塔式起重机是建筑工程作业中常用的起重吊装设备,塔式起重机的塔身主体部分是由一节节标准节自下而上叠加组成。
目前市场上的标准节的主弦杆主要采用方钢管或者角钢,这两种形式的主弦杆均存在空气动力系数大,风载荷大的短板,同时,上下标准节之间采用高强度螺栓进行连接,虽然安装效率高,但是容易出现松动,影响塔式起重机的安全性。
技术解决方案
为至少部分地解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本申请的目的是提供一种标准节装置及塔式起重机。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本申请的具体实施例进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限制本申请。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请的标准节装置。
如图1所示,在本申请的实施例中提供一种标准节装置,其中,标准节装置包括:
主弦杆1,设置为空心圆管并在第一端径向贯穿地开设有两个第一插销孔;
连接头2,设置在主弦杆1的第二端并用于插设于相邻设置的另一个标准节装置的主弦杆1的第一端,连接头2上开设有用于连通两个第一插销孔的第二插销孔23;
第一销轴组件3,用于穿设于两个第一插销孔和第二插销孔23以连接相邻设置的两个标准节装置。
在本申请实施例中,可以将标准节装置中的主弦杆1设置为空心圆管,空心圆管制成的主弦杆1相较于现有技术中采用方钢管或者角钢制成的主弦杆1空气动力系数小,风载荷小,从而增加塔式起重机的抗台风能力,同时还可以在主弦杆1的第二端设置有用于插设于相邻设置的另一个标准节装置的主弦杆1的第一端的连接头2,并通过第一销轴组件3将连接头2与另一个标准节装置的主弦杆1进行连接,从而可以取代现有技术中上下标准节装置之间采用高强度螺栓进行连接的连接方式,以避免出现螺栓松动的现象,达到提高塔式起重机的安全性的目的。
具体地,连接头2可以设置在主弦杆1的上端也可以是下端,即若连接头2设置在主弦杆1的上端,则连接头2可以插设于上方的标准节装置的主弦杆1的下端;若连接头2设置在主弦杆1的下端,则连接头2可以插设于下方的标准节装置的主弦杆1的上端。
参见图1和图2,在本申请实施例中,连接头2包括连接头本体21以及设置在连接头本体21的外周侧上的轴肩部22,连接头本体21的两端均为伸出于轴肩部22设置,连接头本体21的一端插设于主弦杆1的第一端,轴肩部22与主弦 杆1的第二端焊接连接,连接头本体21的另一端开设有第二插销孔23。即一个标准节装置中的连接头2是通过先将一端插设于主弦杆1内,然后再对轴肩部22和主弦杆1的端面进行焊合连接以形成有焊缝26,同时连接头2的另一端则可以继续插设于另一个标准节装置的主弦杆1进行可拆卸连接,从而使得一个标准节装置的主弦杆1和连接头2设置为一体结构,便于运输和组装。
具体地,连接头本体21的外径可以与主弦杆1的内径适配,轴肩部22的外径可以与主弦杆1的外径适配。此外,连接头本体21插设于主弦杆1进行焊接连接的一端的长度小于连接头本体21插设于另一个标准节装置的主弦杆1进行可拆卸连接的一端的长度。
在本申请实施例中,连接头本体21面向主弦杆1的第二端的端面上开设有延伸至轴肩部22的过渡腔24。即过渡腔24与主弦杆1的内腔相通,而过渡腔24的开设可以避免标准节装置在竖向位置上的截面面积的突变。具体地,过渡腔24的截面面积在沿端面朝向过渡腔24的底壁的方向上逐渐减小。
参见图1和图3,在本申请实施例中,主弦杆1的第二端径向贯穿地开设有两个第三插销孔,连接头2远离第二插销孔23的一端插设于主弦杆1的第二端,连接头2上开设有连通两个第三插销孔的第四插销孔25,标准节装置还包括穿设于两个第三插销孔和第四插销孔25的第二销轴组件4。即第二销轴组件4依次穿过主弦杆1上的其中一个第三插销孔、连接头2上的第四插销孔25和主弦杆1上的另一个第三插销孔,则在一个标准节装置中连接头2还可以通过第二销轴组件4可拆卸安装于主弦杆1上。
具体地,第四插销孔25的数量可以为两个,两个第四插销孔25沿连接头2的高度方向间隔设置,且两个第四插销孔25可以为并行设置,也可以是十字交叉式设置,则对应的需要设置两组第三插销孔和两个第二销轴组件4,当然每组第三插销孔中存在两个第三插销孔。
如图4和图5所示,在本申请实施例中,第二插销孔23的数量可以为两个,两个第二插销孔23沿连接头2的高度方向间隔设置。即对应的需要设置两组第一插销孔和两个第一销轴组件3,当然每组第一插销孔中存在两个第一插销孔,从而可以通过两个第一销轴组件3对上下两个标准节装置的主弦杆1进行连接,以提高连接的稳固性。具体地,两个第二插销孔23可以为并行设置,也可以是十字交叉式设置。
如图6至图9所示,在本申请实施例中,主弦杆1的数量为至少三个,每个 主弦杆1面向前一个相邻设置的主弦杆1的一侧设置有第一安装板5,以及面向后一个相邻设置的主弦杆1的一侧设置有腹杆组件6,每个主弦杆1上的腹杆组件6与后一个相邻设置的主弦杆1上的第一安装板5可拆卸连接。即本申请实施例中的标准节装置不是整体焊接式的,可以进行拆分运输,从而有利于标准节装置的运输。
如图6和图7所示,在本申请实施例中,腹杆组件6包括第一斜腹杆61、第二斜腹杆62、第一水平腹杆63、第二安装板65和第一连接件66,第一水平腹杆63位于第一斜腹杆61和第二斜腹杆62之间,第一水平腹杆63的两端分别与主弦杆1和第二安装板65一一对应焊接,第一斜腹杆61的两端分别与主弦杆1的第一端和第二安装板65一一对应焊接,第二斜腹杆62的两端分别与主弦杆1的第二端和第二安装板65一一对应焊接,第一连接件66依次穿过第二安装板65和后一个相邻设置的主弦杆1上的第一安装板5。即第一斜腹杆61、第二斜腹杆62和第一水平腹杆63的其中一端均是焊接在主弦杆1上,另一端则是共同焊接在第二安装板65上,则一个标准节装置中一个主弦杆1可以与腹杆组件6中第一斜腹杆61、第二斜腹杆62、第一水平腹杆63和第二安装板65通过焊接成为一体结构,从而可以实现标准节装置的片状运输,同时通过第一连接件66将第二安装板65与第一安装板5进行可拆卸连接,从而可以提高拆装效率。
具体地,第一水平腹杆63是沿水平方向延伸设置的,若主弦杆1的第一端为主弦杆1的下端,则第一斜腹杆61是沿倾斜向上延伸设置,第二斜腹杆62是沿倾斜向下延伸设置。同时,第一安装板5和第二安装板65均可以是位于主弦杆1沿高度方向的中间位置上,即在将第一安装板5和第二安装板65进行连接时,第一安装板5和第二安装板65重合设置,第一安装板5上开设有第一连接孔,第二安装板65对应第一连接孔开设有第二连接孔,第一连接件66依次穿过第一安装板5上的第一连接孔和第二安装板65上的第二连接孔,并将第一安装板5和第二安装板65进行可拆卸连接。此外,第一连接件66的数量可以为至少两个,第一安装板5和第二安装板65上对应开设有与第一连接件66相同数量的第一连接孔和第二连接孔,第一连接件66可以螺栓螺母结构或者销轴连接结构。
在本申请实施例中,腹杆组件6还包括设置在主弦杆1的第二端的第二水平腹杆64以及连接第二水平腹杆64和第二安装板65的固定杆68。第一水平腹杆63是设置在主弦杆1的中间位置,则还可以通过在主弦杆1的一端设置第二 水平腹杆64,以进一步对标准节装置进行加强,同时在第二水平腹杆64和第二安装板65之间设置固定杆68,则可以避免第二水平腹杆64在运输过程中出现偏移。
具体地,固定杆68的一端与第二水平腹杆64远离主弦杆1的一端焊接连接,固定杆68的另一端与第二安装板65焊接连接,并且第二水平腹杆64与固定杆68的相接处开设有与另一个主弦杆1连接的第三连接孔。
如图8和图9所示,在本申请实施例中,腹杆组件6远离第一安装板5的一端与主弦杆1可拆卸连接。具体地,腹杆组件6包括第一斜腹杆61、第二斜腹杆62、第一水平腹杆63和第二连接件67,第一水平腹杆63沿水平方向延伸设置,若主弦杆1的第一端为主弦杆1的下端,则第一斜腹杆61是沿倾斜向上延伸设置,第二斜腹杆62是沿倾斜向下延伸设置,第一安装板5可以是设置在主弦杆1沿高度方向的中间位置上,第一水平腹杆63的两端分别与主弦杆1和第一安装板5通过第二连接件67可拆卸连接,第一斜腹杆61的两端分别与主弦杆1和第一安装板5通过第二连接件67可拆卸连接,第二斜腹杆62的两端分别与主弦杆1和第一安装板5通过第二连接件67可拆卸连接,则使得在整个标准节装置的运输过程中可以实现杆式运输。当然在本申请实施例中,腹杆组件6还可以包括有第二水平腹杆64,第二水平腹杆64的两端分别一一对应可拆卸地连接相邻两个主弦杆1的第二端。
此外,第一安装板5的数量可以为两个,两个第一安装板5可以相对间隔设置在主弦杆1上,第二连接件67的数量为三个,第一个第二连接件67依次穿过其中一个第一安装板5、第一斜腹杆61和另一个第一安装板5设置,第二个第二连接件67依次穿过其中一个第一安装板5、第二斜腹杆62和另一个第一安装板5设置,第三个第二连接件67依次穿过其中一个第一安装板5、第一水平腹杆63和另一个第一安装板5设置。更具体地,第二连接件67可以螺栓螺母结构或者销轴连接结构。
请再次参见图1,在本申请实施例中,主弦杆1对应第一连接孔和第二连接孔的外周侧上还设置有加强板11。
如图1和图3所示,在本申请实施例中,第一销轴组件3和第二销轴组件4均包括销轴本体以及穿设于销轴本体上的止挡件。
为了实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种塔式起重机,其中,塔式起重机包括根据以上所述的标准节装置。由于用于塔式起重机采用了上述实施例的 全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种标准节装置,其中,所述标准节装置包括:
    主弦杆(1),设置为空心圆管并在第一端径向贯穿地开设有两个第一插销孔;
    连接头(2),设置在所述主弦杆(1)的第二端并用于插设于相邻设置的另一个所述标准节装置的所述主弦杆(1)的第一端,所述连接头(2)上开设有用于连通两个所述第一插销孔的第二插销孔(23);和
    第一销轴组件(3),用于穿设于两个所述第一插销孔和所述第二插销孔(23)以连接相邻设置的两个所述标准节装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标准节装置,其中,所述连接头(2)包括连接头本体(21)以及设置在所述连接头本体(21)的外周侧上的轴肩部(22),所述连接头本体(21)的两端均为伸出于所述轴肩部(22)设置,所述连接头本体(21)的一端插设于所述主弦杆(1)的第一端,所述轴肩部(22)与所述主弦杆(1)的第二端焊接连接,所述连接头本体(21)的另一端开设有所述第二插销孔(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的标准节装置,其中,所述连接头本体(21)面向所述主弦杆(1)的第二端的端面上开设有过渡腔(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标准节装置,其中,所述过渡腔(24)的截面面积在沿所述端面朝向所述过渡腔(24)的底壁的方向上逐渐减小。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的标准节装置,其中,所述主弦杆(1)的第二端径向贯穿地开设有两个第三插销孔,所述连接头(2)远离所述第二插销孔(23)的一端插设于所述主弦杆(1)的第二端,所述连接头(2)上开设有连通所述两个所述第三插销孔的第四插销孔(25),所述标准节装置还包括穿设于两个所述第三插销孔和所述第四插销孔(25)的第二销轴组件(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的标准节装置,其中,所述第二插销孔(23)的数量为两个,两个所述第二插销孔(23)沿所述连接头(2)的高度方向间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的标准节装置,其中,所述主弦杆(1)的数量为至少三个,每个所述主弦杆(1)面向前一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)的一侧设置有第一安装板(5),以及面向后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)的一侧设置有腹杆组件(6),每个所述主弦杆(1)上的所述腹杆组件(6)与 后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)上的所述第一安装板(5)可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的标准节装置,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)包括第一斜腹杆(61)、第二斜腹杆(62)、第一水平腹杆(63)、第二安装板(65)和第一连接件(66),所述第一水平腹杆(63)位于所述第一斜腹杆(61)和所述第二斜腹杆(62)之间,所述第一水平腹杆(63)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第一斜腹杆(61)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)的第一端和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第二斜腹杆(62)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)的第二端和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第一连接件(66)依次穿过所述第二安装板(65)和后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)上的所述第一安装板(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的标准节装置,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)还包括设置在所述主弦杆(1)的第二端的第二水平腹杆(64)以及连接所述第二水平腹杆(64)和所述第二安装板(65)的固定杆(68)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的标准节装置,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)远离所述第一安装板(5)的一端与所述主弦杆(1)可拆卸连接。
  11. 一种塔式起重机,其中,所述塔式起重机包括标准节装置,所述标准节装置包括:
    主弦杆(1),设置为空心圆管并在第一端径向贯穿地开设有两个第一插销孔;
    连接头(2),设置在所述主弦杆(1)的第二端并用于插设于相邻设置的另一个所述标准节装置的所述主弦杆(1)的第一端,所述连接头(2)上开设有用于连通两个所述第一插销孔的第二插销孔(23);和
    第一销轴组件(3),用于穿设于两个所述第一插销孔和所述第二插销孔(23)以连接相邻设置的两个所述标准节装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述连接头(2)包括连接头本体(21)以及设置在所述连接头本体(21)的外周侧上的轴肩部(22),所述连接头本体(21)的两端均为伸出于所述轴肩部(22)设置,所述连接头本体(21)的一端插设于所述主弦杆(1)的第一端,所述轴肩部(22)与所述主弦杆(1)的第二端焊接连接,所述连接头本体(21)的另一端开设有所述第二插销孔(23)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述连接头本体(21) 面向所述主弦杆(1)的第二端的端面上开设有过渡腔(24)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述过渡腔(24)的截面面积在沿所述端面朝向所述过渡腔(24)的底壁的方向上逐渐减小。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述主弦杆(1)的第二端径向贯穿地开设有两个第三插销孔,所述连接头(2)远离所述第二插销孔(23)的一端插设于所述主弦杆(1)的第二端,所述连接头(2)上开设有连通所述两个所述第三插销孔的第四插销孔(25),所述标准节装置还包括穿设于两个所述第三插销孔和所述第四插销孔(25)的第二销轴组件(4)。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述第二插销孔(23)的数量为两个,两个所述第二插销孔(23)沿所述连接头(2)的高度方向间隔设置。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述主弦杆(1)的数量为至少三个,每个所述主弦杆(1)面向前一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)的一侧设置有第一安装板(5),以及面向后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)的一侧设置有腹杆组件(6),每个所述主弦杆(1)上的所述腹杆组件(6)与后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)上的所述第一安装板(5)可拆卸连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)包括第一斜腹杆(61)、第二斜腹杆(62)、第一水平腹杆(63)、第二安装板(65)和第一连接件(66),所述第一水平腹杆(63)位于所述第一斜腹杆(61)和所述第二斜腹杆(62)之间,所述第一水平腹杆(63)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第一斜腹杆(61)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)的第一端和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第二斜腹杆(62)的两端分别与所述主弦杆(1)的第二端和所述第二安装板(65)一一对应焊接,所述第一连接件(66)依次穿过所述第二安装板(65)和后一个相邻设置的所述主弦杆(1)上的所述第一安装板(5)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)还包括设置在所述主弦杆(1)的第二端的第二水平腹杆(64)以及连接所述第二水平腹杆(64)和所述第二安装板(65)的固定杆(68)。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的塔式起重机,其中,所述腹杆组件(6)远离所述第一安装板(5)的一端与所述主弦杆(1)可拆卸连接。
