Abstract
The present application relates to an insecticidal composition containing an alkylphenyl thioether derivative, and an application thereof in controlling animal pests. The present application also relates to a method for preventing and/or treating a pest infestation in a plant, a plant part and/or a surrounding environment by the insecticidal composition. When the insecticidal composition in the present application is applied to plants, plant parts and/or the surrounding environments thereof, especially when applied on cotton, citrus, vegetables, soybeans, potatoes and fruit trees, excellent and synergistic effects in preventing and treating pest infestation can be observed.
