电动车的鞍座以及电动车 技术领域
本发明涉及机电技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电动车的鞍座以及电动车。
背景技术
目前,电动车座桶的解锁都是通过先拧动机械钥匙解锁座桶,或通过按组合开关上的开关按钮解锁座桶,然后用户再去抬起座桶,但是,该种方式使用复杂,解锁操作的机械钥匙或开关距离座桶较远,需要进行两步甚至更多步骤才能解锁并打开座桶。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出了一种电动车的鞍座,该电动车的鞍座可以实现无感解锁,不需要解锁钥匙等工具,使鞍座与座桶之间的解锁更加方便,解锁的过程更加简单。
第一方面,提供了一种电动车的鞍座。所述鞍座,包括:鞍座主体、座桶锁开关模块,所述座桶锁开关模块包括:开关和安装部,所述开关设置于所述安装部,所述安装部设置于所述鞍座主体的底部,所述开关为接触式开关,以在用户操作所述接触式开关时,使座桶解锁。
在本发明的一些示例中,所述开关为柔性接触式开关,所述开关包括:第一导电件和第二导电件,所述第一导电件与所述第二导电件间隔设置且分别连接有导线,在所述第二导电件受压与所述第一导电件接触时,所述第一导电件与所述第二导电件导通。
在本发明的一些示例中,在鞍座主体的底部设置开关,并将开关设置为接触式开关,用户在抬起鞍座主体的一端时,可以通过操作接触式开关,用户手部挤压第二导电件,使第一导电件和第二导电件接触,第一导电件和第二导电件导通连接,从而使座桶锁与鞍座之间解除锁止关系,实现无感解锁,而且不需要解锁钥匙等工具,使鞍座与座桶之间的解锁更加方便,解锁的过程更加简单。

下面参考图1-图4描述根据本发明实施例的电动车的鞍座1。鞍座1包括鞍座主体10和座桶锁开关模块20。鞍座主体10主要起到支撑和安装的作用,鞍座主体10设置于车辆的座桶上,可以起到遮挡座桶的作用,当然,用户可以坐在鞍座主体10上,鞍座主体10对用户起到支撑作用,这样可以使用户在驾驶电动车时更加舒适。座桶锁开关模块20则可以与座桶配合,当需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,鞍座主体10与座桶之间解除锁止关系,鞍座主体10可以从座桶上打开,当不需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,座桶锁开关模块20与座桶之间锁止,鞍座主体10锁紧于座桶上。
如图1和图4所示,座桶锁开关模块20包括开关200和安装部27。开关200为座桶锁开关模块20的主要部分,实现鞍座主体10与座桶之间的锁止关系,安装部27则可以起到安装的作用,开关200设置于安装部27,主要可以使座桶锁开关模块20形成一个整体,便于座桶锁开关模块20的整体安装和设置。
如图1和图2所示,开关200设置于鞍座主体10的底部,这样便于开关 200的设置,而且这样也便于开关200与座桶之间的锁止配合。开关200为接触式开关,可以理解地,当用户需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,用户会用手触碰鞍座主体10的一端向上抬起,由于开关200设置于鞍座主体10的底部,这一过程中用户操作接触式开关时,座桶锁触发,并且与座桶之间解除锁止关系,这样用户就可以从座桶中拿取或存放物品。
又例如,安装部27可以可拆卸地设置于鞍座主体10的底部。也就是说,相关技术中设置有接触式开关,开关固定于鞍座主体的底部,并且包裹于表皮层内,用户用手触碰鞍座主体的一端向上抬起,这一过程中用户手部会接触并挤压到接触式开关,座桶锁触发,并且与座桶之间解除锁止关系,这样就可以打开座桶。但是,这样设置,当开关损坏需要维修或者更换时,很难将开关从鞍座主体上拆卸下来,而且开关包裹于表皮层内,在拆卸开关之前,需要先破坏表皮层,这样操作性较低,在安装时也比较复杂。在本发明实施例中,安装部27可以从鞍座主体10的底部拆卸下来,当开关200出现问题需要维修或者更换时,可以直接从鞍座主体10的底部将座桶锁开关模块20整体拆卸下来,操作简单方便,而且在安装和拆卸时都不需要破坏鞍座主体10的整体结构,操作性较高,便于生产制造。
另外,开关200为接触式开关。可以理解地,当用户需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,用户会用手触碰鞍座主体10的一端向上抬起,由于开关200设置于鞍座主体10的底部,这一过程中用户手部会接触并挤压到接触式开关时,座桶锁触发,并且与座桶之间解除锁止关系,这样用户就可以从座桶中拿取或存放物品。
如图2-图4所示,开关200为柔性接触式开关,开关200包括:第一导电件21和第二导电件22,第一导电件21与第二导电件22间隔设置,而且第一导电件21与第二导电件22分别连接有导线23,在第二导电件22受压与第一导电件21接触时,第一导电件21与第二导电件22导通。
第一导电件21和第二导电件22可以起到导电的作用,当不需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,第一导电件21与第二导电件22间隔设置,第一导电 件21与第二导电件22之间不导通,当需要从座桶中拿取或存放物品时,用户的手部会接触并挤压接触式开关,由于开关200为柔性接触式开关,这样并且通过导线23与外部连接,从而可以使座桶锁触发,与座桶之间解除锁止关系。如此设置更加合理,而且用户在操作时也会更加简单方便。
其中,如图5所示,安装部27还设置有安装孔220,紧固件30穿设安装孔220,以将安装部27固定于鞍座主体10,或安装部27设置有第一卡接部,鞍座主体10设置有第二卡接部,第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接配合。也就是说,可以通过紧固件30固定的方式将安装部27固定于鞍座主体10,具体地,先在安装部27设置有安装孔220,然后紧固件30穿设安装孔220并且固定于鞍座主体10,从而可以将安装部27固定于鞍座主体10,这样设置安装部27与鞍座主体10之间的安装更加稳固,提升安装部27与鞍座主体10之间的连接可靠性。也可以通过卡接配合的方式将安装部27与鞍座主体10卡接固定,具体地,在安装部27上设置有第一卡接部,鞍座主体10设置有第二卡接部,通过第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接配合使安装部27与鞍座主体10固定,这样设置,第一卡接部与第二卡接部的结构简单,设置方便,而且通过卡接的方式,在安装时更加简单方便,可以提升安装效率。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,第一导电件21和第二导电件22均为导电胶。导电胶的导电性能更好,在第一导电件21和第二导电件22接触时,可以更好地使第一导电件21和第二导电件22之间导通。
此外,根据本发明的一个可选实施例,如图5所示,安装部27设置有第一插接部221,鞍座主体10的底部设置有第二插接部18,第一插接部221与第二插接部18插接配合。通过第一插接部221与第二插接部18插接配合的配合,可以进一步地提升安装部27与鞍座主体10之间的安装牢靠性,而且设置有第一插接部221与第二插接部18,在一定程度上也可以起到导向的作用,使安装部27准确地安装于鞍座主体10上,起到防呆的作用。
具体地,如图1-图4所示,鞍座主体10包括:底板11、发泡层12和表皮层13,发泡层12设置于底板11上,表皮层13包覆在发泡层12上,安装 部27可拆卸地设置于底板11的底部后端,而且安装部27位于表皮层13的下端。底板11主要起到支撑和固定的作用,底板11的一端固定在座桶上,而表皮层13则为鞍座主体10的最外侧的部分,表皮层13包覆在发泡层12上,从而可以包裹鞍座主体10的整体外侧,使鞍座主体10的外形结构更加整体和简洁。安装部27可拆卸地设置于底板11的底部后端,用户可以用手部抬起鞍座主体10的后端,这样可以减小安装部27的设置范围,减少安装部27的设置,而且安装部27位于表皮层13的下端,也就是说,安装部27不需要设置于表皮层13内,也就是安装部27与表皮层13之间,这样在对开关200拆卸维修或者更换时,就不需要破坏表皮层13,操作更加方便,当然,安装部27也可以直接设置于底板11的底部后端,不需要与表皮层13接触。
作为另一示例,在不存在发泡层12的情况下,鞍座主体10还可以包括底板11和表皮层13,表皮层13包覆在底板11上,安装部27可拆卸地设置于底板11的底部后端且位于表皮层13的下端。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,开关200设置有第一粘接平面210,安装部27的底部设置有第二粘接平面222,第一粘接平面210和第二粘接平面222之间设置有粘接胶。将开关200的部分位置设置为第一粘接平面210,而安装部27的底部设置有第二粘接平面222,设置有粘接胶,粘接胶可以设置于第一粘接平面210与第二粘接平面222之间,从而可以使第一粘接平面210粘接于第二粘接平面222,将开关200固定于安装部27上。粘接胶可以为双面胶。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,如图4所示,底板11设置有容纳槽14,座桶锁开关模块20还包括:底座26,安装部27设置于底座26的下部,第一导电件21和第二导电件22设置于安装部27内,底座26设置于容纳槽14内。底座26主要起到固定的作用,在底板11上设置有容纳槽14,并且将底座26设置于容纳槽14内,这样可以固定底座26,从而使座桶锁开关模块20更稳定地设置于底板11上,提升座桶锁开关模块20与底板11的连接可靠性。而安装部27则主要起到安装的作用,安装部27设置于底座26的下部,底座26 可以固定安装部27的位置,而且这样也便于用户的手部触碰并挤压到安装部27,实现座桶锁开关模块20的解锁,另外,安装部27为柔性件,将第一导电件21和第二导电件22设置于安装部27内,当用户手部触碰到安装部27时,安装部27会产生柔性变形,从而会挤压第二导电件22,使第一导电件21和第二导电件22接触,进而使座桶锁触发,与座桶之间解除锁止关系。如此设置更加合理,而且用户在操作时也会更加简单方便。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,如图4所示,底板11的底部(例如,底部边缘处)设置有外挡边15,座桶锁开关模块20的下表面不超出外挡边15的下表面,也即座桶锁开关模块20的下表面所在高度高于外挡边15。在底板11的底部(例如,底部边缘处)设置有外挡边15,这样用户的手部可以握持在外挡边15上,并且可以借用外挡边15用力抬起鞍座主体10。座桶锁开关模块20的下表面不超出外挡边15的下表面,可以理解地,用户在用手部握持外挡边15时,手指可以向座桶锁开关模块20的方向弯折,这样设置符合人体手部的工程学原理,可以更好地触碰并挤压座桶锁开关模块20。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,当然,如图4所示,表皮层13设置有翻边16,翻边16包覆在外挡边15和座桶锁开关模块20上。在表皮层13上设置有翻边16,这样表皮层13可以通过翻边16起到包裹作用,翻边16包覆在外挡边15和座桶锁开关模块20上,这样用户的手部会先作用于表皮层13上,表皮层13通常较为光滑,用户手部的触感也会更好,然后表皮层13再与外挡边15和座桶锁开关模块20接触,用户手部的力作用于外挡边15和座桶锁开关模块20上。
根据本发明的一个可选实施例,此外,如图4所示,容纳槽14的侧壁设置有限位凸起17,限位凸起17朝向容纳槽14内凸出设置,底座26设置有限位凹槽24,限位凹槽24与限位凸起17上下限位配合。在容纳槽14的侧壁上设置有限位凸起17,并且限位凸起17朝向容纳槽14内凸出设置,而底座26设置有限位凹槽24,这样限位凸起17可以配合于限位凹槽24处,限位凹槽24与限位凸起17上下限位配合,如此,可以限制座桶锁开关模块20上下移 位,从而使座桶锁开关模块20更稳定地卡设在容纳槽14处,保证座桶锁开关模块20正常工作。
可选地,如图4所示,底座26的上表面设置有与容纳槽14开口相配合的导向斜面25。在底座26的上表面设置有导向斜面25,导向斜面25具有导向作用,并且导向斜面25与容纳槽14开口相配合,这样座桶锁开关模块20在卡设于容纳槽14时,通过导向斜面25可以更加方便地插入容纳槽14开口处,从而使座桶锁开关模块20卡设于容纳槽14。

当然,如图6所示,开关200连接有第一导线212,第一导线212的端部设置有第一插接头213,鞍座主体10内设置有第二导线214,第二导线214的端部设置有第二插接头215,安装部27设置有第一穿孔,鞍座主体10 设置有第二穿孔19,第一导线212穿设第一穿孔,第二导线214穿设第二穿孔19,第一插接头213与第二插接头215插接配合。
也就是说,开关200的主体部分和第一插接头213分别设置于安装部27的上下两端,安装部27设置有第一穿孔,第一导线212可以穿设第一穿孔,从而可以将开关200的主体部分和第一插接头213连接在一起,同样,控制器和第二插接头215分别设置于鞍座主体10的上下两端,鞍座主体10设置有第二穿孔19,第二导线214可以穿设第二穿孔19,从而可以将控制器和第二插接头215连接在一起,然后将第一插接头213与第二插接头215插接配合,如此,可以将开关200与控制器电连接,从而在开关200受到挤压接触时,控制器收到信号并且发送操作指令,使座桶锁与座桶之间解除锁止关系,实现无感解锁,而且在开关200拆卸时,可以将第一插接头213从第二插接头215上拆卸下来,方便对开关200进行维修或者更换。
除此之外,鞍座主体10内设置有第五卡接部224,第五卡接部224卡接在第一插接头213和/或第二插接头215上。在鞍座主体10内设置有第五卡接部224,第五卡接部224可以对第一插接头213和/或第二插接头215进行卡接,从而使第一插接头213与第二插接头215之间的插接更加稳定,从而可以保证第一插接头213与第二插接头215之间的连接稳定可靠。
根据本发明实施例的电动车,包括:座桶、控制器和以上实施例所述的电动车的鞍座1,座桶设置有座桶锁,控制器与座桶锁相连接,鞍座主体10设置于座桶的顶部,开关200与控制器相连接。具体地,在座桶与鞍座1锁止时,座桶的座桶锁与开关200锁止配合,当用户的手部触碰并挤压到开关200时,会挤压第二导电件22,使第一导电件21和第二导电件22接触,第一导电件21和第二导电件22导通连接,并且通过第一导线212将信息发送到控制器,控制器会对信息做出分析,并发送指令,指令传递到座桶锁和开关200,从而可以使座桶锁和开关200触发,座桶锁与开关200之间解除锁止关系。如此设置,而且用户在操作时会更加简单方便。
在本发明的一些示例中,鞍座主体10内设置有用于检测是否有人乘坐于 鞍座主体10上的检测装置,检测装置与控制器相连接,控制器在该检测装置指示鞍座主体10上无人乘坐,并且座桶锁开关模块20的开关200导通时,控制座桶锁打开。

    座桶锁开关模块,所述座桶锁开关模块包括:开关和安装部,所述开关设置于所述安装部,所述安装部设置于所述鞍座主体的底部,所述开关为接触式开关,以在用户操作所述接触式开关时,使座桶锁解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述安装部还设置有安装孔,紧固件穿设所述安装孔,以将所述安装部固定于所述鞍座主体;或
    所述安装部设置有第一卡接部,所述鞍座主体设置有第二卡接部,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述安装部设置有第一插接部,所述鞍座主体的底部设置有第二插接部,所述第一插接部与所述第二插接部插接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述开关为柔性接触式开关,所述开关包括:第一导电件和第二导电件,所述第一导电件与所述第二导电件间隔设置且分别连接有导线,在所述第二导电件受压与所述第一导电件接触时,所述第一导电件与所述第二导电件导通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述第一导电件和所述第二导电件均为导电胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述鞍座主体包括:底板、发泡层和表皮层,所述发泡层设置于所述底板上,所述表皮层包覆在所述发泡层上,所述座桶锁开关模块可拆卸地设置于所述底板的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述安装部可拆卸设置于所述鞍座主体的底部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述开关设置有第一粘接平面,所述安装部的底部设置有第二粘接平面,所述第一粘接平面和所述第二粘接平面之间设置有粘接胶。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述底板设置有容纳槽,所述座桶锁开关模块还包括:底座,所述安装部设置于所述底座的下部,所述第一导电件和所述第二导电件设置于所述安装部内,所述底座设置于所述容纳槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述底板的底部设置有外挡边,所述座桶锁开关模块的下表面不超出所述外挡边的下表面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述表皮层设置有翻边,所述翻边包覆在所述外挡边和所述座桶锁开关模块上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述容纳槽设置有限位凸起,所述限位凸起朝向所述容纳槽内凸出设置,所述底座设置有限位凹槽,所述限位凹槽与所述限位凸起上下限位配合。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述底座的上表面设置有与所述容纳槽开口相配合的导向斜面。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述开关呈环状且围绕所述底板的底部设置;或
    所述开关为条状且为至少一个,至少一个所述开关设置于所述底板的底部至少一侧边缘。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述开关设置有第三卡接部,所述安装部设置有第四卡接部,所述第四卡接部与所述第三卡接部卡接配合。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述开关连接有第一导线,所述第一导线的端部设置有第一插接头,所述鞍座主体内设置有第二导线,所述第二导线的端部设置有第二插接头,所述安装部设置有第一穿孔,所述鞍座主体设置有第二穿孔,所述第一导线穿设所述第一穿孔,所述第二导线穿设所述第二穿孔,所述第一插接头与所述第二插接头插接配合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电动车的鞍座,其特征在于,所述鞍座主体内设置有第五卡接部,所述第五卡接部卡接在所述第一插接头和/或所述第二 插接头上。
  18. 一种电动车,其特征在于,包括:
    座桶,所述座桶设置有座桶锁;
    控制器,所述控制器与所述座桶锁相连接;
    权利要求1-17中任一项所述的电动车的鞍座,所述鞍座主体设置于所述座桶的顶部,所述开关与所述控制器相连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电动车,其特征在于,所述鞍座主体内设置有用于检测是否有人乘坐于所述鞍座主体上的检测装置,所述检测装置与所述控制器相连接,所述控制器在所述检测装置指示所述鞍座主体上无人乘坐,并且所述开关导通时,控制所述座桶锁打开。
