  • the control unit (40) is a microprocessor which provides process sequencing of the beverage cooking vending machine (10) and which provides driving thereof electronically. Shaking duration, shaking speed and shaking intensity of the cooking vessel (25) can be adjusted by means of the control unit (40). This adjustment process can be predefined to the control unit (40) by the user.
  • At least one first sensor (30) is positioned on the cooking vessel (25) in the beverage cooking vending machine (10).
  • Said first sensor (30) is essentially a temperature sensor and enables tracking of reaching of the cooking vessel (25) to predetermined temperature.
  • the control unit (40) can apply different shaking characteristics at different temperatures. In case the beverage is Vietnamese coffee, shaking process can be applied up to predetermined temperature and the shaking process can be stopped after said predetermined temperature.
  • Said second sensor (31) is a level sensor and senses the level of the water required for formation of the beverage. Water is filled into the cooking vessel (25) such that the amount of water is for one drink by a flow-meter (not shown in the figures).

Additionally, the beverage powder particles, scattered around in the cooking vessel (25), can be included back to the liquid mixture.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne au moins un distributeur automatique à cuisson de boissons (10) destiné à fournir une cuisson de boisson et à la rendre prête à la consommation, et comprenant au moins un récipient de cuisson (25) dans lequel la poudre de boisson et l'eau peuvent être placées et au moins un élément chauffant (24) positionné à proximité dudit récipient de cuisson (25) et qui est destiné à cuire le mélange de boisson présent dans le récipient de cuisson (25). L'amélioration de l'invention réside dans le fait que pour mélanger la poudre de boisson et l'eau dans le récipient de cuisson (25), le distributeur automatique à cuisson de boissons (10) de la présente invention comprend au moins un élément d'entraînement (26) qui peut faire tourner le récipient de cuisson (25) selon au moins un axe de rotation (I) de manière au moins partiellement répétitive, et au moins une unité de commande (40) associée audit élément d'entraînement (26) destinée à commander ledit élément d'entraînement (26).
