技术领域
本申请涉及显示设备领域,尤其涉及一种频道列表显示方法及显示设备。
背景技术
有些显示设备(例如,电视)配置有频道列表功能,用户调出频道列表后,频道列表中可显示广播电视支持用户观看的每个频道的频道号和频道名称,实现TV全频道展示,用户通过浏览频道列表,即可从中挑选出想要观看的目标频道,并调台至目标频道去观看电视节目。然而在实际应用中,在用户切入目标频道后,经常遇到用户对目标频道当前播放的电视节目不感兴趣的情况,用户不得不逐个切换频道,以及通过观看每个频道一定时长的片段,去认知每个频道当前节目播放的具体内容,才能最终确定符合用户偏好的频道,导致用户定位感兴趣频道耗时长、效率低。
发明内容
本申请提供一种频道列表显示方法及显示设备。
本申请实施方式提供的显示设备,包括:显示器,用于显示频道列表界面;控制器,被配置为执行:根据接收的码流数据,获取每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,所述节目预览图像为用于展示频道当前在播的节目信息;在接收到显示频道列表的操作指令时,控制显示器在频道列表界面中显示每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像。
在一些实施例中,所述控制器还配置为:从所述码流数据中,获取每个频道中节目的节目数据;其中,所述节目数据包括节目信息和对应的第一图像资源地址;如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像;对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像,所述第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量;当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令时,控制显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,其中所述目标节目预览图像为所述第二节目预览图像。

图1为根据实施例中显示设备的使用场景的示意图。如图1所示,显示设备200还与服务器400进行数据通信,用户可通过智能设备300或控制装置100操作显示设备200。
在一些实施例中,控制装置100可以是遥控器,遥控器和显示设备的通信包括红外协议通信或蓝牙协议通信,及其他短距离通信方式中的至少一种,通过无线或有线方式来控制显示设备200。用户可以通过遥控器上按键、语音输入、控制面板输入等至少一种输入用户指令,来控制显示设备200。
在一些实施例中,智能设备300可以包括移动终端、平板电脑、计算机、笔记本电脑,AR/VR设备等中的任意一种。
在一些实施例中,也可以使用智能设备300以控制显示设备200。例如,使用在智能设备上运行的应用程序控制显示设备200。

在一些实施例中,显示设备200还可以采用除了控制装置100和智能设备300之外的方式进行控制,例如,可以通过显示设备200设备内部配置的获取语音指令的模块直接接收用户的语音指令控制,也可以通过显示设备200 设备外部设置的语音控制装置来接收用户的语音指令控制。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200还与服务器400进行数据通信。可允许显示设备200通过局域网(LAN)、无线局域网(WLAN)和其他网络进行通信连接。服务器400可以向显示设备200提供各种内容和互动。
图2为根据实施例的控制装置100的配置框图。如图2所示,控制装置100包括控制器110、通信接口130、用户输入/输出接口140、存储器、供电电源。控制装置100可接收用户的输入操作指令,且将操作指令转换为显示设备200可识别和响应的指令,起用用户与显示设备200之间交互中介作用。
在一些实施例中,通信接口130用于和外部通信,包含WIFI芯片,蓝牙模块,NFC或可替代模块中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,用户输入/输出接口140包含麦克风,触摸板,传感器,按键或可替代模块中的至少一种。

在一些实施例中,显示设备200包括调谐解调器210、通信器220、检测器230、外部装置接口240、控制器250、显示器260、音频输出接口270、存储器、供电电源、用户接口中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器,视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器,RAM,ROM,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口。
在一些实施例中,显示器260包括用于呈现画面的显示屏组件,以及驱动图像显示的驱动组件,用于接收源自控制器输出的图像信号,进行显示视频内容、图像内容以及菜单操控界面的组件以及用户操控UI界面等。
在一些实施例中,显示器260可为液晶显示器、OLED显示器、以及投影显示器中的至少一种,还可以为一种投影装置和投影屏幕。
在一些实施例中,调谐解调器210通过有线或无线接收方式接收广播电视信号,以及从多个无线或有线广播电视信号中解调出音视频信号,如以及EPG数据信号。
在一些实施例中,通信器220是用于根据各种通信协议类型与外部设备 或服务器进行通信的组件。例如:通信器可以包括Wifi模块,蓝牙模块,有线以太网模块等其他网络通信协议芯片或近场通信协议芯片,以及红外接收器中的至少一种。显示设备200可以通过通信器220与控制装置100或服务器400建立控制信号和数据信号的发送和接收。

在一些实施例中,外部装置接口240可以包括但不限于如下:高清多媒体接口(HDMI)、模拟或数据高清分量输入接口(分量)、复合视频输入接口(CVBS)、USB输入接口(USB)、RGB端口等任一个或多个接口。也可以是上述多个接口形成的复合性的输入/输出接口。
在一些实施例中,控制器250和调谐解调器210可以位于不同的分体设备中,即调谐解调器210也可在控制器250所在的主体设备的外置设备中,如外置机顶盒等。
在一些实施例中,控制器250,通过存储在存储器上中各种软件控制程序,来控制显示设备的工作和响应用户的操作。控制器250控制显示设备200的整体操作。例如:响应于接收到用于选择在显示器260上显示UI对象的用户命令,控制器250便可以执行与由用户命令选择的对象有关的操作。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU),RAM Random Access Memory,RAM),ROM(Read-Only Memory,ROM),用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口,通信总线(Bus)等中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,用于将接收外部视频信号,根据输入信号的标准编解码协议,进行解压缩、解码、缩放、降噪、帧率转换、分辨率转换、图像合成等视频处理中的至少一种,可得到直接可显示设备200上显 示或播放的信号。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,包括解复用模块、视频解码模块、图像合成模块、帧率转换模块、显示格式化模块等中的至少一种。其中,解复用模块,用于对输入音视频数据流进行解复用处理。视频解码模块,用于对解复用后的视频信号进行处理,包括解码和缩放处理等。图像合成模块,如图像合成器,其用于将图形生成器根据用户输入或自身生成的GUI信号,与缩放处理后视频图像进行叠加混合处理,以生成可供显示的图像信号。帧率转换模块,用于对转换输入视频帧率。显示格式化模块,用于将接收帧率转换后视频输出信号,改变信号以符合显示格式的信号,如输出RGB数据信号。
在一些实施例中,音频处理器,用于接收外部的音频信号,根据输入信号的标准编解码协议,进行解压缩和解码,以及降噪、数模转换、和放大处理等处理中的至少一种,得到可以在扬声器中播放的声音信号。
在一些实施例中,用户可在显示器260上显示的图形用户界面(GUI)输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过图形用户界面(GUI)接收用户输入命令。或者,用户可通过输入特定的声音或手势进行输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过传感器识别出声音或手势,来接收用户输入命令。
在一些实施例中,用户接口280,为可用于接收控制输入的接口(如:显示设备本体上的实体按键,或其他等)。
参见图4,在一些实施例中,将系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序(Applications)层(简称“应用层”),应用程序框架(Application Framework)层(简称“框架层”),安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库层(简称“系统运行库层”),以及内核层。
在另外一些实施例中,显示设备的软件系统还可以如图5所示划分,将显示设备的系统分为三层,从上至下分别为应用层、中间件层和硬件层。
应用层主要包含电视上的常用应用,以及应用框架(Application Framework),其中,常用应用主要是基于浏览器Browser开发的应用,例如:HTML5APPs;以及原生应用(Native APPs);
应用框架(Application Framework)是一个完整的程序模型,具备标准应用软件所需的一切基本功能,例如:文件存取、资料交换...,以及这些功能的使用接口(工具栏、状态列、菜单、对话框)。
中间件层包括各种电视协议、多媒体协议以及系统组件等中间件。中间件可以使用系统软件所提供的基础服务(功能),衔接网络上应用系统的各个部分或不同的应用,能够达到资源共享、功能共享的目的。
硬件层主要包括HAL接口、硬件以及驱动,其中,HAL接口为所有电视芯片对接的统一接口,具体逻辑由各个芯片来实现。驱动主要包含:音频驱动、显示驱动、蓝牙驱动、摄像头驱动、WIFI驱动、USB驱动、HDMI驱动、传感器驱动(如指纹传感器,温度传感器,压力传感器等)、以及电源驱动等。
以上实施例介绍了显示设备的硬件/软件架构以及功能实现等内容。显示设备可连接用于观看广播电视的信号接收器,例如机顶盒等,并观看广播电视提供的各个频道的节目资源。在一些应用场景中,用户可以查看EPG界面了解每个频道播放的节目,EPG界面可包括频道列表、频道列表中每个频道的播放节目和这些节目的播出时间段。在一些实施例中,用户可通过其他方式(例如,遥控器上特定按键或语音指令等)调出频道列表,频道列表仅显示全频道的频道信息,所述频道信息一般包括频道号、频道名称/标识、频道图标等,用户浏览频道列表,即获知本机可看的频道数量并识别每个频道,从而快速定位到感兴趣的频道去观看节目。例如,用户对频道号为005的CCTV-5感兴趣,但通过频道列表切换到CCTV-5后,发现CCTV-5当前正在播放斯诺克竞赛直播,而不是用户感兴趣的体育类型直播,则用户可能要进行多次调台才能寻找到其他感兴趣的频道节目。
对此,广播电视运营商可根据每个频道当前在播节目的节目信息,去定制每个频道对应的节目预览图像,节目预览图像是以图像形式直观、形象、清楚地向用户展示和传达节目信息,所述节目信息包括频道信息和节目标识。频道信息包括频道号和频道名称,节目标识包括节目名称。另外,所述节目信息还包括但不限于节目简介、节目时长、节目具有的看点和亮点等。
在一些实施例中,节目预览图像可以是静态图像,例如可截取节目视频中某一帧视频画面作为节目预览图像的静态背景;或者,节目预览图像也可为动态图像,例如可截取节目视频中连续多帧视频画面,组成一视频片段,并将此视频片段作为节目预览图像的动态背景。截取的背景图像可以是节目视频中的任意一帧/一片段,或者为提升节目预览图像的吸引力,可截取节目视频中高光时刻的视频帧/视频片段,然后在背景图像上叠加对频道节目的文字描述,由此制作而成图文并茂的节目预览图像,既提升节目预览图像的显示效果,还利于用户决策对频道节目的感兴趣程度。节目预览图像的定制方式及展示效果不限于本申请实施例所述。
在一些实施例中,对于直播类型的节目,可能预先无法截取到视频帧或视频片段,则可选择定制如预告或海报等形式的背景图像。
在一些实施例中,广播电视作为显示设备的信号源之一,一般是以码流形式向显示设备传输数据流,因此可以使码流数据中携带有全频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,实现将全频道的频道信息和节目预览图像通过码流同步传输至显示设备端。显示设备接收到码流数据时,从码流数据中解析获取全频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,并存储于本地存储空间中,显示设备后续接收到显示频道列表的操作指令时,即可在频道列表界面中显示每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,使用户能准确获知每个频道当前在播节目是否具有符合其观看偏好的看点和亮点,从而定位出其真正感兴趣的频道。
在一些实施例中,同一个频道在不同的日期和时段会播放不同的节目,因此运营商可根据各频道的节目规划,预先定制好各频道每个时间待播节目的节目预览图像,在码流中插入频道的节目预览图像时应保证与码流的时间戳对齐,即保证码流中携带在时间戳对应的时间点处各频道在播节目的预览图像,例如某频道在当前t1时刻实际正播放节目1,则码流中t1时间戳处传输的是节目1的预览图像,而不会在t1时间戳处传输t2时刻待播的节目2的预览图像,既保证频道列表显示的准确性,同时显示设备还可根据实时码流监控各频道播放的节目是否发生改变,若改变则对频道列表进行刷新。
在一些实施例中,考虑到频道的节目规划可能存在变动,例如某卫视频道原定于2021年08月27日晚间21:30播放的综艺A可能临时停播,并被替换为播出影片B,则运营商需要及时更新该卫视频道在节目变更节点(即2021年08月27日21:30)对应的节目预览图像,即由原综艺A的节目预览图像1更新为影片B的节目预览图像2,保证显示设备端能同步更新频道列表中的信息,避免频道列表中节目信息显示错误。
在一些实施例中,广播电视运营商每定制一频道的节目预览图像后,可以将节目预览图像存储为网络资源,得到每一节目预览图像对应的ICON URI(ICON Uniform Resource Identifier,图标统一资源标识符),所述ICON URI即为节目预览图像的资源网络地址,这样TV码流中只需携带每个频道的节目预览图像的ICON URI,显示设备解析码流后,获取并访问ICON URI,即可定位到ICON URI指定的节目预览图像,并将节目预览图像下载及存储于本地。
在一些实施例中,以支持ATSC3.0标准的广播电视为例,显示设备接收到ATSC3.0码流时,从ATSC3.0码流中获取到SGDD(Service Guide Delivery Descriptor,服务指南传送描述符)和SGDU(Service Guide Delivery Unit,服务指南分发单元)表。其中,服务指南包括多个数据分片,可将一个或多个数据分片封装成SGDU,SGDD则用于描述发送SGDU的文件分发会话所对应的多播会话信息,提供更新的服务指南描述信息及其获取方式。
在一些实施例中,SGDD和SGDU表中包括Service Fragment(服务片段),可选地,在Service Fragment中记录每个频道的频道信息、节目标识和节目预览图像的ICON URI,其中节目标识相当于频道节目的ID,用于识别不同节目,节目标识例如可采用节目名称、预设的节目编号/代号等。对于单独一个频道,其频道信息、节目标识和节目预览图像的ICON URI是相互关联映射的,仅作为一种示例,{CCTV-5,兵乓球女单决赛,ICON URI5},即表明对于CCTV-5频道,当前正播放“在一中兵乓球女单决赛”(即以节目名称作为节目标识),通过访问ICON URI5即可定位下载该节目的节目预览图像。因 此,显示设备从ATSC3.0码流中获取SGDD和SGDU表后,从SGDD和SGDU表中解析获取到Service Fragment,然后读取全频道的频道信息及下载节目预览图像,从而显示出相匹配的频道列表。需要说明的是,运营商对码流的内容配置以及显示设备端获取频道节目信息的方式不限于本申请实施例所述。
在一些实施例中,显示设备端可维护一映射关系表,所述映射关系表中记录每个频道对应的相互映射关系,相互映射关系包括但不限于频道信息、节目标识和图像资源地址(即ICON URI)之间的映射关系。其中频道信息包括但不限于频道号、频道名称、频道图标等,频道信息一般为常量,而节目标识和图像资源地址则为可变量,例如当某频道播出的节目发生切换时,节目标识必然发生改变,图像资源地址可能改变或者也可不变。
在一些实施例中,运营商在配置时,可设置节目标识不同,则为节目预览图像分配不同的ICON URI,即每个被制作完成的节目预览图像都具有全局唯一的ICON URI。例如,对于CCTV-1频道,将其节目1的预览图像存储于ICON URI1,将其节目2的预览图像存储于ICON URI2,则显示设备端根据码流指示,需访问不同的网络地址,去下载同一频道不同节目的节目预览图像。
在一些实施例中,由于频道列表一般仅显示频道当前的在播节目,而不会显示之前已播完的节目(即历史节目),因此可为每个频道分配一固定对应的ICON URI,当频道节目发生改变时,ICON URI不变,但ICON URI内定位的节目预览图像被替换。例如,对于CCTV-6,其当前在播的节目1的节目预览图像1存储于ICON URI6,在频道由节目1切换为节目2时,删除ICON URI6地址中原存储的节目预览图像1,并将ICON URI6替换为存储节目2对应的节目预览图像2,这样显示设备端根据码流检测到CCTV-6的节目更新时,始终访问同一ICON URI6去重新下载节目预览图像。
在一些实施例中,一个节目预览图像被分配完ICON URI后,一般不会再转存到其他ICON URI中。
在一些实施例中,若某一频道的节目标识发生变化,则该频道必然切换 了节目,而图像资源地址变化与否,则决定显示设备访问哪个ICON URI去下载及更新该频道对应的节目预览图像。因此,根据节目标识和ICON URI可划分为如下四种情况。
第一,频道A的节目标识和ICON URI均未变,则认为频道A当前在播的节目尚未播放结束,显示设备识别到频道A的节目未发生切换,则频道列表中频道A对应的节目预览图像保持不变。
第二,频道A的节目标识未变而ICON URI改变,说明频道A未切换节目,仅是运营商变更了频道A当前节目预览图像的资源地址,因此并不影响显示设备端对频道列表的显示,即频道列表中频道A对应的节目预览图像保持不变。
第三,频道的节目标识和ICON URI均发生改变,为便于区分描述,本申请将这类频道命名为第一目标频道,显示设备遍历映射关系表,查找映射关系表中是否存在第一目标频道,若未查找到第一目标频道,则各频道的节目预览图像均保持不变;若查找到第一目标频道,例如第一目标频道为频道B,频道B的图像资源地址由ICON URI2更新为ICON URI3,则显示设备访问频道B更新后的ICON URI3,下载并存储频道B的新节目预览图像,以及在频道列表界面中对频道B的节目预览图像进行刷新,从而实现显示设备跟随频道节目的切换而同步更新频道列表。
在一些实施例中,由于频道列表一般显示每个频道实时的在播节目信息,而不会显示已播的历史节目信息,相当于频道B之前的旧节目预览图像已过期,因此显示设备在下载频道B的新节目预览图像时,可同步删除之前存储的频道B的旧节目预览图像,实现每个频道的节目预览图像的替换更新,还可释放被过期图像占用的存储空间。
第四,频道A的节目标识改变而ICON URI不变,为便于区分描述,本申请将这类频道命名为第二目标频道,显示设备遍历映射关系表,查找映射关系表中是否存在第二目标频道,若查找到第二目标频道,例如第二目标频道为频道C,频道C对应的节目标识产生变更,即频道C切换至新节目,频 道C的图像资源地址虽保持为ICON URI8不变,但ICON URI8存储的节目预览图像被替换,则显示设备仍然访问频道C原对应的ICON URI8,于该地址下载并存储频道C的新节目预览图像,删除频道C的旧节目预览图像,以及在频道列表界面中对频道C的节目预览图像进行刷新,从而实现显示设备跟随频道节目的切换而同步更新频道列表。
通过上述更新机制,仅对节目标识发生改变的目标频道进行节目预览图像刷新,而其他未切换节目的频道则无需重复下载节目预览图像,从而避免因多次重复下载导致的节目预览图像显示延迟和增大CPU运行负荷等问题,保证每个频道的节目预览图像始终是即时、有效和可用的,提升显示设备端显示频道列表的准确性、稳定性和可靠性。
在一些实施例中,显示设备在播放频道节目或显示应用页面等场景下,用户可通过输入指定操作来随时调出频道列表,例如点击遥控器面板上配置的频道列表按键,或者点击显示设备界面上的频道列表控件,又或者语音输入显示频道列表的控制指令等。
频道所属地区、节目主题和类别等方面具备多样性和丰富性,例如按地区可划分为央视和各个地方卫视等,按节目主题类别可划分为体育类频道、财经类频道、电影频道、娱乐频道、少儿频道、戏曲频道等,导致广播电视支持观看的频道总数可达几十甚至几百个。本申请中频道列表中不仅显示每个频道的频道信息,还同步显示每个频道的节目预览图像,由于每幅节目预览图像铺展显示时都会占用一定的界面区域,导致频道列表界面能够容纳及显示的频道数量有限。
频道列表界面可以页为显示单位,逐页显示频道列表,设广播电视提供的频道总数为M,显示设备端规划每页最多可展示N个频道,则统共划分的总页数P等于

即对M/N进行上取整,例如频道总数M为147,每页展示6个频道,则计算出总页数P等于25,其中第25页仅展示3个频道。用户通过翻页,即可快速浏览及切换频道列表,例如用户当前正在观看第k页, 若k=1,则用户仅能翻至下一页,而无法上翻;若1<k<P,则用户既可向下翻至第k+1页,也可上翻至第k-1页,从而返回至前一页进行回看;若k=P,则用户仅能翻至上一页,而无法下翻。
每个频道被设置对应的频道号,例如CCTV-1的频道号为001,CCTV-2的频道号为002等。例如,可按照频道号对各频道进行排序显示,可选地按照频道号递增的顺序排序,显示设备支持每页展示N个频道,则在第k页频道列表中加载显示排序在第(k-1)*N+1~第k*N位的频道,1≤k≤P。以N等于6为示例,第1页按序显示排序前6位的频道,即频道号依次为001~006;第2页按序显示排序在第7位~第12位,即频道号依次为007~012,以此类推,直至规划完成第P页的频道显示。
频道列表中各频道的排序方式不限定,在其他示例性的实现方式中,例如按照频道号降序排序;或者,记录用户历史的频道观看记录,按照观看频次对各频道进行排序,例如频道被观看的越频繁,其排序越靠前;又或者,用户可根据自身的观看偏好和兴趣,设置频道显示的优先级规则,并按照该优先级规则对各频道进行匹配性排序,使用户偏好的频道能被优先显示,降低用户从频道列表中查找感兴趣频道所消耗的时间,提升用户体验。
在一些实施例中,如图6(a)和图6(b)所示的频道列表界面,对于单独一页频道列表,显示设备可生成N个频道节目预览控件,每个频道节目预览控件用于显示一个频道的频道信息和当前最新的节目预览图像。可选地,可根据显示设备的屏幕分辨率来适应性设定N的取值,本申请不作具体限定。
在一些实施例中,在将节目预览图像加载显示于频道节目预览控件内时,可对节目预览图像进行适当的缩放处理,使节目预览图像的尺寸适配频道节目预览控件的可用区域,既避免节目预览图像因尺寸过大而超出预览控件的限定区域,从而规避相邻频道的节目预览图像之间出现交互或覆盖等问题,也能避免因节目预览图像尺寸过小而导致用户观看不清图像细节等问题,从而提升频道列表的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,参照图6(a)的示例,频道节目预览控件例如可设置 为矩形框结构,节目预览图像缩放后,若图像尺寸适配整体矩形框,此时节目预览图像相当于成为频道节目预览控件的背景图像,并在节目预览图像的上层以浮层等形式显示对应的频道信息。对于该实现方式,例如可将频道信息显示在节目预览图像中留白区域的上层位置,以避免频道信息与图像中的节目信息发生交叠,提升频道节目预览控件的显示效果。
在一些实施例中,参照图6(b)的示例,频道节目预览控件内包括第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域用于显示频道信息,所述第二区域用于显示节目预览图像,即对预览控件的内部区域进行分割,实现频道信息和节目预览图像间跨区域分离、独立显示。本实施例中,在加载显示节目预览图像时,需要将节目预览图像缩放至适配第二区域的大小。每个频道节目预览控件的具体显示形式不作限定。
在一些实施例中,每页频道列表均可按照预设布局进行频道展示,所述预设布局不仅指示每页频道列表中频道节目预览控件最多可显示的数量(即N值),还指示这N个频道节目预览控件在频道列表界面中的位置分布,这样在显示频道列表界面时,按照预设布局的指示,首先生成并排布显示N个频道节目预览控件,并将排序在前N位的节目预览图像按序加载显示于第1页的频道列表中,之后可根据用户在频道列表界面中的切换频道操作,对频道列表界面进行更新。
在一些实施例中,显示设备可仅生成N个频道节目预览控件,并且P页频道列表可共用这N个频道节目预览控件,也就是说,用户每次翻页时,无需再另行生成新的频道节目预览控件,只需切换已有的频道节目预览控件所关联的频道。在显示频道列表界面后,记录当前频道列表的页数,以下翻为例,当检测到用户从第k页切换到第k+1页时,N个频道节目预览控件取消显示第(k-1)*N+1~第k*N个频道的频道节目信息,所述频道节目信息包括同一频道对应的频道信息和节目预览图像,并将N个频道节目预览控件替换为显示第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N个频道的频道节目信息,从而实现第k+1页频道列表替换第k页频道列表。该实现方式最多创建及维护N个频道节目预览 控件,可以降低CPU的处理负荷,但由于每次翻页时,尤其是向上翻页时,都需要重新从内存加载N个节目预览图像及进行缩放处理,仍旧存在图像预览和显示出现延时。
在一些实施例中,末页频道列表所包含的频道数量可能不足N个,例如频道总数M为86,每页展示6个频道,则计算出总页数P等于15,前14页每页都包含6个频道,而作为末页的第15页仅包含2个频道,因此用户下翻至第15页时,第15页频道列表仅显示两个频道节目预览控件,这两个控件按照预设布局中的前两位进行排序展示。
在一些实施例中,显示设备可根据用户操作来决策是否需要另行生成新的频道节目预览控件。在显示频道列表界面后,记录当前频道列表的页数,若用户查看到第k页时截止向下翻页的操作,则无需另行生成新的频道节目预览控件,并且当前已有的k*N个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道均保持不变。
在一些实施例中,若用户从第k页返回到第k-1页,也无需另行生成新的频道节目预览控件,只需控制第k-1页频道列表覆盖第k页频道列表即可,此时当前已有的k*N个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道保持不变。
在一些实施例中,若用户从第k页切换至第k+1页,即向下翻页时,可再另行生成N个频道节目预览控件,此时频道节目预览控件的总数累积达到(k+1)*N个,前k*N个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道保持不变,新生成的N个频道节目预览控件显示第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N个频道的频道节目信息。
作为一种示例,假设N等于6,当用户输入显示频道列表界面的操作时,按照预设布局,首先生成并排布6个频道节目预览控件,依次关联于排序在前6位的频道,并显示第1个~第6个频道节目信息,由此显示第1页频道列表;若用户选择下翻至第2页,则再创建6个频道节目预览控件,依次关联于排序在第7位~第12位的频道,并显示第7个~第12个频道节目信息,由此生成第2页频道列表,并控制第2页覆盖第1页;若用户从第2页返回到第1页,由于第1页包含的6个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道未变,未被 其他频道替换,因此只需控制第1页直接覆盖第2页,可无需再从内存中重复加载前6个节目预览图像,也无需对前6个节目预览图像重复缩放调节,从而解决上翻页时存在的图片预览延时问题,提升图像预览速度,优化用户体验。
在一些实施例中,若采用允许根据用户翻页操作,另行新建频道节目预览控件的方案,由于末页频道列表所包含的频道数量可能不足N个,则显示设备在接收到用户向下翻页的操作时,确定下一页是否为末页(即第P页)。若下一页不是末页,则直接新建N个频道节目预览控件;若下一页为末页,则生成Q个频道节目预览控件,Q为末页频道列表实际包含的频道数量,1≤Q≤N,Q=M-N*(P-1)。在生成末页的Q个频道节目预览控件后,按照预设布局中的前Q个展位,按序展示这Q个频道节目预览控件,以及在Q个频道节目预览控件中显示第M-Q+1个~第M个频道的频道节目信息。
在一些实施例中,参照图6(a)和图6(b)的示例,对于单独一页频道列表,预设布局是将N个频道节目预览控件沿纵向按序、依次上下衔接,即呈现为按列展示模式,用户比如可点击遥控器的上下键,来切换焦点所指向的频道节目预览控件。
在一些实施例中,参照图7的示例,对于单独一页频道列表,预设布局也可是将N个频道节目预览控件沿横向按序、依次左右衔接,即呈现为按行展示模式,用户比如可点击遥控器的左右键,来切换焦点所指向的频道节目预览控件。
在一些实施例中,参照图8的示例,对于单独一页频道列表,为使多个频道节目预览控件间分布更加紧凑,提升频道列表界面的显示效果,减少界面留白,预设布局可采用A*B矩阵展示模式,即按照A行B列矩阵的形式排布各个频道节目预览控件,即N=A*B,其中A值与B值可相等或不等,比如图8中采用2行3列形式,每页共计包括6个频道节目预览控件。用户通过操作遥控器的方向键,即可切换控件焦点,比如点击一次遥控器的下键或右键,焦点移动到下一序位的控件;用户点击一次遥控器的上键或左键,焦点 移动至前一序位的控件。需要说明的是,所述预设布局不限于本申请实施例提供的示例。
在一些实施例中,用户可通过操作遥控器来切换频道列表中的控件焦点,可选地,显示设备可以对焦点控件进行醒目显示,例如图7中是在焦点控件的外围设置矩形的焦点框,可为焦点框设置突显效果,例如设置焦点框的线型、线粗和颜色等,又例如图8中是对焦点控件的边缘添加高亮特效。焦点醒目显示的方式不限于本申请实施例的示例,例如还可采用对焦点控件进行适当缩放,使焦点控件在尺寸上异于其他非焦点控件,等等。通过在频道列表中突显焦点控件,用户能直观分辨遥控器焦点所在的控件位置,从而准确定位当前被选中的频道节目预览控件。
在一些实施例中,由于频道节目预览控件的尺寸有限,导致控件中显示的节目预览图像也相对较小,因此支持用户对节目预览图像进行放大操作。可选地,在接收到用户输入的第一预设操作时,查询焦点当前指向的目标预览控件,然后将目标预览控件中的目标节目预览图像进行放大显示。以图8为例,用户将焦点移动至第6个频道节目预览控件,并输入第一预设操作,则显示设备查询到该页频道列表中排序末位的控件被指定为目标预览控件,如图9所示,显示设备可按照一定的比例自动放大第6个频道的节目预览图像,使得该节目预览图像中的图文被同步放大,提升用户预览效果。
在一些实施例中,所述第一预设操作不限定,例如第一预设操作为用户点击当前焦点控件中的节目预览图像,点击方式不限于点击、双击、长按等;又例如,第一预设操作为用户通过语音控件输入的图像放大指令;又例如,第一预设操作为用户按击遥控器上指定的关联按键,比如用户选定焦点控件后,按击遥控器上的确认键/OK键,即可放大节目预览图像。又例如,如图10的示例,可在每个频道节目预览控件中设置放大子控件,第一预设操作即为用户对所述放大子控件的选定操作。
用户通过切换和转移焦点,可最终定位到自身感兴趣的在播节目所对应的频道,在一种传统的方式中,用户可以记忆下感兴趣频道的频道号,然后 利用遥控器的数字键输入频道号,则显示设备可自动跳转至对应的频道去播放电视节目。或者,显示设备支持用户在频道列表界面快捷进入频道,实现快速定位及观看频道节目。
在一些实施例中,在接收到用户输入的第二预设操作时,查询焦点当前指向的目标预览控件,然后关闭频道列表界面,并自动跳转为显示目标预览控件对应的频道节目。以图7为例,用户将焦点移动至第3个频道节目预览控件,并输入第二预设操作,则显示设备查询到该页频道列表中排序第三位的控件被指定为目标预览控件,并根据目标预览控件对应的频道信息,由后台进行自动调台,调台至003对应CCTV-3频道,从而使显示器显示CCTV-3当前时间在播的综艺节目。
在一些实施例中,所述第二预设操作不限定,例如第二预设操作为用户点击当前焦点控件中的频道信息,比如点击频道号、频道图标和频道名称中的任意一个,即可触发自动调台;又例如,第二预设操作为用户通过语音控件输入的播放频道节目指令;又例如,第二预设操作为用户按击遥控器上指定的关联按键,用户选定焦点控件后,比如按击遥控器上的TV键或频道键等,即可触发显示设备自动调台至选定频道,播放对应的频道节目;又例如,如图10的示例,在每个频道节目预览控件中设置播放子控件,第二预设操作即为用户对所述播放子控件的选定操作。
由于放大子控件和播放子控件一般在具有焦点的目标预览控件中才会被触发,因此可选地,参照图10的示例,对于未被选中、无焦点的频道节目预览控件,可以使放大子控件和播放子控件处于隐藏状态;当焦点移动到某一频道节目预览控件上时,解除两个子控件的隐藏状态,在该频道节目预览控件中同时显现放大子控件和播放子控件,以供用户选择是否放大查看节目预览图像,以及是否调台并播放被选中的频道节目。
在一些实施例中,当采用翻页方式浏览频道时,参照图8的示例,在单独的一页频道列表中,用户通过移动焦点来切换列表中的频道,当焦点位于当前页末位的频道节目预览控件上时,用户只需再点击一次遥控器的下键或 右键,即可切换到下一页,并且焦点移动至下一页中排在首位的频道节目预览控件上。也就是说,当焦点位于每页频道列表的末位控件上时,用户有可能即将翻页到下一页,因此可将下一页包括的N个或Q个(若为末页则为Q个)频道对应的节目预览图像提前加载到内存中,以便后续用户真实下翻一页时,将内存中已提前加载的图像快速显示在相应的频道节目预览控件中,降低翻页显示新频道的节目预览图像时出现的延时,提升频道列表界面在翻页时的刷新效率和图像预览速度,优化用户使用体验。
在一些实施例中,根据用户在频道列表界面中的切换频道操作,实时追踪焦点位置,并在检测到焦点位于第k*N个频道节目预览控件,即焦点位于第k页第N个(单页末位)频道节目预览控件上时,检测第k+1页是否为末页,即检测k是否等于P-1,或者检测k+1是否等于P。
在一些实施例中,若第k+1页为末页,即k等于P-1,则提前将排序在第k*N+1~第k*N+Q位频道的节目预览图像加载于内存中等待显示,其中1≤Q≤N,Q=M-N*(P-1),然后在接收到用户切换至下一频道的操作(等同于用户切换至第k+1页的操作)时,将从内存中即时加载的第k*N+1~第k*N+Q个节目预览图像缩放后,按序显示于第k+1页频道列表的Q个频道节目预览控件中,使第k+1页频道列表覆盖第k页频道列表,即可实现频道列表界面的快速刷新。该实施例可以消除节目预览图像从本地存储加载到内存的耗时,并在确定用户真实翻页后,再使第k+1页频道列表的Q个频道节目预览控件生效并显示频道节目信息。
在一些实施例中,若第k+1页不是末页,即k小于P-1,则提前将排序在第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N位频道的节目预览图像加载于内存中等待显示,然后在接收到用户切换至下一频道的操作(等同于用户切换至第k+1页的操作)时,将从内存中即时加载的第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N个节目预览图像缩放后,按序显示于第k+1页频道列表的N个频道节目预览控件中,并使第k+1页频道列表覆盖第k页频道列表。该实施例可以消除节目预览图像从本地存储加载到内存的耗时,并在确定用户真实翻页后,再使第k+1页频道列表的N个 频道节目预览控件生效并显示频道节目信息。
在其他实现方式中,若第k+1页为末页,则提前将排序在第k*N+1~第k*N+Q位频道的节目预览图像加载于内存中,将从内存中即时加载的第k*N+1~第k*N+Q个节目预览图像缩放后,按序投放到第k+1页频道列表的Q个频道节目预览控件中,相当于使第k+1页频道列表的Q个频道节目预览控件的提前生效,相当于在用户翻页前提前构建好第k+1页频道列表,只是此时第k+1页频道列表被第k页频道列表覆盖,然后在接收到用户切换至下一频道的操作(等同于用户切换至第k+1页的操作)时,只需直接控制第k+1页频道列表反覆盖第k页频道列表,使第k+1页频道列表即可显现于显示器上,从而消弭了从内存加载图像及图像缩放的耗时,进一步提升翻页时刷新频道列表的速度,消除图像预览延时,增强用户体验。
在其他实现方式中,若第k+1页不是末页,则提前将排序在第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N位频道的节目预览图像加载于内存中,将从内存中即时加载的第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N个节目预览图像缩放后,按序投放到第k+1页频道列表的N个频道节目预览控件中,相当于使第k+1页频道列表的N个频道节目预览控件的提前生效,相当于在用户翻页前提前构建好第k+1页频道列表,只是此时第k+1页频道列表被第k页频道列表覆盖,然后在接收到用户切换至下一频道的操作(等同于用户切换至第k+1页的操作)时,只需直接控制第k+1页频道列表反覆盖第k页频道列表,使第k+1页频道列表即可显现于显示器上,从而消弭了从内存加载图像及图像缩放的耗时,进一步提升翻页时刷新频道列表的速度,消除图像预览延时,增强用户体验。
对于使第k+1页频道列表的N个或Q个频道节目预览控件在用户翻页前提前生效的方案,由于用户将焦点移动至第k页第N个(末位)频道节目预览控件上后,可能返回前一页(即第k-1页),也可能将焦点又切换到第k页的非末位控件上,也可能选择起播第k页中某一频道的节目,即用户并未翻页至第k+1页,若长久维持已提前构建好的第k+1页频道列表的UI界面层却不显示,会导致显示器资源被无效占用。对此,在一些实施例中,可以在构 建完第k+1页频道列表的UI层时,启动计时,在计时时长达到预设的超时时间时,若显示设备始终未接收到用户切换到第k+1页的操作,则可撤销已构建的第k+1页频道列表的UI层,并在真正接收到用户切换到第k+1页的操作后,从内存中即时加载第k+1页频道列表关联的N个或Q个节目预览图像,并缩放后按序显示于相应的频道节目预览控件中。
对于显示设备仅创建及维护N个频道节目预览控件的方案,相当于构建一个通用的频道列表页,并同步刷新该页中N个频道节目预览控件显示的频道信息和节目预览图像,即通过替换整页显示内容的方式实现类似于翻页的效果。对于该实现方案,可以在焦点每次移动至页内第N个频道节目预览控件时,自动将下一组的N个节目预览图像提前从本地存储加载到内存中,由此减小频道列表页刷新时的图像预览延时,提升用户预览图像的速度。
前述按页及翻页显示频道列表的模式,可以实现全频道快速浏览,但频道列表的显示模式不限于此。在其他实现方式中,例如还可采用滑动模式显示频道列表,参照图6(b),是以N=4为例,当用户将焦点移动至第N个频道节目预览控件上时,UI变化为图11(a)的示例,然后用户将焦点继续向下移动一位,则如图11(b)所示,第N+1个频道节目预览控件获取焦点并占据纵向上的第N序位,同时前N个频道节目预览控件都向上移动一位,其中第1个频道节目预览控件移出界面,第2个~第N个频道节目预览控件依次占据纵向上的前N-1个序位,即用户每按击一次遥控器的下键,各频道节目预览控件都向上滑动一位;显示设备在显示图11(b)的界面时,若用户按击一次遥控器的上键,则各频道节目预览控件都向下滑动一位,从而返回图11(a)所示的界面。
同理,若采用图7所示的按行展示,用户每按击一次遥控器的右键,各频道节目预览控件都向左滑动一位;用户每按击一次遥控器的左键,各频道节目预览控件都向右滑动一位,即与图6(b)的按列展示相比,仅仅是滑动方向上存在区别。
在一些实施例中,采用滑动模式显示频道列表时,也可通过追踪焦点, 预加载后序的节目预览图像。参照图11(a)的示例,焦点当前移动至第N个频道节目预览控件,则将排序在第N+1~第2N位频道的节目预览图像从本地存储预加载到内存,当用户按击一次遥控器的下键时,将第N+1个节目预览图像缩放后加载显示于第N+1个频道节目预览控件中,同步将第N+1位频道的频道信息显示于第N+1个频道节目预览控件,然后使第N+1个频道节目预览控件占据纵向的第N序位,从而呈现出图11(b)的界面效果。
在一些实施例中,采用滑动模式显示频道列表时,当检测到焦点移动至第j*N个频道节目预览控件上时,则需要将下一组N个节目预览图像,即第j*N+1~(j+1)*N个节目预览图像预加载到内存,j为大于或等于1的整数,也就是说,当焦点移动至序号为N的整数倍的频道节目预览控件时,就执行一次节目预览图像的预加载程序。
在一些实施例中,采用滑动模式显示频道列表时,也可仅创建及维护N个频道节目预览控件,而无需随滑动操作而新增频道节目预览控件,以上下滑动为例,用户每按击一次遥控器的下键,N个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道序号都依次递增1,并根据递增后的频道序号对频道信息和节目预览图像进行替换更新;用户每按击一次遥控器的上键,N个频道节目预览控件所关联的频道序号都依次递减1,并根据递减后的频道序号对频道信息和节目预览图像进行替换更新。即需要跟随每次滑动操作,同步刷新N个频道节目预览控件所显示的频道节目信息,实现频道列表界面的动态更新。
在一些实施例中,如图12的示例,本申请提供一种频道列表显示方法,所述方法可配置为由显示设备中的控制器250结合显示设备中的其他部件共同执行,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S01,根据接收的码流数据,获取每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,所述节目预览图像为用于展示频道当前在播的节目信息。
步骤S02,在接收到显示频道列表的操作指令时,在频道列表界面中显示每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像。
本申请通过运营商定制每个频道的节目预览图像,并将节目预览图像和 频道信息随码流传输给显示设备端,显示设备在频道列表中同步显示每个频道的频道信息和当前的节目预览图像,从而使用户快速筛查感兴趣的频道。
需要说明的是,可结合预设布局、频道列表显示及切换模式(不限于翻页式、滑动式等)、频道列表刷新模式(不限于N个频道节目预览控件的替换式更新、多控件多页覆盖式更新等)、图像预加载模式、用户不同的交互操作场景、以及市场对频道列表功能的其他需求等多方面因素,在图11示例的实质方案的基础上,灵活地对频道列表显示方法进行适应性变型、改进和扩展,得到更多样化的、可行的UI和程序方案,而不仅限于本申请说明书提供的实施例。另外,本申请提供的UI仅是为便于描述方案而作出的示意,不代表实际产品设计,UI的操作流程及显示效果应以实际应用和设计为准。
如前所述,EPG界面上显示有每个频道中节目的文字描述,但是文字形式具有一定的局限性,用户没有办法直观的感受节目的具体播放内容,降低用户的使用体验。
本申请实施例提供一种电子业务指南(ESG,Electronic Service Guide)的显示方法。
图13为根据一些实施例的一种电子节目指南的显示方法的流程图。
本申请实施例提供电子业务指南界面的显示方法,包括S100-S400。
S100、接收码流数据。相关技术中,ATSC3.0(Advanced Television System Committee,电视系统委员会)是高级电视系统委员会创建的电视广播ATSC标准,对于广播电视的传播体系进行了重大的改造,在ATSC3.0广播系统中,存在诸多的新型信令,利用这些信令给显示带来新的ESG功能。广播电视作为显示设备的信号源之一,以码流形式向显示设备传输数据流,码流数据中可以包括每个频道中节目的节目数据。
S200、从所述码流数据中,获取每个频道中节目的节目数据;其中,所述节目数据包括节目信息和对应的第一图像资源地址。
在一些实施例中,码流数据中包括预设天数内每个频道中节目的节目数据。例如,预设天数可以为7天。
在一些实施例中,所述节目信息包括节目名称和节目所在频道的频道名称。在一些实施例中,所述节目信息还包括节目简介,该节目简介用于简单描述节目的播放内容。
本申请实施例中,为了使用户直观感受频道中节目的具体播放内容,设置有第一节目预览图像。该第一节目预览图像可以为运营商制作的亮点介绍图片,该第一节目预览图像的设置以清楚的表现出节目的具体内容为主。第一节目预览图像可以为从节目的视频中选取的精彩画面,也可以为节目的宣传图片等,这样可以方便用户快速获取感兴趣的节目。
所述第一图像资源地址是指第一节目预览图像在服务器端的存储地址。显示设备可以通过该存储地址可以查找到在服务器中存储的第一节目预览图像。
本申请实施例中,每个频道中可能存在多个节目,每个节目对应的第一图像资源地址可以为一个,也可以为多个,本申请不对第一节目预览图像的数量做限制。
在一些实施例中,可以将第一节目预览图像替换为节目短片,该节目短片为视频形式。
S300、判断所述第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址是否相同。
本申请实施例中,码流数据会不断的下发到显示设备。显示设备接收到码流数据,会从中获取每个频道中节目的节目数据。
可以理解的是,不断下发的码流数据中节目的节目数据中部分内容可能没发生变化,节目的第一图像资源地址可能就未发生变化。
为了避免显示设备每次接收到码流数据,根据节目数据中第一图像资源地址重复下载相同的第一节目预览图像。本申请实施例判断第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址是否相同,根据该判断结果,确定是否执行根据第一图像资源地址下载第一节目预览图像的步骤。这样,可以避免重复根据第一图像资源地址下载第一节目预览图像,而占用大量的显示设备资源,增大CPU运行负荷的问题。
在一些实施例中,显示设备存储有预存的图像资源地址。在一种实现方式中,显示设备本地存储有第一数据表,该第一数据表包括节目信息和对应的预存的图像资源地址。
具体的,从所述码流数据中获取每个频道中节目的节目数据,查找数据表中是否存在与节目数据中的节目信息相同的节目信息。如果数据表中不存在与节目数据中的节目信息相同的节目信息,则将节目数据的第一图像资源地址作为预存的图像资源地址,将节目信息和预存的图像资源地址存储在数据表中。如果数据表中存在与节目数据中的节目信息相同的节目信息,则根据码流数据中的节目信息,从数据表中查找与节目信息对应的预存的图像资源地址,执行判断所述节目数据中的第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址是否相同的步骤。
在一些实施例中,第一数据表中还存储有预存的图像资源地址的有效时间。在超过有效时间后,显示设备将第一数据表中预存的图像资源地址删除,同时删除与预存的图像资源地址对应的节目信息。
另外,下载到显示设备的第一节目预览图像存储在显示设备本地。通过第一本地存储地址,可以查找到存储在本地的第一节目预览图像。在一些实施例中,可以将第一本地存储地址与预存的图像资源地址进行关联。在超过有效时间后,显示设备将第一数据表中的预存的图像资源地址删除的同时,利用第一本地存储地址查找到本地存储的第一节目预览图像,将第一节目预览图像删除。
当节目已经播放完毕后,将数据表中该节目的节目信息、预存的图像资源地址和本地存储的第一节目预览图像进行删除,这样可以减少对显示设备的存储资源的占用。
S400、如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像。在一些实施例中,利用第一图像资源地址从服务器中下载第一节目预览图像,将第一节目预览图像存储在显示设备本地。
在一些实施例中,当所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址不同时,利用第一图像资源地址,替换预存的图像资源地址。同时将本次下载的第一节目预览图像,替换与预存的图像资源地址对应的本地存储的第一节目预览图像。当然,节目信息也同样需要替换。
S500、在一些实施例中,如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址相同,则不执行根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像的步骤。本申请实施例中,由于第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址相同,则说明显示设备已经利用第一图像资源地址下载第一节目预览图像,所以本次不再利用从码流数据中获取的第一图像资源地址重复下载第一节目预览图像,这样避免占用过多的显示设备资源。
S600、在根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像之后,对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像,所述第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量。
本申请实施例中,在下载第一节目预览图像之后,对第一节目预览图像进行处理,将第一节目预览图像进行裁剪和缩小,以使第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量。将所述第二节目预览图像存储在显示设备本地。在一些实施例中,利用GPU缩放图片。
本申请实施例中对于如何处理第一节目预览图像得到第二节目预览图像的具体方法不做限制,只要保证第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量即可。
在一些实施例中,在超过有效时间后,显示设备将第一数据表中预存的图像资源地址删除的同时,还删除本地存储的第二节目预览图像。第二节目预览图像存储在显示设备本地,通过第二本地存储地址,可以查找到存储在本地的第二节目预览图像。在一些实施例中,可以将第二本地存储地址与预存的图像资源地址进行关联。在超过有效时间后,显示设备在将预存的图像资源地址删除的同时,利用第二本地存储地址查找到本地存储的第二节目预览图像,将第二节目预览图像删除。
当显示设备已经播放节目后,将本地存储的第二节目预览图像删除,这样可以减少对显示设备的存储资源的占用。
在一些实施例中,当预存的图像资源地址与第一图像资源地址不同时,利用本次下载的第一节目预览图像处理得到的第二节目预览图像,替换显示设备本地的与预存的图像资源地址的第一节目预览图像对应的第二节目预览图像。
S700、当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令时,控制显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,其中所述目标节目预览图像为一张所述第二节目预览图像。
在一些实施例中,所述指令可以为根据用户的语音输入。在一个示例中,用户可以说出唤醒词,和希望显示设备执行的操作,输入语音指令。例如,用户可以说出“小x,显示电子业务指南界面”,其中“小x”为唤醒词,“显示电子业务指南界面”为用户希望显示设备执行的操作。在另一个示例中,用户可以按压控制装置上的语音输入按键,并说出希望显示设备执行的操作,输入语音指令。在又一个示例中,用户可以长按控制装置上的特定按键,并说出希望显示设备执行的操作。在另一些实施例中,所述指令还可以为用户通过按压控制装置上的按键输入。
本申请实施例中,目标节目预览图像为一张第二节目预览图像。第二节目预览图像为占用容量较小的图片,这样可以使显示设备快速显示包括目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,减少图片预览延时,提升图片预览速度,优化用户体验。
本申请实施例中,显示设备显示的电子业务指南界面包括每个频道中节目对应的一张目标节目预览图像。由于从码流数据中获取到节目对应的第一节目预览图像可能为多个,进而对第一节目预览图像处理得到的第二节目预览图像的个数也为多个,所以此时需要从多个第二节目预览图像中选择一个作为目标节目预览图像显示在电子业务指南界面中。
在一些实施例中,第二节目预览图像按照一定顺序存储在显示设备本地, 所述目标节目预览图像可以为排在多个第二节目预览图像中预设位置的第二节目预览图像。例如,目标节目预览图像可以为排在多个第二节目预览图像中的第一个的第二节目预览图像。
当然从码流数据中获取到节目对应的第一节目预览图像也可能为一个,进而对第一节目预览图像处理得到的第二节目预览图像为一个,所以此时直接将该第二节目预览图像作为目标节目预览图像显示在电子业务指南界面中即可。
图14为根据一些实施例的一种用户界面的示意图。在图14中,显示有频道A和B中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像,节目信息包括节目播放时间、节目名称和频道名称。频道A包括节目a-c,节目a的节目播放时间为12:00-12:30,节目b的节目播放时间为12:30-13:00,节目c的节目播放时间为13:00-13:30。在一些实施例中,在目标节目预览图像的左侧显示节目名称和频道名称,在目标节目预览图像的上方显示节目播放时间。示例性的,在节目a的目标节目预览图像的左侧显示节目名称和频道名称,在节目a的目标节目预览图像的上方显示节目播放时间。当然节目a的节目信息也可以显示在其他便于用户区分不同节目的节目信息的位置。
需要说明的是,由于用户界面的显示区域有限,所以只能显示部分频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像。实际上多个频道未在用户界面上显示,此时用户可以通过控制装置上的上下键,使得用户界面上显示其他频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像。如图14所示,用户通过控制装置将焦点移动到频道B中节目对应的目标节目预览图像上,并继续按压控制装置上的下键,此时用户界面发生变化。图17为根据一些实施例的又一种用户界面的示意图,图14中的用户界面变化为图15中的用户界面,在图15中显示有频道B和频道C中节目对应的目标节目预览图像和节目信息。
另外,同样是因为用户界面的显示区域的限制问题,频道中所有节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像也不能同时显示在显示器上,用户可以通过控制装置上的左右按键,查看频道中其他节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像。 如图14所示,用户通过控制装置将焦点移动到节目c对应的目标节目预览图像上,并继续按压控制装置上的右键,此时用户界面发生变化。图16为根据一些实施例的又一种用户界面的示意图,图14中的用户界面变化为图16中的用户界面,在图16中显示有频道A中节目j的目标节目预览图像和节目信息。这样,可以使用户全面了解全部频道中节目,提高用户的使用感受。
在一些实施例中,电子业务节目指南界面上的显示的频道按照频道号从小到大依次排列。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:当焦点停留在所述目标节目预览图像上,且停留时间达到预设时间时,控制显示器在所述目标节目预览图像所在窗口中按照预设顺序依次播放与所述目标节目预览图像对应节目的第二节目预览图像。
在一些实施例中,焦点的标识形式通常多样化。示例的,可通过放大项目来实现或标识焦点对象的位置,还通过设置项目背景色来实现或标识焦点对象的位置,也可以如图14所示,通过改变聚焦项目的文本或图像的边框线、尺寸、颜色、透明度和轮廓和/或字体等标识焦点对象的位置。
本申请实施例中,当焦点停留在所述目标节目预览图像上,且停留时间达到预设时间时,可以说明用户对该目标节目预览图像对应的节目感兴趣,所以此时可以控制显示器在目标节目预览图像所在窗口中播放与该目标节目预览图像对应的节目的第二节目预览图像。当第二节目预览图像的数量大于1个时,多个第二节目预览图像按照顺序循环播放。当第二节目预览图像的数量为1个时,焦点处于目标节目预览图像时,仅播放该目标节目预览图像。
在一种实施例中,所述方法还包括:当选中所述窗口中显示的第二节目预览图像时,获取与所述第二节目预览图像对应的第一节目预览图像,并控制显示器显示所述第一节目预览图像,所述第一节目预览图像的显示面积大于所述第二节目预览图像的显示面积。
本申请实施例中,当焦点停留在所述目标节目预览图像上,且停留时间达到预设时间时,在窗口中会依次播放与目标节目预览图像对应节目的第二 节目预览图像。当用户想看到更清楚的与第二节目预览图像对应的第一节目预览图像时,用户可以在焦点处于第二节目预览图像上时,按压控制装置上的确认键,完成选中所述窗口中显示的第二节目预览图像的操作。
图17为根据一些实施例的又一种用户界面的示意图。在图17中显示有与第二节目预览图像对应的第一节目预览图像,这样便于用户更清晰的了解节目。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:控制显示器在显示第一节目预览图像的同时,还显示节目预览控件。参阅图17,图17的用户界面上显示有节目预览控件。
当选中所述节目预览控件时,根据所述第一节目预览图像对应的节目生成提醒消息。本申请实施例中,用户可以利用该节目预览控件预约节目,提高用户的使用感受。在一些实施例中,用户在焦点处于节目预览控件上时,按压控制装置上的确认键,完成选中节目预览控件的操作。
当识别到时间到达目标时间时,控制显示器显示提醒消息,以提示用户观看节目,所述目标时间为比预约的节目的播放时间提前预设时间的时间。
例如,预设时间为5min,当节目的播放时间为12:30时,则目标时间为12:25。
在一些实施例中,提示消息显示在显示设备正在播放的内容的右侧。图18为根据一些实施例的又一种用户界面的示意图。在图18中的用户界面为播放节目的用户界面,当时间到达目标时间时,显示器在用户界面上显示提醒消息,该提醒消息上包括预约的节目的节目信息。在另一些实施例中,所述提示消息可以在浮层上,该浮层显示在显示设备正在播放的内容上。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:所述节目数据还包括预览内容音频地址;
根据所述预览内容音频地址,下载预览内容音频。本申请实施例中,为了便于弱视观众了解电子业务指南界面上显示的内容,可以在显示电子业务指南界面上时播报电子业务指南界面上的内容。
在一些实施例中,预览内容音频地址和预存的图像资源地址同样设置有效时间,超过有效时间后,将预览内容音频地址删除。
另外,下载到显示设备的预览内容音频存储在显示设备本地。通过第三本地存储地址,可以查找到存储在本地的预览内容音频。在一些实施例中,可以将第一本地存储地址和第三本地存储地址进行关联。在超过有效时间后,显示设备在将利用第一本地存储地址查找到本地存储的第一节目预览图像删除的同时,利用第三本地存储地址查找到本地存储的预览内容音频,将预览内容音频进行删除。当显示设备已经播放完毕节目后,将预览内容音频删除。
另外,在一些实施例中,可以将第二本地存储地址和第三本地存储地址进行关联,存储在第二数据表中,该第二数据表中存储在显示设备本地。这样在显示第二本地存储地址对应的第二节目预览图像时,可以快速根据第三本地存储地址查找到预览音频内容,可以快速查找到预览内容音频,实现快速播放预览内容音频的目的。
在一些实施例中,所述电子业务指南界面上还设置有播报控件。再次参阅图14,图14中显示有播报控件。该播报控件可以处于被选中的状态,可以处于未被选中的状态。在一个示例中,当播报控件处于被选中的状态时,用户可以将焦点移动到播报控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,此时播报控件变更为处于未被选中的状态。当播报控件处于未被选中的状态时,用户可以将焦点移动到播报控件上,并按压控制装置上的确认键,此时播报控件变更为处于被选中状态。
当所述播报控件处于被选中的状态,且焦点处于所述目标节目预览图像上时,播放与所述目标节目预览图像对应节目的预览内容音频。本申请实施例中,电子业务指南界面上显示有不同频道中节目的目标节目预览图像,当焦点处于目标节目预览图像上时,则播放与目标节目预览图像对应节目的预览内容音频。该预览内容音频可以为介绍该节目的音频,包括节目信息,还可以包括该节目的内容简介。
本申请实施例中,显示设备会将第二节目预览图像对应的节目内容以语 音的方式播放出来,方便弱视用户了解节目预览内容。
在一些实施例中,从所述码流数据,获取每个频道中节目的节目数据的步骤的包括:从所述码流数据中获取服务指南传送描述符(SGDD)表和服务指南分发单元(SGDU)表;从所述服务指南传送描述符表和服务指南分发单元表中,解析出服务片段(Service Fragment);从所述服务片段中获取每个频道中界面的节目数据。在一种实现方式中,所述节目数据包括第一节目信息、第一图像资源地址和预览内容音频地址。
在一些实施例中,所述控制器运行显示设备的系统,所述系统包括应用层、中间件层和硬件层,如图5所示。所述中间件层包括对接层和利用所述对接层与应用层通信的模块组,所述模块组包括广播信令获取模块、信令解析模块、判断模块、图片下载模块、图片预处理模块和图片缓存模块;所述广播信令获取模块,用于从所述硬件层接收码流数据;从所述码流数据中获取服务指南传送描述符表和服务指南分发单元表;所述信令解析模块,用于从所述服务指南传送描述符表和服务指南分发单元表中,解析出服务片段;从所述服务片段中获取每个频道中界面的节目数据,所述节目数据包括第一节目信息和第一图像资源地址,发送所述第一节目信息和第一图像资源地址到所述图片缓存模块;所述判断模块,用于判断所述第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址是否相同,发送判断结果到图片下载模块,其中所述判断结果包括第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址相同或不同。
在一些实施例中,从数据表中获取与第一节目信息对应的预存的图像资源地址;如果第一图像资源地址和预存的图像资源地址不同,利用第一图像资源地址更新数据表中的预存的图像资源地址。
所述图片下载模块,用于如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图片不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像;发送所述第一节目预览图像到图片预处理模块;
所述图片预处理模块,用于对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像。在一些是实施例中,存储所述第二节目预览图像。
所述应用层,用于当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令,利用对接层获取目标节目预览图像和节目信息;利用所述硬件层调用显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面。
在一些实施例中,所述模块组还包括音频缓存模块;所述信令解析模块,还用于发送预览内容音频地址到所述音频缓存模块;所述音频缓存模块,用于根据所述预览内容音频地址,下载预览内容音频。在一些实施例中,存储预览内容音频。
所述应用层,还用于当识别到播放控件处于被选中的状态,且焦点处于所述目标节目预览图像上时,利用对接层获取预览内容音频;利用所述硬件层调用扬声器播放与所述目标节目预览图像对应节目的预览内容音频。
需要说明的是,上文提到的电子业务指南界面的显示方法中的步骤,可以在上述模块中进行适应性的调整,各个模块可以执行的步骤并不限制在上述提到的模块的用途,上文限制的各个模块的用途仅是一个示例。
本申请实施例提供的显示设备,包括:显示器,用于显示用户界面;用户输入接口,用于接收输入信号;分别与显示器和用户接口连接的控制器,被配置为:接收码流数据;从所述码流数据中,获取每个频道中节目的节目数据;其中,所述节目数据包括节目信息和对应的第一图像资源地址;如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像;对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像,所述第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量;当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令时,控制显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,其中所述目标节目预览图像为一张所述第二节目预览图像。

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示器,用于通过网络和/或广播系统接收的图像和用户界面;
    遥控器,包括复数个按键;
    控制器,被配置为执行:
    根据接收的码流数据,获取每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,所述节目预览图像为用于展示频道在播的节目信息;
    在接收到显示频道列表的操作指令时,控制显示器在频道列表界面中显示每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    从所述码流数据中解析出服务片段,所述服务片段中记录有全部频道的频道信息、节目标识以及与所述节目标识对应的图像资源地址;
    根据全部频道的图像资源地址,下载并存储全部频道的节目预览图像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    构建映射关系表,所述映射关系表记录有每个频道的频道信息、节目标识和图像资源地址的相互映射关系;
    在根据实时传输的码流数据及所述映射关系表,检测到频道节目发生改变时,更新所述映射关系表。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    根据从实时传输的码流数据中解析出的服务片段以及所述映射关系表,检测所述映射关系表中是否存在第一目标频道,所述第一目标频道为节目标识和图像资源地址均发生改变的频道;
    若检测到所述映射关系表中存在第一目标频道,利用所述第一目标频道更新后的图像资源地址,下载并存储所述第一目标频道的新节目预览图像,以及,删除所述第一目标频道的旧节目预览图像;
    更新第一目标频道的相互映射关系中的图像资源地址、节目标识和节目 预览图像。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    根据从实时传输的码流数据中解析出的服务片段以及所述映射关系表,检测所述映射关系表中是否存在第二目标频道,所述第二目标频道为节目标识改变但图像资源地址未变的频道;
    若检测到所述映射关系表中存在第二目标频道,则利用所述第二目标频道当前的图像资源地址,下载并存储所述第二目标频道的新节目预览图像,以及,删除所述第二目标频道的旧节目预览图像;
    更新所述第二目标频道的相互映射关系中的节目标识和节目预览图像。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    按照预设布局,在频道列表界面中生成并排布显示N个频道节目预览控件;其中N表示所述预设布局能容纳的频道节目预览控件的数量;
    先从内存中加载排序在前N位频道的节目预览图像,并将前N个节目预览图像进行缩放后,按序显示于N个频道节目预览控件中,同时每个频道节目预览控件还显示对应的频道信息;
    根据用户在所述频道列表界面中的切换频道操作,对所述频道列表界面进行更新。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    根据用户在所述频道列表界面中的切换频道操作,追踪焦点位置;
    在检测到所述焦点位于第k*N个频道节目预览控件时,提前将排序在第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N位频道的节目预览图像加载于内存中;其中k表示频道列表的页数,k≥1,每页频道列表包括呈所述预设布局排序显示的N个频道节目预览控件;
    在接收到用户切换至下一频道的操作时,将从内存中加载的第k*N+1~第(k+1)*N个节目预览图像缩放后,按序显示于第k+1页频道列表的N个频道节目预览控件中,并控制第k+1页频道列表覆盖第k页频道列表。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    在接收到用户输入的第一预设操作时,查询所述焦点当前指向的目标预览控件;
    将所述目标预览控件中的目标节目预览图像进行放大显示。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    在接收到用户输入的第二预设操作时,查询所述焦点当前指向的目标预览控件;
    控制显示器关闭所述频道列表界面,并显示所述目标预览控件对应的频道节目。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    获取每个频道中节目的节目数据;其中,所述节目数据包括节目信息和对应的第一图像资源地址;
    如果所述第一图像资源地址与所述显示设备中预存的图像资源地址不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像;对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像,所述第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量;
    当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令时,控制显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,其中所述目标节目预览图像为所述第二节目预览图像。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    当焦点停留在所述目标节目预览图像上,且停留时间达到预设时间时,控制显示器在所述目标节目预览图像所在窗口中按照预设顺序依次播放与所述目标节目预览图像对应节目的第二节目预览图像。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    当选中所述窗口中显示的第二节目预览图像时,获取与所述第二节目预览图像对应的第一节目预览图像,并控制显示器显示所述第一节目预览图像,所述第一节目预览图像的显示面积大于所述第二节目预览图像的显示面积。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    控制显示器在显示第一节目预览图像的同时,还显示节目预览控件;
    当选中所述节目预览控件时,根据所述第一节目预览图像对应的节目生成提醒消息;
    当识别到时间到达目标时间时,控制显示器显示提醒消息,以提示用户观看节目,所述目标时间为比预约的节目的播放时间提前预设时间的时间。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述显示设备,还包括:扬声器,用于播放音频,所述节目数据还包括预览内容音频地址,所述电子业务指南界面上还设置有播报控件;所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    根据所述预览内容音频地址,下载预览内容音频;
    当所述播报控件处于被选中的状态,且焦点处于所述第二节目预览图像上时,播放与所述第二节目预览图像对应节目的预览内容音频。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址相同,则不执行根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像的步骤。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备,所述控制器被进一步配置为执行:
    从所述码流数据中获取服务指南传送描述符表和服务指南分发单元表;
    从所述服务指南传送描述符表和服务指南分发单元表中,解析出服务片段;
    从所述服务片段中获取每个频道中界面的节目数据。
  17. 一种用于显示设备的频道列表显示方法,包括:
    根据接收的码流数据,获取每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像,所述节目预览图像为用于展示频道当前在播的节目信息;
    在接收到显示频道列表的操作指令时,在频道列表界面中显示每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,所述获取每个频道的频道信息和节目预览图像包括:
    获取每个频道中节目的节目数据;其中,所述节目数据包括节目信息和 对应的第一图像资源地址;所述节目信息包括所述频道信息;
    如果所述第一图像资源地址与预存的图像资源地址不同,则根据所述第一图像资源地址,下载第一节目预览图像;对所述第一节目预览图像进行处理,得到第二节目预览图像,所述第二节目预览图像的占用容量小于第一节目预览图像的占用容量;
    还包括:
    当接收到显示电子业务指南界面的指令时,控制显示器显示包括每个频道中节目的节目信息和目标节目预览图像的电子业务指南界面,其中所述目标节目预览图像为一张所述第二节目预览图像。
