目前织物的厚度可以通过调节两个针床之间的距离或针筒和针盘之间的距离来控制,且这种厚度改变只会是不同横列的厚度,或利用原料差异形成不同织物片料,增减片料层数自由调整厚度,无法是局部形成凹凸的织物。例如:
中国专利CN102704180A公开了一种针床可在线移动的生产异型间隔织物的双针床经编机,织针采用舌针,舌针被直接嵌在针床上,针床和脱圈板固定在底座上,伺服电机安装在底座的中间位置,并与底座相连;伺服电机与上位机相连,受上位机控制;伺服电机控制底座做前后移动,与此同时也控制了针床和脱圈板的前后移动,以此来改变脱圈板之间的距离,从而来改变织物的厚度;由于前后针床的移动由伺服电机控制,移动精确,变化灵活,在编织每一横列时都可以调整改变前后针床的间距,因此将改善传统间隔织物厚度无法实时调节的缺点。
CN201520275195.0公开了一种可自由调整厚度的经编间隔织物枕头,包括枕芯和枕套,枕芯为多层叠合经编间隔织物枕芯;枕芯是多层相同形状的化纤经编间隔织物片料可拆分叠合连接的叠连枕芯;枕套是由化纤经编间隔织物片料织连的袋状体的经编枕套,经编枕套上设有可封闭该袋状体的拉链;化纤经编间隔织物片料包括化纤经编织成的镂空网格状的面层和底层,面层与底层通过化纤长丝织连层织连,叠连枕芯整体弹性压紧后平贴设置在与其整体轮廓相适配的经编枕套内。不用拆解就可整体水洗清洁处理,结构更简单、成本更低、清洗更方便,透气性更好,可通过增减叠连枕芯中化纤经编间隔织物片料的层数自由调整枕头的厚度,能适用于所有人群的需求。
此外,市场上有针对上述的问题,采用横机编织来实现局部凹凸效应的。例如:中国专利201510993019.5公开了一种具有凹凸效应的不同厚度间隔织物的编织方法,其采用电脑横机织造,通过改变喂入间隔丝的线圈长度来达到在横向和纵向上的不同厚度,从而改变组织 结构来达到的具有多种厚度的间隔,使得此种织物在布面上具有明显的凹凸效应,增添的了织物的立体感。但是该专利还是采用填充方式来实现凹凸效应的,生产成本高,材料报废率高,织物结构稳定性差。
发明内容

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有局部三明治效应的多梳贾卡织物,该织物是由双针床高速贾卡机一体编织而成的,该织物包括面层、底层、编织在该面层与该底层之间的毛高层,该毛高层至少由一把贾卡梳栉垫纱编织而成,该贾卡梳栉在前针床和后针床上垫纱编织形成第一编织区域,该贾卡梳栉在前针床或后针床上垫纱或者不在前后针床垫纱(即纱线悬浮在前针床与后针床之间)编织形成第二编织区域,由于第一编织区域的毛高层的厚度大于第二编织区域的毛高层的厚度,因此,该第一编织区域的厚度大于该第二编织区域的厚度,使得该织物具有局部凹凸感的三明治效应,视觉效果好,结构稳定性强,透气性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种具有局部三明治效果的多梳贾卡织物,包括采用至少具有一把贾卡梳栉的双针床经编机编织而成的织物本体,该织物本体包括面层、底层、编织在该面层与该底层之间的毛高层,该毛高层至少由一把贾卡梳栉垫纱编织而成;该贾卡梳栉包括第一贾卡梳栉,其中,该第一贾卡梳栉在前针床和后针床上垫纱编织形成第一编织区域,该第一贾卡梳栉在前针床上垫纱、在后针床上垫纱、在前针床与后针床之间悬浮垫纱中的一种垫纱编织形成第二编织区域,该第一编织区域的厚度大于该第二编织区域的厚度。

2.本发明中的毛高层也可以由多把贾卡梳栉混合编织而成,使得织物的凹凸层次更加清晰、更加分明、更加丰富。
3.本发明中的毛高层也可以由多把贾卡梳栉通过垫不同的纱线,使得毛高层的厚度各异,从而使得织物的层次感更强、更丰富。

  2. 一种具有局部三明治效果的多梳贾卡织物,其特征在于,包括采用至少具有一把贾卡梳栉的双针床经编机编织而成的织物本体,该织物本体包括面层、底层、编织在该面层与该底层之间的毛高层,该毛高层至少由一把贾卡梳栉垫纱编织而成;该贾卡梳栉包括第一贾卡梳栉,其中,

    在第一编织区域时,该第三贾卡梳栉的垫纱方式为在前针床和后针床上垫纱、在前针床上垫纱、在后针床上垫纱、在前针床与后针床之间悬浮垫纱中的一种;
    在第二编织区域时,该第三贾卡梳栉的垫纱方式在前针床和后针床上垫纱、在前针床上垫纱、在后针床上垫纱、在前针床与后针床之间悬浮垫纱中的一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有局部三明治效果的多梳贾卡织物,其特征在于,该贾卡梳栉还包括第四贾卡梳栉,其中,
    在第一编织区域时,该第四贾卡梳栉的垫纱方式为在前针床和后针床上垫纱、在前针床上垫纱、在后针床上垫纱、在前针床与后针床之间悬浮垫纱中的一种;
    在第二编织区域时,该第四贾卡梳栉的垫纱方式在前针床和后针床上垫纱、在前针床上 垫纱、在后针床上垫纱、在前针床与后针床之间悬浮垫纱中的一种。

  7. 根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的具有局部三明治效果的多梳贾卡织物,其特征在于,该第二贾卡梳栉、第三贾卡梳栉、第四贾卡梳栉垫纱的纱线均与该第一贾卡梳栉垫纱的纱线一致。
  8. 根据权利要求3-5中任意一项所述的具有局部三明治效果的多梳贾卡织物,其特征在于,该第二贾卡梳栉、第三贾卡梳栉、第四贾卡梳栉垫纱的纱线均与该第一贾卡梳栉垫纱的纱线不一致。
