请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,包括清洁框架1,清洁框架1的顶部一端设置有清洁槽11,清洁槽11的一侧设置有杀菌清洗槽12,杀菌清洗槽12的一侧设置有除菌槽13,清洁槽11的内部设置有清洁机构2,杀菌清洗槽12的内部设置有除污机构3,除菌槽13的顶部设置有制热杀菌机构4。
清洁机构2包括与清洁槽11顶部边侧固定连接的第一电动伸缩杆201,第一电动伸缩杆201的伸缩端与固定框架202的边侧底端固定连接,固定框架202的顶部固定连接有放置网板203,放置网板203的中部固定连接有固定板204,清洁框架1内部两侧与固定板204的位置相对处均固定连接有第二电动伸缩杆205,第二电动伸缩杆205的伸缩端固定连接有夹块206,清洁槽11内部的底端和两侧均固定连接有超声波振子头207,清洁槽11的底端通过第一消毒液连接管与第一水泵208的出水口贯通连接,第一水泵208的进水口通过第二消毒液连接管209与储存箱2091的一侧贯通连接,清洁槽11的底端固定连接超声波发生器14。
具体使用时,首先将手术机械放置到放置网板203的表面,然后通过设置的第一电动伸缩杆201的伸缩带动固定框架202在清洁槽11的内进行升降,便于消毒液能够对放置网板203上的手术器械能够彻底的清洁,在杀菌清洁的过程中,为了避免口腔手术器械发生掉落,通过固定框架202和固定板204边侧设置的第二电动伸缩杆205的伸缩推动夹块206对口腔手术器械机械进行夹取固定,便于固定框架202上的口腔器械能够稳定的清洁,通过设置的超声波发生器14和清洁槽11内部底端和两侧设置的超声波振子头207便于对放置网板203顶部的口腔器械进行超声波清理,使得器械的表面能够快速的进行清理,杀菌处理。
除污机构3包括与杀菌清洗槽12的内部边侧固定连接的第一电动液压杆301,第一电动液压杆301的伸缩端固定连接有安装座302,安装座302的一侧两端活动连接有转动轴杆303,每根转动轴杆303的顶部与安装座302顶部的驱动电机305的传动端传动连接,转动轴杆303的外侧设置有清理毛刷,另两侧杀菌清洗槽12的内部两端固定连接有支撑座306,支撑座306之间设置有导向杆308,导向杆308之间设置有丝杆3092,丝杆3092的一端与支撑座306的一侧固定连接的第一伺服电机3093传动连接,丝杆3092的外侧螺纹连接有移动座3091,移动座3091的一侧安装有安装架309,安装架309的一侧设置有清理滚筒307,清理滚筒307的顶端设置有第二伺服电机304。
具体使用时,在对口腔器械机械进行除污时,通过杀菌清洗槽12内部的两个第一电动液压杆301的伸缩便于推动安装座302上的转动轴杆303相互靠近,通过设置的驱动电机305的转动带动转动轴杆303外侧的清理毛刷对口腔器械进行转动清理,然后通过支撑座306上的第一伺服电机3093的转动带动丝杆3092上的移动座3091进行水平的左右移动,通过移动座3091上安装架309上的清理滚筒307与第二伺服电机304的配合,便于清理滚筒307进行水平转动左右滑动对口腔器械进行清理。
还包括杀菌清洗槽12的顶端两侧固定连接的第二电动液压杆501,第二电动液压杆501的伸缩端固定连接有移动框架502,移动框架502的顶部一端设置有第四伺服电机503,第四伺服电机503的传动端固定连接有螺纹杆504,螺纹杆504的两侧设置有引导杆505,螺纹杆504的外侧穿插连接有滑动座5051,滑动座5051之间设置有横板506,横板506的顶部固定连接有若干个喷头507,杀菌清洗槽12的底部固定连接有水箱509,水箱509的一侧通过输送管与输水泵508进液口贯通连接,输水泵508的出液口通过输送管与水箱509一侧贯通连接。
具体使用时,通过设置的第二电动液压杆501的伸缩推动移动框架502 进行水平高度的调节,使得移动框架502一端的第四伺服电机503的转动带动螺纹杆504上的滑动座5051进行滑动便于横板506上的喷头507进行水平的滑动喷射,对杀菌清洗槽12内部的口腔器械进行清洗处理,通过设置的输水泵508将水箱509内部的水分输送到若干个喷头507对杀菌清洗槽12内部的口腔器械进行彻底的清洗。
制热杀菌机构4包括与除菌槽13的顶部边侧固定连接的第三电动液压杆401,第三电动液压杆401的伸缩端固定连接有固定壳体402,固定壳体402的顶部固定连接有两个第三伺服电机403,两个第三伺服电机403的传动端固定连接有驱动扇叶404,固定壳体402的两端固定连接有高温蒸发器405,除菌槽13内部一侧设置有紫外线杀菌灯406,除菌槽13的边侧固定连接有制热风机407,制热风机407的一侧设置有排风口408。
具体使用时,在对除菌槽13内部的口腔器械进行高温清洁处理时,在对将器械放置到除菌槽13的内部时,通过设置的第三电动液压杆401的伸缩便于带动固定壳体402与除菌槽13进行闭合,同时通过设置的两个第三伺服电机403的转动带动驱动扇叶404进行转动,同时通过设置的高温蒸发器405对除菌槽13内部的口腔器械进行高温杀菌处理,同时通过设置的紫外线杀菌灯406对除菌槽13内部的口腔器械进行除菌。
清洁框架1的外侧粘贴有除菌层。
清洁框架1的边侧安装有操控箱。
清洁槽11的底端安装有第一排液管道,第一排液管道的顶部固定连接有第一排液阀,清洁框架1的底端四个边角均固定连接有混轮。
清洁框架1的一侧固定连接有单片机,单片机的外侧设置有保护壳。
第一电动伸缩杆201、第二电动伸缩杆205、第一水泵208、第一电动液压杆301、第二伺服电机304、驱动电机305、第一伺服电机3093、第三电动液压杆401、第三伺服电机403、高温蒸发器405、紫外线杀菌灯406、第二 电动液压杆501、第四伺服电机503和输水泵508均通过单片机与外接电源电性连接。

  1. 一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,包括清洁框架(1),其特征在于,所述清洁框架(1)的顶部一端设置有清洁槽(11),所述清洁槽(11)的一侧设置有杀菌清洗槽(12),所述杀菌清洗槽(12)的一侧设置有除菌槽(13),所述清洁槽(11)的内部设置有清洁机构(2),所述杀菌清洗槽(12)的内部设置有除污机构(3),所述除菌槽(13)的顶部设置有制热杀菌机构(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述清洁机构(2)包括与清洁槽(11)顶部边侧固定连接的第一电动伸缩杆(201),所述第一电动伸缩杆(201)的伸缩端与固定框架(202)的边侧底端固定连接,所述固定框架(202)的顶部固定连接有放置网板(203),所述放置网板(203)的中部固定连接有固定板(204),所述清洁框架(1)内部两侧与固定板(204)的位置相对处均固定连接有第二电动伸缩杆(205),所述第二电动伸缩杆(205)的伸缩端固定连接有夹块(206),所述清洁槽(11)内部的底端和两侧均固定连接有超声波振子头(207),所述清洁槽(11)的底端通过第一消毒液连接管与第一水泵(208)的出水口贯通连接,所述第一水泵(208)的进水口通过第二消毒液连接管(209)与储存箱(2091)的一侧贯通连接,所述清洁槽(11)的底端固定连接超声波发生器(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述除污机构(3)包括与杀菌清洗槽(12)的内部边侧固定连接的第一电动液压杆(301),所述第一电动液压杆(301)的伸缩端固定连接有安装座(302),所述安装座(302)的一侧两端活动连接有转动轴杆(303),每根所述转动轴杆(303)的顶部与安装座(302)顶部的驱动电机(305)的传动端传动连接,所述转动轴杆(303)的外侧设置有清理毛刷,另两侧所述杀菌清洗槽(12)的内部两端固定连接有支撑座(306),所述支撑座(306)之间设置有导向杆(308),所述导向杆(308)之间设置有丝杆(3092), 所述丝杆(3092)的一端与支撑座(306)的一侧固定连接的第一伺服电机(3093)传动连接,所述丝杆(3092)的外侧螺纹连接有移动座(3091),所述移动座(3091)的一侧安装有安装架(309),所述安装架(309)的一侧设置有清理滚筒(307),所述清理滚筒(307)的顶端设置有第二伺服电机(304)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:还包括所述杀菌清洗槽(12)的顶端两侧固定连接的第二电动液压杆(501),所述第二电动液压杆(501)的伸缩端固定连接有移动框架(502),所述移动框架(502)的顶部一端设置有第四伺服电机(503),所述第四伺服电机(503)的传动端固定连接有螺纹杆(504),所述螺纹杆(504)的两侧设置有引导杆(505),所述螺纹杆(504)的外侧穿插连接有滑动座(5051),所述滑动座(5051)之间设置有横板(506),所述横板(506)的顶部固定连接有若干个喷头(507),所述杀菌清洗槽(12)的底部固定连接有水箱(509),所述水箱(509)的一侧通过输送管与输水泵(508)进液口贯通连接,所述输水泵(508)的出液口通过输送管与水箱(509)一侧贯通连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述制热杀菌机构(4)包括与除菌槽(13)的顶部边侧固定连接的第三电动液压杆(401),所述第三电动液压杆(401)的伸缩端固定连接有固定壳体(402),所述固定壳体(402)的顶部固定连接有两个第三伺服电机(403),两个所述第三伺服电机(403)的传动端固定连接有驱动扇叶(404),所述固定壳体(402)的两端固定连接有高温蒸发器(405),所述除菌槽(13)内部一侧设置有紫外线杀菌灯(406),所述除菌槽(13)的边侧固定连接有制热风机(407),所述制热风机(407)的一侧设置有排风口(408)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述清洁框架(1)的外侧粘贴有除菌层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述清洁框架(1)的边侧安装有操控箱。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述清洁槽(11)的底端安装有第一排液管道,所述第一排液管道的顶部固定连接有第一排液阀,所述清洁框架(1)的底端四个边角均固定连接有混轮。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述清洁框架(1)的一侧固定连接有单片机,所述单片机的外侧设置有保护壳。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种口腔科器械的专用清洁消毒机器,其特征在于:所述第一电动伸缩杆(201)、第二电动伸缩杆(205)、第一水泵(208)、第一电动液压杆(301)、第二伺服电机(304)、驱动电机(305)、第一伺服电机(3093)、第三电动液压杆(401)、第三伺服电机(403)、高温蒸发器(405)、紫外线杀菌灯(406)、第二电动液压杆(501)、第四伺服电机(503)和输水泵(508)均通过单片机与外接电源电性连接。
