技术领域
本发明涉及鞋领域,具体涉及一种缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋。
背景技术
痛风是尿酸盐结晶沉积引起的病变,可累及足部,最常累及第一跖趾关节,痛风发作时表现为受累关节严重的疼痛、肿胀、红斑、僵硬、发热,且症状发生突然,此时鞋体或外界对脚部的挤压碰撞常常使患者产生剧烈疼痛感,日常的鞋子穿上后鞋帮会对肿胀的第一跖趾关节进行压迫,不仅加重患者疼痛感,还不利于痛风的恢复,而且透气性差的鞋子会使第一跖趾关节温度越来越高,不利于痛风的恢复,目前市场上还没有痛风发作时穿戴的鞋子。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在痛风发作时能够调整对准第一跖趾关节的鞋帮,能够加快降低第一跖趾关节温度,重量更轻且穿着舒适的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋。
为此,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:
一种缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,包括鞋大底、中底和鞋帮,其特征是:中底下端面设有凹槽,凹槽内设有气囊,所述鞋帮对应脚掌拇指趾骨的位置设有开口,且鞋帮上设有可遮盖开口的帮面,所述帮面外侧设有毛面,所述鞋帮上设有与毛面配合的勾面。
进一步的,所述凹槽设于中底下端面外侧,所述气囊设有多个穿出鞋大底的第一单向进气阀,所述中底内设有多条与气囊连通的第一通道,且中底上设有连通第一通道的第一通孔,所述第一通孔对准第一跖趾关节位置。
进一步的,所述中底内设有多条与第一气囊连通的第二通道,且中底上设有连通第二通道的第二通孔,所述第二通孔对准脚掌足弓位置。
进一步的,所述凹槽从脚掌脚趾部分布到后跟部。
进一步的,所述凹槽为全掌凹槽,且全掌凹槽内设有气囊,气囊设有穿出鞋大底的第二单向进气阀。
进一步的,所述帮面由莱卡布制成。
进一步的,所述帮面上设有若干透气孔。
进一步的,所述鞋大底和中底均由TPR材料制成。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、痛风发作时,可撕开帮面使第一跖趾关节裸露出来,便于第一跖趾关节降温,有利于痛风的恢复,而且通过毛面和勾面,帮面也可根据第一跖趾关节肿胀程度进行调节后固定在鞋帮上,不会压迫第一跖趾关节,有效减缓患者疼痛感;
2、痛风发作第一跖趾关节肿胀疼痛时,走路时挤压碰撞常常使患者产生剧烈疼痛感,因此只能使用脚外侧为着力点进行行走,中底下端面外侧的气囊的设置,使患者行走时挤压气囊,然后气囊内的空气通过第一通道、第一通孔、第二通道和第二通孔快速进入鞋腔内,其中第一通孔对准第一跖趾关节位置,第二通孔对准脚掌足弓位置,气囊排出的空气能够对第一跖趾关节周围进行降温并排出鞋外,行走时气囊反复吸气排气对第一跖趾关节周围进行降温,有利于患者的恢复;
3、痛风发作第一跖趾关节肿胀疼痛时,通过第二单向进气阀可将全掌凹槽中气囊内的空气吸出,再将适量冰水注入气囊内,无论患者休息还是行走,冰水都能对脚底尤其是第一跖趾关节进行降温,根据患者痛风发作程度定时更换冰水,有利于患者的恢复;
4、帮面由莱卡布制成,且帮面上设有若干透气孔,使帮面弹性和透气性更好,不易压迫患者第一跖趾关节,有利于患者的恢复;
5、鞋大底和中底均由TPR材料制成,相比发泡等常规鞋底TPR材料重量更轻,硬度范围宽广,自SHORE-A 0度至SHORE-D 70度可调,耐拉伸性能优异,使痛风患者穿着时更舒适。

参照图1和图2所示,本发明提供的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,包括鞋大底、中底1和鞋帮2,其特征是:中底1下端面设有凹槽3,凹槽3内设有气囊4,所述鞋帮2对应脚掌拇指趾骨的位置设有开口5,且鞋帮2上设有可遮盖开口5的帮面6,所述帮面6外侧设有毛面7,所述鞋帮2上设有与毛面7配合的勾面8,所述帮面6由莱卡布制成,所述帮面6上设有若干透气孔9,所述鞋大底和中底1均由TPR材料制成。
参照图3和图4所示,为本发明的第一种实施例,所述凹槽3设于中底1下端面外侧,所述气囊4设有多个穿出鞋大底的第一单向进气阀10,所述中底1内设有多条与气囊4连通的第一通道11,且中底1上设有连通第一通道11的第一通孔12,所述第一通孔12对准第一跖趾关节位置,所述中底1内设有多条与第一气囊4连通的第二通道13,且中底1上设有连通第二通道13的第二通孔14,所述第二通孔14对准脚掌足弓位置,所述凹槽3从脚掌脚趾部分布到后跟部。
参照图5所示,为本发明的第二种实施例,其与第一种实施例的区别仅在于所述凹槽3为全掌凹槽15,且全掌凹槽15内设有气囊4,气囊4设有穿出鞋大底的第二单向进气阀16。
本实施例具有以下优点:痛风发作时,可撕开帮面6使第一跖趾关节裸露出来,便于第一跖趾关节降温,有利于痛风的恢复,而且通过毛面7和勾面8,帮面6也可根据第一跖趾关节肿胀程度进行调节后固定在鞋帮2上,不会压迫第一跖趾关节,有效减缓患者疼痛感;痛风发作第一跖趾关节肿胀疼痛时,走路时挤压碰撞常常使患者产生剧烈疼痛感,因此只能使用脚外侧为着力点进行行走,中底1下端面外侧的气囊4的设置,使患者行走时挤压气囊4,然后气囊4内的空气通过第一通道11、第一通孔12、第二通道13和第二通孔14快速进入鞋腔内,其中第一通孔12对准第一跖趾关节位置,第二通孔14对准脚掌足弓位置,气囊4排出的空气能够对第一跖趾关节周围进行降温并排出鞋外,行走时气囊4反复吸气排气对第一跖趾关节周围进行降温,有利于患者的恢复;痛风发作第一跖趾关节肿胀疼痛时,通过第二单向进气阀16可将全掌凹槽15中气囊4内的空气吸出,再将适量冰水注入气囊4内,无论患者休息还是行走,冰水都能对脚底尤其是第一跖趾关节进行降温,根据患者痛风发作程度定时更换冰水,有利于患者的恢复;帮面6由莱卡布制成,且帮面6上设有若干透气孔9,使帮面6弹性和透气性更好,不易压迫患者第一跖趾关节,有利于患者的恢复;鞋大底和中底1均由TPR材料制成,相比发泡等常规鞋底TPR材料重量更轻,硬度范围宽广,自SHORE-A 0度至SHORE-D 70度可调,耐拉伸性能优异,使痛风患者穿着时更舒适。

2.根据权利要求1所述的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,其特征是:所述凹槽设于中底下端面外侧,所述气囊设有多个穿出鞋大底的第一单向进气阀,所述中底内设有多条与气囊连通的第一通道,且中底上设有连通第一通道的第一通孔,所述第一通孔对准第一跖趾关节位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,其特征是:所述中底内设有多条与第一气囊连通的第二通道,且中底上设有连通第二通道的第二通孔,所述第二通孔对准脚掌足弓位置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,其特征是:所述凹槽从脚掌脚趾部分布到后跟部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓震轻柔痛风健康鞋,其特征是:所述凹槽为全掌凹槽,且全掌凹槽内设有气囊,气囊设有穿出鞋大底的第二单向进气阀。
