背景技术
空气过滤器是通过多孔过滤材料的作用从气固两相流中捕集粉尘,并使气体得以净化的设备。它把含尘量低的空气净化处理后送入室内,以保证洁净房间的工艺要求和一般空调房间内的空气洁净度。现有的空气过滤器一般是一体式制成,整体不可拆卸,导致其占用空间较大,运输困难,而且不便于更换。尤其是过滤网容易积储较多的粉尘,长期使用后需要清洗或者更换,其一体式的结构就造成过滤网难以清洗,需要整个过滤器拆卸下来一起清理,容易导致过滤网破损,而一旦过滤网不能捕集粉尘,就需要把整个过滤器进行更换,大大增加了维护成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种便于更换滤网的过滤器。本发明结构组成可拆分,利用外框和安装机构的结合形成框架,可通过活动门与安装机构的配合,进而选择装配合适的过滤网,实现过滤网的可更换功能,便于过滤网的清洗以及降低了维护成本。

2、本装置在使用时,可通过活动门相对安装机构的两内侧拆除出来,安装相应尺寸的过滤网,再把活动门合上,从而实现过滤网的更换。活动门内部可设置成与安装机构铰接的方式,掀开活动门后,插入相应的过滤网,即可让活动门向安装机构的倾斜侧转动,并压紧过滤网完成安装。
3、本发明分为一体式、半分解式和全分解式三种形式,安装机构和外框可为一体式结构,通过焊接等方式进行连接;也可以分为几大部分分别一体式制作而成,再通过卡扣等方式进行组合,还可以完全分解成各个小零件,便于对应零件的更换,而且损坏时不需要整体更换,减少维护成本,还能根据实际情况修整过滤器的尺寸。

如图3-图6所示,在本实施例中,外框1与安装机构2等所有结构均是由各个小零件进行组装而成,这样可方便运输,且便于对应零件的更换,而且损坏时不需要 整体更换,减少维护成本,还能根据实际情况修整过滤器的尺寸。安装机构2包括插设在外框1上并相对设置的两个挡板21,挡板21呈梯形,两个挡板21之间的顶面和两侧面分别设有连接板22和压板23,活动门4铰接在连接板22的内侧,压板23中部镂空并用于配合活动门4安装过滤网3。安装机构2主要由两个挡板21、一个连接板22和两个压板23组合而成,形成一个梯形的柱体,两个挡板21位于外框1相对的两内侧,可通过卡槽等方式进行连接,然后在两个挡板21的顶侧插设连接板22,两倾斜侧则分别插设两个压板23,利用外框1内侧形成的宽度进行压紧,并组合形成该安装机构2。另外,挡板21的顶面两侧均设有卡槽,连接杆26通过卡槽可拆卸连接在每两个并排设置的挡板21之间。连接杆26也可通过可拆卸的方式安装,这样就能选择使用安装机构2的数量,再通过连接杆26来依次进行连接,以适配不同管道空气过滤的需要。
进一步地,挡板21底侧向内弯曲并设有凸起部24,活动门4上设有与凸起部24相适配的通孔,两个挡板21之间的底侧还可拆卸连接有用于支撑过滤网3底侧的支撑板25。安装机构2还设有支撑板25,用于对过滤网3安装后的支撑,其连接方式是通过挡板21向内弯曲形成的卡接部进行卡合,而且该卡接部上可设置凸起部24,来进一步固定活动门4在该开口侧上位置,使活动门4紧贴过滤网3和压板23。此外,该处也可以设置如转动连接的拨杆,使其凸出的部分转动至活动门4的下方,并在活动门4上设置相适配的卡槽等,以防止活动门4向外滑落。进一步地,活动门4靠近支撑板25的一侧上设有凹槽,从而使活动门4的底侧和支撑板25形成的平面上留有便于使用者拨动活动门4的槽位,便于掀开活动门4以更换过滤网3。
进一步地,外框1包括四条横杆11和四个直角连接件12,横杆11和直角连接件12间隔布置并依次可拆卸连接。为适配使用不同数量的安装机构2,外框1也是由可拆卸的元件组成,利用四条横杆11和四个直角连接件12一一拼接组合,形成外框1的长方形结构,用于框住多个安装机构2的底侧,可根据安装机构2的数量和长宽等数据的不同,选择不同长度的横杆11进行装配,并且利用卡槽等方式连接后,配合上下两侧的密封层5进一步使装配后的外框1形成一个整体,而且密封层5也有保证横杆11和直角连接件12之间连接的气密性的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,包括外框(1)、过滤网(3)和活动门(4),所述外框(1)的一侧向外延伸设有至少一个安装机构(2),所述安装机构(2)用于安装所述过滤网(3),所述安装机构(2)其中相对的两侧对称设置并倾斜布置,且所述安装机构(2)靠近所述外框(1)的一侧呈开口状,所述活动门(4)可拆卸连接在所述安装机构(2)的内部,所述活动门(4)用于配合所述安装机构(2)的内侧安装所述过滤网(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,每个所述安装机构(2)的内部均铰接有两个所述活动门(4),所述活动门(4)的一端向所述安装机构(2)的开口侧延伸并与所述安装机构(2)的底侧可拆卸连接;两个所述活动门(4)分别沿铰接处转动,从而分别靠近或远离所述安装机构(2)倾斜布置的两内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述安装机构(2)包括插设在所述外框(1)上并相对设置的两个挡板(21),所述挡板(21)呈梯形,两个所述挡板(21)之间的顶面和两侧面分别设有连接板(22)和压板(23),所述活动门(4)铰接在所述连接板(22)的内侧,所述压板(23)中部镂空并用于配合所述活动门(4)安装所述过滤网(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述挡板(21)底侧向内弯曲并设有凸起部(24),所述活动门(4)上设有与所述凸起部(24)相适配的通孔,两个所述挡板(21)之间的底侧还可拆卸连接有用于支撑过滤网(3)底侧的支撑板(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述活动门(4)靠近所述支撑板(25)的一侧上设有凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述安装机构(2)数量为多个并以开口侧为平面排列布置在所述外框(1)上,多个所述安装机构(2)的顶面之间还设有连接杆(26)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述挡板(21)的顶面两侧均设有卡槽,所述连接杆(26)通过所述卡槽可拆卸连接在每两个并排设置的所述挡板(21)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述外框(1)包括四条横杆(11)和四个直角连接件(12),所述横杆(11)和所 述直角连接件(12)间隔布置并依次可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述安装机构(2)连接在所述外框(1)的内侧,所述外框(1)的上下两侧均布置有密封层(5)。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述一种便于更换滤网的过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤网(3)的外侧包裹有密封条,所述密封条上均涂有粘接材料。
