加样腔31底部的出口311,可设置在加样腔31底部任一位置,可选的,出口311可设置在加样腔31底部中央。
在本发明的另一个可选实施例中,所述加样腔31底部的周缘高于所述出口311处。具体地,加样腔31的底面可设置成弧面形,弧形底在出口311处,或加样腔31的底面可设置成斜平面,斜平面的最底部在出口311处。当采样部111变形,使样本挤出后,样本向低处流,流向设置在加样腔31底部的出口311,使样本流到加样区41。
试纸条40的加样区41位于出口311处,即试纸条40的加样区41可位于出口311内、出口311底部、或经过出口311进入到加样腔31内。试纸条40的加样区41位于出口311内,可使试纸条40更接近采样端11底部的采样部111。更进一步地,试纸条40的加样区41顶面与加样腔31的底面平齐,或加样区41经过出口311进入到加样腔31内时,采样部111可直接与试纸条40的加样区41挤压,使样本直接进入加样区41,使采样部111需要吸收的样本量更少。
采样部111包括设置在所述采样端11底部的吸水物,采集样本时吸水物用于吸收液体类的样本,吸水物由软体材料制成,如海棉、纱布等,设置在采样端11底部,在外力作用下可变形。采样部111可全部由吸水物构成,采样部111还可由安装在采样端11底部的支架及安装在支架上的吸水物构成。
采样棒10固定在盒体上时,采样部111可变形。具体地,采样棒10固定在盒体上时,只需要使采样部111与加样腔31的侧壁和/或底壁干涉,采样部111与加样腔31的侧壁和/或底壁挤压,使采样部111变形。而使采样部111与加样腔31的侧壁和/或底壁干涉,只需要通过设计采样部111和加样腔31的尺寸或设计固定结构的位置尺寸即可。
本发明中,采样棒10的采样部111吸收样本后,将采样棒10固定在盒体上,使采样部111与加样腔31的侧壁和/或底壁挤压进而使采样部111变形,将采样部111吸收的样本逐渐挤压进加样腔31,由于试纸条40的加样区41设置在加样腔31底部的出口311处,加样腔31与试纸条40的加样区41更接近,样本直接进入加样区41,可使加样腔31内的样本全部流到加样区41,而无需预留多余的样本,采样部111需要吸收的样本量也少,因此,可以减小采样部111体积,进而使采样棒10的采样端11整体体积变小。
本发明实施例通过将加样腔31设置在下盖30上,并将试纸条40的加样区41设置在加样腔31的出口311处,使加样腔31与试纸条40的加样区41直接接触,样本与加样区41直接接触,可以使样本的需求量减小,从而使采样棒10的采样部111体积可以减小,进而使采样棒10的采样端11整体体积变小,用户采样时间显著减少,使用时感觉更舒服,提高了用户体验感。
实施例二
如图8所示,在本发明的一个可选实施例中,所述采样棒10的采样端11设置有显示部114,所述采样部111设置在所述显示部114下侧。显示部114用于显示采样部111是否采集了足够的样本,当采样部111采集了足够的样本时,显示部会发出提示指令,例如颜色变化、发出声音或发光等。
具体地,所述显示部包括指示试剂,所述指示试剂遇水后颜色可发生变化。所述指示试剂包含但不限于无水硫酸铜、变色硅胶、变色色素(如柠檬黄),遇水后颜色可发生变化。指示试剂可直接安装在采样棒10内,显示部还可以包括试剂盒,指示试剂放置在试剂盒内,试剂盒安装在采样棒10内。
实施例三
如图5-图7所示,在本发明的一个可选实施例中,所述固定结构包括:
分别设置在所述加样腔31的相对两侧壁上的插孔312和第一弹性倒扣313;
设置在所述采样端11的相对两侧壁的可插入所述插孔312的第一限位插块112和与所述第一弹性倒扣313勾扣配合的限位卡扣113。
本发明实施例中,插孔312可以是加样腔31侧壁上的通孔或盲孔,第一限位插块112可以是采样端11的侧壁上的凸出块,第一限位插块112的外形尺寸略小于插孔312,使第一限位插块112可以插入插孔312内,由插孔312的顶壁限制第一限位插块112的位置。第一弹性倒扣313和限位卡扣113的位置还可以互换,是本发明的等同方案,也是本发明保护的范围。将采样棒10固定在盒体上时,先将第一限位插块112插入插孔312内,再使限位卡扣113放置在加样腔31的侧壁上方,最后用力压采样棒10的手柄端12,使第一弹性倒扣313弹性变形,限位卡扣113卡入第一弹性倒扣313内勾扣配合,从而使采样棒10固定在盒体上。
在本发明的另一个可选实施例中,试纸槽32贯穿加样腔31侧壁,试纸条40可直接从加样腔31上方放入到试纸槽32,方便试纸条40的安装。
实施例四
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,所述固定结构包括:
设置在所述采样端11的相对两侧壁的可插入所述上盖20内侧的第二限位插块和与所述上盖20内侧勾扣配合的第二弹性倒扣。
本实施例中,上盖20内侧起到了实施例三中插孔312和限位卡扣113的作用,上盖20内侧可限制第二限位插块的位置及与第二弹性倒扣勾扣配合。具体使用方式与实施例三相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例五
如图4所示,在本发明的一个可选实施例中,所述加样腔31的顶部平齐所述上盖20顶面或低于所述上盖20顶面。
本实施例中,加样腔31的顶部平齐上盖20顶面或低于上盖20顶面,则加样腔31的顶部未凸出上盖20顶面,上盖20顶面是平整的。上盖20与下盖30的安装,最简单的方式就是通过勾扣配合,将卡钩挤压变形后扣入卡扣内。本发明中,上盖20顶面是平整的,可以使用滚筒碾压的方式,将上盖20与下盖30压合,将卡钩挤压变形后扣入卡扣内勾扣配合,可使用自动化生产设备进行滚筒碾压,无需人工压合,可提高生产效率,节约人工成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种样本采集检测卡,包括盒体和采样棒,盒体包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖与所述下盖之间设置有试纸条,上盖上设有观察窗和进样口,采样棒的一端为采样端,另一端为手柄端,其特征在于,
    所述下盖上设置有加样腔,所述加样腔可容纳所述采样端的采样部,所述加样腔底部设置有出口,所述试纸条的加样区位于所述出口处;
    所述盒体与所述采样棒之间还设置有将所述采样棒固定在所述盒体上的固定结构,所述采样棒固定在所述盒体上时,所述采样部可变形。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述加样腔底部的周缘高于所述出口处。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述试纸条的加样区位于所述出口内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述试纸条的加样区顶面与所述加样腔的底面平齐。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述采样棒的采样端设置有显示部,所述采样部设置在所述显示部下侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述显示部包括指示试剂,所述指示试剂遇水后颜色可发生变化。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述采样部包括设置在所述采样端底部的吸水物。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括:
    分别设置在所述加样腔的相对两侧壁上的插孔和第一弹性倒扣;
    设置在所述采样端的相对两侧壁的可插入所述插孔的第一限位插块和与所述第一弹性倒扣勾扣配合的限位卡扣。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括:
    设置在所述采样端的相对两侧壁的可插入所述上盖内侧的第二限位插块和与所述上盖内侧勾扣配合的第二弹性倒扣。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的样本采集检测卡,其特征在于,所述加样腔的顶部平齐所述上盖顶面或低于所述上盖顶面。
