的一侧,另一个定位轴20的一侧固定连接有安装块 21,安装块21上开设有U型的凹槽。本实施例中限位块22与机座27固定连接,且限位块22与 机座27的连接可以采用粘接固定方式、螺钉固定方式或者一体成型等固定方式。
本实施例中转动块17与梳毛辊4同轴固定连接,转动块17的中央开设有轴孔,这样 更方便使转动块17的轴孔插到定位轴20上实现转动配合。本实施例中的转动块17呈半圆形 的弧状。
如图8所示,本实施例中的复位件18采用恒力弹簧,安装时,将梳毛辊4两端的转动块17和恒力弹簧分别插到机座27内的两个定位轴20上,而复位件18的端部插入安装块2113 的凹槽内,从而起到连接梳毛辊4和机座27的目的,使得复位件18能够在产生形变后复位。
实际使用时,当宠物从梳毛辊4上经过并使梳毛辊4产生转动后,梳毛辊4能够在复位件18的作用下复位,而使梳毛辊4恢复初始状态,便于再次对宠物进行梳理和除毛。而本实施例中由于设置了限位结构,当转动块17的两端分别与限位块22的两侧相互相抵时将对梳毛辊4的转动产生阻挡作用,从而实现限制梳毛辊4转动的目的,这样有效的限制了梳毛 辊4正向转动和逆向转动的转动幅度,并且宠物在经过梳毛单元2的过程中,梳毛辊4上的脱毛刷19能够对宠物进行梳毛,同时梳毛辊4自转,使得除毛刷23与脱毛刷19接触而自动除去 梳毛辊4上的毛发。
具体实施过程如下:电机10带动蜗杆11转动,从而使蜗杆11带动与其啮合的蜗轮 12旋转,由于蜗轮12与凸轮盘13连接,因此蜗轮12转动的过程中将带动凸轮盘13旋转,凸轮 盘13旋转的过程中,凸轮盘13上的工作曲线15将对收集盒3上的导向块6起到推动的作用,同时第一滑板8上的收集盒3以及第二滑板9上的收集盒3将分别沿着第一滑板8和第二滑板 9的径向向机壳的通道中心滑动收拢,当导向块6位于到凸轮盘13的工作曲线15的最低处 (即距离凸轮盘13中心最近的位置)时,此时第一滑板8和第二滑板9上的六个梳毛单元2之 间所形成的入口通道的内径最小,此时的通道内径比大多数宠物的身体尺寸都小。
在实际调节过程中,根据宠物体型的大小,导向块6位于凸轮盘13的工作曲线15的 合适位置上,使多个梳毛单元2之间形成的通道内径能够供宠物通过,在调节的过程中可以 适当将通道的内径调至小于宠物体型尺寸的状态。
由于凸轮盘13的工作曲线15对收集盒3具有单边限位的作用,即当调节好收集盒3 的位置后,只能对收集盒3向机壳的通道中心靠拢的运动产生独立的限制,但是不能限制收 集盒3向外扩展,因此当凸轮盘13停止转动后,仍留有较大的空间可供梳毛单元2沿第一滑 板8和第二滑板9的向外扩展,多个梳毛单元2不能够再向内收拢,而只能在受到外力的推动 作用下向外扩展,这样,能够根据宠物体型尺寸自动进行调节,当宠物经过通道的过程中, 将向外推动梳毛单元2使多个梳毛单元2之间所形成的通道内径增大,从而顺利的通过,因此本实施例中在调节梳毛单元2之间的位置时,能够使梳毛单元2之间所形成的通道稍小于宠物身体的尺寸,这样即便调节后的梳毛单元2之间的通道内径小于宠物的体型尺寸,仍然能够使宠物顺利的通过,宠物通过的过程中能够使梳毛单元2之间形成的通道的内径大小变化自如,不会对宠物产生挤压疼痛的感受。
本实施例中凸轮盘13上的工作曲线15能够限制梳毛单元2在弹性件的作用下向中 间回弹的程度。
当宠物经过六个梳毛单元2之间所形成的通道时 ,收集盒3上的梳毛辊4将对宠物 身上的毛发进行梳理,当宠物反向通过该通道时,梳毛辊4将再次对宠物进行梳毛,同时宠 物通过的过程中将使梳毛辊4反向转动,梳毛辊4反向转动的过程中能够与机座27上的除毛刷23接触摩擦,从而将上一次宠物所通过时留在梳毛辊4的毛发梳落到收集盒3内。
本方案中由于收集盒3和第一滑板8之间设有弹性件,在弹性件的限制下,宠物在 经过梳毛单元2所形成的通道时将对梳毛单元2产生向外推挤的情况,这样能够使梳毛单元 2与宠物的身体相互贴合接触,使得梳毛单元2与宠物之间具有一定的挤压力,从而使梳毛 单元2对宠物身上的毛发进行梳理时具有一定的力度,能够更加有效的对宠物进行除毛和 梳毛,同时,由于弹性件的作用能够在宠物经过梳毛单元2所形成的通道后产生复位而是梳 毛单元2再次恢复到已经调节好位置的状态,便于对宠物下一次经过该通道时再次对宠物 进行有效的梳毛除毛作用。
实施例二
如图9所示,一种可调节的梳毛结构,与实施例一的区别在于:梳毛辊4的外侧沿其轴向连接有挡片24。挡片24为由可发生弹性形变材料制成的挡片,本实施例中挡片24采用硅胶材质制成,且挡片24呈矩形片状,挡片24与梳毛辊4粘接固定。
具体实施过程如下:宠物反向通过通道而与梳毛辊4接触时,位于挡片24另一侧的 脱毛刷19又能够再次对宠物身上的毛发起到梳理以及除毛的作用,这样在宠物反复经过梳 毛辊4的过程中,使得梳毛辊4正向和反向转动的过程中,挡片24两侧的脱毛刷19和机座27 两侧的除毛刷23相互配合而实现对粘覆在脱毛刷19上的毛发进行清除。
另外,由于本实施例中挡片24的设置,既能够使宠物在经过梳毛辊4的过程中带动 挡片24拨动梳毛辊4转动,挡片24起到一个辅助梳毛辊4转动的效果;另一方面挡片24的设置能够起到防止宠物的毛发缠绕在梳毛辊4上,特别是针对一些宠物的毛发较长的情况,宠 物掉落的毛发较长时,挡片24能够对其两侧的脱毛刷19起到隔绝的作用,从而避免长毛发 从位于挡片24一侧脱毛刷19延伸到另一侧的脱毛刷19上,而导致出现长毛发缠绕在梳毛辊 4上而出现打结的情况。
 实施例三
如图10所示,一种可调节的梳毛结构,与实施例二的区别在于:梳毛辊4上连接有 梳齿25板,梳齿25板上连接有多个向同一侧弯曲的梳齿25,多个梳齿25间隔分布。
梳齿25的弯曲方向背离挡片24设置,这样对宠物毛发能够产生逆向的梳理动作, 对毛发的梳理效果更佳,本实施例中的梳齿25板设有两个,两个梳齿25板分别位于挡片24 的两侧,这样的设置能够满足对宠物正向和逆向经过梳毛辊4的过程中均能够对宠物毛发起到梳理和除毛的作用。
本实施例中的梳齿25板与梳毛辊4可拆卸连接,具体的 :沿梳毛辊4的轴向开设有 安装槽26,安装槽26的一端贯穿于梳毛辊4的一端,梳齿25板卡入安装槽26内即可实现梳齿 25板与梳毛辊4的安装,这种安装方式更加的方便,且便于更换。
本实施例中梳齿25具有弹性,能够产生形变,本实施例中梳齿25为柔性材料制成,具体采用ABC树脂制成的90A低硬度材料。
本实施例中若宠物身上的未掉落的毛发本身就出现了打结的情况时,宠物在经过 梳毛辊4的过程中,打结的毛发容易挂在梳齿25上而对宠物的行走出现阻碍,而导致对宠物 的毛发产生拉扯,这将容易使宠物感到疼痛,造成宠物后期不愿意再次主动经过梳毛辊4而 进行梳毛,而本实施例中的梳齿25具有弹性,能够产生形变,因而在遇到上述情况时,宠物上打结的毛发仍然能够轻松的越过梳齿25,宠物在通过梳毛辊4后,打结的毛发能够牵扯梳齿25产生变形而顺利的通过,从而防止宠物上打结的毛发直接从梳齿25上硬扯通过而弄疼宠物。
实施例四
如图11所示,一种可调节的梳毛结构,与实施例一的区别在于:凸轮盘13上的工作 曲线15为斜线。本实施例中提供了另一种凸轮盘13的工作曲线的形状,本实施例中的凸轮 盘13的工作曲线的形状也能够实现对梳理单元2的位置调节,对梳理单元2起到单边限位的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:包括机壳和安设在机壳上的用于对宠物梳毛且收集宠物毛发的梳毛单元,所述机壳上开设有供宠物通过的通道,所述机壳上设有使梳毛单元向通道中心靠拢或远离通道中心的调节单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述调节单元包括凸轮盘,所述凸轮盘上设有与梳毛单元相配合的工作曲线,梳毛单元与凸轮盘上的工作曲线相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于 :所述梳毛单元设有多个,多个梳毛单元分布在机壳的通道一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述梳毛单元与机壳之间均设有弹性件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述机壳内部中空,所述梳毛单元设有两组,两组梳毛单元分别位于机壳的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述机壳两侧的两组梳毛单元相互错开设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:还包括用于驱动调节单元转动的驱动单元,所述驱动单元包括蜗轮、蜗杆和电机,电机驱动蜗杆转动,蜗轮与蜗杆 相互啮合,所述蜗轮与所述凸轮盘连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述梳毛单元均包括收集盒和梳毛辊,所述收集盒的两端均设有开口,梳毛辊转动连接在收集盒的其中一个开口 内,所述梳毛辊上沿其周向设有多个脱毛刷,所述收集盒内设有除毛刷,转动梳毛辊能够使 脱毛刷和除毛刷接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述梳毛辊的外侧沿其轴向连接有挡片。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可调节的梳毛结构,其特征在于:所述梳毛辊上连接有梳齿板,所述梳齿板上连接有多个向同一侧弯曲的梳齿,所述梳齿具有弹性。
