本申请要求于2021年09月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为202122259766.X、发明名称为“一种机柜及机柜系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电气设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种机柜及机柜系统。
背景技术
在很多情况下,电子机柜,如光伏并网逆变器,需要两台或多台并列排布在一起进行并机工作。由于机柜排列在一起侧面互相遮挡,通常在机柜前后面设置门体,通过打开门体进行机柜内部器件的维护。
电子机柜内部器件工作会产生热量,为了保证内部器件的正常工作,需要将机柜内热量排出。一般采用强迫风冷散热,即机器吸入外界空气,气流冷却内部器件后再排出机器。为了方便空气进出机柜,通常在门体上设置进风口和出风口,再在进风口和出风口处设置防护罩防水防尘。现有技术中的防护罩一般凸起设置于门体外侧,当多台机柜并排工作时,相邻机柜的防护罩会发生干涉而导致无法打开柜门,此时,需要将防护罩拆除或者打开邻近机柜的柜门后才能开门进行内部维护,操作比较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种机柜,解决了现有机柜多台并排工作时无法打开柜门的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种机柜,包括:
柜体,所述柜体上设置有柜门,所述柜门的一端与所述柜体转动连接,另一端为自由端,能够开启或关闭所述柜门;
凸起结构,所述柜门的外侧设置有所述凸起结构,所述凸起结构靠近所述柜门自由端的一端与所述柜门转动连接,所述凸起结构的远离所述柜门自由端的一端与所述柜门可拆卸连接。

电子机柜是常用的电器设备,能够方便内部元器件及线缆的安装,且外观比较整齐美观,方便应用于工作场景。使用过程中,需要经常打开柜体1'上的柜门2'对内部设备进行维护,实际应用时存在一些无法打开柜门2'的情况。如图1所示为两个机柜并排使用的情况,两个机柜的柜门2'上均设置有凸起结构3',当打开柜门2'时,两个柜门2'上的凸起结构3'发生干涉而导致无法将柜门2'打开到需要的角度。如图2所示为一个机柜单独应用,但是机柜周围有其他物体,打开柜门2'时,柜门2'上的凸起结构3'与邻近物体发生干涉,也无法将柜门2'打开到需要的角度。
针对现有技术中存在的以上问题,如图3所示,本实施例提供一种机柜,包括柜体1、柜门2和凸起结构3,柜门2设置于柜体1上,柜门2的一端与柜体1转动连接,另一端为自由端,能够开启或关闭柜门2;柜门2的外侧设置有凸起结构3,凸起结构3靠近柜门2自由端的一端与柜门2转动连接,凸起结构3的远离柜门2自由端的一端与柜门2可拆卸连接。
具体而言,如图3所示,柜门2的一端通过铰链5与柜体1转动连接,如图4所示铰链5的具体结构,铰链5包括两个连接板51和转轴52,连接板51上设置有连接孔,螺栓穿过连接孔将两个连接板51分别与柜门2和柜体1相连接,转轴52设置于两个连接板51之间,以使两个连接板51之间能够相对转动,从而带动柜门2与柜体1相对转动。优选地,铰链5选用阻尼铰链,能够使柜门2止停于一定的角度,同时在柜门2关闭时起到缓冲功 能,减小柜门2与柜体1碰撞时发生的噪音。在本实施例中,当多个机柜并列排布时,受相邻机柜上的凸起结构3限制,柜门2相对柜体1转动的角度范围为0°-95°。
进一步地,参照图6,凸起结构3的靠近柜门2自由端的一端通过铰链5与柜门2转动连接,凸起结构3相对柜门2转动的角度范围为0°-90°。优选地,本实施例中,铰链5连接设置有两处,以实现凸起结构3与柜门2的稳定连接,需要说明的是,可以根据凸起结构3的尺寸和重量设置合理数量的铰链5连接,在此不作限制。另外,此处铰链5的结构与上述柜体1与柜门2连接处铰链5的结构相同,在此不做赘述。
进一步地,如图3所示,凸起结构3的远离柜门2自由端的一端与柜门2之间通过搭扣4连接,搭扣4结构简单,拆合方便。
如图5所示为搭扣4的具体结构,搭扣4包括固定部41和挂接部42,固定部41和挂接部42中的其中一个设置于柜门2上,固定部41和挂接部42中的另一个设置于凸起结构3上,固定部41和挂接部42能够搭接相连。本实施例中,固定部41设置于柜门2上,挂接部42设置于凸起结构3上。
具体地,固定部41的一端弯折90度,通过螺栓连接于柜门2上,另一端弯成挂钩形状。挂接部42包括固定件421、扣接件422和锁紧件423,固定件421固定于凸起结构3上,锁紧件423转动设置于固定件421上,扣接件422转动设置于锁紧件423上,锁紧件423向靠近固定部41的方向转动,然后将扣接件422扣接于固定部41的挂钩上,反向转动锁紧件423压在固定件421上,从而锁紧扣接件422,使搭扣4的固定部41和挂接部42牢固卡接在一起。
优选地,如图3所示,凸起结构3的远离柜门2自由端的一端与柜门2之间通过多个搭扣4相连,多个搭扣4沿柜体1的高度方向间隔设置,能够使凸起结构3与柜门2的连接更加牢固。需要说明的是,凸起结构3的远离柜门2自由端的一端与柜门2之间还可以采用其他方式连接,如插销、螺钉等,能够实现可拆卸连接即可,在此不作限制。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,柜门2上设置有通风口21,凸起结构3为防护罩,防护罩上设置有与通风口21相连通的通气孔31。设置通风口21,方便机柜内热量的排出,防护罩罩设在通风口21上能够防水防尘,保护柜内 设备,防护罩上设置通气孔31,以与柜内空间形成排放通道。
优选地,通气孔31设置于防护罩的下侧板上,可有效减少灰尘进入柜体1内,在机柜放置在室外使用时,通气孔31设置在防护罩的下侧板上可防止雨水进入柜体1内。本实施例中,在下侧板上设置栅栏,栅栏之间的缝隙形成通气孔31,通气面积较大,具备较好的通气效果,在其他实施例中也可以设置其他形式的通气孔31,能够实现通气功能即可,不以为限。
优选地,如图3所示,防护罩的顶部由与柜门2连接的一端向外逐渐向下倾斜,有利于雨水滑落,以防造成积水而渗入柜体1内。
为了提高机柜的散热效果,柜体1上设置两个柜门2,两个柜门2设置于柜体1的相对的两面,两个柜门2的其中一个上的通风口21为进风口,两个柜门2的另一个上的通风口21为出风口,两个柜门2上均设置有防护罩。
如图3所示,为了方便对机柜进行安装,柜体1的底部设置有四个支撑柱6,四个支撑柱6分别位于柜体1的四个顶角处,能够使机柜安装稳固,另外,设置支撑柱6可以使柜体1的底部脱离地面,方便搬运,而且能够防水防潮。可选地,也可以在柜体1的底部设置移动滚轮,以便于移动机柜。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例还提供一种机柜系统,包括多个上述的机柜,多个机柜并排设置,多个机柜的未设置柜门2的侧面相连接。
为了实现相邻两个机柜之间的稳固连接,支撑柱6上设置有连接孔,相邻两个机柜的相邻的支撑柱6通过连接件穿过连接孔连接。连接件优选为螺栓,结构简单,拆装较为方便。相邻机柜的连接方式并不仅限于上述连接方式,还可以为卡接、插接、捆绑等方式连接。
为了有效避免打开柜门2时,凸起结构3或柜门2与空间内的其他结构产生干涉而导致无法将柜门2开启到需要的角度。柜门2与柜体1相连的铰接端和自由端可以进行更换,即柜门2的任一端能够与柜体1转动连接,从而实现柜门2根据需求来设定开门方向。
当机柜系统两侧有遮挡物限制柜门2打开,即使开启凸起结构3也无法避开遮挡物时,为了两侧的机柜的柜门2能够打开到需要的角度,可设置两侧的机柜的柜门2均向中间的机柜转动打开,从而避免凸起结构3与遮挡物发生干涉。在实际应用中,可根据机柜系统的安装环境,合理设置柜门2的 开启方向,必要时,可设置并列排布的多个机柜的具有不同的开启方向。
多个机柜并列排布时,机柜的未设置柜门2的两侧相互遮挡,为了能够顺利打开和关闭柜门2,需如下操作:
首先,依次转动搭扣4的锁紧件423、扣接件422,使固定部41和挂接部42分离;
然后,转动防护罩至一定角度;
之后,打开柜门2至方便对柜体1内部进行操作的角度;
最后,检修工作完成后,反向进行以上动作以关闭柜门2和防护罩。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种机柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体(1),所述柜体(1)上设置有柜门(2),所述柜门(2)的一端与所述柜体(1)转动连接,另一端为自由端,能够开启或关闭所述柜门(2);
    凸起结构(3),所述柜门(2)的外侧设置有所述凸起结构(3),所述凸起结构(3)靠近所述柜门(2)自由端的一端与所述柜门(2)转动连接,所述凸起结构(3)的远离所述柜门(2)自由端的一端与所述柜门(2)可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述凸起结构(3)的靠近所述柜门(2)自由端的一端通过铰链与所述柜门(2)转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述凸起结构(3)的远离所述柜门(2)自由端的一端与所述柜门(2)之间通过搭扣(4)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述搭扣(4)包括固定部(41)和挂接部(42),所述固定部(41)和所述挂接部(42)中的其中一个设置于所述柜门(2)上,所述固定部(41)和所述挂接部(42)中的另一个设置于所述凸起结构(3)上,所述固定部(41)和所述挂接部(42)能够卡接相连。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述凸起结构(3)的远离所述柜门(2)自由端的一端与所述柜门(2)之间通过多个所述搭扣(4)相连,多个所述搭扣(4)沿所述柜体(1)的高度方向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述柜门(2)上设置有通风口(21),所述凸起结构(3)为防护罩,所述防护罩上设置有与所述通风口(21)相连通的通气孔(31)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)上设置有两个柜门(2),两个所述柜门(2)设置于所述柜体(1)的相对的两面,两个所述柜门(2)的其中一个上的所述通风口(21)为进风口,两个所述柜门(2)的另一个上的所述通风口(21)为出风口,两个所述柜门(2)上均设置有所述防护罩。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的机柜,其特征在于,所述通气孔(31)设置于所 述防护罩的下侧板上。
  9. 一种机柜系统,其特征在于,所述机柜系统包括多个如权利要求1-8任一项所述的机柜。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的机柜系统,其特征在于,多个所述机柜并排设置,相邻两个所述机柜的未设置所述柜门(2)的侧面相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的机柜系统,其特征在于,所述机柜的底部的四个顶角处设置有支撑柱(6),相邻两个所述机柜的相邻的所述支撑柱(6)相连。
