技术领域
本发明涉及一种暖手宝,具体涉及一种可连续调温式暖手宝。
背景技术
暖手宝是人们在秋冬寒冷季节常用的暖手用具。目前,市面上的暖手宝种类繁多,但大都是在加热体中设置一块加热板,然后采用220V的交流电进行充电加热,充好后拔掉电源即可使用
然而,这种传统的暖手宝存在着以下不足之处。它的温度是单一设定的,不能根据消费者的个人要求进行调节。同时,暖手宝的温度很快会降低下来,如果加热板坏了,就不能继续使用,给使用者带来了不便,使用也不够安全且浪费资源。此外,一般的暖手宝采用保暖面料制成,内部采用电加热或者是电热暖水袋进行加热保温。一般的电暖式暖手宝的加热时间一般为5至15分钟,电磁加热或者电暖水袋的缺点是功耗大,具有容易爆炸的危险性,也不能实现温度的自动控制,容易导致温度过高,进而导致烧伤事件的发生。
发明内容
针对如上所述的技术问题,本发明旨在提出一种可连续调温式暖手宝,该可连续调温式暖手宝能够根据需要对温度进行自由连续调节,且能够实时反馈温度和电量信息。
为此,根据本发明提出了一种暖手宝,包括:主壳体;对称扣合在所述主壳体的上下表面的导热外壳,在各所述导热外壳与所述主壳体之间分别设有加热片;设置在所述主壳体内的电池;布置在所述主壳体内的电路主板,所述电路主板上集成有主芯片,且所述电路主板设有用于调节温度的第一开关和第二开关;以及 数字显示屏幕;其中,通过所述第一开关和所述第二开关能够控制所述主芯片连续调节所述加热片的温度,并通过所述数字显示屏幕实时反馈温度信息和电量信息。
在一个实施例中,所述暖手宝能够在30℃-60℃范围内连续调节。
在一个实施例中,所述第一开关与所述主芯片连接,所述第一开关能够控制所述暖手宝开启或关闭,并能够控制所述主芯片调节所述加热片温度升高。
在一个实施例中,在所述电路主板上还集成有电源芯片,所述第二开关分别与所述电源芯片和所述主芯片连接,所述第二开关能够控制所述电源芯片开启或关闭,并能够控制所述主芯片调节所述加热片温度降低。
在一个实施例中,所述电路主板设有充放电接口,所述充放电接口与所述电源芯片连接。
在一个实施例中,所述电路主板上还集成有第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器和第三温度传感器,所述第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器分别用于检测上下加热片的温度,所述第三温度传感器用于检测所述电源芯片的温度。
在一个实施例中,所述电路主板上还集成有锂电保护芯片,用于保护所述电池。

根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝能够连续调节温度,并能够通过加热片快速加热,从而快速调节至所需温度,温度调节效率高。并且,该可连续调温式暖手宝具备暖手宝和移动电源二合一功能,不仅携带方便,而且能够为其他电子产品充电,适用性强。可连续调温式暖手宝加热均匀,非常有利于增强其取暖效果。此外,该可连续调温式暖手宝的电池设有锂电保护芯片,且主壳体和导热外壳的材料均为阻燃材料,或在其表面设有阻燃层,可连续调温式暖手宝防火达到V0级别,从而能够保证可连续调温式暖手宝安全发热,安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图来对本发明进行介绍。
图1显示了根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100的结构。如图1所示,可连续调温式暖手宝100包括主壳体1、设置在主壳体1的外表面上的导热外壳2、设置在主壳体1与导热外壳2之间的加热片3、设置在主壳体1的内部的电池4、布置在主壳体1内的电路主板5,以及数字显示屏幕6。在电路主板5上集成有主芯片51,且电路主板5设有用于调节温度的第一开关52和第二开关53。在使用时,通过所第一开关52和第二开关53能够控制主芯片51连续调节加热片3的温度,从而能够连续调节暖手宝稳定,并通过数字显示屏幕6实时反馈温度信息和电量信息。
根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100能够实现在30℃-60℃的范围内连续调节。可连续调温式暖手宝100能够实现3秒快速加热,并在30-60℃(86-140°F)温度的温度范围内自由连续调节,快速达到想要的温度。
在本发明的上下文中,用语“连续调温”是指针对温度的固定步长的调节。例如,每次调节使温度升高或降低一个固定值,例如0.5度、1度、2度,等等。
如图2所示,主壳体1构造成包括两个扣合在一起的上壳体11和下壳体12。在一个实施例中,上壳体11和下壳体12通过卡扣形成适配连接。在上壳体11和下壳体12内部形成了内部腔体,电池4和电路主板5均布置在内部腔体内,且电路主板处于电池4的一端。
根据本发明,如图3所示,在主壳体1的表面设有安装槽112,加热片3嵌入式安装在安装槽112内。加热片3与主芯片51连接,通过主芯片51能够控制加热片3加热或降温。优选地,安装槽112对应设置在上壳体11和下壳体12的中部区域。由此,在主壳体1的上下表面分别设有加热片3。
在一个实施例中,导热外壳2通过卡扣与主壳体1形成适配卡合,从而安装在主壳体1的外部,并使得加热片3与主壳体1和导热外壳2压紧接触。加热片3能够通电加热,并将产生的热量传递给主壳体1和导热外壳2,由此通过暖手宝的外表面能够均匀取暖。
在一个实施例中,主壳体1和/或导热外壳2的材料均为阻燃材料,具有足够的阻燃系数,使可连续调温式暖手宝100防火达到V0级别。在又一个实施例中,在安装槽112和导热外壳2的表面均设有阻燃层,进一步使可连续调温式暖手宝100防火达到V0级别。本发明提供的暖手宝安全发热。可连续调温式暖手宝100产品通过CE、PSE、FCC、ROHS质量检测认证,安全可靠。
为了便于暖手,可以将暖手宝的外部轮廓根据人体工学进行设计。例如可以将主壳体1构造成方便拿取的椭球体。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,电路主板5构造成半圆形。主芯片51集成在电路主板5上。第一开关52设置在电路主板5的径向侧部,且与主芯片连51接。第一开关52能够控制可连续调温式暖手宝100开启或关闭,并能够在可连续调温式暖手宝100开启状态下,控制主芯片51调节加热片3加热升温,从而调高可连续调温式暖手宝100的温度。
根据本发明,在电路主板5上还集成有电源芯片54。第二开关53也设置在电路主板5的径向侧部。优选地,第二开关53与第一开关52对称分布于两侧。第二开关53分别与电源芯片54和主芯片51连接,第二开关53能够控制电源芯片54开启或关闭,并能够在可连续调温式暖手宝100开启状态下,控制主芯片51调节加热片3降温,以降低可连续调温式暖手宝100的温度。
当通过第二开关控制电源芯片54开启时,可连续调温式暖手宝100可以作为移动电源,用于给手机、电脑、平板等电子产品进行充电。
根据本发明,电路主板5还设有充放电接口55,充放电接口55与电源芯片54连接。优选地,充放电接口55设置在第一开关52与第二开关53之间。通过充放电接口55对电池4进行充电,并在将可连续调温式暖手宝100作为移动电源时通过充放电接口55放电而对其他电子产品进行充电。充放电接口55例如可以为USB Type C输入输出接口。
根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100的工作时间为4-8H,充电时间2-3H,其采用主芯片51和电源芯片54形成双A级电芯,且电池4能够循环500次以上,确保了可连续调温式暖手宝100的使用寿命。由此,该可连续调温式暖手宝 100具备暖手宝和移动电源二合一功能,带有USB Type C输入输出接口,并能够通过配合Type C-Usb A转接头,可方便地为手机或平板电脑充电,兼容安卓手机和iPhone,适用范围广。
在本实施例中,在主壳体1的对应于第一开关52、第二开关53的侧壁上分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔。在第一通孔和第二通孔中分别安装有控制按钮,通过控制按钮分别控制第一开关52、第二开关53。在主壳体1的对应于充放电接口55的侧壁上设有第三通孔,充放电接口55设置在第三通孔中。
在本实施例中,在电路主板5上还集成有第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器和第三温度传感器(未在图中示出)。第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器分别用于检测设置在主壳体1的上下表面的加热片3的温度,第三温度传感器用于检测电源芯片54的温度,并将检测的温度信息传输至数字显示屏幕6,从而通过数字显示屏幕6实时反馈温度信息。
同时,电源芯片54与数字显示屏幕6信号连接,通过数字显示屏幕6能够实时反馈电池电量。
根据本发明,在一个实施例中,在电路主板5上还集成有锂电保护芯片10,用于保护电池4。
根据本发明的一个实施例,数字显示屏幕6设有透明保护罩61,用于对数字显示屏幕6进行保护。如图2和图3所示,在主壳体1上设有对应的第一贯穿孔111,在导热外壳2上设有对应的第二贯穿孔21,透明保护罩61依次穿过主壳体1和导热外壳2上对应的第一贯穿孔111和第二贯穿孔21。
根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100尤其适合在钓鱼、远足、露营、滑雪、旅行等户外运动时使用。根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100还适合有需要的特殊群体,例如雷诺关节炎患者,其能够在寒冷条件下有效取暖。
根据本发明的可连续调温式暖手宝100能够连续调节温度,并能够通过加热片3快速加热,从而快速调节至所需温度,温度调节效率高。并且,该可连续调温式暖手宝100具备暖手宝和移动电源二合一功能,不仅携带方便,而且能够为其他电子产品充电,适用性强。可连续调温式暖手宝100加热均匀,非常有利于增强其取暖效果。此外,该可连续调温式暖手宝100的电池4设有锂电保护芯片10,且主壳体1和导热外壳2的材料均为阻燃材料,或在其表面设有阻燃层,可连续调温式暖手宝100防火达到V0级别,从而能够保证可连续调温式暖手宝100安全发热,安全性高。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种暖手宝,其特征在于,包括:
    主壳体(1);
    对称扣合在所述主壳体的上下表面的导热外壳(2),在各所述导热外壳与所述主壳体之间分别设有加热片(3);
    设置在所述主壳体内的电池(4);
    布置在所述主壳体内的电路主板(5),所述电路主板上集成有主芯片(51),且所述电路主板设有用于调节温度的第一开关(52)和第二开关(53);以及
    数字显示屏幕(6);
    其中,通过所述第一开关和所述第二开关能够控制所述主芯片连续调节所述加热片的温度,并通过所述数字显示屏幕实时反馈温度信息和电量信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述可连续调温式暖手宝能够在30℃-60℃范围内连续调节。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述第一开关与所述主芯片连接,所述第一开关能够控制所述可连续调温式暖手宝开启或关闭,并能够控制所述主芯片调节所述加热片温度升高。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,在所述电路主板上还集成有电源芯片(54),所述第二开关分别与所述电源芯片和所述主芯片连接,所述第二开关能够控制所述电源芯片开启或关闭,并能够控制所述主芯片调节所述加热片温度降低。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述电路主板设有充放电接口(55),所述充放电接口与所述电源芯片连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述电路主板上还集成有第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器和第三温度传感器,所述第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器分别用于检测上下加热片的温度,所述第三温度传感器用于检测所述电源芯片的温度。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述电路主板上还集成有锂电保护芯片(10),用于保护所述电池。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,在所述主壳体的表面设有安装槽(112),所述加热片嵌入式安装在所述安装槽内,
    所述加热片与所述主壳体和所述导热外壳压紧接触,所述加热片能够加热并将热量传递给所述主壳体和所述导热外壳。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述主壳体与所述导热外壳形成的整体的外部轮廓为椭球体。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的暖手宝,其特征在于,所述数字显示屏幕设有透明保护罩(61),所述透明保护罩穿过所述主壳体和对应的所述导热外壳。
