通过本发明的上述方案,有益效果:活性炭过滤网22防止工作时,外界灰尘进入保护箱体1内部,注意的是,出风管11内部也可以不设计活性炭过滤网22,控制器控制温度检测器和电机工作,温度检测器检测保护箱体1内部温度,温度超过预设温度时,电机进行工作,反之,电动推杆24工作,带动L型板25缩回,L型板25堵住出风管11和进风管12,彻底避免外界灰尘进入保护箱体1内部,进风管道和出风管道便于风排进隔音箱27内,可有效对电机进行散热,缓冲弹簧对安装框架6两侧壁进行有效的缓冲,进一步的提高缓冲性能。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明:
在实际应用时,使用时,将安装板5安装在副连接板4上,便于间接的安装安装框架6、硬盘架7、主板8、硬盘9、处理器和内存条等零件,当保护箱体1受到撞击时,设计的阻尼器3对安装板5上的零件进行很好的缓冲保护,当保护箱体1内部温度过高时,启动电机,电机驱使风扇转动,空气将通过进风管12进入保护箱体1的内部,再通过散热箱10上连接的出风管11将空气向上抽取,并排出保护箱体1,保证内部设计零件的使用寿命更加长久,关闭机构内部不散热是,堵塞住进风管12和出风管11,使其外部灰尘不易进入保护箱体1内部;
有效避免外来的撞击使其内部设计的零件受到损坏。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,包括保护箱体(1),所述保护箱体(1)内底端通过连接板(2)安装有阻尼器(3),所述阻尼器(3)的数量为若干个,所述阻尼器(3)顶端固定设有副连接板(4),所述副连接板(4)顶端通过螺钉安装有安装板(5),所述安装板(5)顶端固定设有安装框架(6)和硬盘架(7),所述安装框架(6)内部安装有主板(8),所述硬盘架(7)顶端设有硬盘(9),所述主板(8)与所述硬盘(9)电性连接,所述主板(8)的上分别安装有处理器和内存条,所述处理器和所述内存条均与所述主板(8)电性连接,所述保护箱体(1)内顶端通过支架安装有散热箱(10),所述散热箱(10)顶端设有穿出所述保护箱体(1)顶端的出风管(11),所述保护箱体(1)外侧壁上设有进风管(12),所述出风管(11)和所述进风管(12)内均设有防尘组件,所述散热箱(10)内部设有电机,所述电机输出端设有风扇,所述保护箱体(1)内部设有关闭机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,所述保护箱体(1)上安装有箱门(13),所述箱门(13)上安装有观察防爆玻璃(15),所述连接板(2)通过螺钉安装在所述保护箱体(1)内底端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,所述箱门(13)上开设有安装所述观察防爆玻璃(15)的安装槽(14)和回字型堵板(16),所述安装槽(14)内壁固定设有副回字型堵板(17),所述副回字型堵板(17)和所述回字型堵板(16)相对应的一端均粘贴有密封垫(18),所述箱门(13)上位于所述安装槽(14)的两侧边缘处均螺纹插设有螺杆(19),所述螺杆(19)的端面上固定设有抵板(20)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,所述防尘组件包括安装在所述出风管(11)和所述进风管(12)内的过滤框架(21),所述过滤框架(21)内部安装有活性炭过滤网(22),所述过滤框架(21)一侧壁上固定设有固定板(23),所述固定板(23)通过螺钉固定在所述出风管(11)和所述进风管(12)外壁上,所述出风管(11)和所述进风管(12)一侧外壁上均开设有供所述过滤框架(21)穿过的穿口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,所述关闭机构包括固定在所述保护箱体(1)内壁上的电动推杆(24),所述电动推杆(24)的输出端固定设有位于所述保护箱体(1)外部的L型板(25),所述保护箱体(1)内壁上安装有控制器和温度检测器,所述温度检测器和所述电机均与所述控制器连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种有效避免外来威胁的微机软件防护装置,其特征在于,所述保护箱体(1)内壁两侧上均通过螺钉设有弹簧板(26),所述安装框架(6)外壁两侧接触设有副弹簧板,所述弹簧板(26)和所述副弹簧板之间安装有缓冲弹簧,所述散热箱(10)内部通过支柱安装有隔音箱(27),所述电机安装在所述隔音箱(27)内部,且所述隔音箱(27)内壁粘贴有隔音棉,所述散热箱(10)底端为开口状,所述隔音箱(27)上分别设有进风管道和出风管道,所述进风管道和所述出风管道内壁均粘贴有副隔音棉。
