如图1所示,该智能语音提示设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),通信总线1002、用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,Wi-Fi)接口)。存储器1005可以是高速的随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)存储器,也可以是稳定的非易失性存储器(Non-Volatile Memory,NVM),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的结构并不构成对智能语音提示设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及智能语音提示程序。
在图1所示的智能语音提示设备中,网络接口1004主要用于与网络服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于与用户进行数据交互;本申请智能语音提示设备中的处理器1001、存储器1005可以设置在智能语音提示设备中,所述智能语音提示设备通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的智能语音提示程序,并执行本申请实施例提供的智能语音提示方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种智能语音提示方法,参照图2,图2为本申请一种智能语音提示方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述智能语音提示方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:获取当前场景信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例的执行主体可为智能语音提示设备,还可为其它可实现相同或相似功能的设备,本实施例对此不作限制,在本实施例中,以智能语音提示设备为例进行说明。
可以理解的是,当前场景信息可以包括当前的时间信息、智能语音提示设备的设备信息、当天的天气信息等,本实施例对此不作限制,其中,智能语音提示设备可以为智能设备,包括移动手机,智能电视等,在本实施例中智能设备可以为智能电视进行说明。
步骤S20:在所述当前场景信息满足智能语音提示规则对应的场景信息时,根据所述当前场景信息确定目标智能语音提示规则。
需要说明的是,由于获取的当前场景信息主要取决于用户在设置相应的智能提示规则时应用于哪些场景区域,从而针对哪些场景区域进行获取场景信息,例如,若智能语音提示规则可以是针对早上上班时间为九点进行提醒等,且设置在上班时间前30分钟进行语音提示,若获取到当前场景信息对应的时间信息为8:30,则当前场景信息满足智能语音提示规则对应的场景信息,因此,目标智能语音提示规则就可以为早上上班时间前30分钟进行智能语音提示。
步骤S30:根据所述目标智能语音提示规则确定目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号。
可以理解的是,目标提示文本可以为智能设备进行智能语音提示输出的语音信息,因此,可以通过查询预设规则文本映射关系表,其中,预设规则文本映射关系表包括智能语音提示规则以及提示文本的对应关系,从而得到与目标智能语音提示规则对应的目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号。
需要说明的是,例如,若目标智能语音提示规则可以是针对早上上班时间为九点进行提醒等,且设置在上班时间前30分钟进行语音提示,则通过查询预设规则文本映射关系表,得到该目标智能语音提示规则对应的目标提示文本可以为“距离上班时间还30分钟,请及时出门”,因此,在确定目标提示文本时会激活智能语音输出信号,其中,智能语音输出信号是进行目标提示文本进行智能语音提示的信号。
步骤S40:通过所述目标提示文本基于所述智能语音输出信号进行智能语音提示。
应当理解的是,智能语音提示输出的目标提示文本对应的文本信息,智能设备通过目标提示文本基于智能语音输出信号发出相应的智能语音提示,以向用户在合适的时间发出相应的提示信息。
可以理解的是,例如,目标提示文本为“距离上班时间还30分钟,请及时出门”,智能设备基于智能语音输出信号进行目标提示文本对应的文本信息中的“距离上班时间还30分钟,请及时出门”,进行语音播报。

应当理解的是,例如关于智能设备的设备信息进行提示时,例如用户在ATV/DTV通道下自动搜台后,始终没有搜索到台,则对应的提示文本可以为“请检查是否有接信号线或者换根线试试”;用户没有联网就点击播放在线视频,结果始终无法正常播放,当智能设备检查到在没有联网情况下正在播放在线视频,则对应的提示文本可以为“当前网络没有连好,请连接有线或者无线网络试试,进入设置—网络设置界面连接网络”;用户在使用电视过程中,可能会出现电子线连接松动的情况,从而导致电视的画面显示异常或者摄像头不受控等问题,当系统检测到这类异常情况时,则对应的提示文本可以为“可能是电子线松动了,请把电视断电后再重新拔插电子线试试”等。
根据所述智能语音提示规则以及所述提示文本生成预设规则文本映射关系表。
需要说明的是,可以根据智能语音提示规则以及其对应的标识和提示文本以及其对应的标识生成预设规则文本映射关系表,其中,智能语音提示规则的标识以及提示文本的标识可以为本领域技术人员设置,本实施例对此不作限制。
步骤S302:根据查询结果确定目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号。
可以理解的是,若通过目标智能语音提示规则查询预设规则文本映射关系表有对应的目标提示文本,则可以确定对应的目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号。

可以理解的是,智能设备在发出语音提示后,会打开智能设备中的语音助手,通过智能设备的语音助手来接收目标用户的语音信息,从而可以获取与所述目标提示文本相对应的目标用户的语音信息,例如,智能设备发送“距离你妈妈的生日,还有7天,请提前准备好礼物”,“小维已为您准备了礼物列表,您想怎么度过这个特殊的日子呢?”的语言提示后,打开语音助手,从而来获取目标用户反馈“有什么推荐的”的语音信息。
步骤S502:根据所述语音信息确定目标用户的意图信息。
应当理解的是,意图信息可以为通过对语音信息进行语义分析从而确定目标用户的意图,例如,语音信息为“有什么推荐的”,则可以分析出用户需要智能设备准备的礼物列表。
步骤S503:通过响应所述意图信息输出智能语音提示结果。
需要说明的是,基于意图信息,智能终端对该意图信息进行响应得到智能语音提示结果,例如,响应目标用户的意图信息,从而在界面上自动把相关的礼物列表显示出来,聚餐的好地方,也可以是去附近景点放松一下或者自驾游等路线推荐。
本实施例通过获取与所述目标提示文本相对应的目标用户的语音信息;根据所述语音信息确定目标用户的意图信息;通过响应所述意图信息输出智能语音提示结果,从而有效提高人机交互体验的智能性。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种存储介质,所述存储介质上存储有智能语音提示程序,所述智能语音提示程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的智能语音提示方法的步骤。

    根据所述目标智能语音提示规则确定目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号;以及
    通过所述目标提示文本基于所述智能语音输出信号进行智能语音提示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音提示方法,其中,所述根据所述目标智能语音提示规则确定目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号,包括:
    根据所述目标智能语音提示规则查询预设规则文本映射关系表,其中,所述预设规则文本映射关系表包括智能语音提示规则以及提示文本的对应关系;以及
    根据查询结果确定目标提示文本,并激活智能语音输出信号。

    获取与所述目标提示文本相对应的目标用户的语音信息;
    根据所述语音信息确定目标用户的意图信息;以及
    通过响应所述意图信息输出智能语音提示结果。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的智能语音提示方法,其中,所述当前场景信息包括当前的时间信息、智能语音提示设备的设备信息、当天的天气信息。

  11. 如权利要求3所述的智能语音提示方法,其中,所述文本模板数据库存储有各类提示文本模板,通过将获取智能语音提示规则的关键词与文本模板数据库中各类对应的提示文本模板进行组合,生成对应的提示文本。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的智能语音提示方法,其中,所述规则录入显示界面包含有场景、提示日期、提示内容或者其它涉及语音提示的信息。
  13. 如权利要求5所述的智能语音提示方法,其中,所述智能语音提示规则的关键词根据具体场景以及提示信息进行设置。
  14. 一种智能语音提示设备,其包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的智能语音提示程序,所述智能语音提示程序配置为实现如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的智能语音提示方法。
  15. 一种存储介质,其上存储有智能语音提示程序,所述智能语音提示程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的智能语音提示方法。
