本实用新型涉及害虫防治技术领域,具体来说是一种捕虫灯。
捕虫灯是不需要采用任何化学灭虫物质的灭虫设备,利用蚊虫趋光、随气流而动、对温度敏感、喜群聚的习性研制出的一种环保无污染的高效捕杀工具。捕虫灯主要分为电子捕虫灯、粘捕式捕虫灯和气流捕虫灯三种。由于粘捕式捕虫灯通过内置的粘虫纸捕虫,不会造成二次污染,同时适合于室内使用、且有利于监测虫害种类和数量、趋势,受到了越来越广泛的应用。
捕虫灯是一种常见的用于防治虫害的捕虫装置,一般通过粘虫纸对害虫进行捕捉,在使用过程中,粘虫纸在沾满虫子之后常常需要对其进行更换,但是粘纸和灯管一般都会安装在一个半封闭的空间中,飞虫难以收到灯光的吸引飞入补充灯具内,用户如果需要统计粘虫纸上粘虫数量,则需要将捕虫灯的盖板打开进行目视或拍照测量,这样操作起来较为不便,频繁打开盖板也容易造成内部的飞虫飞出。
公开有一中国专利:捕虫灯,专利号:2018203698269,该捕虫灯底板上设有一缺口,缺口侧面设有滑槽,粘虫纸滑板能与滑槽相配合且能沿滑槽从捕虫灯的底部移出至捕虫灯外或移入至捕虫灯内,粘虫纸滑板底部后侧设有卡扣, 所述的卡扣能与缺口底部的边沿相配合以实现固定。该实用新型相比于市面上常见的粘捕式捕虫灯,优化了捕虫纸的取防。
但是粘捕式捕虫灯是通过粘虫纸的特性发挥作用的,但是粘虫纸在使用一段时间之后粘性就会大大折扣,因此需要人工频繁地去更换粘虫纸。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中需要人工频繁地更换粘虫纸,提供一种捕虫灯,能够自动定期地更换粘虫纸,节省了人力物力,提供一种能在自动更换粘虫纸同时对更换下来的粘虫纸上的飞虫进行统计的一种捕虫灯
为了实现上述目的,设计一种捕虫灯,包括卷筒粘纸,所述卷筒粘纸包括放卷装置和收卷装置,用于驱动卷筒粘纸的马达,进一步的:所述卷筒粘纸上设有若干等间距的黑色线条,还包括一档位开关,档位开关用于控制马达;一传感器,用于识别卷筒粘纸上的黑色线条。

上述优选的捕虫灯的档位开关有4挡,档位开关是用于调节马达的旋转周期。四挡对应的周期分别为2天,7天,15天和30天,具体根据环境、季节进行选用。
当调节档位开关在一档时,即每隔两天马达会开始旋转,传感器是用于探测卷筒粘纸的黑线。当传感器检测到黑线,马达会停止转动,两天后,马达会重新开始转动,直至传感器探测到黑线为止。马达的转动周期能够替代人工定期更换粘虫纸,传感器与黑线能够保证每次更换定量的粘虫纸,避免浪费。

进一步的,参见图6,所述底板上还装有用于驱动放卷装置和收卷装置的自动电路模块,自动放卷和自动收卷的定时运动都由自动电路模块控制。
所述底板上还设有通讯模块和通讯天线,用于将所述摄像头拍摄到的画面上传至移动端进行分析。所述摄像头同时能安装摄像头,也能用手机拍照的功能,为了减少成本考虑可以用手机拍照,所以需要一个固定手机拍照的框架,而关键在于要适用各自型号手机摄像头及固定摄像头到粘纸拍照面的距离,需要能准确清晰的拍摄到所需要的能识别的画面距离,摄像头拍好照片后通过通讯模块发送到服务器进行虫害识别。通讯天线用于每台灯之间的互相连接,能让每台灯都有网络供应,并且采用了ROLA通讯模块,对铁皮墙体都有穿透。
在具体的使用过程中,因灯体比较大,所以只能将灯体分上下部分翻盖,以便翻盖更具稳定性,上盖和下盖可互相配合,上盖上部镂空,所述灯管中最上方的灯管设于所述上盖上部形成的镂空边缘,以便更好的吸引飞虫进入捕虫灯中,当飞虫被吸引至捕虫灯中后,通过下方的灯管吸引飞虫飞至支撑板的捕虫区域,当捕虫区域的粘纸粘贴飞虫一段时间后,放卷装置和收卷装置通过自动电路模块7,开始将用过的粘纸带动至支撑板的飞虫拍照面处,并通过摄像头对其进行拍摄。
在一些实施例中,所述支撑板的飞虫拍照面的底端设有刮虫装置和用于收集刮下来虫子的收集装置。

Claims (12)
- 一种捕虫灯,包括卷筒粘纸,所述卷筒粘纸包括放卷装置和收卷装置,用于驱动卷筒粘纸的马达,其特征在于所述卷筒粘纸上设有若干等间距的黑色线条,还包括一档位开关,档位开关用于控制马达;一传感器,用于识别卷筒粘纸上的黑色线条。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于还包括一壳体,壳体由面板和底板通过转轴连接构成。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述的底板后端设有腔体,所述的马达设置于腔体内,底板上下开有两条前后贯通的槽孔,所述的卷筒粘纸由底板上部的槽孔从后往前穿过,由底板下部的槽孔从前往后穿过。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述的卷筒粘纸缠绕在放卷轴和收卷轴上,所述的马达控制卷筒粘纸由放卷轴向收卷轴运动。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述的放卷轴和收卷轴设置于底板后端的腔体内,放卷轴或收卷轴一侧设有所述的传感器。
- 如权利要求5所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述的底板前端的卷筒粘纸前部设有所述的U形灯。
- 一种采用如权利要求1所述的捕虫灯,其特征在于包括上下布置的两个灯管;粘纸自动更换结构,设置于灯管下部,所述粘纸自动更换结构包括支撑板、放卷装置和收卷装置,粘纸自放卷装置环绕支撑板一周至收卷装置,支撑板顶部为捕虫区域,支撑板一侧设有斜面,为飞虫拍照面,飞虫拍照面对应位置设有摄像头。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述上下布置的两个灯管前后交错布置。
- 如权利要求7或8所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述灯管数量可以是两个或两个以上。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于还包括外壳,外壳由上下两部分翻盖结构组成。
- 如权利要求7或10所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述捕虫灯顶部镂空,上灯管设置于捕虫灯顶部边沿。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种捕虫灯,其特征在于所述摄像头采用支架和移动式拍摄设备进行替换。
