2、该一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底及制备工艺,通过后跟部的内部设置有储气腔,储气腔的内部开设有透气孔,若干组透气孔的深度跟随足跟部厚度依次增加,这样脚底在出汗的时候不会产生不舒服产生脚闷的感受,增加了脚汗迅速会发,减少脚步受细菌和真菌感染的风险,从而储气腔和若干组透气孔中借助人行走的压力使空间层体积发生变化,自动进行气体交换,从而达到透气、祛湿的目的。
3、该一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底及制备工艺,通过第二连接部包括弧形突出段,弧形突出段上设置有护脚跟垫,护脚跟垫与弧形突出段的连接处设置有骨梁气垫,骨梁气垫设置为泡沫材料,轻便且对脚的摩擦力小,骨梁气垫的中间位置开设有第一凹段,第一凹段且靠近后跟部的一端设置有第二凹段,第一凹段且远离后跟部的一端设置有护脊条块,第二连接部的作用,是为了减少地面的反作用力,避免脊椎、膝盖、脚踝等受到不当的地面反作用力挤压,造成运动伤害。用于保护脚后跟的韧带,保护脚踝,增加了鞋底的舒适度。
4、该一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底及制备工艺,通过工艺步骤中的先塑化通过自动计量后注塑两次发泡中底,通过加真空加硫大约400秒后模具打开,模内鞋底发泡成型,再经过热、冷定型定,待成形后脱模进行粘合鞋底封你填充,沿条的装配以及底部镂空地方冲孔,最后制作防滑纹路完成工艺制作,起到生产线一体化,且便捷的作用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,包括鞋前底1和鞋中底2,鞋中底2包括一体成型的前掌部3、后跟部4以及对应于足弓位置的中腰部5,前掌部3和鞋前底1的连接处设置有第一连接部6,第一连接部6上设置有用以稳固防崴的U型跟杯15,第一连接部6的一侧且位于鞋前底1的顶端位置设置有第一通孔7,第一通孔7设置为弧形,后跟部4的外侧设置有用于减少后鞋跟脚减少摩擦痛感的第二连接部8;
鞋中底2呈镂空设计,前掌部3和中腰部5的边缘均等间距开设有第二通孔9,第二通孔9设置成弧形四边形,中腰部5上设置有支撑区10,支撑区10上设置有第一弹性垫块11,第一弹性垫块11设置为橡胶弹性垫块,用在支撑脚中间区域,不仅具有出色的缓震性能,富有弹性的材料有助于双脚在启动的过程中更加迅速,且在停下跑步时能对脚中心位置进行保护,加大了抓地力和摩擦,且支撑区10上开设有镂空孔12,镂空孔12呈菱形设置,镂空孔12便于立体透气,由于有足弓,所以透气空间更大,透气效果也就更好起到透气的作用,中腰部5且靠近足内侧的一侧设置有弧形垫块13,弧形垫块13用于保护足弓内侧的柔弱部分,一部分的有扁平足的人足弓非常低,甚至没有足弓,出现后足外翻,走路时脚底内侧或整个脚底会直接接触地方,鞋底均匀受力,导致鞋底中间位置出现磨碎,通过弧形垫块13增加强有力的足弓支撑,鞋跟有很好的弹性和支撑力,可以减少扁平足的人学会足弓受力小,以消减压力,达到整体平衡,减少扁平足在走路时频发挤压,走多了造成小腿、脚踝等部位酸痛的情况。
其中:鞋中底2上分别开设有第一凹槽17和第二凹槽18,第一凹槽17设置在后跟部4的位置上,且第一凹槽17设置为若干组,且若干组第一凹槽17呈交错设置,第二凹槽18设置成环形,第二凹槽18的深度尺寸从足弓部往足跟部依次增加。
其中:后跟部4的内部设置有储气腔23,储气腔23的内部开设有透气孔16,若干组透气孔16的深度跟随足跟部厚度依次增加,这样脚底在出汗的时候不会产生不舒服产生脚闷的感受,增加了脚汗迅速会发,减少脚步受细菌和真菌感染的风险,从而储气腔23和若干组透气孔16中借助人行走的压力使空间层体积发生变化,自动进行气体交换,从而达到透气、祛湿的目的。
其中:第一通孔7的内部两侧对称开设有第一排水槽19,两组第一排水槽19的一侧均连通有若干组第二排水槽20,若干组第二排水槽20呈线性阵列设置,减少阻力,且在下雨天,可以通过第一排水槽19和第二排水槽20进行排水。
第二连接部8包括弧形突出段801,弧形突出段801上设置有护脚跟垫805,护脚跟垫805与弧形突出段801的连接处设置有骨梁气垫806,骨梁气垫806设置为泡沫材料,轻便且对脚的摩擦力小,骨梁气垫806的中间位置开设有第一凹段802,第一凹段802且靠近后跟部4的一端设置有第二凹段804,第一凹段802且远离后跟部4的一端设置有护脊条块803,第二连接部8的作用,是为了减少地面的反作用力,避免脊椎、膝盖、脚踝等受到不当的地面反作用力挤压,造成运动伤害。用于保护脚后跟的韧带,保护脚踝,增加了鞋底的舒适度。
其中:后跟部4上开设有第三凹槽21,第三凹槽21的内部设置有压缩弹簧22,压缩弹簧22设置有多干组,且若干组压缩弹簧22呈阵列设置,压缩弹簧22有减震功能,减震性能好的鞋底可以减缓外力对脚的冲击。
其中:前掌部3和中腰部5的中间设置有防滑纹路14,增加鞋底的止滑功能,防滑纹路14上的纹路可以加大摩擦,减少滑到的机率,其次可以代替鞋底的磨损,延长鞋底的寿命,且有防滑的作用。
请参阅图6,本实施例还提供一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:鞋底车间的工艺流程包括前期对原材料进行预处理、截断等操作,然后再进行硫化、修边,生产完成,等待下一步工艺处理,乃是自动送料,将把材料注入模具后通过高温加热后一次成型的鞋中底,就叫做一次发泡中底,也就是EVA鞋中底,该射出机将EVA树脂颗粒直接射入机台模具里面,EVA鞋中底材料设置为高分子材料,采用EVA、PU、SBS发泡密实性制品,用于发泡的材料聚氨酯鞋底以聚氨酯树脂为主要原料,发泡粘合剂为辅助原料;
S2:自动塑化和自动计量后进行向模具内注入流动塑料液体,等到过两次高温加热后烧制成型的鞋中底,就被称为二次发泡中底,在烧制PHYLON中底的过程中,温度越高,烧出的 PHYLON的密度就越大,也就越硬。火候越小自然烧出的PHYLON也就越轻越软,所以评价鞋中底的好坏不能以重量或者是软硬的程度来衡量,不同的二次泡发工艺,PHYLON的硬度也会有所差异通过高温加热后一次成型的鞋中底,就叫做一次发泡中底,也就是EVA鞋中底鞋底的软硬度也是通过温度来控制的,真空加硫大约400秒后模具打开,模内鞋底发泡成型,再经过热、冷定型定,待成形后脱模进行粘合装配,鞋底成型后,在模具中需要喷涂一层化学物质,脱模剂和离型剂,方便脱模;
S3:鞋底填充:在鞋底缝隙中安装填充物以及压缩弹簧,起到踩下去蛮会弹性,缓冲减震的作用,中空的部分填以用以坚固耐用的软木以及钢条;
S4:沿条的装配,粘结,通过将鞋内底和鞋外地进行连接,起到了对整个鞋结构的有效支撑,大底上打出沟槽后将缝线埋入,最后再将沟槽封死,使得边缘密封,其中鞋底有的地方有毛边需要打磨后继续装配;
S5:鞋底底部冲孔,鞋底底部冲孔后,材质软硬始终,踩下去可以承受人体重量,起到材质轻盈,镂空开孔的设计,使得透气性更强,鞋底底部冲孔粘接防滑条,凸块,制作防滑纹路。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,包括鞋前底(1)和鞋中底(2),其特征在于:所述鞋中底(2)包括一体成型的前掌部(3)、后跟部(4)以及对应于足弓位置的中腰部(5),所述前掌部(3)和鞋前底(1)的连接处设置有第一连接部(6),所述第一连接部(6)上设置有用以稳固防崴的U型跟杯(15),所述第一连接部(6)的一侧且位于鞋前底(1)的顶端位置设置有第一通孔(7),所述第一通孔(7)设置为弧形,所述后跟部(4)的外侧设置有用于减少后鞋跟脚减少摩擦痛感的第二连接部(8);
    所述鞋中底(2)呈镂空设计,所述前掌部(3)和中腰部(5)的边缘均等间距开设有第二通孔(9),所述第二通孔(9)设置成弧形四边形,所述中腰部(5)上设置有支撑区(10),所述支撑区(10)上设置有第一弹性垫块(11),且所述支撑区(10)上开设有镂空孔(12),所述镂空孔(12)呈菱形设置,所述中腰部(5)且靠近足内侧的一侧设置有弧形垫块(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋中底(2)上分别开设有第一凹槽(17)和第二凹槽(18),所述第一凹槽(17)设置在后跟部(4)的位置上,且所述第一凹槽(17)设置为若干组,且若干组所述第一凹槽(17)呈交错设置,所述第二凹槽(18)设置成环形,所述第二凹槽(18)的深度尺寸从足弓部往足跟部依次增加。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述后跟部(4)的内部设置有储气腔(23),所述储气腔(23)的内部开设有透气孔(16),若干组所述透气孔(16)的深度跟随足跟部厚度依次增加。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述第一通孔(7)的内部两侧对称开设有第一排水槽(19),两组所述第一排水槽(19)的一侧均连通有若干组第二排水槽(20),若干组所述第二排水槽(20)呈线性阵列设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述第二连接部(8)包括弧形突出段(801),所述弧形突出段(801)上设置有护脚跟垫(805),所述护脚跟垫(805)与弧形突出段(801)的连接处设置有骨梁气垫(806)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述骨梁气垫(806)的中间位置开设有第一凹段(802),所述第一凹段(802)且靠近后跟部(4)的一端设置有第二凹段(804),所述第一凹段(802)且远离后跟部(4)的一端设置有护脊条块(803)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述后跟部(4)上开设有第三凹槽(21),所述第三凹槽(21)的内部设置有压缩弹簧(22),所述压缩弹簧(22)设置有多干组,且若干组所述压缩弹簧(22)呈阵列设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底,其特征在于:所述前掌部(3)和中腰部(5)的中间设置有防滑纹路(14)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种低阻力镂空透气鞋底的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    S1:自动送料,将把材料注入模具后通过高温加热后一次成型的鞋中底,就叫做一次发泡中底,也就是EVA鞋中底,设置为高分子材料,采用EVA、PU、SBS发泡密实性制品,用于发泡的材料聚氨酯鞋底以聚氨酯树脂为主要原料,发泡粘合剂为辅助原料;
    S2:自动塑化和自动计量后进行向模具内注入流动塑料液体,等到过两次高温加热后烧制成型的鞋中底,就被称为二次发泡中底,鞋底的软硬度也是通过温度来控制的,待成形后脱模进行粘合装配;
    S3:鞋底填充:在鞋底缝隙中安装填充物以及压缩弹簧,起到踩下去蛮会弹性,缓冲减震的作用,中空的部分填以用以坚固耐用的软木以及钢条;
    S4:沿条的装配,粘结,通过将鞋内底和鞋外地进行连接,起到了对整个鞋结构的有效支撑,大底上打出沟槽后将缝线埋入,最后再将沟槽封死,使得边缘密封;
    S5:鞋底底部冲孔,待底部冲孔后,材质软硬始终踩下去可以承受人体重量,起到材质轻盈,镂空开孔的设计,使得透气性更强,鞋底底部冲孔粘接防滑条,凸块。
