背景技术
砂炮是一种用壳体包扎药砂构成的花炮产品,用手甩掷该砂炮使之撞击硬物导致药砂爆炸产生爆响,俗称摔炮,安全性高,深受大家欢迎。现有砂炮以软纸为壳体包扎药砂后搓捻束结而成或管体壳、球状体壳包裹药砂制成,但现有的砂炮因产品的结构存在的缺陷如砂子颗粒大小不均匀与砂药混合不充分影响其爆响效果,趣味性等。

本实用新型的目的提供一种具有金属花效果的砂炮,旨在解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

本实用新型公开了一种具有金属花效果的砂炮,包括圆柱状壳体,圆柱状壳体两端设置密封层,中间填充有药砂层,所述的药砂层包括数个直径2mm的砂子,所述砂子通过粘结剂固定粘结有高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒。
优选的,所述锆颗粒的粒径小于0.5mm。
优选的,所述圆柱状壳体的长度为26mm,外径为6mm,内径为5.5mm。
优选的,所述密封层的高度为6mm,中间药砂层的高度为14mm。
有益效果
本实用新型具有金属花效果的砂炮,具有以下优点:通过改变已有砂炮产品的结构,在采用较大颗粒的砂子表面通过粘结剂固定粘结有高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒,能有效保证砂炮的爆响及增加砂炮的燃放效果,锆颗粒能在砂炮爆响的同时发出金属花效果,增加了砂炮玩耍时的趣味性。

参见图1、图2,本实用新型的技术方案为一种具有金属花效果的砂炮,包括圆柱状壳体1,圆柱状壳体两端设置密封层2,中间填充有药砂层3,所述的药砂层包括数个直径2mm的砂子,所述砂子通过粘结剂固定粘结有高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒。
本实施例的锆颗粒的粒径小于0.5mm,有利于混合保证药砂的效果。
本实施例的圆柱状壳体的长度为25mm。
本实用新型制备时制成长度为26mm、外径为6mm、内径为5.5mm的圆柱状壳体1,然后向其内腔装填14mm高的药砂层2,药砂层填好后,再用食用石膏粉等材料做成的6mm密封层封住壳体1的两端,即成砂炮,其中药砂层2选用高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒加水、粘结剂混合后与砂子按重量份1:12进行混合制成。
本实用新型具有金属花效果的砂炮,具有以下优点:通过改变已有砂炮产品的结构,在采用较大颗粒的砂子表面通过粘结剂固定粘结有高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒,能有效保证砂炮的爆响及增加砂炮的燃放效果,锆颗粒能在砂炮爆响的同时发出金属花效果,增加了砂炮玩耍时的趣味性。

  1. 一种具有金属花效果的砂炮,其特征在于,包括圆柱状壳体,圆柱状壳体两端设置密封层,中间填充有药砂层,所述的药砂层包括数个直径2mm的砂子,所述砂子通过粘结剂固定粘结有高氯酸钾颗粒、赤磷颗粒以及锆颗粒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有金属花效果的砂炮,其特征在于,所述锆颗粒的粒径小于0.5mm。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有金属花效果的砂炮,其特征在于,所述圆柱状壳体的长度为26mm,外径为6mm,内径为5.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有金属花效果的砂炮,其特征在于,所述密封层的高度为6mm,中间药砂层的高度为14mm。
