Abstract

El protector flotante o integrado como calzoncillo para incontinencia moderada, es un mejoramiento del sistema de protectores y toallas tanto desechables como reutilizables, para la incontinencia leve y moderada en hombres o en mujeres. Este protector contiene múltiples ventajas, por ejemplo, al ser reusable, amigable del medio ambiente permite disminuir la huella del carbono en el planeta, o también, al poseer un solo punto de unión el protector es mucho más fácil de poner y quitar, más cómodo y ventilado. Al comprender una capa casi suelta, el protector permite una mayor interacción con el aire, y también, rompe con la continuidad del camino de una gota de orina hacia el exterior, permitiendo ser más seguro al evitar con mayor eficacia los accidentes de gotas de orina en el pantalón.

PROTECTOR FLOTANTE O INTEGRADO COMO CALZONCILLO PARA INCONTINENCIA MODERADA
CAMPO TÉCNICO
Este modelo de utilidad está relacionado con los protectores tipo toalla para incontinencia, tanto en hombres como en mujeres.
ANTECEDENTES
En la actualidad existen los protectores tipo toalla diarios y desechadles, calzoncillos para incontinencias ligeras y leves, hasta pinzas prensadoras del pene, capsulas y bolsas recolectoras de orina, en casos más críticos.
SUMARIO DEL MODELO DE UTILIDAD
El protector flotante o integrado como calzoncillo para incontinencia moderada, es un dispositivo conformado en su mayor extensión por un trapezoide (1 ), que es un cuerpo absorbente, donde en su extremo superior se halla una extensión, doblez o solapa (12), hacia adentro, donde el trapezoide (1 ) está totalmente libre, a excepción de un solo punto de unión, siendo usado un punto de unión septentrional (2), cuando se ponga una camisa por fuera, o un punto de unión meridional (3), cuando se pose por dentro la camisa. Dicha unión puede ser fija, por una costura de acople (15), o por una abrochadura portátil (4), consistente en dos piezas que encajan, una hembra (5), y un macho (6), además de una mordaza de cierre y expansión (10), que cuando entra el macho, lo muerde o aprieta, al soltar la mordaza de cierre (10), manteniendo unida los dos componentes; el macho (6) tiene en el vástago o puntilla (7), una rosca (8), o filetes o puntas (9), con el fin de asegurarse firmemente a la mordaza de cierre (10), o a la rosca tipo tuerca (14) en su reemplazo, sin riesgo a que la abrochadura portátil (4) se abra bajo ninguna circunstancia. BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
El aspecto del sistema o mejora según el modelo de utilidad será descrito a continuación, con referencia a los dibujos adjuntos en donde:

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DEL MODELO DE UTILIDAD
El protector flotante o integrado como calzoncillo, para incontinencia moderada, es un mejoramiento del sistema de protectores y toallas tanto desechadles como reutilizables, para la incontinencia leve y moderada en hombres o en mujeres. Este protector contiene múltiples ventajas, por ejemplo, al ser reusable, amigable del medio ambiente permite disminuir la huella del carbono en el planeta, o también, al poseer un solo punto de unión el protector es mucho más fácil de poner y quitar, más cómodo y ventilado. Al comprender una capa casi suelta, el protector permite una mayor interacción con el aire, y también, rompe con la continuidad del camino de una gota de orina hacia el exterior, permitiendo ser más seguro al evitar con mayor eficacia los accidentes de gotas de orina en el pantalón. Además, es mucho más económico por su menor tamaño, y requiriere de menos materiales, al proteger la ropa interior, haciéndola más durable. Su forma similar a un trapecio isósceles con bordes redondeados se acomoda a la forma de la entrepierna y del pubis, por debajo, así como también se acomoda por encima de la bolsa del pantaloncillo, por lo que, su postura es paralela a esta. Siendo este protector de tela elástica y contratóle, se ajusta contra el cuerpo del usuario, con lo que supera y evita el adhesivo usado en algunos protectores comerciales.
El protector está conformado en su mayor extensión por el trapezoide (1 ), que comprende un cuerpo absorbente de poliuretano hipoalergénico u otro material, suave, flexible, indeformable, y de cavidades o burbujas de aire que retienen y exhiben la humedad atrapada en ella, para su posterior evaporación. Dicho trapezoide (1 ) está envuelto en tela traspirable por ambas caras, pudiendo tener en su extremo superior una extensión de tipo doblez o solapa (12), hacia adentro, con longitud hasta el 50% de la del trapezoide (1 ), cuya finalidad es la de encajar en la parte alta del pene, generando mayor protección. El cuerpo de dicho trapezoide (1 ), se encuentra completamente libre y sin ataduras o bandas de adhesión con el calzoncillo, a excepción de un solo punto de unión o dos, ubicados en cualquier lugar de este. Un punto de unión denominado septentrional (2) se encuentra dentro del 30% de longitud del borde superior y el otro punto de unión, denominado meridional (3), se encuentra en el borde inferior hacia y hasta el centro, el cual, consiste en un trazo aplanado, o sin cuerpo absorbente, o con un pequeño agujero para ser identificable y fácilmente ajustable. Se usa el septentrional (2), cuando la camisa va por fuera, por lo que queda suelto en la parte baja, por otro lado, se usa el meridional (3) cuando la camisa va por dentro, es decir, queda suelto en la parte alta, por lo que, la camisa en su punta inferior encaja entre la cara externa del trapezoide (11 ), y la ropa interior, evitando así manchar la camisa. Además, en esta posición, se mantiene firme, ajustada y más cómoda contra la parte baja del abdomen, en contraposición. En este caso, con el sistema convencional de protector desechadle, al estar unido totalmente a la cara interna del pantaloncillo, el extremo de la camisa queda por fuera del mismo y, por ende, distendido, abombado, arrugado y poco ajustado. Esto permite estar solo apretado por la pretina del pantalón y el cinturón, dando un muy mal aspecto al vestir. Los puntos de unión (2) o (3), permiten posicionar y ensamblar la abrochadura portátil (4), que no es más que un broche militar, consistente en dos piezas que encajan, la hembra (5), y el macho (6), cuya función es punzar, atravesar y contener los textiles de interés. Además, de ser una mordaza de cierre y expansión (10), que cuando entra el macho, lo muerde o aprieta, al soltar la mordaza de cierre (10), manteniendo unida los dos componentes y entre ellos, primero la tela de la ropa interior y segundo la tela o lámina que compone el trapezoide (1 ), en su defecto puede ir la hembra imán (13), como alternativa de sellado o de cerrojo. El macho (6), tiene en el vástago o puntilla (7), una rosca tipo tornillo (8), o filetes o puntas (9), con el fin de asegurarse firmemente a la mordaza de cierre (10), o a la rosca tipo tuerca (14), en su reemplazo, sin riesgo a que la abrochadura portátil (4) se abra bajo ninguna circunstancia. También, puede presentar opcionalmente la costura de acople (15), en reemplazo del punto de unión (2), o (3), con su respectiva abrochadura portátil (4) integrada, para luego configurar la prenda intima o calzoncillo con un accesorio fijo, pues estos van cocidos, o también semifijo con la abrochadura sujeta (16), que se compone de macho sujeto (17), o hembra sujeta (18), que van unidos, cocidos o pegados, con broche de presión, velero u otro, al trapezoide (1 ), o calzoncillo indistinto en cada cual, con lo que el fabricante de ropa interior puede integrarlo de esta otra forma.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Un protector flotante o integrado como calzoncillo, para incontinencia moderada, configurado por un trapezoide (1 ) y por una abrochadura portátil (4), caracterizado por una solapa (12) con punto de unión septentrional (2) y/o meridional (3), entrepuesto por la abrochadura portátil (4), compuesta por la hembra (5) y el macho (6), o fijado por la costura de acople (15), o por abrochadura sujeta (16).
2. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque la solapa (12), hacia adentro, tiene una longitud hasta el 50% del trapezoide (1 ).
3. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque tiene 2 únicos puntos de unión, el septentrional (2) y el meridional (3).
4. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, caracterizado porque el único punto de unión septentrional (2) está ubicado hasta un 30% en longitud, del borde superior hacia y hasta el centro, con su respectiva abrochadura portátil (4), integrada.

El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, caracterizado porque el único punto de unión meridional (2) está ubicado hasta un 30% en longitud, del borde inferior hacia y hasta el centro, con su respectiva abrochadura portátil (4), integrada.
6. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 , 4 y 5, caracterizado porque el calzoncillo está unido a trapezoide (1 ) por la costura de acople (15) en punto de unión meridional (2) o septentrional (3).

7. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 6, caracterizado porque la abrochadura sujeta (16) está compuesta por macho sujeto (17) y hembra sujeta (18), unidos cada uno a trapezoide (1 ) o calzoncillo.
8. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el macho (6) tiene en el vástago o puntilla (7) una rosca tipo tornillo (8).
9. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque la hembra (5) tiene una rosca tipo tuerca (14).
10. El protector flotante para incontinencia moderada o integrado como calzoncillo según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque el macho (6) tiene en el vástago o puntilla (7) una punta o filete (9).
