一种多功能坐灸仪,包括背垫及坐灸垫,所述背垫与坐灸垫铰接,使背垫可相对于坐灸垫旋转折叠;所述背垫内侧表面为靠背面,靠背面上安装有磁疗组件,以供倚靠磁疗;所述坐灸垫顶面为坐臀面,坐臀面上设有艾灸组件、光照组件及热敷组件,艾灸组件用于艾灸,光照组件用于红光光疗,热敷组件用于热敷疗养。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述背垫上开设有上、下贯通的通槽,对应坐臀面上艾灸组件的位置,以在背垫盖合在坐灸垫上,艾灸组件发出的艾热经过通槽散出,以供用户坐在背垫外侧表面灸疗。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述坐灸垫包括坐垫上壳体以及安装座,坐垫上壳体上开设有容置槽,容置槽一端设置所述艾灸组件,另一端设置所述光照组件,所述艾灸组件与光照组件安装在所述安装座上,安装座容置在容置槽内。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述坐灸垫包括盖体,用于封盖在所述坐垫上壳体上,所述盖体的周侧密布有环绕的若干散热槽。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述艾灸组件包括座盒、座盒顶盖以及发热件,所述安装座一端开设有安装槽,用于安装座盒,座盒的顶端开口,以供放置艾片于座盒内,座盒顶盖可拆卸地封盖在座盒的顶端开口,所述座盒的周壁上开设有若干出气口,且连通若干所述散热槽,所述发热件安装在座盒内底部,用于对艾片加热。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述艾灸组件包括散热扇,所述散热扇设置在安装座上,安装槽底部开设有通风口,所述散热扇通过通风口对安装槽内的艾灸加热件送风,将艾热从散热槽散出。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述热敷组件包括石墨烯发热片,安装在坐垫上壳体上表面于容置槽的两侧,以供对坐灸垫加热。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述磁疗组件包括若干磁疗单元,每一磁疗单元包括靠背灯罩、PCB灯板及灯罩支架,灯罩支架的一端固定设置在背垫外壳的腔室内,灯罩支架的另一端嵌设在靠背面上,靠背灯罩设置在灯罩支架的另一端上,PCB灯板设置在靠背灯罩与灯罩支架之间。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述磁疗单元包括按摩磁石、发热片,所述靠背灯罩的相对于PCB灯板的一侧表面形成有凹槽及沿凹槽边沿凸起的凸边层,凸边层为透光材质,所述按摩磁石与发热片设置在凹槽内,且按摩磁石位于凹槽外侧,PCB灯板上的灯片发出的光线穿透凸边层照射至人体,通过发热片发热,配合按摩磁石对人体的穴位进行发热磁疗。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述盖体上开设有与光照组件位置对应的定位口,光照组件包括光照电路板及灯罩盖,所述光照电路板固定设置在安装座上,光照电路板上间隔分布地设有若干灯片,灯罩盖罩设在光照电路板的上方,灯罩盖的边沿与安装座连接,盖体覆盖在安装座的上方后,灯罩盖嵌入在定位口内。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述坐灸垫包括设置在坐灸垫内的震动组件,所述震动组件包括两个震动电机,两个震动电机相对固定设置在坐灸垫的内腔两侧,通过两震动电机产生震动。
作为本申请进一步技术方案:所述坐灸垫包括设置在坐灸垫内腔的防倾倒开关以及嵌设在坐臀面上的显示屏,防倾倒开关用于在倾斜时即关断停止坐灸垫工作。
与现有技术相比,本申请的有益效果是:本申请提出一种多功能坐灸仪通过背垫及坐灸垫之间的配合,能在进行艾灸熏蒸的同时,进行磁疗、光照射、热敷及震动按摩等功能,提高了理疗效果,有效地对职业病进行预防与治疗。

以下结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限制本申请的保护范围。
请参阅图1、图2及图6,一种多功能坐灸仪,包括背垫10及坐灸垫20,所述背垫10与坐灸垫20铰接,使背垫10可相对于坐灸垫20旋转折叠;所述背垫10内侧表面为靠背面101,靠背面101上安装有磁疗组件12,以供倚靠磁疗;所述坐灸垫20顶面为坐臀面201,坐臀面201上设有艾灸组件22、光照组件23及热敷组件24,艾灸组件22用于艾灸,光照组件23用于红光光疗,热敷组件24用于热敷疗养。
进一步的,所述背垫10上开设有上、下贯通的通槽,对应坐臀面201上艾灸组件22的位置,以在背垫10盖合在坐灸垫20上,艾灸组件22发出的艾热经过通槽散出,以供用户坐在背垫10外侧表面灸疗。其中,所述通槽开设在背垫10的中部且贯通背垫的前端,磁疗组件12相对设置在通槽的两侧。
进一步的,图3、图4及图5,所述磁疗组件12包括若干磁疗单元121,若干磁疗单元121间隔分别地设置在背垫外壳11上,每一磁疗单元121包括按摩磁石31、发热片32、靠背灯罩33、PCB灯板34及灯罩支架35,灯罩支架35的一端固定设置在背垫外壳11内的腔室内,灯罩支架35的另一端嵌设在靠背面101上,靠背灯罩33设置在灯罩支架35的另一端上,PCB灯板34设置在靠背灯罩33与灯罩支架35之间;靠背灯罩33的相对于PCB灯板34的一侧表面为层阶结构,形成有凹槽331及沿凹槽331边沿凸起的凸边层332,凸边层332为透光材质,所述按摩磁石31与发热片32设置在凹槽331内,发热片32设置在凹槽331的槽面上,位于按摩磁石31与凹槽331的槽面之间,按摩磁石31位于凹槽331外侧,以供PCB灯板34上的灯片发出的光线穿透凸边层332照射至人体上,通过发热片32发热,配合按摩磁石31对人体的穴位进行发热磁疗。
进一步的,参阅图7、图8,所述背垫10包括背垫外壳11,所述背垫外壳11包括第一背垫壳体111及与第一背垫壳体111相匹配安装的第二背垫壳体112,所述第一背垫壳体111与第二背垫壳体112之间形成背垫外壳11的腔室,所述第一背垫壳体111的外侧面上铺设有背垫护壳层113;所述靠背面101为第二背垫壳体112的外侧面,靠背面101上设有贯通至腔室的若干安装口102,通过安装口102嵌设灯罩支架35。
进一步的,所述第一背垫壳体111为双层结构,包括与背垫护壳层113连接的外层壳及与灯罩支架35的一端连接的内层壳。
进一步的,所述坐灸垫20包括坐垫上壳体211以及与坐垫上壳体211相匹配安装的坐垫下壳体212,所述坐垫上壳体211与坐垫下壳体212之间形成坐灸垫外壳21的内腔,坐垫上壳体211上开设有容置槽,容置槽一端设置所述艾灸组件22,另一端设置所述光照组件23。
进一步的,所述坐垫上壳体211的外侧面上铺设有坐垫护壳层213,所述坐垫护壳层213上铺设有透气布套层214。
进一步的,参阅图9、图10、图11,所述坐灸垫20包括安装座221,所述艾灸组件22与光照组件23安装在所述安装座221上,安装座221容置在容置槽内。
进一步的,所述坐灸垫20包括盖体222,用于封盖在所述坐垫上壳体211上,穿入容置槽,覆盖在安装座221上,所述盖体222的周侧密布有环绕的若干散热槽2221。
进一步的,结合参阅图12,所述艾灸组件22包括座盒41及发热件42,所述安装座221一端开设有安装槽2211,用于安装座盒41,座盒41内形成有装片腔411,座盒41的顶端开口,形成装片腔411的腔口412,以供放置艾片于座盒41内,所述座盒41的上方对应座盒顶端开口可拆装地安装有座盒顶盖421,以封盖座盒41的顶端开口,所述座盒41的周壁上开设有若干出气口413,且连通若干所述散热槽2221,所述发热件42安装在座盒41内底部,用于对艾片加热。
进一步的,发热件42为铝制导热台与加热片44的组合结构,加热片44设置在铝制导热台的下方,对铝制导热台加热,铝制导热台导热,从而使发热件42对艾片加热。
进一步的,所述艾灸组件22包括散热扇223,所述散热扇223设置在安装座221上,安装槽2211底部开设有通风口2212,所述散热扇223通过通风口2212对安装槽2211内送风,将艾热从散热槽2241散出。
进一步的,所述坐灸垫20包括陶瓷纤维纸43,陶瓷纤维纸43设置在坐垫下壳体212与座盒41之间,起到隔热保护作用。
进一步的,所述艾灸加热件222还包括超温保护器45及温度传感器(图未示),所述超温保护器45及温度传感器设置在装片腔411的底部,所述温度传感器设置在加热片44的下方,用以在发热件42对艾片加热时,起到保护作用。
进一步的,所述光照组件23设置在安装座221上,所述盖体222上开设有与光照组件23位置对应的定位口2222,光照组件23包括光照电路板231及灯罩盖232,所述光照电路板231固定设置在安装座221上,光照电路板231上间隔分布地设有若干灯片,灯罩盖232罩设在光照电路板231的上方,灯罩盖232的边沿与安装座221连接,以供盖体222覆盖在安装座221的上方后,灯罩盖232嵌入在定位口2222内。
进一步的,所述光照组件23与每一磁疗单元121所发出的光为红光,具有光疗作用,促进血液循环。
进一步的,参阅图6,所述热敷组件24包括石墨烯发热片241,可安装在坐垫上壳体211上表面于容置槽的两侧,或安装在坐垫护壳层213两侧,以供对坐灸垫20加热。
进一步的,所述坐灸垫20还包括设置在坐灸垫外壳21内的震动组件25,所述震动组件25包括两个震动电机251,两个震动电机251相对固定设置在坐灸垫外壳21的内腔两侧,通过两震动电机251对坐灸垫外壳21进行震动。
进一步的,所述坐灸垫20还包括设置在坐灸垫外壳21内腔内的防倾倒开关26以及嵌设在坐臀面201上的显示屏27,防倾倒开关26用于在倾斜时即关断停止坐灸垫20工作。
进一步的,所述多功能坐灸仪,还包括电池51、电源控制板52及按键板53,所述电池51共有两块,两块电池51分别固定设置在坐灸垫外壳21的内腔两侧,用以向背垫10与坐灸垫20供能,所述电源控制板52与按键板53分别设置在坐灸垫外壳21内腔的两侧腔壁上,所述电源控制板52的充电插口与按键板53上的操作键穿出至坐灸垫外壳21的外侧面,以便于对电池51充电与对按键板53的操作键进行操作,从而对电池51的充能以及开关背垫10和坐灸垫20的对应功能。
进一步的,参阅图2,所述背垫10与坐灸垫20铰接通过转动销103铰接,转动销中间镂空以方便电源线安放。
本申请一种多功能坐灸仪的使用方法,如下:在未使用时,将背垫10相对于坐灸垫20旋转折叠,方便收纳存放;使用时,则将背垫10展开,使用者坐在坐灸垫20上,背部依靠背垫10,在通过操作按键板53上的操作键,选择在本次使用中需要启动的理疗功能,背垫10上的磁疗组件12进行磁疗,通过背垫10对背部进行矫正坐姿同时,也对人体命门穴、肾俞穴、志室穴、腰阳关穴、大肠俞穴、腰眼穴等穴位进行发热磁疗作用;坐垫上的艾灸组件22进行艾 灸,对臀部进行宫寒调理去湿气养生,以及光照组件23、热敷组件24与震动组件25的光照射、热敷及震动按摩功能。
综上所述,本申请一种多功能坐灸仪通过背垫10及坐灸垫20之间的配合,可单一或者任意几种功能组合同时使用,能在进行艾灸熏蒸的同时,进行磁疗、光照射、热敷及震动按摩等功能,提高了理疗效果,有效地对职业病进行预防与治疗。
只要不违背本申请创造的思想,对本申请的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本申请公开的内容;在本申请的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本申请创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:包括背垫(10)及坐灸垫(20),所述背垫(10)与坐灸垫(20)铰接,使背垫(10)可相对于坐灸垫(20)旋转折叠;所述背垫(10)内侧表面为靠背面(101),靠背面(101)上安装有磁疗组件(12),以供倚靠磁疗;所述坐灸垫(20)顶面为坐臀面(201),坐臀面(201)上设有艾灸组件(22)、光照组件(23)及热敷组件(24),艾灸组件(22)用于艾灸,光照组件(23)用于红光光疗,热敷组件(24)用于热敷疗养。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述背垫(10)上开设有上、下贯通的通槽,对应坐臀面(201)上艾灸组件(22)的位置,以在背垫(10)盖合在坐灸垫(20)上,艾灸组件(22)发出的艾热经过通槽散出,以供用户坐在背垫(10)外侧表面灸疗。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述坐灸垫(20)包括坐垫上壳体(211)以及安装座(221),坐垫上壳体(211)上开设有容置槽,容置槽一端设置所述艾灸组件(22),另一端设置所述光照组件(23),所述艾灸组件(22)与光照组件(23)安装在所述安装座(221)上,安装座(221)容置在容置槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述坐灸垫(20)包括盖体(222),用于封盖在所述坐垫上壳体(211)上,所述盖体(222)的周侧密布有环绕的若干散热槽(2221)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述艾灸组件(22)包括座盒(41)、座盒顶盖(421)以及发热件(42),所述安装座(221)一端开设有安装槽(2211),用于安装座盒(41),座盒(41)的顶端开口,以供放置艾片于座盒(41)内,座盒顶盖(421)可拆卸地封盖在座盒(41)的顶端开口,所述座盒(41)的周壁上开设有若干出气口(413),且连通若干所述散热槽(2221),所述发热件(42)安装在座盒(41)内底部,用于对艾片加热。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述艾灸组件(22)包括散热扇(223),所述散热扇(223)设置在安装座(221)上,安装槽(2211)底部开设有通风口(2212),所述散热扇(223)通过通风口(2212)对安装槽(2211)内的艾灸加热件(222)送风,将艾热从散热槽(2221)散出。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述热敷组件(24)包括石墨烯发热片(241),安装在坐垫上壳体(211)上表面于容置槽的两侧,以供对坐灸垫(20)加热。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述磁疗组件(12)包括若干磁疗单元(121),每一磁疗单元(121)包括靠背灯罩(33)、PCB灯板(34)及灯罩支架(35),灯罩支架(35)的一端固定设置在背垫外壳(11)的腔室内,灯罩支架(35)的另一端嵌设在靠背面(101)上,靠背灯罩(33)设置在灯罩支架(35)的另一端上,PCB灯板(34)设置在靠背灯罩(33)与灯罩支架(35)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述磁疗单元(121)包括按摩磁石(31)、发热片(32),所述靠背灯罩(33)的相对于PCB灯板(34)的一侧表面形成有凹槽(331)及沿凹槽(331)边沿凸起的凸边层(332),凸边层(332)为透光材质,所述按摩磁石(31)与发热片(32)设置在凹槽(331)内,且按摩磁石(31)位于凹槽(331)外侧,PCB灯板(34)上的灯片发出的光线穿透凸边层(332)照射至人体,通过发热片(32)发热,配合按摩磁石(31)对人体的穴位进行发热磁疗。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述盖体(222)上开设有与光照组件(23)位置对应的定位口(2222),光照组件(23)包括光照电路板(231)及灯罩盖(232),所述光照电路板(231)固定设置在安装座(221)上,光照电路板(231)上间隔分布地设有若干灯片,灯罩盖(232)罩设在光照电路板(231)的上方,灯罩盖(232)的边沿与安装座(221)连接,盖体(222)覆盖在安装座(221)的上方后,灯罩盖(232)嵌入在定位口(2222)内。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述坐灸垫(20)包括设置在坐灸垫(20)内的震动组件(25),所述震动组件(25)包括两个震动电机(251),两个震动电机(251)相对固定设置在坐灸垫(20)的内腔两侧,通过两震动电机(251)产生震动。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能坐灸仪,其特征在于:所述坐灸垫(20)包括设置在坐灸垫(20)内腔的防倾倒开关(26)以及嵌设在坐臀面(201)上的显示屏(27),防倾倒开关(26)用于在倾斜时即关断停止坐灸垫(20)工作。
