具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

随着科技的进步,市场上真无线耳机逐渐成为潮流趋势,用于对真无线耳机进行存放和充电的耳机充电盒必不可少。目前大多数耳机充电盒除了具备充电功能之外,在机械结构上仅为普通的储物盒,由于耳机外形顺滑,用户很难将耳机取出。现有设计为了方便使用者将耳机取出,则会将收纳耳机的底托设置得靠近盒体的上端,使得打开盖子时,耳机外露的地方较多,为了便于取放,需要将盖子设计得较厚,才能将突出底托的耳机全部罩住,但是过厚的盒体又不符合现代设计轻薄化的设计理念。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种耳机充电盒100,图1至图7为本发明提供的耳机充电盒100的具体实施例。
请参阅图1,所述耳机充电盒100包括盒体1、收纳仓2、盖体3和传动机构4,所述盒体1具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有一开口,所述收纳仓2安装在所述容纳腔内,且可靠近或远离所述开口设置,以具有向所述开口活动的显露活动行程、以及向所述容纳腔内活动的收纳活动行程,所述盖体3活动设于所述盒体1的开口端,具有开启所述开口的开启活动行程、以及关闭所述开口的关闭活动行程,所述传动机构4设置在所述盒体1内,且传动连接所述收纳仓2和所述盖体3设置,以将所述盖体3的开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
本发明提供的技术方案中,耳机充电盒100包括盒体1和收纳仓2,所述盒体1具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有一开口,将收纳仓2安装在盒体1的所述容纳腔内,且可靠近或远离所述开口设置,以具有向所述开口活动的显露活动行程、以及向所述容纳腔内活动的收纳活动行程,所述盒体1的开口端盖设有盖体3,所述盖体3活动设于所述盒体1的开口端,具有开启所述开口的开启活动行程、以及关闭所述开口的关闭活动行程,所述盒体1内设置有传动机构4,所述传动机构4传动连接所述收纳仓2和所述盖体3设置,以将所述盖体3的开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。通过设置与所述盖体3和所述收纳仓2联动的传动机构4,在无需增加盖体3厚度的情况下,既能在所述收纳仓2收纳时盖合于开口,又能在开启盖体3时将所述收纳仓2显露时,方便客户拿取放置于所述收纳仓2的耳机,以解决现有的耳机充电盒不方便拿取的问题。
具体地,请参阅图4至图6,在本实施例中,所述传动机构4包括转动臂41,所述转动臂41的中部转动安装于所述盒体1,所述转动臂41的两端对应为第一端和第二端,其第一端与所述盖体3传动连接,其第二端与所述收纳仓2传动连接,所述转动臂41通过杠杆的作用原理,将转动行程进行转化,以将所述盖体3的所述开启活动行程对应转化为所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程,将所述盖体3的所述关闭活动行程对应转化为所述收纳仓2的收纳活动行程,如此设置既保证了稳定性,也使得在所述转动臂41转动行程转化时比较省力。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述转动臂41的第一端与所述收纳仓2之间连接有第一连动机构42,所述第一连动机构42包括第一连杆421和两个支撑臂422,所述第一连杆421一端与所述转动臂41的第一端转动连接,所述两个支撑臂422的一端与所述第一连杆421的另一端连接,其中一所述支撑臂422的另一端与所述收纳仓2转动连接,另一所述支撑臂422与所述盒体1转动连接,当所述转动臂41转动时,所述转动臂41带动所述两个支撑臂422的一端具有水平方向的活动行程,使得所述两个支撑臂422的另一端可以相互远离或靠近,因所述两个支撑臂422的其中之一的一端部与所述盒体1连接,与所述收纳仓2转动连接的其中一所述支撑臂422的上端则在远离或靠近与所述盒体1连接的支撑臂422时,带动所述收纳仓2可沿上下活动,以便将所述收纳仓2显露出于所述盒体1。
进一步,请参阅图4至图6,在本实施例中,所述盒体1内设置有安装座101,所述转动臂41的中部转动安装于所述安装座101,所述传动机构4还包括拉簧43,所述拉簧43的一端与所述安装座101连接,另一端与所述转动臂41的第一端连接,在所述两个支撑臂422自在张开状态至收拢状态时,所述拉簧43的拉伸量逐渐减小设置,当所述转动臂41被驱动转动时,所述拉簧43的拉伸量逐渐增大,当所述转动臂41进一步被驱动时,所述拉簧43的拉伸量在达到最大值时,在所述盖体3继续开启或是关闭的活动行程中,所述拉簧43恢复形变,为所述转动臂41的转动提供助力。
具体地,请参阅图4至图6,在本实施例中,所述转动臂41的第二端与所述盖体3之间设置有第二连动机构44,所述第二连动机构44包括第二连杆441和摆臂442,所述第二连杆441一端与所述转动臂41的第二端转动连接,所述摆臂442的中部与所述第二连杆441的另一端转动连接,所述摆臂442一端转动安装于所述盒体1内,另一端延伸至所述盖体3,以被所述盖体3带动转动,当所述盖体3活动时,带动所述摆臂442的自由端绕所述摆臂442的另一端转动,从而带动所述第二连杆441活动,所述第二连杆441驱动所述转动臂41转动,使得位于所述转动臂41的另一端的所述第一连动机构42活动,通过设置第一连动机构42、所述转动臂41和所述第二连动机构44,将所述盖体3的活动行程的转换与所述收纳仓2活动的行程能够巧妙的转换,使得用户在开启或关闭所述盖体3时,操作方便,手感也较好。
具体地,所述盖体3活动方式可以是翻转设置,可以是转动设置,也可以是滑动设置,为了方便用户的操作,在本实施例中,所述盖体3沿着所述摆臂442的摆动方向滑动安装于所述盒体1的开口端,所述盖体3靠近所述盒体1的一侧设有驱动部31a,所述驱动部31a与所述摆臂442的自由端驱动连接,当推动所述盖体3滑动时,所述驱动部31a随所述盖体3活动,所述驱动部31a抵接所述摆臂442的自由端,驱动所述摆臂442摆动。
进一步,请参阅图2至图3,在本实施例中,所述盖体3包括沿着所述摆臂442的摆动方向滑动安装于所述盒体1的开口端的盖板主体31,所述盖板主体31上开设有沿着所述摆臂442的摆动方向延伸的驱动槽312,以形成所述驱动部31a,通过设置所述驱动槽312,使得所述摆臂442的自由端在与所述驱动槽312不同的部分抵接被驱动时,能够沿不同的方向进行活动,从而实现所述收纳仓2的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
进一步,因用户在推动所述盖体3滑动的动作相应的转化为所述收纳仓2的活动行程,但是采用本传动机构4,所述摆臂442的活动行程受所述收纳仓2显露行程的限制,当所述收纳仓2完全显露时,理论上所述摆臂442的自由端也应停止活动,即所述盖体3停止驱动,但是具体现实中,用户需要将所述盖体3完全滑离所述开口才方便将耳机取出,则所述盖体3还需要继续往前推送,但所述盖体3的滑动和所述传动机构4驱动连接,为了使得所述盖体3滑动过程中的后段行程与所述传动机构4不发生干涉,请参阅图2至图3,在本实施例中,所述摆臂442沿着其转轴的轴向可活动设置,所述盖板主体31上还设置有沿着所述摆臂442的摆动方向延伸的让位槽313,所述让位槽313与所述驱动槽312的一端且侧向连通,在所述盖板主体31的开盖行程的前段,所述摆臂442先与所述驱动槽312配合,以被带动摆动,在所述盖板主体31的开盖行程的后段,所述摆臂442与所述让位槽313配合,因所述让位槽313与所述摆臂442不发生干涉,以使得所述盖板主体31继续开盖行程,所述摆臂442保持位置不变,此时便实现了所述盖板主体31能活动至完全开启的状态时,前段所述盖体3不仅能起到盖合作用,并且在前段的开盖行程时起到驱动作用,反之,可以理解的是,在所述盖体3关闭的时候,所述盖板主体31先滑行一定的形程,当所述驱动槽312与所述摆臂442抵接时,所述收纳仓2开始活动,开启收纳活动行程。
进一步,为了实现所述摆臂442沿着其转轴的轴向活动,请参阅图7,在本实施例中,所述盒体1形成有安装腔,所述安装腔贯设有导向槽11,所述摆臂442自所述安装腔内经所述导向槽11向所述盖体3延伸,所述摆臂442在所述盖板滑动时被驱动沿所述导向槽11活动,所述摆臂442沿所述导向槽11的活动路径形成所述摆臂442的摆动方向,所述导向槽11设置为类似S型,所述导向槽11包括第一导向槽111、第二导向槽112和连通所述第一导向槽111和所述第二导向槽112的连通槽113,当所述摆臂442沿所述第一导向槽111活动时,所述收纳仓2处于静止状态,当所述摆臂442经所述连通槽113导向至所述第二导向槽112时,所述摆臂442的上端与对应的所述驱动槽312的侧壁抵接,所述摆臂442被所述驱动槽312驱动,使得所述收纳仓2开启收纳活动行程,当所述收纳仓2收纳到位后,反之,需要继续开启所述盖体3时,相反方向推动所述盖体3,所述摆臂442位于所述第二导向槽112,之前的驱动槽312变成了让位槽313,所述摆臂442静止,即所述收纳仓2静止,所述第二导向槽112相对所述摆臂442活动,当活动至所述连通槽113时,所述摆臂442被导向至所述第一导向槽111,所述摆臂442的上端与对应的所述驱动槽312的侧壁抵接,所述摆臂442被所述驱动槽312驱动,使得所述收纳仓2开启显露活动行程。
具体地,所述盖体3相对所述盒体1滑动安装的方式很多,可以是通过在所述盒体1上开设滑槽,所述盖体3上设置与所述滑槽配合的滑轮,或是滑槽和滑轮交换设置在所述盒体1和所述盖体3上,在本实施例中,所述盒体1设置有一滑动安装板12,所述盖体3还包括中间板32和外盖33,所述中间板32上形成有与所述滑动安装板12滑动配合的滑槽321,所述外盖33盖合于所述中间板32的上端设置,通过将所述滑动安装板12安装于所述盒体1进行固定,所述盖体3的所述中间板32相对所述滑动安装板12可滑动,所述中间板32安装于所述外盖33板,当所述中间板32滑动时,带动所述盖体3相对所述盒体1进行滑动。
进一步,为了使得所述盖体3能够在所述开启状态或是关闭状态下能够保持稳定的状态,在本实施例中,所述盖体3还包括扭簧34,所述扭簧34一端与所述滑动安装板12连接,另一端与所述中间板32连接,通过扭簧34两端的张力,使得所述滑动安装板12不会处于松垮任意滑动的状态,在用户使 用推动所述盖体3的时候,手感更为舒适。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述滑动安装板12下侧凸设有连接柱121,所述盖板主体31设于所述滑动安装板12下侧,所述盖板主体31开设有沿所述滑动安装板12的滑动方向延伸的通槽311,所述连接柱121穿设于所述通槽311与所述盒体1连接。所述滑动安装板12夹设于所述中间板32和所述盖板主体31之间,所述滑动安装板12沿所述通槽311滑动,这样将滑动结构,弹性结构都设于所述外盖33和所述盖板主体31之间,使得所述盖体3的外观更美观,并且所述滑动安装板12位于所述盖体3内部,不易被外部杂质灰尘等干涉,保持了滑槽321的通畅。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种耳机充电盒,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体,具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔具有一开口;
    收纳仓,安装在所述容纳腔内,且可靠近或远离所述开口设置,以具有向所述开口活动的显露活动行程、以及向所述容纳腔内活动的收纳活动行程;
    盖体,活动设于所述盒体的开口端,具有开启所述开口的开启活动行程、以及关闭所述开口的关闭活动行程;以及,
    传动机构,设置在所述盒体内,且传动连接所述收纳仓和所述盖体设置,以将所述盖体的开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括转动臂,所述转动臂的中部转动安装于所述盒体,所述转动臂的两端对应为第一端和第二端,其第一端与所述盖体传动连接,其第二端与所述收纳仓传动连接,以将所述盖体的所述开启活动行程和所述关闭活动行程、对应转化为所述收纳仓的显露活动行程和收纳活动行程。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述转动臂的第一端与所述收纳仓之间连接有第一连动机构,所述第一连动机构包括:
    第一连杆,一端与所述转动臂的第一端转动连接;以及,
    两个支撑臂,所述两个支撑臂的一端与所述第一连杆的另一端连接,其中一所述支撑臂的另一端与所述收纳仓转动连接,另一所述支撑臂与所述盒体转动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盒体内设置有安装座;
    所述转动臂的中部转动安装于所述安装座;
    所述传动机构还包括拉簧,所述拉簧的一端与所述安装座连接,另一端 与所述转动臂的第一端连接,在所述两个支撑臂自在张开状态至收拢状态时,所述拉簧的拉伸量逐渐减小设置。
  5. 如权利要求2至4任意一项所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述转动臂的第二端与所述盖体之间设置有第二连动机构,所述第二连动机构包括:
    第二连杆,一端与所述转动臂的第二端转动连接;以及,
    摆臂,所述摆臂的中部与所述第二连杆的另一端转动连接,所述摆臂一端转动安装于所述盒体内,另一端延伸至所述盖体,以被所述盖体带动转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体沿着所述摆臂的摆动方向滑动安装于所述盒体的开口端;
    所述盖体靠近所述盒体的一侧设有驱动部,所述驱动部与所述摆臂的自由端驱动连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体包括沿着所述摆臂的摆动方向滑动安装于所述盒体的开口端的盖板主体,所述盖板主体上开设有沿着所述摆臂的摆动方向延伸的驱动槽,以形成所述驱动部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述摆臂沿着其转轴的轴向可活动设置;
    所述盖板主体上还设置有沿着所述摆臂的摆动方向延伸的让位槽,所述让位槽与所述驱动槽的一端且侧向连通;
    在所述盖板主体的开盖行程的前段,所述摆臂先与所述驱动槽配合,以被带动摆动,在所述盖板主体的开盖行程的后段,所述摆臂与所述让位槽配合,以使得所述盖板主体继续开盖行程,所述摆臂保持位置不变。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盒体形成有安装腔,所述安装腔贯设有导向槽,所述摆臂自所述安装腔内经所述导向槽向所述盖体延伸;
    所述摆臂在所述盖板滑动时被驱动沿所述导向槽活动,所述摆臂沿所述导向槽的活动路径形成所述摆臂的摆动方向。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盒体设置有一滑动安装板;
    所述盖体还包括:
    中间板,其上形成有与所述滑动安装板滑动配合的滑槽;以及,
    外盖,盖合于所述中间板的上端设置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的耳机充电盒,其特征在于,所述盖体还包括扭簧,所述扭簧一端与所述滑动安装板连接,另一端与所述中间板连接。
